Negative experience: I had a great experience when Dr Doris was my provider. However, she retired last year, and I had to see someone new this year. I made an appointment for a covered preventative exam (annual physical which is free through my insurance). The new provider coded it as an “Established patient office or other outpatient visit” saying that my next appointment would be my physical. At my second appointment, I did receive my physical, and she STILL charged my insurance incorrectly for an “Established patient office or other outpatient visit” (Note: She brought up minor topics herself that I did not care or need to be brought up, so I answered her question.) Her insurance claim had no mention of my annual preventative exam taking place I just wanted my annual exam and for it to be BILLED PROPERLY. This same exact scam happened to my husband last year. He had THREE appointments where they kept billing incorrectly when he made appointments for an annual preventative exam! They kept saying you have to come back for the exam and refused to ever code it properly when he didn’t have any other medical problems to discuss! We will not be returning unless NOAH stops this scam. Dr Doris ALWAYS billed correctly when I made an appointment for an annual physical exam, so it was fully covered through insurance even if I asked her one or two simple questions during my visit. (I only saw her once a year for my covered physical.) This is just unacceptable fraud to me. I will probably file complaints through every possible channel I can find unless NOAH files a corrected claim with my insurance for my annual preventative care. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone anymore. Nobody should receive a surprise medical bill when they come in for something covered.

Negative experience: Stay away if you can. They canceled my appointment 3 times in two days. Did not call me to cancel. I found out as I was checking in. Only explanation was dr. Rahman canceled last minute. Earlier this year dr. Rahman reffered me to a neurosurgeon and sent me to a neurologist instead. It took another month before they got me to the right specialist. I am going back to honorhealth. It is ashame that lower income people have to settle for sub standard medical care that this place offers.

Negative experience: This place changes doctors faster than an unskilled labor company. They are heavily dependent on Big Pharma, trying to push patients to fill a monthly bag of pills, that does not make you healthier, but sicker. If you are uninsured you get penalized for it. I needed a 6 month supply of blood pressure meds, and my cost with tests and doc visits came out to $803 with the med cost of $65. Five years ago I got a 1 year script of BP meds were on the $200 range. You get about 5 minutes per session with the doc before she slips out the door to the next. Our entire Rockefeller healthcare system is designed to fail and ste3al all or money before we all expire., This place is just a little worse than the rest, and it wasn't always this bad.

Negative experience: I have been going here for a few years. Generally the doctors are rude and uncaring, though the Nurse Practitioner is ok. Last summer I came in with chest pain. I'm 60 y.o. with a family history of heart problems. They gave me an EKG and said I was fine at they moment but would refer me to a cardiologist for more testing. They waited 6-7 MONTHS before telling me they couldn't find anyone in my insurance. I could have been dead by that point but luckily for me I'm not. No thanks to them!

Negative experience: Do not go here to see a doctor. Karissa Cain is rude and refuses to be helpful. I needed a a1c check, she refused. I asked many questions and got genic non helpful answers. Also instead of listening and being emphatic, I received the riot act about my diabetes. If I could give zero stars I would.

Positive experience: Too bad that Dr Jacquline Doris retired, very sad I think things changed when Noah took over when it was Honor Health . I have been a patient there for over 20 years , and I have seen a big change . Had great staff etc but unfortunately I can’t say it is the same now .

Negative experience: Horrible, I was a patient here for about 8 years, and it just gets worse and worse. Karissa Cain the Doctor or PA who I saw did not show any empathy, or compassion. I made an appointment for refills, a few days before my appointment I ended up getting sick with Covid. When she walked into the room she was apauled and rolled her eyes when I told her I was sick, cause then she had to check me. She didn't give me all my refills she refused to refill my inhaler. When I called in for my inhaler. 2 days later the practice manager Lisa called me, said I had to make another appointment to get an inhaler. What?? I just saw the doctor a few days ago, so I have spend another $78 just so I can get an RX for my inhaler?? They just want to make money, they don't care about you, what an abuse. The practice manager Lisa also didn't care or show any sympathy or empathy whatsoever and could not be reasoned with. All they care about is collecting money...I'm never going back.

