Positive experience: From reading other reviews it sounds like they are amazing! Here’s the deal, they cost 3 times more than other places. So if budget is a concern this isn’t it. Editing in response to the response received, I was not there for weight loss. I was there for HRT.

Negative experience: Find another place, This one could careless about you. They seem to want to only work when they want to not when their open times are.

Positive experience: In a reset. Let's evaluate over the next few months and see where we're at. I appreciate Dr. Jones, talking with me.

Fantastic experience: I can’t praise Nurse Practitioner Jodi for absolutely changing my life this past year… without her guidance and support I wouldn’t have been able to succeed or be as successful as I was in not only my weight loss but bringing my A1C, my cholesterol down, but she was able to get my overall health and wellbeing back to a manageable existence. After four years of being ignored by my doctors with my overall health, she was able to restore my health within a manageable timeframe. Hands down, Jodi is the best thing to happen to me and my health.

Negative experience: If you are a type 1 diabetic avoid this like the plague. Nurse practitioner Jody one of most unprofessional medical workers I've been involved with. After 160 hours of lab time my a1c had increased. Too much to write about here. But after it raised I called Dr. He never returned my call. Changed my physiology and then wouldn't talk to me. Unprofessional medical staff other than Cheyenne and actually made my diabetes worse. Just a warning to avoid the diabetes treatments

Negative experience: Didn't really offer any real help, but Dr Jones wanted to schedule a whole bunch of lab tests that weren't covered by insurance. He kept pushing me to go ahead with lab tests even though I made it clear I couldn't pay out of pocket, then he ended the conversation when he realized I wasn't going to fork over a bunch of money. I asked multiple times while scheduling if they accepted my insurance and was assured that they did. Waste of time

Fantastic experience: I was having issues with no sex drive, brain fog, moodiness, low energy, low sec drive, and hot flashes. I went and started the hormone treatment with the pellets. And I have had an amazing response! Now all my symptoms are either gone or very low. And a bonus is now my breast are fuller! I’m loving it. And everyone at the doctors office are always so nice. If you are having of these symptoms I can suggest enough to go and have them tested. You won’t be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: I brought my health goals to CMS, and first off…..they listened. I genuinely felt heard and I knew they sincerely wanted to help me work toward those goals. I especially like that they tailor treatment plans to the individual instead of using a cookie cutter approach. How my body is responding to those plans is monitored along the way, as well, in order to make appropriate adjustments while keeping health and safety in mind. The staff are both friendly and highly knowledgeable. Any questions I have between visits is quickly handled by Althi who has been incredibly responsive during my time with CMS.

Cheyenne sets us up for our infusions with care and manages all our charts with precise attention. The rest of the staff, Isaias and Jodi, keep us safe and moving in the right direction. Their friendliness and comradery make us feel like friends and not just patients.

Fantastic experience: The staff are wonderful. I'm currently in the insulin resensitation therapy. I have been in the program for a year. The great thing about this program is that it is covered by insurance so minimal out of pocket costs. Shoutout to John, Jodi, Cheyenne, Isias, Althi and Heather for being great caregivers. I wish that they could open an office in Pueblo to eliminate my commute.

Fantastic experience: CMS is a wonderful place offering an opportunity to improve blood sugar. Everyone is friendly, caring and helpful. I come here twice a week. Blood sugar numbers are improving. It is a blessing to have the chance to eventually go without medication.

Negative experience: A lot of money was spent on TRT with no results. This may be just the case for me but other people should know it’s a real possibility. It was also explained to me that by paying up front for the year that I wouldn’t have to pay for anything else and any additional “boosters” would be covered but this was not the case. Additional medications were later highly recommended that i needed to come out of pocket for. Also I was only covered for a certain number of treatments, not for “a full year” as previously explained. Just simple communication issues and unfortunately for me a waste of time and money. Other than that the staff was friendly.

Negative experience: Edit: Amando sent me online form to fill that was full of glitches. I completed as much as I could and then sent them a list of technical issues with their online form. So disappointed overall. As one reviewer mentioned they tried to use a Groupon for a specific service, and were unsuccessful. If a health clinic is selling Groupon to entice new customers, then beware of that "health clinic". They make you complete this long form but when I had a consultation with a medical professional, I doubt he actually read my medical history and concern provided on their form. He kept insisting on this $3000 program regardless of my health concerns. They sound like Walmart of "health" clinics. Thumbs down. Also, there was no f/u if I was interested in their program or not.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is amazing! I suffered from the horrors of menopause and I wasn't able to get relief for my symptoms from my regular doctor. Then in 2021 I found CO Medical Solutions. This place has been a life saver, through Bio ID hormone replacement therapy I have been restored to my fabulous, functioning self again. Dr Jones and his staff are professional, friendly, wonderful people. Check them out you'll be glad you did. Thank you CMS! You're incredible!

