Fantastic experience: Great experience and highly recommended. My therapist was very attentive and my massage was relaxing and successful. Convenient uptown location. This is a shared work space so there are some external noises but they were very limited and only a minor disruption from total relaxation. I’ll be going back. If you like dogs-Mika can join your session too.

Fantastic experience: Most definitely the best massage therapy. Most beneficial to my diagnosis. Wish I could more often. Medicaid should use as a preventative Tx. It helps more then most Tx. I have received including surgery and multiple pain managements physical therapy/chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Daniel for years. He’s great and really cares about his clients making sure they are doing ok even after the massage, giving stretches and things to do at home for specific issues. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Check in/out process is always quick and easy. Everyone that's assisted me has always been friendly and courteous. Daniel always does a great job discussing the areas that have been giving me tightness or pain and then working to reduce or eliminate those issues. I always walk out of a session feeling refreshed and so much more comfortable than when I walked in.

Fantastic experience: Patrick is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. I leave his office feeling completely loosened all the time. He understands every little detail about the muscular-skeletal system and explains the anatomy clearly. I understand why I’m experiencing certain pain or discomfort thanks to his thoroughness. He knows where the problem areas are and works them effectively without me pointing out the specific areas myself. I’ve not been to a therapist that was this highly effective.

Fantastic experience: With just one session, Patrick assessed my issue and was able to manipulate all my impacted areas that provided me immediate relief. He also showed me a couple of exercises to do at home so that I could continue to work the sciatica out. I knew I was in great hands from the start.

Negative experience: Their sprinkler makes the whole sidewalk wet, pedestrians have to cross the street in order not to get wet too. What a bunch of selfish a-holes without consideration!

Fantastic experience: Patrick is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled therapist who has helped me through a lot of tight muscles and pain over the years. He is a very versatile therapist in that he can perform very relaxing massages as well as very physiologically effective massages while possessing enough finesse to be able to integrate the two seamlessly. He is able to accomplish in one massage session what it would take a typical therapist at least two sessions to accomplish. The interview before the massage is thorough and it is clear that he cares very much about helping his clients. The clinic is classy and comfortable. I highly recommend Patrick.

Not only did he sit and talk with me about my needs and expectations, but he also explained different things during the massage and how it might help as I stand all day and am active with yoga and rock climbing. Fantastic experience: I am huge fan of not being in daily pain and I have found an amazing place to help me out. I think it’s highly important to work out your kinks before they set in and become liabilities to your daily health and that is the action that I was able to take for myself this year. I believe I’ll be back on track in no time to hit my squat max and to get myself back to some healthy movement. Highly recommend for the easy parking, easy scheduling and working with Daniel was fantastic. If you can think of a better option I doubt it, and I believe they will have my business for a long time. My posture was better, my walk was better.

Fantastic experience: Had such a wonderful experience with Unlock Bodyworks. I scheduled my first massage and got a text a few days later that the intern I had scheduled a massage with would be out of town for the Holidays, so they upgraded me to the next level for the same price. Well, that was already pretty amazing, then I arrived for my massage and Erin was so very nice and explained things as she worked. She did such a great job, I felt so relaxed. And when I went to pay there was no sales pitch, no pressure to make my next appointment, and no pressure to sign up for a membership...I loved it! I definitely want to come back to this place and have already recommended it to several friends.

Fantastic experience: Patrick does amazing work! In just 2 sessions, he has already found residual imbalances from equestrian sports that I haven't competed in for 10 years now. Many other massage therapists have missed these, despite it existing in my muscle structure for decades. Not only did he key in on imbalances in movement and tissue , but we are off to a great start on getting symmetry back into my body. I'm sincerely looking forward to my future sessions and experiencing what healthy balance feels like!

Fantastic experience: I had a very effective deep tissue and trigger point massage with Gavin. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience comfortable. You can choose what level of expertise you would like in your therapist (and the pay scale goes up and down accordingly) and they are open late which is awesome! They are located in a residential neighborhood downtown which means parking can be nonexistent or you may have to walk.

Fantastic experience: Unlock bodyworks has always helped me with injuries and pain using top-notch therapeutic services and providing support. I wouldn't be living pain free most of my days if it wasn't for Patrick and his team.

Fantastic experience: I am a competitive tennis player and got tennis elbow and have had some issues with my shoulder. In one session Danny Weiland pretty much cured my elbow and greatly increased the flexibility in my shoulder. I felt he was really professional and knowledgeable. Later I have had issues with my achilles tendon. Daniel Ullman has worked with me for about 5 sessions. He stressed that their is not a quick fix and the importance of trying to get back slowly and staying with his schedule of exercises. I feel I am back and felt he was also very knowledgeable and his sessions often went beyond our hour. I highly recommend either one for PT.