Negative experience: Never had an issue before today, my previous PCP Dr. Navarro was awesome. Today I saw Karissa and she just was not empathetic, very nasty attitude, and slightly rude. Negative experience: This place is horrible they always miss my meds and I constantly have to go back and make another appointment for the same issue I've been out of two medications one for a few months any other one for a couple weeks all I want to do is just feed you poison and not help you they don't care too much always running late or never in the office calling out a lot Jonathan Navarro was very unhelpful during my time there now I'm seeking another doctor it'll take a month to get my meds but it's the same thing that they do their I highly do not recommend this office and one day I was one minute late and they said I couldn't be seen But when you get there you wait hours after your appointment time

Negative experience: If you go here ask for Sharon caravetta or Jonathan Navarro . I get why there’s a lot of 1 stars but you have to get these 2 providers. Both are good pcp docs. Sharon and Jonathan will fight for you. Please do not go here for therapy. Please don’t go here for psychiatric help. ESPECIALLY THERAPY. Listen to the reviews.

Negative experience: Noah is no longer scheduling dental appointments, other than emergency dental, for clients on the sliding scale fee discount program (even for established patients). The alternative option, which they offer, is referring you out to other dentist offices none of which have a sliding scale fee discount program.

Negative experience: No starts. Been pretty frustrated with the way NOAH personal front desk and medical staff been handling our medical needs . Lack of professionalism with exceptions on last doctor and Sonora Quest staff. From not confirming appts no call back for blood results to wrong appts settings. We’re here couple Of weeks with J. Navarro where discuss regular medical needs with my 85 years old mother . Request an wellness visit which we have done it per many years already . Follow recommendation as we already knew the process. I was clear and well understood we need to set up a time and date. Appt was made with front desk personal where they have no knowledge of the type of appt tat was set up . Date of appointment came and we received a phone call 10 min before appt asking us what kind of appt it was which we confirm that it was a “wellness appt” when we came we see nurse and doctor who mentioned and clarified it was not a wellness visit that was needed to be rescheduled since it was a misunderstanding from the front desk and confusion again and be conducted by a nurse. Which we did cexplain that was the reason our our visit!!!!! Pretty much said this we look for the convenience and well of my mother and this has not been a great experience with Noah center . Wish them they can address this issue since we know we are not the only one we been experiencing this events . United heath community plan will help us to find a better place . I wish they can do better to service people’s needs .

Negative experience: Zero minus one. They will give you pills if you want. But won't tell you your appointment is canceled. Claim they called and left message. No email or text, which were the only points of contact I approved. Zero. NOAH is garbage. Do not use them.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this clinic for about 14 years now and probably been late a few times if at that! I had knee surgery 2 weeks ago I can't walk all that fast. I got caught up with work today. And I called to let the clinic know that I was running late. I was told I had a 15 minute grace period and they will let the clinic know. I got there 1 minute after the grace period and I was not able to be seen. I asked the girl at the front Stephanie if she can please make an exception. That is a follow-up visit from an ER visit. And she said no, all she kept on saying was that she understand but this is protocol. I understand but this is protocol. I understand but this is protocol. I asked her if the provider was refusing to see me just for coming 1 minute after the grace period time. She said no, It's just protocol with a straight face. There have been many at times where I have waited over half an hour sitting in the room and the provider comes in apologizing and and thanking me for being patient and they can't do the same?!