Fantastic experience: I have had medical situations handled by military hospitals for 45 yrs. But I found that support from Colorado Medical Solutions is so much easy to get treatment for a couple of issues. What I found, for a reasonable cost I can get the routine treatment I need without all the roadblocks from military Medical facilities. They take time to discuss Solutions with me and scheduling the next appointment is easy. Special recognition is warranted for the front desk personnel and the medical technicians. Negative experience: I haven't made an appointment nor do I plan to. Super shady, red flags popping up all over. A lot of fake reviews but it's those one star reviews that speak volumes about this business. I also mistrust a business who's number comes in as private instead of forthcoming on my voicemail. The message was not informative and professional but a chance to twist my arm with an ad for your business. You failed to answer my question, are your services covered by Medicaid. On a long winded and politician like ad, "Here are the services covered by insurance..." Followed by not a yes or no, but a huge ambiguous spiel that did not answer my question. I then read a review on Facebook that if you don't have Medicare, then Medicaid isn't covered. From reading between the really suspicious lines, you sell snake oil and BHRT. No thank you. If all I wanted was hormone replacement, I'd go to my actual physician, and not what sounds like a scam.

Fantastic experience: I have updated my review from bad to good. One of the owners, Dr Jones, called me to inform me of changes made and talked me through the issues I’ve had. I appreciate an owner who takes initiative to make positive changes to their company so I’m cautiously optimistic!

Negative experience: What an enormous waste of my time. After explaining my situation on the phone, they said they could help me and scheduled an appointment. I got to the appointment and they wouldn’t work with me because of underlying conditions. How is that not discrimination? They’re a healthcare provider that won’t prescribe HRT to anyone with an underlying condition? Ridiculous. That should be a disclaimer on their website.

Negative experience: I need to preface this to say that I always check Google reviews on businesses that I'm not familiar with which is why I trusted Colorado Medical Solutions. However, throughout my experiences with them in 2021, I have questioned the validity of the reviews. One of the reasons is that I was offered to enter into a raffle for a free service for leaving a review. Right or wrong, it didn't sit right with me. During my experience seeing them for bhrt, I tried to address to Angelo on a phone call with how upset I was by feeling that my concerns weren't being heard .... instead of using any common sense skills such as "let me look into this", I literally got yelled at. While he was yelling, my husband pulled the car over a we were driving because we both were in total shock that a person in his position with a supposedly repuatable company would treat clients this way. He never apologized. Don't get me wrong, I understand how stressful it can be to deal with difficult people .... but I wasn't being difficult -- I was crying and expressing my concerns. I had explained to him that my records were not complete on the app, my calls weren't returned and when they were they were very condescending. I had concerns because my hair was falling out and asked if that was normal. Turns out it was.... why not just tell me that. Then to learn that my initial blood work results were LOST! My experience to say the least was the absolute worst, to the point I questioned any of their qualifications. Once doing more research after I ended working with them in September 2021, I learned my gut was right. All I can say to you is do your research and not just consider the reviews before choosing any type of medical procedure with any company. If a company that is doing medical solutions can't spell words correctly in their introduction video, that says alot. Now I realize, I should have never given them the benefit of the doubt at any point throughout my dealings with them.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing hormone replacement for the last year and a half, and Colorado Medical Solutions does a great job with monitoring my blood work and giving me the hormones that I need for energy, hot flashes and overall wellness. Negative experience: Had an appointment on 6 Dec 21 in Colorado Springs. Filled out my complete medical information as requested, but had to contact them to get the forms sent to me versus filling it out online. I refused to fill out the accepting responsibility for payment form until I made a decision, which I think was fair. No introduction, we had to ask for his name at the end.....We spoke with Zach and there was a lot of information to digest, of which we had done some research but not as deep as what was presented. He did not look at my information that I filled out, and kept going to the most expensive treatments available. We asked what his background was and he told us communications. That he was NOT a medical professional at all. We kindly asked to get some data in writing so we could read and inform ourselves. We were handed two papers and told the rest would come via email. I waited two days and nothing came. At the end of the 2nd day, I reached out to the lady that sent me the forms in pdf format for the free consultation, and it is now the end of the day Friday, the 10th, and I do not have the promised information. While I was upset with the information overload, and speed that it was delivered (its a hard thing to hear as your option and then the price tag) - I was open to gathering information and doing my own research. It was a $7500 decision to make and when we said we would research it up, you could see we were dismissed. We even had to ask for his name before walking out. I would not recommend this place for ANY treatment. Period. I can't even get the information I was promised, in a timely (or at all for that matter) fashion. Unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Review edit: It has been yet another wonderful year as a patient of Colorado Medical Solutions. I’ve been able to continue with my hormone and thyroid needs thanks to the amazing staff! Althi reaches out regularly to make sure I’m doing well and check in with me as far as any needs or concerns I may have. I really appreciate that she’s so personable, caring and on top of things. An amazing person and asset to this office! Heather is also great! Anytime I have any medication concerns, she’s right on it, getting what I need sent over within a timely manner. This is very helpful! Cheyenne has also been very friendly and thorough during appointments. She as well as the other girls, is an amazing team member. It’s always nice to come to an office where you feel like your health concerns are important. Everyone in this clinic has been perfect in doing so. I've been coming to Colorado Medical Solutions for hormone replacement for about a year and a half to two years. I appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Everyone in the office has been great at communicating and making sure that I understand what's going on with my health and procedures. I was very thankful that they were able to diagnose and treat other underlying issues I wasn't aware that I had as well. I feel much healthier and happier since I started coming here. I recommend Colorado Medical Solutions for any hormone needs!

