Fantastic experience: Iv been getting treatments with Mindi now how 5 months already and she has done wonders for me with acupuncture and cupping. Not only did she fix the pain I had all through my body. She fixed my diet and GI problems I was having. Help get me off most of my prescription’s. I feel amazing now. I highly recommend anyone who is experiencing inflammation or pain threw there body to seek a few treatments. She’s amazing.

Fantastic experience: I have osteoarthritis in both knees and was concerned about having pain for my upcoming vacation. I saw Amie for acupuncture treatments starting a couple of months before my trip. What a difference it made! I started feeling better after a session or two and had minimal pain during the trip and we walked a lot! I am so glad that I made the decision to have this treatment. Amie is very knowledgable, caring and professional and I would definitely go back to her in the future.

She is gentle and meticulous in her manner of administering acupuncture. She took care to ensure I was comfortable and warm and answered my questions about what each needle did, what body parts were affected, and even what supplements I could take to rebalance my body holistically. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Veronica for a year or so and I absolutely love her. She’s super creative with her solutions and goes way out of her way to help me with specific things. More than that, she’s a delightful person who loves her work and is a natural healer. I definitely feel a million times better after seeing her. She’s helping me with nervous system issues and PTSD in addition to everyday muscle strains and such and has truly changed my life. I sometimes see her and Nyxi next door for craniosacral massage on the same day and let me tell you it’s the height of luxury. I’m able to do it because they accept HSA cards! Fantastic experience: As a veteran with severe service connected PTSD, depression, anxiety and chronic pain, they had a very complex patient and all I can say is that I am so very grateful to them. They listened to my concerns and my pain, both physical and emotional. They were amazing! I felt so incompetent at life but their support helped me get through some dark and painful days in my life. From the moment I walked in I was treated kindly and with respect in a beautiful environment that creates a space to just breathe while we heal on the table. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Mindi for almost 6 months now after she came to me highly recommended from several close friends. I am incredibly grateful for her invaluable expertise, compassion, and support in my journey towards health and fertility. Mindi is not the first acupuncturist, or wholistic practitioner I have seen and she has exceeded my highest expectations in every way. In the past with other practitioners it often felt like I was a number in a busy office trying to turn out as many patients as possible. I often had to retell personal health details because the practitioner did not remember my issues and I did not feel my care was always tailored to my individual needs. From the moment I met Mindi I felt her deep presence and talent for individualized care. Due to Mindi's ability to connect to people and attention to detail, I have never had to repeat myself and reexplain my health history -enabling us to quickly pick up where we left off from the previous session. I have struggled with infertility for two years and tried Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and fertility clinics with other specialists and no one was able to help me. After seeing Mindi for only a few months I was able to conceive for the first time! She has been incredibly sensitive and intuitive through this difficult journey and has supported me with supplements, progressive treatments, nutritional guidance, and a caring ear to listen and problem solve with. She was able to pinpoint specific issues I was having that other practitioners did not recognize. She has gone out of her way to fit me in to her busy schedule when I have needed extra support and responds quickly through communication when I have specific questions and don't have an appointment. Whether it is addressing pain from a car accident with cupping and acupuncture, openly recommending other specialists when I have needed something more specific, or helping with overall emotional health and well-being, Mindi is an incredible gift to our community that I can't recommend enough (and have to many friends)!

Fantastic experience: Erick is absolutely amazing! He has a deep understanding of human anatomy and knows how to skillfully apply it. Every-time I get a massage, it is like going on vacation. I feel amazing for weeks! Not to mention, the place is super friendly, clean and welcoming. The front desk is accommodating, scheduling and re-schedule is super easy. And, you can also double-duty for an extra Pilates class and don't forget to get a few delicious vegan chocolate treats and amazing local teas!

Fantastic experience: It is hard to put into words the impactful healing this place had on my mind, body, and spirit in the time I lived close enough to go. It was my favorite monthly outing; probably because it felt like a spa for my soul haha. I remember feeling very much at ease, welcome, and like family. I received acupuncture, massage, herbal medicine & nutrition guidance. My health did a 180 in the 6 month period I was coming here. I wish I could take this clinic with me everywhere I move haha. I haven't found a healing center quite like it since. A gem, for sure.

The minute you walk into IOCH, you are greeted by Mark with a warm, familiar reception and a lovely oasis of natural light and relaxing ambience. The massages I have received from Jonathan and Eric are transformative. Collectively, they fixed not only my back, but also my neck, as well as other issues through their amazing talent and healing touch. Negative experience: This place is a joke… - Bro/Bruh/Brother
Fantastic experience: I had prolonged anosmia (loss of smell) from a COVID infection in 2020 and Veronica Simmons almost completely brought my smell back in about five sessions. Absolutely amazing work and this was honestly one of the most life changing experiences I've ever had with any type of practitioner. After some body acupuncture on my first session with minimal results, we switched to scalp acupuncture and immediately there was a huge difference in my abilities to smell. Veronica is super talented and found healing results so quickly. She was dedicated to helping me get the majority of my smell back and has been super successful! With each session, I have been able to smell more and more. I highly recommend her to anyone who experienced COVID anosmia.

Fantastic experience: James Yardley at inner ocean healing was essential to my recovery. I was in a car accident and hit from behind. My neck was really messed up. Prior to seeing James I didn’t think I would ever recover. James knew exactly what to do and how to treat my neck trauma. He is very generous with his time and he cares. He is knowledgeable as to accuputure points and relieving tension and stressors. Every appt my pain level decreases with James expertise. I would highly recommend James in the future. The new office space is wonderfully inviting. The entire staff at inner ocean is amazing. Marc the office manager makes scheduling so easy. He is always available to please. Fantastic experience: Mindi is a phenomenal partner in the pursuit of my health and wellness goals. When I first started working with Mindi I was getting 4 to 5 sinus infections a year. I was on a regular rotation of antibiotics. I had undergone so many allergy tests and sinus scopes- no doctor was able to help. Fast forward to the present, I haven’t touched an antibiotic or had a sinus infection since starting my journey with Mindi! One of the best things about Mindi is she combines treatment with tips and tricks you can do at home to enhance your health and wellness progress. Mindi also does a great job of explaining how the choices you make in your daily life impact your health. On top of all this, Mindi truly cares about each patient she treats. ❤️

Fantastic experience: A couple of years ago, I was involved in a bad car accident and experienced major trauma to my neck and back. After completing multiple sessions/appointments with various doctors and physical therapists, I was still experiencing re-occurring back and neck pain. A friend suggested I see Mindi, who had helped her in the past. After a couple of visits, not only had I seen incredible improvements in my back and neck, she dialed in my diet/nutritional needs and as well as my mental health. Mindi is the full package.
