Fantastic experience: I've been suffering from neck pain and mobility issues for the better part of this year and kept chalking it up to being in my 50s. But it was really wearing on me so I finally decided to see if Chiropractic care could help and chose this practice because it's not far from home. I made a new patient appt with Dr Alyssa and didn't really know what to expect but I figured I'd need several sessions before I'd feel any different. She really took her time to get to know my medical history and then observed my posture from several angles while she made some notes to assess any areas of concern and then she began the adjustment. She asked if I was nervous about any of it (I wasn't) so she took her time but cracked and popped me good and HOLY COW, when I sat up after my adjustment the pain was GONE and I could turn my head WAY farther immediately. I told her she's a miracle worker. I'm going back in a week and I'm already looking forward to it. Thank you Dr Alyssa!

The process definitely helped relieve some of my pain and I could feel immediate improvement. Fantastic experience: Kathleen Lawless gave me a 90 minute massage today. Told her I had very sore trochanter in my left hip where I got a Cortisone shot last week. She said to tell her if her massage needed to be more or less pressure. Which I did and she was very good about adjusting when it became painful or need deeper pressure. Highly recommend her. Going to go see her when I get back from vacation!!!

Fantastic experience: I am very picky about who works on my neck and back. When I came back to the Front Range from the mountains, I tried several chiropractors who did not work well with my temperamental back and left me with increased pain. I asked friends for recommendations and Dr Josh came highly recommended. He absolutely lived up to the hype. I am happy to drive 25 miles to see a doctor who listens to my concerns and leaves my back happy.

Fantastic experience: I’m an active individual (some combo of lifting, bike, hike, indoor cardio daily), but have dealt with nagging low back and hip tightness for years despite visiting other chiropractors and spending many hours trying to pinpoint the issue myself. I left my first visit almost in tears having fluidity in my left hip that I hadn’t had in years. Obviously work to be done to maintain it I but couldn’t be happier with the initial experience. Would definitely recommend a visit to Josh not only for initial relieve but help figuring out the why behind pain, tightness, etc.

Fantastic experience: I have EDS which is a connective tissue disorder which causes my muscles to go into overdrive because my ligaments and tendons are overly laxed. This leads to many subluxations and dislocations unfortunately. Dr. Josh is not simply doing traditional chiropractic adjustments on me. He first treats my soft tissue problems by deep muscle work and scraping to get the fascia adhesions to let up and then performs specific adjustments. The adjustments are more effective because I had the preliminary work done first. It is so refreshing to be treated for my specific problems and not experience cookie-cutter-care!

Fantastic experience: My back has been hurting something awful. I was able to get an appointment with Helen for a movement massage. That’s new to me but I figured something is better than nothing. She unlocked my lower back to the point that the constant stabbing pain went down to really sore. I will definitely be back to see Helen again. Don’t be afraid to try something new!

Fantastic experience: If you want to try acupuncture for the first time, this is the place to do it. Lin is incredibly good at what she does, I have never felt more cared for in a medical setting before. She is very kind, extremely attentive, knowledgeable and skilled. Lin first asked me about my health with a wholistic approach in mind, and pointed out my strengths/the positives. I was able to ask questions about the process before we started. Lin would consistently check in with how I was feeling at each point. The bed has a heating pad which felt so nice (but can be turned off if you prefer) and Lin noticed I have very cold feet, so she provided extra blankets and a heater for me! And if a needle was at all more painful than it should be she could adjust or take it out. The needles she used were for new patience and essentially were painless. We also did some neck and shoulder massage and cupping during my session that felt GREAT, Lin’s massage pressure is just right. After the session I felt so relaxed and my neck and shoulders felt much better. By the next day, I was pleasantly surprised to notice the pain in my ankle from a sprain last summer had already decreased! I will definitely be going back for more sessions, as Lin explained multiple sessions are going to really make a lasting difference. Couldn’t recommend Lin more!