Fantastic experience: Had the opportunity to work with the Unlock team as part of a volunteer climbing project in Ecuador and also at the clinic in Denver as a patient and athlete for performance work and treatment of a specific chronic back issue. The team is awesome. Super knowledgeable and show a real dedication to supporting their people in the best way possible. I have an annoying shoulder injury that is slow to heal and I feel such relief from the work we did today. Fantastic experience: I first saw Patrick for a flare up of chronic hip pain from years of ballet. He addressed areas that physical therapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors I'd seen before had never mentioned. He talked me through what he was doing every step of the way, educated me, and gave me some simple stretches and trigger point releases to do at home which I've done fairly consistently. It's several months later and this is the longest I've ever gone without hip pain! Thank you Patrick! I have since gone back to Unlock Bodyworks for semi regular massages with Erin as my schedule permits. She is so kind and soothing, and clearly has an immense amount of knowledge about the human body as well. I've seen numerous massage therapists over the past 15 years and have been the most impressed and satisfied with Erin! I feel lasting effects after massages with her and feel she genuinely cares about my concerns. She is truly passionate about what she does and cares about making a difference!

Fantastic experience: I just had an amazing 60 minute massage with Traci! The location is in a really beautiful home not far from my place. Arrived a few minutes early and she was ready to start early. I had had a bad tension headache today and within a few minutes of her massaging my neck and scalp it had completely gone away. I know it was only a 60 minute massage but it felt so much longer! Also, some massage therapists I’ve had have massaged my feet in a way that it tickles like crazy and it’s no longer relaxing. That was not the case today. Totally pumped to go back!!

In just over a month after my first consult, I have decreased my overall weight from 195 to 186, healthily, without starving myself or doing anything dramatic outside of eating healthier and exercising reasonably. He is the first mentor I've had that helped me understand exactly what I needed to do to help me feel better and take care of myself, and he was also reasonable in how to transition from an unhealthy lifestyle into a healthier one. I am forever grateful and better due to my decision to work with him. The impact he has had with his suggestions toward my health is invaluable. Fantastic experience: Unlock Bodyworks is super efficient with time - I got off the table feeling like I had just had a 90-120min treatment even though it was only 60. Their approach is science based and meets you where you are. Personally I have several injuries that Unlock was able to address and alleviate in one treatment. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience working with Patrick at Unlock Bodyworks and highly recommend his clinic and group of therapists. A few months back, I woke up with what can only be described as intensely painful 'lock jaw' - my jaw was out of alignment - which was causing headaches and was preventing me from eating any solid food. No good! I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with Patrick, who quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work. I was impressed by how Patrick assessed and approached the issue in a comprehensive way. Much of the pain was relieved by the next day, and following an additional appointment with Patrick later that week, the jaw issue had resolved itself and I was back to chewing cud with the best of them! I can't recommend Patrick and Unlock Bodyworks enough for their professionalism, knowledge, and prompt, affordable service.

Fantastic experience: Patrick was very thorough in his analysis of my hip pain. He did a comprehensive set of load and stress testing to understand the condition of the joint, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. From this he was able to pinpoint the exact injury, a small strain in one particular muscle. This was particularly impressive to me considering that my doctor and 3 prior physical therapists had not been so thorough, not understood the exact issue, and prescribed the usual exercises for the usual hip pain. There was discussion of eventual hip joint replacement surgery when the pain became sufficiently motivating (not so impressive). The other important bit is that Patrick's knowledge is up to date, he understands better how to treat and recommend new more effective therapies that help heal faster with a better end result. Putting the 2 together, knowing exactly what's wrong and understanding the best way to fix it turns out to be really effective! To sum it up Patrick is a smart, well informed, current, and driven to do the best work he can, which in his case is well beyond the norm. I'm very happy my niece so highly recommended him. Fantastic experience: Patrick has helped me with multiple injuries and significantly decreased my downtime from back , neck, and shoulder injuries. One time, it took me five minutes to get from my truck , up the stairs, and into his office. By the time we had finished, I literally walked out pain free.

Fantastic experience: I had a damaged meniscus from playing soccer in February. I went to Patrick at Unlock Bodyworks and he was able to diagnose the injury, prescribe treatment, and performed manual therapy. He also prescribed at home treatment to strengthen the knee. I was able to snowboard comfortably by the end of March. As of now my knee feels better than my other knee that had a similar issue 7 years ago (which did not have the same treatment).
