Negative experience: This company in my opinion need better systems to ensure you get the prescriptions that you pay a lot of money for on time to maintain the proper regimen the practitioners prescribe. Can’t speak for others but this experience was northing short of a money grab. Make sure you do your due diligence and check to ensure they can keep you supplied with on time deliveries so that you can maintain a consistent regime.

Negative experience: If you're dealing with anything more complex than a paper cut, avoid Amazing Meds like your health depends on it. What started as a mildly disorganized clinic, quickly devolved into a textbook example of medical negligence wrapped in apathy! As a Type 1 Diabetic, I depend on reliable communication for critical supplies like my CGM and insulin pump. I provided detailed documentation, emails, and even supplier screenshots to make their job easy... Instead, I spent 4 months babysitting grown adults who couldn't figure out how to send a fax or upload the right file.... Communication? Nonexistent. Accountability? Laughable. The most disturbing part? Even after spelling everything out multiple times, they still managed to botch insulin pump paperwork. When your staff can’t follow written instructions on something that controls blood sugar and keeps someone alive, you have no business operating as a medical provider. Now... A couple staff members are kind, I'll give them that. But kindness doesn't excuse incompetence. And some of the others? Shouldn't be within ten feet of patient files, let alone handling any kind of prescriptions. It feels like management either quit or dropped the ball entirely, and now patients like my self are left to deal with the fall out! If you're looking for a reliable clinic to manage any med prescriptions, or more serious stuff, do yourself a favor RUN! DO NOT WALK!!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently placed my order for weight loss treatment with amazing meds after filled out my form and a phone call away from the office , i picked up my medications after couple days and got shock on the results after 2 weeks. Fantastic experience: I highly recommended Amazing Meds for all and the community, i recently chose this establishment base on a lot of good reviews. The process is easy from the website to phone call from staff, the way they explained and prescribed the medication showed me that they are very educated and highly trained. Website is very well oriented and easy to pick on for whatever our needs . Office is actually clean and easy to find as well, last but not least, pricing is very affordable and i would say cheaper than most of the clinics in Denver area.

Negative experience: It has taken over a month to get through their intake process. Overall, I have found this company to be cumbersome to work with. You have to talk to multiple people. The initial intake is a phone call, you are then routed to someone who coordinates a lab, you then meet with a provider if their internet is not down, a few weeks later. You also have to provide the same information you provided the intake worker again on their intake forms. I would not bother wasting my time on this place again. Very inefficient.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. They used to be decent but in the last year or so have become a shady disorganized mess. My medication has been up to 3 weeks late and when called nobody has answers, multiple people basically told me they're new and don't know anything. Tried to get in touch with the clinical liaison who never answers her phone and doesn't return phone calls. Have had a person get on the zoom call before my doctors appointment pretending to be a doctor only to find out they weren't and were just trying to upsell me on other things. This last time I told them I just want my money refunded because I'm not waiting 3-4 weeks after I run out of medication to get my order, told me they would refund and I'm still waiting 2 weeks later. HRT is not something you wanna be running out of every month or so. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Amazing Meds and got even better results than I expected. The doctor consult went quickly and easily. I got on the proper medication for my thyroid which I had no idea was causing me so many issues including low energy. I was also mailed the medication which made it super convenient. Some other meds were also recommended which I am going to start taking shortly for weight loss and overall improved fitness. I`ve already seen results from my workouts which I`ve now got the energy to do every day. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: So far the people that I have interacted with thus far have all been incredibly helpful and exceedingly knowledgeable about the medical issues and treatments that are being discussed. You get the sense that these people are really trying to help you and take into consideration your needs and the goals you would like to achieve in your treatment. John Yi was outstanding in his role, he did an exceptional job of interpreting the symptoms I described and offering a well thought out and effective course of action, all while making sure any questions I may have had were answered and understood. Not to mention the logistics of the scheduling and consultation were extremely efficient and productive, not only for myself as a patient but I’m sure in a way that could only been seen as being beneficial for the operations of the clinic as well.

