Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Michelle Coffey at the Natural Health Improvement Center for chiropractic care for years, and I can’t recommend her enough! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to every detail. Dr. Coffey helped me through two of my pregnancies, keeping me comfortable and pain-free the entire time. The whole office is warm and welcoming, and you always leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing fairly debilitating hip pain. OTC pain meds and stretching helped some but it was still a daily struggle. I have osteoarthritis in both hands and am in my 60’s so I was just chalking it up to that and resigned myself to accepting that this was life. I had seen Dr. Stacie several years ago for stomach issues. Before going to my primary doc and getting on a regimen of arthritis meds I decided to revisit Dr. Stacie. Through her careful, thorough interview as well as muscle testing she determined it was actually a parasite….. I was definitely skeptical. Followed through with her recommendations and within 60 days was pain free and have continued to be so nearly a year later. Definitely recommend Dr. Stacie and this practice if you are struggling with any pain issues. She is extremely compassionate and thorough.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client for approximately 1 1/2 years. It has been life changing for me. I have been dealing w/ a diagnosis of Meniere’s. My symptoms have decreased significantly. The staff have been so supportive and I always feel welcomed. Also, I’ve tried acupuncture, which I’ve never done before. That has been a helpful tool with a sore neck and stress. Fantastic experience: I had bells palsy and sought out acupuncture to try and recapture the movement in the left side of my face. Same thing happened 27 years ago and it worked but I waited two months before getting the treatments thinking it would return on its own. This time I immediately scheduled treatments within the first week. Dr. Stacey Phelps administered the acupuncture treatments. She was very informative and I felt comfortable and confident in her abilities. After four treatments over a two week period I have most of the movement back in my face. She did mention my progress was much quicker than normal but a key component was getting in there as quickly as I did. When I mentioned acupuncture to some traditional doctors, they winced and told me that was "witch doctor" medicine. Well, I'm living proof that it actually works. It's the only thing that restored movement in my face back. If you have any doubts about the benefits of acupuncture, please suspend your disbelief. It works!! I would recommend Dr. Stacy if you are in need of acupuncture or any of the many services she and her staff offers.

Fantastic experience: Dr Michelle is my doctor. The service is always prompt and with a smile. I get a massage and adjustments on my back/ lower back. I went from a pain level of about 8 down to 2 in about a month of weekly sessions and stretching daily in between. I definitely recommend Dr Michelle!!!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the care we received when I took my 85 yr-old mother to see Dr. Stacy. She was patient and receptive to our input surrounding my mother's condition. I'm going back for an appointment for myself this week. #verypleased

Negative experience: I was excited to get NRT done, and the center was able to schedule me the next day. The practitioner and I discussed my symptoms and goals extensively, and I was clear I wanted to start with diet changes and had a supplement company I prefer, if we found supplementation was necessary. She seemed to be fine with all of this. I was surprised and disappointed when I received my results, and they were entirely comprised of supplements that they sell. There was no information on what nutrients I was deficient in (and the supplements were typically combination), and we never discussed what my diet looked like at all. It would have required additional payment to even find out the supplement dosage, so the results were entirely useless to me. The last page had two graphs showing the results of my fitness assessment, and the practitioner would not answer what one of the graphs meant because it was "too complex for the average person to understand," even though I was apparently, as she said, so far advanced beyond the usual client in my knowledge. Additionally, when I came in to go over the results, I was not seen for 45 minutes after my scheduled time (for a 10-15 minute appointment). When I entered the room, instead of apologizing, the practitioner commented that we were "right on time." Finally, I was told that my health was overall in great condition, but because I wasn't sure if I were to continue, I was asked to sign a liability form that stated that I recognized my health was seriously compromised. Overall, it was a waste of time. Thankfully, I spent very little money on this for what amounted to no insight into my nutritional needs at all.

Negative experience: I would have loved to experience this place and their services, however, their customer service has discouraged me and others who were considering. I had an acupuncture appointment scheduled in March and the day of, only about 1 1/2 - 2hrs prior they told me they had to cancel because of something that came up with the dr. I was super understanding, although I had been looking forward to that appointment for weeks. Keep in mind, they called me twice (once the day before and once a couple days before) confirming my appointment and reiterating the fact that it was a super “important” time slot. We ended up rescheduling for April and unfortunately that morning my son came down with a fever so I had to cancel. I didn’t want to potentially expose anyone else to anything. I left a VM around 8am (appointment was at 10am) stating I was unable to make it and had to cancel. They then call me back (left a vm) and state I cannot reschedule an appointment because it was too last minute. The next time I would have to put down a payment. They didn’t bother to offer me any discount or incentive when the dr had a last minute situation the morning of my initial appointment. I’m sure the actual dr’s are fantastic, however, the office staff seems horrible and condescending. Will try other places.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michelle is awesome! I originally saw her after I was involved in a car accident, and she was super helpful with my recovery and on going plantar fasciitis. Also, they are decently priced for adjustments that are paid for out of pocket!

She tells it like it is and doesn’t sugar coat it. Once she does your nutrition response testing she’ll put you on a specific path and she can tell when you get off of it. Hehehe. And then, she gets you right back on it. Her methods might be direct… try to stay away from this or that but she leaves it to you to follow through. She has everything you need to get your health together in her place. A One stop shop for overall change and support to any healing you might be going through. Massage therapist Sam has helped me through pregnancies, muscle injuries, and is by far the best masseuse i’ve ever had (i’m 43 and have had a lot!). Dr. Bill helps me with not only chiro issues but also elbow, shoulder and hip issues. He’s efficient, easy to understand and always helps to get me feeling better without a prescription- which I appreciate!

Fantastic experience: The first time I walked into Dr.Stacy Phelps office the receptionists treat you like your part of the family, They gave me paperwork to fill out. Then I met Dr.Stacy Phelps she treated me like I was her only patient she sat and listened to my problems with my lower back and I explained to her that I had surgery and it didn't help so she examined my back and she adjusted it and l felt better walking out, she also made a suggestion about trying acupuncture I did just that and let me tell you that it worked great and made a few more appointments with Annette who work miracles i still had my back adjusted once a week then went to evey other week. My back felt so good for sometime but still went once a month. I know that this is a little long but her whole staff is amazing. Dr.Stacy Dr.Annett and Dr.Coffee work miracles on my back. I would highly recommend her and her staff, if I could give her 10 I would. I want to thank her and her staff for helping me out with my back. I wish I was back home, living in Arizona now. Miss you All. Thank you VERY Much.

Fantastic experience: After being in the hospital for bronchitis, I came down with a bad flu that left me very sick for months. After doing different tests by my gp and specialist, was told there was nothing else they could do to help. I lost weight due to not being able to eat from constant nausea. I went to Dr Phelps. She diagnosed me with having a parasite and started me on supplements right away. THANK GOD!! After a while I finally got relief and was able to go back to work. AMAZING! Totally am a believer and won't hesitate to come here, not only when I'm sick, but to maintain my health.
