Fantastic experience: Satori Wellness is a wonderful place. The atmosphere is calming and peaceful from the minute you walk through the door. The staff is welcoming and appointments are always on time. I have been seeing Idalee for a few years. She's a warm, wonderful person, always welcoming and caring. She's a good listener and talking with her is like having a conversation with a good friend. Originally I started seeing Idalee for accupuncture, but have added microneedling to help with some old surgical scarring on my arms. I had no expectation before starting the process, but Idalee has worked wonders. I'm happy to say the appearance of the scars has improved so much that I am no longer self conscious wearing sleeveless clothing. I have also seen Idalee for microneedling on my face to reduce fine wrinkles and the results are impressive. I highly recommend Idalee and Satori.

Fantastic experience: Satori Wellness has been lovely. I’ve been seeing Susan McIntosh for about 10 weeks now, and it’s the first time in a long time I’ve felt like someone’s really listening. She’s calm, present, and has this intuitive way of picking up on what I need sometimes even before I fully know how to say it. I usually avoid doctors. I don’t like feeling rushed or processed, and too often it feels like no one’s really there to hear you. This has been the opposite. My anxiety feels quieter. My headaches have eased. My body isn’t holding on so tight. The space itself is peaceful and clean, modern building, plenty of parking, and the energy when you walk in just feels good. Simple, warm, grounding. If you’re looking for something that actually supports your whole self, this is the kind of care that does.

It is a welcoming and peaceful office and my acupuncturist Idalee DiGregorio is the best---she's a therapist and acupuncturist in one! I won a gift certificate to Satori Wellness to try out acupuncture; it is something I wouldn't have done for myself, but I am so glad I have! It has been life changing!!! Idalee has worked her genius and has helped me through some terrible vertigo / dizziness that other doctors and physical therapy could not help. Idalee can really tune into your mind, body, and soul and all your needs! Do not make anymore excuses as to why you cannot do acupuncture, because Satori Wellness accepts insurance! Conveniently located in Towson with plenty of free parking!

Fantastic experience: I wanted a way to give back to all the special Mom's in my life and thought chair massages would be a great way to pamper some lovely women for Mother's Day! Satori Wellness provided me with Emma's contact info to set up a session at my home. Emma was easy to coordinate with, responsive, and affordable. The day of my event, she arrived early, was courteous, and professional. She gave 8 gals, of various ages, massages tailored to their needs. Everyone loved her. Emma really exceeded my expectations when one of the children came crying to their mom while she was trying to relax in the chair. Emma quickly pulled out a little toy dinosaur named "Chicken" and calmed the child down so that Mom could enjoy the rest of her massage. Overall excellent experience. Will reccomend her to everyone wanting a little pampering.

Fantastic experience: For acute and chronic pain, this place can stick the needles in all the right spots. Remarkably, back in December 2023, I first noticed an unexpected benefit. Two hours after my first treatment there was a clear gradual improvement of my mood and affect. The reality of the loss of time and productivity due to chronic pain was sobering followed by slobbering. My life revolved around my “pain rig”, ice packs, multiple portable tens units and chargers, and a bag full of wraps and braces. Whatever it takes right? Satori has Dramatically improved my situation in less than 2 months. Pain has been and will continue to be my constant companion, but these folks, the entire staff make my visits something to look forward to. Pick up the phone today and just call them. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place. I was coming here almost weekly (insurance is accepted!) for an extended period of time. Everyone on staff is amazing. I mostly worked with Carly. She was always so attentive and caring and truly acknowledged every aspect of my health/well-being, and tailored our sessions to treat whatever was needed at the time. It was always such a peaceful environment and my favorite part of my week. I always felt like my reset button was activated each time. Acupuncture is amazing and it blows my mind how much you can treat with it and how much it helped me with my mental health, gut issues, and so much more. I miss this place dearly since I’ve moved away, but I’m forever grateful for the healing time spent here and for Carly’s support in tough times.

Fantastic experience: Satori Wellness Center is a peaceful and "happy place" for me. The staff are all welcoming, polite and kind, and the acupuncturist 's exhibit clinical competence in delivering professional treatment to their clients. I might walk in wobbly and off balance from a bout of Vertigo, and leave steady and straight in my gait; or go there wound up tight and stressed out from life's personal issues and within minutes of treatment feel the stress flow out of my body- leaving me feeling calm, rested and relaxed. I have recommended Satori to friends who have shared their experiences and results with me from pain relief to curing insomnia and reducing anxiety. Every time I go to Satori, I leave there better off physically and mentally!

