Fantastic experience: I'm so glad to have found Trilogy for my chiropractic and PT care. Dr. Maia and her staff are so great to work with and I really appreciated having a treatment plan from the very beginning- I could tell how much they work towards providing personalized care for all their patients. I've had joint problems for years and after seeing multiple chiropractors with limited results, I was discouraged from trying out a new chiropractor until Dr. Maia.

Fantastic experience: Trilogy is absolutely amazing! Honestly I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Maia and her staff. My entire experience from start to finish was top notch and I received excellent care at a very reasonable cost. I have been to several other chiropractors and Trilogy is by far the best. Quite simply I paid less money, spent less time there, and received much better results. Their mantra is that they truly listen to their patients and tailor care specifically to what you need with the goal of seeing you less often. They walk the walk as this was my exact experience. Other chiros I've been to give you the standard "you need to come 3 times a week or this won't work" and Trilogy was completely different and a breath of fresh air. The staff are all friendly and the ambiance and mood is always positive. I trust Dr. Maia's guidance and every time I leave I am in a great mood and feel better physically. I feel no need to ever see another chiropractor and I want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Maia and everyone at Trilogy for being good people and truly helping me and many other patients!

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Rovey. The whole staff is great and the fact that you can get chiropractic, massage and acupuncture all under one roof is awesome. Parking is the one challenging thing when they’re busy. It’s free but can fill up quickly. I have really enjoyed getting care here.

Fantastic experience: I have complete trust in the staff at Trilogy. I have seen chiropractors in the past and I have felt that they were more interested in billing me than treating me. Well, I definitely do not feel this way about my time at Trilogy. They were very transparent about what and how I would be billed. I went in for treatment for Lumbar Scoliosis. The treatment was very helpful. They didn't just have me come in for adjustments. They evaluated me each time, then made some minor adjustments, and they also showed me some rehabilitative exercises and stretches. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Around two months ago, I came in with back and neck pain, mostly from working at a job where I'm staring at a screen 75% of the time. Dr. G set me up with a treatment plan, and after six weeks, I'm seeing major improvements in that nagging pain. The rehab sessions have also done a huge part in helping me figure out what to do at home between "tune-up" sessions. Massage with Tomas has also been amazing - he listens and fine tunes his massage to the perfect levels. What really keeps me coming back is the warmth and collegial nature of the office. You get the sense that this practice really, truly cares about their patients. Dr. G, Dr. Rovey, Dr. Maia, Emily, Tomas -- every single one has greeted me by name, and chatted for a while. In particular, Dr. G just has a way with people that is natural and warm - it kinda makes you just wanna drop by and hang out with the whole crew! I've certainly been to other practices, but this is the one that will have me for as long as they'll allow :)

Fantastic experience: I started going to Trilogy Chiropractic about 2.5 months ago to address some mid-back pain that was impacting my sleep and my ability to play with my 2 young children. At the beginning and throughout my visits, Dr. Gonzales was very thorough and took his time to explain everything he was doing and why. He was incredibly patient with my questions.The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Gonzales and Trilogy Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: I messed up my back terribly weight lifting. Triology was there to save the day. Having not been to a chiropractor before I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very knowledgeable and they were able to get me back to weight lifting in less than 6 weeks.

Positive experience: Blaire Technique Chiropractor changed our lives in every way. After stabalizing our backs, our other chiro moved East, and Trilogy Chiropractic picked up where she left off. Very diligent and careful.

Negative experience: This might be a great place for the younger crowd but I found the loud, jarring music constantly playing a definite turn off.

Fantastic experience: I experienced a bad fall onto my upper back and was suffering nerve pain through my shoulder and right arm. I had never been to a chiropractor before but with the state of my neck I decided to give it a try. Dr. Maia and her team X-ray'd my upper spine and we could clearly see one of the vertebrae in my neck was pushed several millimeters back out of place. I was put on a 6 week treatment plan that had me feeling improvements within two weeks. The plan included spinal adjustments (the pops!) and physical therapy (the grunts!). On top of correcting my neck, my hips were adjusted, and I treated myself to a couple massages, all which lead to a full recovery. Dr. Maia and her staff are all friendly, professional, and open-minded. Their office has a very relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Trilogy.

You can sense the genuine desire to help you heal and feel good from all the docs and staff in the office. Fantastic experience: If you are in any sort of pain or are just curious about what a chiropractor can do for you, do yourself a favor and go to Trilogy Chiropractic! My Story I met Dr. G at a health fair at work. He was very approachable and professional. He offered a quick consult and the results where as I expected. Not good! I have always suffered from neck and back pain do to an accident when I was young so I knew it was coming. I have tried massages, different firmness beds, pillows etc. and of course nothing had helped, so when Dr G offered a one hour free consultation I thought I had nothing to loose.... Well turns out did loose something! My PAIN! Within a month and a half of adjustments I can happily say I no longer suffer from migraines or daily headaches. I can sleep through the night now without my back hurting in the morning and my shoulders are relaxed. Not gonna lie I did have an intense month of bi weekly visits but it was totally worth it because I feel so much better and the best part is the adjustments are holding so now I only have to go once a month for a quick adjustment. The office is very well decorated and the staff actually looks happy to be at work. They always have a smile on their face. I have never had a consult with Dr. Maia but she is also very friendly and takes the time to get to know her patients same as Dr. G who even remembers our conversations from my last visit.

Fantastic experience: Truly one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I've ever had. Dr Maia will go above and beyond to help you find relief from back pain and discomfort. I was in a fairly bad car accident and she has helped me find a path of relief and healing. This clinic is always accommodating when I have sudden pain, squeezing me in last minute to help find the root of my pain, and they are always able to work with my hectic schedule. Fantastic experience: Earlier this year I was dealing with back pain so intense that I could hardly walk or even sleep; I wasn't able to work for several days. After Dr. Maia's 6 week chiropractic/physical therapy plan, my back pain is almost completely eradicated and I am equipped to manage any occasional soreness I do still experience on my own. Trilogy wasn't in my health insurance network, but they worked with me to provide an affordable repayment plan. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. My injury was caused by prolonged use of a chest binder (I'm transgender), and I was apprehensive about seeking medical help due to the nature of the injury...but when I visited Trilogy, I was treated with the utmost respect and care. Dr. Maia is absolutely wonderful! Each time I visited the clinic, the entire staff was excited to see me. They told me that they used to participate in a citywide LGBTQ healthcare event before it lost funding. If you are looking for a positive and affirming place to help you recover from your injury, choose Trilogy! It is one of the best choices I ever made, and I wish I had gone sooner instead of living with back pain for as long as I did.

My favorite part about Trilogy Chiropractic is that you're getting more out of an appointment than just an adjustment/alignment. You also work with Sarah on flexibility and strengthening so as your body gets adjusted, it can stay that way! I don't know what kind of condition my body would be in without them and you can guarantee I'll be a loyal client as long as I'm in Seattle!

Fantastic experience: I completed a treatment plan with Dr. Maia this summer, and recommend her & her team at Trilogy Chiropractic wholeheartedly. I feel relief from pains & tensions I did not even know that I had--and the headaches I once thought were tension-caused have disappeared after a C-1 adjustment early on in my treatment. Dr. Maia & the rest of the staff are approachable, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer questions or explain issues related to chiropractic work. They are among a handful of medical professionals I have found who actually *care* about the health of their patients and I wish that every doctor was as invested as the Trilogy Chiropractic doctors are in their patients.