Negative experience: On behalf my mother whom had a Dr. appointment with Dr. Andres Hernandez and had a very unpleasant visit with him. My mother was given the option to have some test before seeing the doctor which she kindly declined until she seen the doctor. She was kindly asked by the first MA to put in her mask for when the doctor entered. Which my mother did not refuse but didn’t fully cover her nose because she was having hard time breathing. She then sat in the exam room for a while waiting for the doctor. Once the doctor entered the exam room he was very passive aggressive and had a very hostile tone of voice. The first thing Dr Hernandez said entered the exam room he told my mother “put your mask all the way up above your nose!” Which she did and did not argue. He then proceeded to exam my mother with a distance and checked her ears and moth with a foot away with the exam tools. My mom proceeded to ask the doctor “ if you want me to schedule another appointment if you feel grossed out?”. As he was examine my mother as if she was contagies. Dr. Hernandez began to explain himself. He then yanked her vest up to check her lungs but was unable to lift it. He then told my mother to raise her vest which she removed her vest for the exam. And before he exit the exam room. He told my mom “with all the respect don’t ever scheduled an appointment with me again!”. He left the exam room without giving my mother a proper exam and diagnosis. Afterwards another MA entered the exam, gave my mother a scrip for antibiotic. My mother asked why was she had to take antibiotic if the doctor never told her what was wrong with her. The MA responded with “he prescribe antibiotic based off what he thinks the diagnoses is. Because refuse to get any test done. It’s up to you if you want to take it or not. And I can show you the way out.” My mother was in shock with the treatment from both Dr. Hernandez and the second MA. My mother was mistreated and misdiagnosed. She did not get the proper care and my daughter witness the entire thing. As a former MA employe for NOAH and having referred my mother to get treatment with this care group. This treatment is horrific and unexceptionable. I never thought a NOAH provider and staff would handle this type of care. And Dr. Hernandez should be investigated because I would not be surprise if there are other patients who have been treated this way and don’t speak up. If you don’t have it in your heart to treat patient the correct way maybe just maybe this career is not for you.

Negative experience: I have to express my ongoing frustration with the management of NOAH behavior health. While I have always respected the counselor and psychiatrist, the way the clinic handles appointments is completely unprofessional. My appointment was scheduled for 11:40 AM. I set an alarm on my phone for that exact time, expecting to receive a link about 5 minutes before my appointment, as usual. Unfortunately, I missed the check-in call (Which is always inconsistent sometimes I receive it sometimes I don’t) . I confirmed the appointment via text, following the usual process to avoid having to speak to anyone directly. I have a 15-minute grace period from my appointment time. If Allyson had to hop on another call, that's understandable, but it defeats the purpose of following all the previous steps if my grace period is ignored. If I had received the link at 11:40 AM, I would have been on time. I called the clinic at 11:44 because I did not receive the link to hop on the Zoom call, and they told me I needed to reschedule until the 13th of next month, which is ridiculous since today is the 25th. To make matters worse, the person I spoke to said, "since you’ve had no calls no shows before." I had to stop and catch myself because it felt like my previous instances of being sick meant my scheduled time was not respected. My grace period wasn’t even considered. I don’t understand how missing a call at 11:36 but still not receiving a link 5 minutes prior to my appointment and calling at 11:44 is being considered late. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent future occurrences.

Negative experience: Continues to be the worst care I have ever seen or had. Limited communication. No follow through. I've been waiting almost 90 days for a referral. I saw my pcp on 1/9. Needed to see specialist for current urgent problem. It took 2 weeks to get the referral. One hand doesn't know what the others doing. Very poor follow through. Took several phone calls to get a referral and the in person visit.

Negative experience: This office is so unorganized. The doctors are not on the same page, they don't communicate with one another and they practice putting each other down. The front staff seems to not know what is going, they say they will call you back and never do. The Medical assistant is very rude on the phone. When trying to explain situations to her she interrupts and has a bad attitude, this has happened three times! If you are thinking about going here just be prepared to answer multiple question over and over again and get ready to explain why you are visiting multiple times. Expect nothing but subpar performance from this clinic.