Fantastic experience: I have been getting my HRT pellets for 2 years now and I can honestly say this treatment has put the “life back in my life”. It has made a huge difference to me and I am very grateful I found this clinic. They are very kind and take time with you and your individual needs. The pellets are easy to receive and I have not had any negative side effects. I would recommended Colorado medical to anyone who is struggling with hormonal changes leading to fatigue, lack of libido, and lackluster feelings towards life. It has really helped me.

The Hormone replacement Therapy has cleared my head form the fog it was in, given me more energy and brought me back to my youth in so many ways. As I was in the Clinic, I seen a sign for melting 3 to 10 inches away in 3 weeks I ask about it and the next day I was in for my first session and right after it my whole body felt absolutely amazing! After my second session my friend (that I see once a week and does not know I’m doing this) said to me “it looks like you are losing weight are you?” I will recommend Colorado Medical Solutions to my family and friends.

Negative experience: 6 Oct, 2021 Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic has been very negative. I would strongly advise anyone who wants to have medical treatment performed by Colorado Medical Solutions to be very careful, and to highly circumvent speaking with Angelo Velasquez (their office mgr). This man was the sole cause for me discontinuing all treatment with this clinic. For my fellow consumers and peers who believe this clinic can help you, I’ll try to write my experience as succinctly as possible…however, you need to read this in its entirety and be aware. 1. My doctor (PCM - not affiliated w/this clinic) had advised me about a specific medical issue relating to my health and its impact with me receiving the Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy treatment. As a result, there was a telephone consult scheduled on Wed 29 SEP at 9am with one of the Colorado Medical Solutions medical specialists to contact me regarding this and to discuss the medical implications. 2. I called in at 9am to confirm the appointment. The receptionist confirmed and informed me that their medical specialist would be calling me back in 2 mins, but that did not happen. I was called back at 9:39am and a voicemail left. Like many, I do not have the liberty at my job to just stand by my phone and wait for late calls. 3. I called back in 12:04 pm to request another appointment or speak to an available specialist. However, Angelo answered and I requested one of these actions. Angelo asked if he could help but I specifically asked to speak w/their specialist. He contended that any concerns I have could be answered by him. After his insistence, I explained what the specific medical concern was and he then commenced to giving the lecture about how he has dealt w/that specific concern along w/their perpetual office presentation about hormone replacement procedures, etc. 4. I informed Angelo that I still wanted to speak w/their specialist since he is NOT a licensed medical professional. He continued to be adamant about his knowledge of the overall procedure and (more importantly) my specific medical issue. This escalated to the point where he became domineering in the conversation and he would not ‘shut up.’ Side note, it is not good for someone to try to dominate me in a conversation. 5. Toward the end of a (literal) 19 min conversation, it unfortunately escalated to a confrontation instead. He finally asked if I wanted to speak w/the specialist after I earlier-on had stated specifically (and precisely) that is the only reason I called in. He then initiated the question of do I want a refund, which at that point, I said yes. He indirectly, but yet plainly made it clear that he did not want my business. And why? Because I respectfully, but yet firmly, wanted to by-pass him to speak to a licensed medical professional. As he continued to speak, I hung up on him. I did receive the refund later. For those who have given this clinic such high ratings, please be advised that as long as you accept everything they say and do not question anything, then you will be treated well. Otherwise, you are subject to the same treatment I received from Angelo Velasquez and it does not matter how nice you are in the process. This man, because of his arrogance and self-absorption, single-handedly cost Colorado Medical Solutions approximately $3300 (possibly more) in revenue since he not only pushed away my business, but the future business of my wife as well. Also, Angelo may have severely violated the HIPAA Privacy Act by inserting himself into a PHI matter when I clearly informed him that I did not want to speak to him about my medical issue. But yet, insisted that he could provide medical answers while confirming to me that he was NOT a licensed medical professional. Part of the HIPAA Privacy Act is the patient’s right to request confidential communications and he may have interfered with that right by not permitting me speak to a medical professional when I requested it. Regrettably, I will be contacting the Office of Civil Rights to seek more guidance on this matter.

