Positive experience: First time in and meet the owner who are quite lively and social which is refreshing from the dry and boring that I'm used to. I got the combo which was a PB&j protein shake and the sunrise tea and I love the sunrise tea the PB&j however was surprisingly tart and tasted like it may have pre-work in it but still pretty good. I'll probably become a regular after this first visit

Positive experience: Delicious meal replacement shakes and ice teas. Although it’s usually $11(which is expensive to me) but they often market coupons and give military-discount.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time coming in today and I got the strawberry banana shake as well as a mix of the watermelon and pineapple tea! Not only were the smoothie and tea SO delicious, but Alicia and Taegan were the sweetest ladies. I highly recommend this shop. There are many benefits to their drinks, they taste great and you literally feel good drinking them. They also offer health coaching which makes the experience even better. You can tell how proud the owners are of their business and it is expressed that the drinks will help you with all the before and afters of people who have real results. Love this place, definitely my new favorite spot and I cannot wait to come back soon!!

Positive experience: I can vouch for the watermelon tea all day! It's a pretty loud tight spaced environment. If your looking for a quick tastey protein shake I'd say this is a good stop for that or just to grab a cold tea (teas are suger free and the shakes are packed with 24g of protein). The seating available outside in the plaza is shaded and plentyful though so I wouldn't judge this place by the interior space. Good service, good flavor.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time in and it was very awesome experience! All smiles, great attitudes, friendliness and very knowledgable staff! The entire atmosphere was uplifting!
