Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Myers yesterday for a meet and greet and my 1st adjustment(s). I had never been to a chiropractor before and did not know what to expect. Dr. Myers is very observant and explained what was going on with my back and hips, I walked out feeling better than when I walked in and am thoroughly impressed with her diagnosis, I had things going on with my back I didn't even realize where a problem but she took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood. I went to her based on a recommendation and have already recommended her twice myself. Thank you Dr. Myers! It was nice to meet both you and Aaron as well.

Fantastic experience: I am always nervous seeing a new provider, but Dr. Myers and staff made me feel welcome, that was almost 2 years ago now. Everyone is professional, yet personable, always so friendly, and they greet you with a smile. I suffer with severe chronic neck pain, along with migraines and Dr. Myers along with her awesome massage therapists, have helped alleviate my pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Cyndi Myers at Integrative Chiropractic & Wellness Spa, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly love this place. I started going about 9 months ago and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Cyndi is awesome and during the chiropractic adjustments she talks you through everything that she's doing and why she's doing it. It took me a few visits to have it line up with a massage appt but once I did I try to get them back back to, glorious combo. All that said, I highly recommend this place for chiropractic and massage therapy.

Fantastic experience: Coming on the 7 years mark. The staff here make it so I can keep up with my busy lifestyle. I don't know what I would do without them! They are amazing! Wow!! Time flies so fast!! A year later and I am still loving every visit. Ive added massge to my self care and could not be happier. I love the staff, Sydney and Becky are awesome!! Looking forward to my next visit. Ah, my favorite time of the week. My visits with Dr.Myers leave me feeling ready to face my week. Who knew she was what I needed in my life. After working with Dr. Meyers for a few months my pain has resolved! And in that time she also helped with knee pain and general wellness. Yay! Very grateful I found her.

Fantastic experience: New to Portland, I was excited to find a great chiropractor, Dr. Myers ‍⚕️! Who is really knowledgeable about her work and so much more! She is always giving me all kinds of advice to help my body after the appointment, plus we always have great conversations! Her adjustments really set my body straight and bring back my vitality! The staff is super awesome and Jasmine always welcomes me with a warm smile and laughs while I am waiting for my appointment to start! My partner also gets adjusted here, he gets massages and says they are amazing ! We both come here regularly and would definitely recommend it!

She did a wonderful job of explaining the process and made sure I was completely comfortable before, during, and after my adjustment. The other staff members are always friendly too! I was nervous to try chiropractic but I am so glad I did it and I'm grateful I found such an awesome clinic. I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Myers treats our whole family. My spouse and I had been clients for a few years before she started working with our kids. Honestly, I think treating kids is where Dr. Myers really excelles. From your regular kid activity injuries (a fall out of a tree, let's say), to sports injuries (baseball-induced orbital fractures and concussion, let's say), she really listens and creates with them a concrete treatment plan. We're also very happy with the care we've received from the staff and massage therapists. They've created a positive and caring environment that makes our kids happy to have a Dr. Myers appointment. I really believe regular chiropractic care has helped our kids' long term health, from fewer visits to the MD, to early detection of potential health issues. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My children and I have been treated by Dr. Cyndi Myers many times over the last ten years and she has helped us in so many ways! With my lower back and knee giving me pain from being on my feet all day at work, it has really helped me a lot! Also, my son has occasional migraines and treatment has benefited him as well. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. I recommend Integrative Chiropractic to anyone who is considering chiropractic treatment.

Negative experience: While suffering from an neck injury and trying to find someone ASAP i had to go through 2 intakes with 2 separate people over the phone before I was told that “the Doctor can’t see you until about one month” it would have been more professional to tell me that upfront. And please, return calls and emails. I’d called and left messages and emailed the office a month prior. If that had happened perhaps I would have gotten in my the time the doctor was booked out a month

Fantastic experience: I suffered with cronic arm pain due to repetitive work injuries as a meat cutter. Dr. Myers used Graston, ART technique, and pin and stretch to relieve me from pain. I was sent home with stretches to enhance her treatments. Thanks to her, I now can enjoy gardening again.

Like so many others, I thought a certain level of body pain, mobility issues, and chronic headaches was just to be expected working in the trades. Well, let me tell you, after being educated about the body, more specifically my body, I quickly learned that didn't have to be my quality of life. Every step of the way I have learned something new, felt completely confident with Dr. Myers' skill, and am now feeling so much better! The chronic headaches are nonexistent, I have mobility back where I couldn't move before, and my pain levels during tough weeks went from 8-10s to 1-2s. I love how I don't feel like a cookie-cutter patient, that I truly feel listened to, and that she communicates in return to me as a human. :-)

Fantastic experience: My husband has some pretty extensive injuries from a motorcycle accident that happened 10 years ago. We were doing ok managing his pain ourselves with massage and ice, but one day that all changed and his body seized up. Dr Myers has given him his body back. He's been seeing her for a year and the difference in the first few months was remarkable! Since he had such success seeing her I decided to go myself, not thinking that there was too much work I needed, just some general back pain. Dr Myers quickly got to the root of the trouble, explained everything to me in such detail, and got started. I had my first adjustment yesterday and feel more mobility already. This is going to change my whole world! The entire staff is amazing. We've had massages there that are always therapeutic and amazing. Nicole at the front is organized and accurate and always a pleasure to speak to. I love that she gives us reminder calls for our appointments! Thank you Dr Myers, Nicole, and everyone on the team!

Fantastic experience: Dr Myers came highly recommended by a coworker when I was looking for a chiropractor to take a look at my sore back. Usually I can go a few days with a pulled muscle and misalignment and it will go back into place but this pain was going on for too long and I needed someone to take a look at it. Dr Myers listened to my concerns and recommended a treatment plan that worked with my schedule that included adjustments, icepacks and electrical stimulation to treat my lower back pain. I am now pain free and back to riding my bicycle 16 miles round trip to work and back home.