Negative experience: Be very wary of this business. I had a consultation appt. set with a Doctor, but instead I was given the hard sell approach by Angelo the office manager. Lets start off with a $6000.00 procedure before speaking with a doctor. Oh wait, that's too high, what about a half procedure for half price of $3000.00. Hard sell approach doesn't work when you are talking with someone about their medical needs.

Fantastic experience: I had a most extraordinary experience with the Colorado Medical Solutions on 21/09/30. Office manager Angelo, front desk Alexandria & Elizabeth, and behind the scenes Mrs Sandra(super lovely) and Cheyenne was a wonder with her draw on my left arm. Plus, Jonathan was great and we didn't even meet with us. Bottom line, highly professional, courteous, and inviting. I found out that "there's more to them than meets the eye" I appreciate them all (even the one's I've not yet met. Keep you posted on progress as I successfully move forward. Fantastic experience: The staff are all very personable, there is a high level of respect and professionalism amongst the staff. Elizabeth and Allie at the front desk are awesome. Ms. Althie takes the time to ensure that all questions are answered and that there is full understanding of the processes, each and every appointment.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I walked in a bit nervous not sure what to expect. Ally greeted me and was so friendly! She explained all the paperwork clearly. This office is very welcoming. After my appointment she also helped me understand the maintenance supplements. They recommend you take a few to ensure results. Conveniently, they give you a place to buy directly from which makes it easier! Angelo was very clear about the pre appointment and post appointment care. They also give you a handout. It explains what to do before and after treatment to ensure best results. He also made the entire experience fun. Because let me tell you, I’m awkward at times. Haha but I was completely at ease. The staff here wants to help you achieve permanent results not just a quick fix and that’s what I really enjoyed about the whole experience. 10/10 will be going back again!

But with just three sessions, from September 8- September 14, I actually saw results I was happy with. I went down 2% body fat overall and various areas were leaner based on the 360 body scans that were done before and after. It was a great experience and Sandra is awesome and always has a great story to tell!! Fantastic experience: The staff and providers are awesome. They make me feel at home and cared for. Anytime I’ve felt off and called the office, they get me in quickly to be seen. Jodi is wonderful. She calms my anxiety when seeing her and getting my HRT. I’ve had HRT in the past and didn’t have a good experience. I never have any pain when Jodi does my HRT insertion. I don’t have bruising and minimal discomfort afterwards. This is a completely different experience than I had at my previous provider. I like that it is an annual charge instead of paying for each time I come in, that way there are no unexpected charges. The pellets have been a life changer for me.

Fantastic experience: Hello. This is a review by Fawn M. Great service leading up to the appointment. I like that the staff was open to working around my schedule and accommodating the time frames I had available to come in for the sessions. So far after 3 sessions, 2 of which were spread about 3 weeks from the initial appointment-I’ve lost about .5”-1” in most areas. I did the full body each time including my face. My face has more definition and less of the round look to it. The neck area has definitely slimmed down as well. So far mid section and legs have trimmed down and I can see a visible change in how my body looks. I do exercise daily from walking, Pilates, and ice skating. Thank you to the gal at the front desk Allie and Angelo who have been super helpful in answering all of my questions. It’s been a good experience.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!! Bought a Groupon for this place only to find out a machine they needed to perform the service was waiting on a part that was already ordered. No big deal, things happen. After pushing back my appointment on 4 different occasions and told that the machine was finally fixed, It indeed was not, and they tried to trick me into getting a similar service, and posing it for what I originally bought which was a more expensive service. I was then informed that the machine was “down indefinitely”. When I repeatedly told Angelo the manager that I didn’t want a different service because it wasn’t what I wanted, and not what I originally purchased, he got very upset with me and asked me why I didn’t want to get a different service?!?!?! All I wanted was a refund for a 3 service package that I purchased that they didn’t even have the machine to perform. After not being able to bully me into just getting a different service he very nastily told me I would have to contact Groupon for the refund bc they had nothing to do with it. When I contacted Groupon it was an even bigger nightmare bc Colorado Medical Solutions had already redeemed my Groupon for them. I never had actually had the appointment!!!! They didn’t have the machine!!! Wow! What a terrible experience and an even more terrible manager Angelo. I never leave bad comments, but this just felt like I should save at least someone from making a bad decision by going here.

Fantastic experience: For going on 12 years I have suffered with neuropathy. In May of this year(2021) I researched the claim on Facebook that led me to Colorado Medical Solutions. Since receiving my first round of shots i have quit using CBD oils and other topicals. I hope now that the shots will continue that I will be able to eliminate the prescription medicines I now use
