Fantastic experience: Love the exceptionally sharp doctors here and respect for the human dignity of patients. I always thought a clinic for low-income persons would have 2nd tiered caliber doctors, but turns out it’s the exact opposite.

Fantastic experience: As a long time resident of Pike Place Market I've enjoyed the convenance and Professional Caregivers, Providers, and Pharmacy Staff over the years. Today specifically, without an appointment this afternoon, the young man at the front desk went above and beyond to request a second set of hands help me with additional wound dressing which I so appreciated. Even though at first I began to lose patience.. he focused on the task at hand and absolutely helped me when others may have given up on my request... I'm embarrassed that I've forgotten his name but I believe he's the only young man at the front desk... Exceptional accolades out to the entire staff and the nurse who made it all happen gave me instructions on how to change the dressing along with enough supplies to last until I return to see her on Friday... Thank you all. Tomorrow I'll edit this and include the names of the employees and the nurse so they receive the proper atta-boys.

Negative experience: So heart breaking. I called after hours hoping to leave a voice mail, was patched through to a human, and my message never got relayed. I spent what time I should have been talking to my therapist on hold waiting for a receptionist. And don’t even get me started on my chart…communication is terrible! Dear neighbor care, I have tried numerous times to connect with someone regarding issues that needed to be resolved, and the only way I can get through to the person I need to talk to is with a four digit extension, but none of the phone numbers that I have been given List a four digit extension. I had referrals that expired, when I called to make an appointment, there was nothing listed, and could not get through to anybody to address this. This is becoming a real nightmare. My chart requires that you give up to three business days to hear back. Meanwhile, my referrals have expired and this is not addressed.

Negative experience: Mean call center. And they don't respect your time or care about your general health. This place once closed fully with me in it. I had a 3:30 appointment, and they made me wait 1 hour in the waiting room and 1 hour in the doctor's room without being seen. I thought, there's no way this was happening in a medical setting, where people come to get their problems solved. She came in, huffing and puffing all stressed, and rushed me out cause she wanted to go home. I then found out all the staff left, and they LOCKED me inside without receiving care...so I wasted my whole day waiting for this very traumatic experience. Why go to school for something if you don't want to do it? Why work in this field if all you do is cause more stress and anxiety to the public due to your unprofessionalinsm?

Negative experience: THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Horrible service, selfish, and unprofessional staff, and they all like to show how much they hate their job. And just in case no one has told you guys; DO NOT PUT EXTRA STRESS ON THOSE SEEKING MEDICAL CARE. And most importantly, DO NOT make YOUR PATIENTS FEEL LIKE THEY INCONVENIENCE YOU. I have had the worst time just trying to receive help for my medical needs over the past few years. I never get the care I need. I'm always waiting hours to be seen, and the call center staff always has an attitude like you shouldnt be calling them...I have been misdiagnosed here more than once, and I highly recommend that NO ONE, and i mean NO ONE, come here if you want to be taken seriously.

Positive experience: I really like this office. They are super nice. They Even have a super employee who helps with insurance issues if needed. I really was upset with the mental health options available at neighborcare, especially this office. The psychiatrist isn't a very nice lady. She is pretentious and rude and uneducated. She is insistent on reinventing. The Will instead of going by your medical history. And being on the same medication regiment for over a decade should suffice as it is helpful. She was intent on an hour and a half assessment of who knows what? Except for to say she likes to bill that assessment it must cost more. She didn't write any referrals or haven't you suggestions for where to receive counseling? Nor did she stay with the decades-long medication regiment that was deemed necessary and helpful by three different psychiatrists in Private practice. Unfortunately, neighbor care doesn't offer any counselors that could be available on a regular basis of any sort. I was looking for once a month or considering others might need every other week or even once a week, but they did not have any counselors available to see me on any sort of a regular basis whatsoever. That was disappointing. They had one counselor call me over the phone which was exciting at first, but he asked me numerous times what I needed help with and apparently I wasn't specific enough or have any actual issues other than wanting to process my feelings or regular people things and so he seemed to be unavailable at that point. Weird. Oh well. I went elsewhere. Private practice is much better for psychiatry as well as therapy appointments. If all else fails, harbor view and University of Washington have A great deal of mental health providers and options available. In addition to that, they are specialized in trauma-based therapy. Fantastic experience: I LOVE my doctor here (Dian Chase) Literally the ONLY trouble I've had here was some stuff regarding miscommunication up front at the desks but usually they're amazing too. They have an in house pharmacy, and while it and the whole office is closed on weekends, it's much easier to deal with than the nonsense rite aid and bartell have been putting me through. I ALWAYS feel heard and like my doctor cares here, and I've never had them dismiss any concerns of mine.