Negative experience: I had a doctor's appointment on 8-6-24 with a new provider @ 2:30 pm, getting refills on my prescriptions & changing my Cholesterol Medication to one that, can lower my Cholesterol to normal levels, after I received my paperwork from the Medical Assistant, she said that I was free to leave, as I was leaving I noticed my old provider coming up the hallway, I was on the phone with my husband & as I was walking to the appointment desk, I heard a Medical Assistant say that, Hannah Gamnage was a great Provider, I turned around to see who the Medical Assistant was, but she disappeared quickly, I was the only in the hallway when, the Medical Assistant said that so, after I got home I called & made a Complaint against the Provider & the Medical Assistant, nobody should ever say something about anything when, they don't know if the person that there talking about is there, that is very unprofessional & the Provider & Medical Assistant should be terminated from their Job... On 8-6-2024 I seen a new provider & was very disappointed with the way this provider changed my Lisinopril from 20mg to 10mg without discussing it with me, plus I didn't like that this provider changed my Atorgastatin to another Statin that I'm not familiar with so I'm making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau & with the Medical Profession to have the Provider's license revoked....

Fantastic experience: Stop lying on their names. Across all NOAH centers, they have these dismal comments saying the most outlandish things. However, my empirical experience has been nothing but expeditious, timely, and diligent in their pursuit to resolve my illness(H pylori: don't drink contaminated water). Negative experience: Well, it appears that I'm not the only one who has had trouble getting referrals pushed through. It took me a month to get a referral for a dermatologist, which turned out to be cancer on my head. After a month and a 1/2, I still have not gotten a call for a cardiologist appointment. A third referral for a sleep center is non-existent. Not a good way to start off a new doctor-patient. relationship.

Negative experience: I went to this location to specifically see Pilar Hoffsten. After many bad experiences with other offices I was assured that I would be happy with her level of care. Indeed I was. She listened intently to all my concerns and prescribed all necessary test and medications to get me on the right track. It was well worth the one hour drive one way. The only reason I’m giving this location one star is because of the non medical staff. I had an appointment to see Ms. Hoffsten for additional care and someone from NOAH midtown called me a week before and said that she was no longer with NOAH and that I would need to see a different provider there. When I asked where she was working because I’d follow her, he told me he didn’t know. I was so upset to lose the excellent care that I had finally found. So I called the main phone number and was advised that Ms. Hoffsten was still at NOAH and that I voluntarily canceled my own appointment. I was furious. I immediately booked an appointment with Ms. Hoffsten, who in fact was still practicing at NOAH. Why lie to a patient and cause my already stressful situation to get worse. This was my health they were playing with. That was just simply cruel. I wrote to management about the situation and have not heard anything back. I don’t know what their problem was with Ms. Hoffsten or if there was one, but the patient should not be drawn into any office conflict.

Negative experience: Really nice Dr and Nurse. Dr acted insanely rushed though for my full annual check-up. This is the time I'm coming in to make sure my health is GREAT and to take care of myself. She paid attention to about 2/8 concerns, then dropped the ball on the 2 tasks on her/her team to complete once I left--to create and send a script, and to request genetic testing. I had to follow-up on both items. Wish I could get paid as much as a Dr to not do my job, especially very basic things. I do not recommend this NOAH location, I've had better luck at others.

