Fantastic experience: I love it here. The office is comfortable and inviting; you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Dr. Marco is incredibly skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable, and he came highly recommended to me by another chiropractor. The entire process is carefully explained and streamlined so you know what to expect. This is not close to my house, but the drive is worth it. The scheduling app makes it really easy to change appointment times if needed, and parking is easy, too.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to SHIFT Chiropractic since moving to Denver 4 years ago. Starting in my mid 20s, I had years of recurring issues with my lower back e.g., bulging discs. I visited several chiropractors in New York and London over the years but never managed to find one that solved the underlying issue. However, since finding SHIFT and adhering to a regular schedule of appointments with Dr Marco, I’ve been completely pain free and seen huge benefits for my sleep, ability to exercise, and overall well being. It has really positively impacted my quality of movement and life. Finding SHIFT has also helped me maintain a regular resistance training regime in my late 30s. After years of having to periodically stop doing compound movements like squats and deadlifts due to pain and fear of injury, I’ve been injury free for the last 4 years. The SHIFT office has great energy and both the team and Dr Marco are always incredibly welcoming. If you’re looking for chiropractic care in Denver, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to a chiropractor ever since I was in high school. I played very vigorous sports such as water polo and volleyball throughout high school and college. I began to have chronic pain in my neck. I was born and raised in Los Angeles and when moving out to Colorado four years ago, it took me nearly 3 years to find a chiropractor. By the time I met Dr. Marco, my neck was in chronic pain all the time. I’ve been with Dr. Marco for the past year and it has been life-changing. I am in and out of my appt. in 15-20 minutes, sometimes faster. The office manager, Erika is SO helpful and sweet (great energy every time I’m there), scheduling is quick and easy, and the adjustments are TOP-NOTCH. I leave there feeling like there has been a weight lifted off my shoulders. If I could give 10 stars I would. 10/10 ⭐️

Fantastic experience: From Erika at the front desk to Dr. Vespa and Dr. Rick I cannot say enough good things about the genuine heartfelt care this team has for its patients. I suffer from a two year long c6-c7 disc herniation, I have had 2 injections that offered suboptimal relief from the burning pain, numbness and lack of function. I have intermittent sciatica in my right buttock and leg AND as most moms of teenagers, 14 yo girl and 17 yo boy, I also suffer from severe anxiety that leaves my brain on sleepless loops night after night. After 1 visit, Dr. Vespa focusing on my nervous system, I walked out feeling like I could finally take a full breathe of air. The world appeared manageable, I was lighter in my mind and clearer in my thinking. The treatments following have lessened by C6-C7 symptoms to now I do not feel constrained to the possibility of surgery. And with one singular adjustment, where I walked in with that pain in my butt and a migraine to boot, I walked out pain free from head to booty. I'd like to say Dr. Vespa and Dr. Rick have magic fingers, however, I think what Erika, Dr. Vespa and Dr. Rick really do- is a bring an energy of love and compassion into the space that no mere fingers can heal on their own.

Fantastic experience: I rarely leave reviews/so this may be long. Truly grateful for both Dr Marco and Dr Rick! Came to Shift after an acute issue with my lower back. I have a few issues from upper/mid/lower back. I’ve been going to them for a little over a month now and have felt a great improvement. Two days ago I let Dr Rick know I was still having some consistent pain in my mid right back that I was concerned was more than my spine, it’s been pretty constant for a year and getting worse the last few months. He suggested it could be a point with my ribs. Made an adjustment. And now for the first time in a year I have gone without pain for over 48hours and still going… thank you so much for giving me the physical and mental relief! Just can’t thank you enough!

Fantastic experience: I would like to start off by saying I an actual client and this is a real review. Before being introduced to Shift Chiropractor, I was having issues with my lower back and not being able to walk normal. To say I work out a lot would be an understatement so I figured that my issue was due to training in the gym. That wasn’t the case… For 7 months I had been ignoring the pain until one day I couldn’t get out of bed on my own nor could I dress myself without assistance. It was almost as if I was paralyzed and each time I would move my lower back, the pain was unbearable. A friend at the gym highly recommended Shift and being that I was already in pain I figured I would give them a shot. Once meeting up for the consultation, I received an X-ray of my body and Dr. Marco was able to better establish my problems areas. After deciding on how to move forward, it was suggested that I visit Shift 3x a week for the first month or two until we could regain control of my body and then it would be narrowed down to once a week. The entire staff makes the establishment feel welcoming right when you walk through the door. When entering the building, you are greeted by two lovely ladies (Erica & Liz) who go around acknowledging each client by first name basis. Then you have Dr. Marco and Dr. Rick who will evaluate your progress and have you walking out happy within 5 minutes. I can’t explain the pain that I was experiencing but what I can describe is how emotional I was when I met Dr. Marco because I didn’t think it was possible to fix my issues. Now, here I am STILL emotional but this time it’s “tears of joy” because of the wonders Dr. Marco and Dr. Rick have done. This was a humbling moment for me and a reminder to never take health for granted for it could change in a blink of an eye.

Fantastic experience: There is healing happening here! After just 1 treatment, my lower back pain was 10x better and within a week, completely gone. I can sit on the floor and play with Lego with my son, and I won’t feel it when I get up. I can run, workout, sit, stand, sleep… all with Jo back pain. That’s something I couldn’t say before I went to Shift Chiropractic. I’m almost a month into my treatment plan and we’re working out issues now all over my body. I notice the effects and I’m so thankful. Thankful for this healing without medication.

Fantastic experience: I have been in pain since 2006 from crushing my L3 thru S2 I have had 3 major spinal surgeries. I was told by my surgeon that I would more than likely never be out of pain again. So I accepted that fact. When I made an appointment with Dr. Marco, My anxiety was at a 100% I almost walked out of the office. I am so glad I stayed. I am 3 treatments in and I can honestly say that I have not felt this type of relief since before 2006. I did not think it was possible, Dr. Marco has done what no other surgeon has been able to do and that has given me significant relief for my pain. If this is what I feel like now, I can not wait to see how I feel after the complete treatments are over. I wish I wouldnt have waited so long. I am grateful for Dr. Marco.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Marco by a good friend. Very excited about working with him to heal both myself and my daughter. In my experience it’s difficult to find a good and trusted chiropractor. I’ve have less than a handful of visits and I already feel so much better! My daughter is 3 and has delays in her speech. Fantastic experience: I have a very difficult spinal situation, a full set of Harrington rods from a preteen emergency surgery, which has been daunting for many chiropractors but I was not only taken care of in an efficient pace, but I left feeling 90% better and extremely confident in my recovery. Fantastic experience: I found Dr. Marco after starting a running program and experiencing severe back pain and stiffness. My medical doctor just told me to stop the program. Dr. Marco put me on a program and the pain relief is amazing. He said I can restart the running program now. Negative experience: In terms of chiropractic care, he really takes the minimalist approach. Sessions lasted no longer than 2 minutes, and felt rushed as it's a revolving door of patients every few minutes.. I was looking for more personalized preventative care including exercise plans that could speed up treatment and received nothing. I was never re-assessed throughout the 3 months I had been going or given the option to decrease sessions from 3 per week to 1 per week. Friendly staff but overall they don't have the best intentions for you.