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Satori about 8 weeks ago, because I struggle with Lupus, Fibromyalgia and Degenerative Spinal Disease. The receptionist is very pleasant, kindly addresses you once you have arrived. Suzan is my acupuncturist. She is concerned about your well being and asks about how you are doing and carefully assesses your needs. All the acupuncturists there are wonderfully professional, especially Susan and Idalee! Since coming to Satori once or twice a week, I no longer depend on my cane which I have used for 5 yrs due to a decrease in mobility after two back injuries and lumbar fusions. I also have noticed many other improvements such as decreased irritability, better quality sleep and list goes on. This is a triumph!! I hurt less and less! They paired me with Leslie Lloyd who specializes in fertility. She helped educate me on changes I could make and resources I could use along with her acupuncture practices and supplements. She is highly knowledgeable, caring, polite, tactful, always listens with empathy and concern. Kathy probes patient’s health condition first, then proceeds with treatment simultaneously explaining cure flow. Kathy is a big caliber professional and true asset to her profession. I just saw Jennifer for a massage and am so happy with the professionalism, care and technique.. between acupuncture and massage I'm going to be here twice a week until my baby comes and it is worth every penny for restoring my quality of life. Leslie has been my saving grace! I started going for sciatica in this pregnancy but, she is able to help with so much more. My anxiety is under much better control. AND I went in yesterday with a second day cold and sore throat feeling awful and today I'm 95% better. Leslie can take one look at me and tell what I have going on.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I have an auto-immune condition, scleroderma and mixed connective tissue disease, so it is important for me to de-stress and relax my mind and body. Find Norma's massages have that particular touch that keeps me in top condition for almost 7 days. I wish she lived near me so i could make use of her healing talents several times a month. It is hard to find somebody whose hands are as healing and talented as Norma. My legs and back could be locked in spasm, and when Norma finishes my massage, the tissues in my legs and back are all loosened up and much softer. Norma gets those "knots" out, she has excellent hands. I take alot of vitamins and supplements to help with my condition. Avoiding junk food and sugar are also important to protect your good health.

Fantastic experience: Norma gave me the best massage I have ever had. She used the right amount of pressure to stimulate my muscles and relax me but not hurt me. I was able to fully relax and feel the benefits of her massage for weeks after. The foot scrub is heavenly as well! Go see her! Seriously. Kathy has been my acupuncturist for years and I have been able to heal many physical ailments thanks to her. She has not only taken away pain, but has given me emotional and spiritual support. I have been treated by Leslie who is my guru acupuncturist healer woman. She listens, she intuits, she helps direct you. She is a terrific needler (she finds those points!) and a wonderfully thoughtful partner in helping you sort out (mind-)body issues and guiding you to good health. She factors in the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual in your intake and is so mindful in how she puts together your treatment plan. She sees the big picture and is able to connect the dots. I know several other friends and family members who have been in her care--and she has helped us all! From birthing to back pain to very serious health issues, she covers the spectrum, and does it with sincerity, grace, compassion and heart.

Fantastic experience: Satori Acupuncture and Wellness Center is a peaceful and holistic place. I was treated by Kathy Crosland for a leg injury, which I suffered after falling off a wall. I developed a large hematoma and lots of swelling, which was affecting my ability to walk, exercise, and work. After two acupuncture treatments by Kathy, I was back to work and capable of wearing shoes again! I'm so grateful for her nurturing care and guidance. I highly recommend her services.

Fantastic experience: After more than a year of post-partum rage that left me constantly clenching my teeth and fists to keep from hurling objects across the room. I met Diane Kane quite coincidentally; I wasn’t looking for an acupuncturist, had never experienced acupuncture, and hadn’t considered seeking help for my rage. Saying that I’m happy I took a chance on her as a healer is a colossal understatement. Diane embodies the spirit of wellness and you can’t help but absorb it just by being in her presence. I still get angry sometimes, but I don’t feel that rage anymore, and with Diane’s guidance, I’m learning not to water that seed of anger. She shares new tools and advice with me at each visit, and I use those tools between treatments, incorporating wellness and compassion into my daily life as a mother and wife. The other night I was talking to my husband about acupuncture, and he said that he loves what Diane has done for me and for us as a couple. He said he looks forward to coming home and spending time with me and admitted that he spent a number of months trying to think of ways to avoid being with me. I look forward to being with him more too. Acupuncture healed my rage, but Diane healed my life.