Negative experience: This clinic at mid town currently has a 2.6 rating and that is generous. If you are looking for quality care, look elsewere. My daughter has been waiting for a referral for over a month and was told it will be at least another 2 weeks.She will consequently have to wait even longer to see a specialist. The staff here has a I don't care attitude, hence the sign that says “be nice to our employees”. Treat your patients with genuine concern, compassion and professionalism and it will be reciprocated. Control your own well being and find medical care that is there to serve the patient.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience trying to get a simple prescription filled. I have spent the last 2 weeks talking back and forth from the Pharmacy and the Midtown office and I am continuing to get the run around and zero resolution the miscommunication between the Midtown Health Center and my Pharmacy. Long story short, my Pharmacy (who I have been filling script with for 5 years without issues) is claiming they never got the script from the Midtown Health Center. They have also reached out to the clinic several times now (I sat in the Pharmacy while they made the phone call during their last attempt to personally confirm this), but they are not getting any response. When I finally talked to the Medical Assistant at the Noah Midtown Health center today, she claimed that I already filled my prescription. I explained to her that this was not correct, because the prescription I got filled was from another doctor (something I can prove - and getting the script from a different doctor was a huge hassle in and of itself), and not from Noah Medical Group. Unfortunately, despite my explanation, she is refusing to follow up with my Pharmacy to clear up the miscommunication. She is also claiming the Pharmacy has not tried to contact her. Out of my extreme frustration from dealing with this for the last 2 weeks, I offered to drive to my Pharmacy and hand the phone to them so she could talk directly to the Pharmacist, which she refused to do. This is an extremely frustrating experience because I am very willing and able to prove 1) The Pharmacy never got the script from the Midtown clinic 2) I never filled the script from the Midtown clinic (something that would be impossible) 3) The Pharmacy has made several attempts to reach the clinic (I personally witnessed the last attempt myself) to clear up the miscommunication. Despite all of this, the Medical Assistant at Midtown Health Center is refusing to follow up with the Pharmacy. I have never had a more frustrating and time wasting experience with a doctors office in my entire life.

Negative experience: These people are so incompetent! They don't know how to code preventive wellness visits covered by your insurance. After they make a mistake they refuse to take responsibility for it. They want you to fix their mistakes yourself through your insurance. Their Community Resource advocate team is of no help, more like a joke. Their billing dept. never calls you back; it always has "a high call volume" They must be billing everyone incorrectly. Most likely located overseas and they don't speak English. The doctors do not even do a basic check up on a physical appointment they just order labs and bill you erroneously for shoddy service, that they can do. The clinic manager is always out. The doctors assigned to you are mostly glorified nurses or Physician Assistants. Please save yourself lots of grief and waste of your time, go somewhere else, anywhere else. Their MyChart app is useless if they don't interact with it. It doesn't do any good having it if they never respond to messages or post the test results.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my review is not going to be far off many others. After making an appointment for my husband three weeks in advance, they called a week later to reschedule after they managed to schedule my husband with a provider that doesn’t even work on that day. After rearranging his work schedule to make a new appointment we were asked to go to get x-rays for a possible broken foot. They instructed us to call them as soon as the x-rays were complete so that they could call the banner to request request them, to ensure that they received them in a timely fashion. We immediately left their office, went to get x-rays and immediately called them as soon as the x-rays were complete, two weeks later I had to go pick up the x-rays myself and found out that banner imaging had not received any requests at all, after calling NOAH 8 consecutive business days to send the request and get a status updates. Only to be not be called back or told a request had been sent. I tried to drop them off to the office myself only for them to tell me that they don’t take CD x-rays, their systems do not allow it. Then I find out that they had actually received the images last Friday and did not bother to call us. They told me they had nobody to read them because they had to schedule their admin time and they had not done so. They Offered me an appointment to interrupt my husband’s work schedule again or if I didn’t like that I could go to the emergency room and start all over again. The fact that my husband has been walking around potentially broken foot possibly causing further damage that they will take no responsibility for is insane. They had no care or concern for the schedules that they were interrupting, for the lack of care that they were providing, and the potential damage they are causing their patients by not doing what they need to do to get them care in a timely fashion. By far the worst health care experience I have ever experienced in my life. I will actively go out of my way to deter anyone who will listen to me to avoid NOAH completely, but especially this office. You all should be disgusted and ashamed of your terrible care and customer service.

Negative experience: Jackie Doris is horrible. Never touched me even when I complained of a pain under my right ribs. Didn't listen to my lungs or heart. All she wanted to to was cut all my meds in half; ones for migraine and sleep. Didn't care. Arrogant. Yelled "Stop drinking" AT me when I told her I drink maybe once a week. Like I said, didn't care about me at all. Had her own agenda. She's horrible.