Fantastic experience: This year marks 12 years for me since I've started going to NH@PPM. The staff are wonderful and friendly, respectful, and very patient with the unwanted guests that the cold streets of downtown Seattle often brings in. I sometimes worry about this place, as I have seen several cuts throughout the years. I hope this branch outlives me and continue to serve my neighborhood for many generations to come.

Negative experience: Started off ok here. Saw a primary, got a referral to another person, had my first appointment with the other person, got a prescription, thought it was all good. Only issue is follows ups are so far out. Had to wait 2 months for my next appointment, get there, and there’s no record of it. Front desk could care less. Her entire attitude was extremely unbefitting a person who’s handling sensitive care for people. Her supervisor attempted to help and the demeanor was better, but they still couldn’t do anything other than offer me an appointment with another person who was not the previous one I’d seen and not the kind of Doctor I needed, and another month out. Great. 6+ months of work out the window, I get to start from scratch again, and this place couldn’t even bother to get me the contact info I’d the person I’d seen before. I think the actual medical staff was great, and I’m sure they have a lot to deal with, but to lose someone’s appointment, and then have nothing you can do to rectify the mistake that was on your end, with people seeking care? That’s just not what I’d expect from a provider that actually gives a damn.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this clinic in the past and always receive warm, friendly service from all the employees. Every provider I have worked with has always taken the time to listen patiently to my health concerns and make me feel like an active participant in my own treatment plan. I recently moved back to the greater Seattle area after 4 years of adventures in other locations and found myself in almost immediate need of a primary care provider. I'm so happy I remembered the top-notch care I've always been given at the Pike Market clinic! I am happy to report that I am now a recipient of medical care at this clinic again. I am also excited to reestablish care with a behavioral help specialist and start getting nutritional support again. Thank you and all your staff for helping to keep me in good health. I appreciate the support.

Negative experience: Don't go here for women's health! Go to U District Planned Parenthood. From the earlier reviews of this clinic, seems like since covid, people here got much more rude to the point of cutting me off during a phone call while I was trying to explain that I wanted to come in and strategize a plan to treat a UTI-like infection. Before, female physician here was dismissive of my complaints of fatigue from this ("Oh it couldn't be that"). I do not visually appear like someone with robust energy anyways. This condition has worsened my depressive symptoms. Doesn't seem like a good way to treat patients. They would not test me for all possible infections in one visit. Instead, the second (male) doctor tested me for a yeast infection and uti, when I had paperwork from another clinic that I was infected with mycoplasma, a rare STD, uncommon. They found the yeast infection, so thank you, but did not think scheduling a follow up appointment was necessary for... a mystery infection /multi-infection I had had terrible year long symptoms. The logic here, the logic. I'd say lack of logic. I have depression from abuse and I have a hard time making it to places on time. During my call to reschedule I can't even have a human conversation with the reception about this over the phone. I'm dismissed and interrupted as I try to explain the situation. Pay your staff better or find new staff for the front desk and listen to your clients more thoughtfully if they have complications. Or find doctors that are interested in helping women with women specific issues. I simply went to Planned Parenthood. U District Location. They tested me for EVERYTHING all at once and were never dismissive or rude. Great office.

Positive experience: There's no way to call to inform them you're running late because your bus was delayed 15 minutes. Make sure you plan on arriving an hour before your appointment time or you'll lose your appointment.

Negative experience: The appointments are always running behind unprofessional they seem to do more goofing off at the reception desk then actually taking care of the patients. Like for example I needed to check in qnd the receptionist just got up and left looked at me and considered leaving.

Negative experience: They've done nothing but lie in my medical records about my symptoms that I tell them about. They make up symptoms, twist my words, and omit important serious symptoms. Very arrogant and dismissive physicians.

Fantastic experience: I need a release of information and stopped by to fill out the paperwork, it only took two minutes and the front desk was so nice. I wanted to mention how you get in the building because I stood at 1st and Virginia for half an hour trying to figure it out. You have to go to either the entrance on 1st and take the elevator down to level 2, or go around to the back alley and enter there The side door on Virginia is exit only, and no one comes out of it.

Negative experience: The place is full of incompetent people starting from the receptionist - who didn't give me the proper forms to fill out- to the nurses - who I had to tell I needed a urine sample based on the doctor's prescription. The only person that seemed to know what they were doing was Dr. Kracen. I spent almost 3 hours just to get blood work done. Only spent 15 mins with the doc and 5 minutes giving blood... go figure. Worst experience in a hospital ever!