Positive experience: I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with them yet they had me do an appointment even though I shared on my intake form I’m trying to conceive. I got on the phone with the NP and she said I’m sorry I can’t help you due to this. I feel the organization and communication amongst staff needs some help. They also had tech issues for my first appointment yet I think it was because the NP didn’t see me on her schedule. I did get some good bloodwork to share with my Naturopathic doctor however.

Negative experience: I do NOT recommend this place they don’t care about you, they care about selling their expensive products even when you don’t need any treatment. I had 2 different doctors that reviewed my bloodwork and the said that every is in normal range and at this clinic they said I needed testosterone, progesterone and vitamin B. Also when I asked why I was losing so much hair they didn’t know. The doctors are rude. The only nice person was Amanda . She tried to make it better so she scheduled another appointment but they made me wait for almost 20min on the video call I had to schedule one more time I thought it would be better but the lady seems like she was an a rush and the first thing that came out of her mouth was “are you interested in hormone replacement therapy “ not even asked how I was doing. Then when I asked what was that she cut me off and transferred me to a sales person . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY!!

Fantastic experience: I went to my doctor recently with questions regarding hormone replacement and she spent about 5 minutes explaining my options. This was very frustrating, so I decided to schedule a complimentary consultation with Amazing Meds. They explained the process thoroughly, ordered my labs and scheduled another consultation. Brooke,was so helpful and took her time explaining all my labs and my options for BHRT. My prescription was placed and mailed to me very quickly.

Positive experience: I want to say I have had my struggles with amazing meds. Since I have started, I have still issues with my sex drive and more weight gained. They are all still trying to figure out my body and what is going on with it. Amy has been the utmost helpful person with my problems. she knows my struggles and she is always trying to help me. She makes me feel that things will get better no matter what it takes. She is very helpful and very kind so thank you Amy for all you do.

Positive experience: Just be sure to stay on top of your meds. As a first timer, I didn’t realize I was going to need to track my doses left and schedule for bloodwork over a month before I was out. The time between giving a blood sample, to the results being sent, to having an appointment to go over the results with a doctor to ordering the meds, to the pharmacy sending them out takes 4-6 weeks. And I’m locally located to amazing meds. Don’t get me wrong, I saw great results and the people are nice. But there needs to be a better system in place to track customers needs before they go 3 weeks off their prescription and lose all their improvements and hormones going completely out of whack.

Fantastic experience: I can't talk about everyone that works there, but I sure can talk about two people that work there! Carrie and Vanessa! These two ladies are terrific!! I have been wanting to try TRT for a long time, but I was always hesitant because I have had a needle phobia since I was a kid. If I can't look at them, how can I use a syringe on myself?! I talked to Carrie and Vanessa about my phobia and how I wanted to get over it, and needed to! Carrie did the research and talked with the Doctor about getting me smaller needles and other application methods and immediately contacted me as soon as she had a possible resolution to my phobia. I decided to go with the most common syringe application...and this is where Vanessa comes in. She is their Phlebotomist and is excellent at her job! She has gone above and beyond with her patience trying to reduce my anxiety and phobia of needles so that I can get to the point where I can apply the TRT myself. Her personal training on TRT application is on point. She is easy to talk to and eager to answer questions about the process. I'm sure curing a person's phobia isn't in her job description, but I have never been this close to getting over it in my life. If I had a trophy for customer service, professionalism and patience, Vanessa would win it! Amazing Meds needs to make sure they keep her on the payroll!! If you are curious about or want to start hormone therapy, I highly recommend Carrie and Vanessa!

I’m astounded that this was even possible, considering before their program I was struggling with losing weight even with excessive working out and extreme dieting. My bloodwork results were delivered to me in less than 24 hours. The provider I talked to gave great feedback on where my health was at and gave me feedback on holistic methods to improve my health and reach my goals. Each person I interacted with was professional, kind, and caring. They also are quick to respond to questions.