Fantastic experience: My husband had an appointment. We sat in the waiting room for 3 minutes they got us right in. The wait was not long and when doctor Hannah came in was 2 minutes from when the nurse had left. I was more than happy with their time. This was our first meeting, and when Hannah came in My husband and I instantly felt at ease. Despite all the issues Hannah had a awesome bedside manner. She was caring, and genuine. She showed concern, but also gave us hope. Which is something we have not had in a long time. I'm more than pleased with the service we got from Noah and the doctor. I couldn't ask for better treatment. I really appreciate the non bias atmosphere. And the genuine heartfelt care we received from all the staff and from the doctor Hannah. Fantastic experience: On my first visit I wasn't too sure if I wanted to continue coming to this office. I was unfamiliar with the location so I ended up parking really far away from the office. I have trouble walking so this was a possible issue. I stuck it out and the staff were so awesome I decided I'd give them a chance. Yesterday Jackie called me, I needed to go over labs. I also have an up coming surgery and I needed to have the doctor do pre-op orders. I had no idea what I was doing and Jackie helped me step by step. I'm glad I stuck it out. This is a great doctors office, again the staff is totally awesome.

Negative experience: Drove over an hour to make it to appointment, when I get in they tell me they tried call me to cancel my appointment because the provider was not in the office. They had the wrong number on file for me, which is frustrating. And then I get a text today saying “We’re sorry that you missed your visit at NOAH” Hoping they don’t bill insurance for “missed appointments” even though I was there and they cancelled my appointment.

Negative experience: Got the run around all day since 7am about getting a prescription filled while we wait for an appointment I called several times today only for my last call to be at 5:40 and be sent to an answering service after talking with someone for 10 minutes in the middle of getting it cleared up. Just to be told that now we have to wait until Monday to speak with anybody at the office and there's nothing they can do. I don't understand how these people can do that to you when you have somebody that's in dire need of medication. Now we have to go to the emergency room just to get this taken care of when it could have been taken care of with a simple phone call and a prescription to last her until her appointment.

Negative experience: NOAH employees should be ashamed of their selves. They have a 15 minutes late policy. I arrived 3 minutes after the 15 minute late policy. During the time I was looking for parking, because I never been to this location (24th st/Indian school) before, and I was taking my sick feverish child out of the car, and they refused to see my child. A SICK CHILD. Their belief and vision of offering patient-centered and compassionate service is a joke! I am seriously considering taking my child somewhere else. Don't go to this establishment if your child is sick with a fever. This Doctors office make you wait 20+ minutes to get a room, but turn your sick feverish child away for being a late. They don't deserve 1 star!

Negative experience: This place is bizarre and baffling. I have had to hound scheduling multiple times to ask them to correct mistakes that they should have pre-empted and fixed before they became issues. They had to reshedule two appointments because they scheduled me with a provider that doesn’t work there any more, and then scheduled me during my providers’s admin time, which I learned was changed after my appointment was scheduled. When I asked to escalate my issue to a supervisor, the rep offered to connect me with a supervisor, but after about 5 minutes of waiting, they asked if the supervisor could call me back. In good faith, I agreed, however, they did not call me back even though the rep advised me they would follow up with me ASAP. I called back after about 2.5 hours of waiting, and mysteriously ended up speaking with a supervisor right away. I explained my issue very thoroughly and respectfully. They offered very little in the way of a convincing explanation as to why this happened, almost made no effort to empathize, and actually offered to ask someone else to call me back to further discuss even though my chief issue is with her department that she supervises. They don’t care about you as a human being or a patient. Pretty sure they just want to only intake court-ordered patients and their customer service is the way it is because those individuals have far fewer options. See this place for what it is, avoid it, and find a practice that cares.