Negative experience: Horrible customer support. Unfriendly and unhelpful agent on the phone. I tried to set up this as my primary healthcare but the agent was not very interested in getting new customers... I don't recommend it.

Fantastic experience: A busy clinic that always treats me with respect and kindness. I personally recommend Dr Elizabeth Kracen. She always made time to listen to and care for my concerns. Emergency walk in staff (pre covid) was awesome. Current phone visits are excellent.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff, really friendly people, front desk, MAs, nurses, everyone. I love Dr. Kracen, she's the best! Super thorough with exams and listening to you, she's not at all dismissive of your concerns. She really interacts with you and offers you choices and participation in your own healthcare. She doesn't rush you in and out like other doctors do, in fact she sometimes goes a little bit over time because of how much time she spends with you (so you may end up waiting a little for your appointment sometimes, so just be aware of that, but I don't mind because of the attention and level of care that I get.)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely lovely. Calm welcoming atmosphere. Staff are genuinely kind, caring and patient. Front desk staff were amazing, and Dr. Bush really took the time to get to know me and understand me. They are incredibly LGBTQ friendly (forms ask for preferred pronouns, several "safe space" posters on the wall) The best part? They are truly a community here. Staff knew many patients names and treated them like family.

Negative experience: i went to pike place clinic to check on a rash i had.the doctor told me i had a case of severe scabies and that i had to use this cream.for two years this went on,i was afraid to visit my friends houses.i couldn't have anybody over my house .i threw away most of my clothes,my fabric furniture. i lived in fear and depression for two years,it really messed me up.i went to a real doctor and found out that i am allergic to tide pods.my skin freaks out from that stuff.pike place market clinic is a joke.the people there are very rude and incompetent they kept treating me like i was a leaper.two years of my life living in shame and fear for there stupidity and lack of professionalism .

Negative experience: I initially had a good experience at this clinic and had a 5 star review up for a year, but my doctor (and several others) left, and since then the clinicians I've worked with don't seem to be interested in working *with* me as much as dismissing or managing my case. Current healthcare best practices indicate that clinicians should be open to collaboration with clients and self advocacy, but that's not my experience here recently.

Negative experience: Do not go to this place. They are a scam. "Medic" Wang asked for exams I did not solicit and now I have to pay for them. The whole clinic is a farse. You will lose money for coming here. Avoid this place.

Negative experience: Went in today early opens at 9:30 one hour later ... 10:30 still closed !! people waiting no sign nothing! No one answers phone! other people had appointments waiting outside of building No notices on the doors nothing that they’re being closed today ?? according to Web is open but doors are locked!! Negative experience: I work at the Pike Place Market! One day at work I busted my nail! I ran to the clinic covered in blood, it was about 3:3pm! The front desk man told me the doctors are not taking any more patients for the day and gurn me away! He said they are a small family clinic! Really... and i donate money to support that clinic! That is how caring the clinic is! Next time i will need to plan when i will get hurt! I was in shock of how indifferent the man was!

Negative experience: I'm highly upset because one of the councelor guys there just falls asleep on you while you're trying to talk the them. The doctors won't listen to you fully they jump the gun and send you to others with out all the facts, No one reads your records, Homeless outreach made calls but next day and years later nothing ever gets followed up on. I'm so sick of people getting money from State on my behalf and yet not attending to my medical needs or continuing my medications. This is a medical neglect lawsuite waiting to explode.

Negative experience: Staff are friendly and helpful, but billing is awful. Their inability or unwillingness to properly bill my claim to insurance has put my account in collection despite numerous attempts to contact them and correct this issue. As a result, I will never ever return to this ridiculous and ineffective facility.

Negative experience: Bad The front desk didn't speak much English had to explain a simple words many times when the form was in front of the person Then I had to deal with a medical assistant who spoke limited English And the the doctor came In and yelled not even a hello Dr Little had a nasty Temper just didn't care Just treated me like a ATM Only one person was professional and that was a nurse.

Negative experience: Dr. Wang is not awesome at all. My partner went in for a checkup and a refill of his epilepsy medications. Dr. Wang treated him like he was looking for recreational drugs, and wouldn't give him a refill of a medication he had taken all his life, which is never used recreationally. Dr. Wang insisted my partner come back EVERY MONTH for more medication. He treated him extremely rudely, promised to send in a tiny refill to the pharmacy and then never even did that. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. We are going back to Peacehealth where they treat you like a human being!

Negative experience: this place is awful I went to see doctor Wang who is awesome but the front desk staff is absolutely ridiculous and snobby the main girl at front desk hung up on me repeatedly as I only asked for my lab results then she told me to wait a week needless to say I went to the emergency room because this place sucks