Negative experience: It is very mentally draining having to go here looking for hope, just to be constantly disappointed. It amazes me how unprofessional some of the psychiatrist are here. They do nothing but get angry at every mistake you make. It’s like they expect me to do everything perfectly knowing very well that I’m not. Every time I show up, they’re always grumpy and they need to fix their attitude. Are you taking a medication that’s making you dizzy? Well don’t worry because they will have you continue to take it and tell you that it’s not the problem as if you don’t know what you’re talking about. I’m fed up with mental health facilities treating mentally ill people as if they are useless. The people at this facility need to realize that you need to treat others with respect.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional place, lack of accountability for their mistakes, lack of courtesy for patients time. Such a horrible experience = unprofessional staff especially the front desk. They made multiple mistakes in just 3 visits with them = cannot even write down a basic phone number right in their system. In addition to scheduling appointments wrong days and not having the decency to let patients know in advance to not show up - then having to wait and go again for another day of appointments. Negative experience: The most unprofessional medical practice I have been to in years. First of all, they scheduled me for an appointment - ONLY to show up the day of by Uber, and being told ops, she is not in the office, we scheduled you by mistake - secondly, they had entered my number in their system WRONG, so they couldn't call me, their unprofessionalism, attention to detail, and care for patience time is absurd, they had my email on file, sent me check in email, but did not have the courtesy or professionalism to email me to let me know the doctor won't be in as we scheduled you wrong. WASTE OF MY TIME & MONEY having uber- back and forth only to be told I cannot see the provider, and she isn't available any time soon - WHO DOES THAT. ABSOLUTELY unprofessional, lack of accountability, lack of care for patience time, health, and money!

Negative experience: Absolutely fuming. I went here to establish care for a PCP 2 months ago and was told in the office that I wouldn't owe anything and they confirmed with my insurance. I told them to only do what the insurance will FULLY cover. Now I get a bill in mail for almost $100 which says it's due next week. I called the number it said on the bill during business hours, no answer.

Negative experience: I went to visit Dr. Paul Dillaway DO on 3/23/2022 for my second visit as a follow-up to my visit in 2021 for an annual visit/physical. We did all the usual tests and he asked what medications I was taking. I explained that I am taking a new medication for male pattern baldness that was prescribed by a different doctor. After that visit, I recieved a bill in the mail paying for his "Diagnosis" of my male pattern baldness, which HE DID NOT DIAGNOSE, BUT CHARGED ME FOR A DIAGNOSIS AS IS HE DID ANYWAYS. I went around in circles and with my insurance and NOAH, but NOAH & Dr. Dillaway refused to change the visit notes, lied about what occured in the exam and demanded that I pay for a service they did not perform. Healthcare is expensive enough as it is without greedy providers overstating their services rendered and defrauding patients/insurance companies. Never coming here again and advise others to do the same.

Fantastic experience: Dr Miller is a good doctor always shows concern for my wife’s issues, very caring would recommend. Staffing works hard to keep things moving and are polite, for those who never seem satisfied they might look at how hard it is to be overwhelmed with COVID and all patients needs. Further more I had to call and leave a voice mail as usual no one called me back. Negative experience: Dr. Hernández dismisses women of color. My mom went in with Covid symptoms and he didn’t even test her. I had Covid and literally couldn’t breathe and instead of giving medical advice or writing an inhaler prescription he tried to just send me home. Fantastic experience: Amazing from the schedulers on the phone to the receptionists, MA, MD and phlebotomists- everyone was efficient, proficient and nice!! The place was spotless and they have a system in place with new pens in wrapping to placing a dirty sign on your seat when you get up. I witnessed everyone wiping down everything after each patient use!! Probably overkill at this point, but if that is what makes them happy and I am good with it. My appointment was on time and I was out of there in 30 minutes!!! including having blood drawn. Like wow!!

Negative experience: Staff is okay. One of these nurses was a super star. I wish I remembered her name for a shout out. I've been on the hunt for a new PC for a while. The number of doctors who really don't care about patients is absurd, and unfortunately you can add this location to the list. I had several health items I wanted to discuss. However, I was told I can only speak of one and if I wanted to talk about others, I'd have to come back (more money). It seems they'd rather treat problems as multiple unrelated issues instead of trying to looking at the bigger picture. This isn't what made me leave a review though. I had a procedure completed that was recommended by the doctor, but never received a call to discuss the results. I had to look up my results on mychart. The only commentary was a completely compassionless couple of sentences regarding the results in which the doctor constantly referred to me as a she. My meeting with doctor was less than stellar, but this is just nonsense. I don't really care about being referred to as female given my name, but the fact that the doctor couldn't take 10 seconds to look over my profile and see that I was male confirmed that I'm still looking for a PC. What else are they being so careless about, you know?

Positive experience: It is an okay place; however, I have been referred to about 4 off-site providers now from providers there. I wish I could get all of my care and any diagnostic tests at the same medical facility. Instead I have been having to run around town with no vehicle of my own to different providers and facilities. I also would love to go to a place where I can establish a doctor as my healthcare provider. I have not had a doctor in years. I have been seen by residents and nurse practitioner at various medical facilities instead. I also wish more natural remedies and over the counter remedies were suggested for some of the health issues I have had. I do not like being on unnecessary medications.

Negative experience: My pre operation appt took over 2 hours. I had this same appt back in February at the Noah Scottsdale office Which took less than a hour. Needless to say this office is very unorganized and way to long of a office visit. Will never use this Noah office again. Looking forward to the new Noah on McDowell to be finished.

Negative experience: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM HERE! left i tears from how I was treated by the dr she basically told me to shut up and stop making excuses as i was explaining that the pharmacy will let me have my insulin but never my syringes. when I asked why she was speaking to me in such a rude manner she started laughing at me and Rolling her eyes then laughed even harder at me when I started balling and asked for a supervisor. I will be contacting corporate and getting to the bottom of this. Its clear that either because of my skin or hair color which is green was why I was immediately discriminated and degraded and Literally laughed at by someone I confided in for help when it was already hard for me to do so in the first place. I've Literally been balling since I got home and am still in shock and absolutely traumatized by how a medical professional could treat a person this way I am so hurt and disgusted I can't even believe it actually happened. I could not get the name of the dr her name was erased from my online chart but will be updating with her name.

Negative experience: They are nosey. Ask too many questions not relevent to your appointment. Very frustrating. They need to mind their business. Not happy with the questions. Going back to CIGNA.

Negative experience: The worst place I ever went!!!!!! They never pick up the phone. When I called there is not an option to contact the MA. I tried to go through appointment option but also nobody pick up the phone. After half an hour I hang up. I sent messages through Mychart, and I wasn't lucky either. I asked for a referral to a neurologist and after 2 weeks I have no news. The referrals take so long. THE WORST!!!!

Negative experience: I wish I could give this office more than 2 stars, but they really irritated me with a simple scheduling of an appointment. Apparently their scheduling department doesn't talk to the individual offices - like AT ALL - I literally told them exactly what I need the appointment for and they failed to block enough time and therefore called to cancel the appointment on me, an appointment that I so desperately needed - thanks I'll go somewhere else. Really professional guys.... Oh and then I got told that I was transferred because the woman in the scheduling department "didn't want to deal with me". And they have a brand new person working there to help me who barely knows what's going on. (she literally said she just started with the company). Why not put someone on the phone who knows what they're doing??

Negative experience: I had an appointment recently. Because we are a self- pay family. We called ahead to find out the cost for my appointment. There was some misinformation given. But we record our calls for our protection and in the event that we run into a problem with misinformation. Luckily, I didn’t have to play the recorded call. The lady upfront trusted the information I gave her and accepted the payment we were told we could pay over the phone. The nurse practitioner I saw was nice. But when I thought my appointment was over she had a man come in to my treatment room to introduce himself. I thought it was someone from their billing department. It was the in-office psychologist. He decided to evaluate me without my permission or advanced knowledge. He shut the door and started asking invasive questions about my family life and marriage. He seemed disappointed that I was quite happy with my life and family. I understand that behavioral health is important. But the NP could have simply said, “it was great to meet you and just so you know, we offer a wide range of services in these areas.” Then left it up to me to request information on anything I might have been interested in. What I was originally seen for has not improved and it looks like I will need a follow-up appointment. However, I have chosen to not return here and will have to find a different practice.
