Fantastic experience: I been going to Cratos for about 2+ years now, I started with Laser and now I am taking the semaglutide injection for the past 2 months and it has been incredibly beneficial for me, I never was able to lose weight for years even going to the gym, and now I am 14 pounds less in 9 weeks ! Negative experience: I never leave bad reviews but I was talking to someone a few days ago and they'd had a negative experience as well so I wanted to share in case this helps someone else. Both my husband and I had purchased packages for laser hair removal at Cratos. We had done our research and even though it was an hour away, the reviews were great. Our experience was positive until the tone started changing with our tech. She was driving an hour as well and started complaining from start to finish to each of us about the job during each of our visits. She said she wasn't being paid enough to cover her vet bills, that she hated the environment, and that she was going to leave soon. It was highly unprofessional but we had paid for our package. On one occasion we heard another customer tell her she was sorry it was so toxic there so we know she was complaining to others as well. During one particular visit, she told us she couldn't take it anymore and was leaving within the next few weeks and we'd be booked with someone else. As I checked out I told her told her that I wished her the best of luck, and she looked mortified because there was another employee that had walked up as I finished saying it. At our next visit, she was still there and I told her I was in an unusual amount of pain. She said that I was her last visit of the day and that we could do another day. We came in again and were surprised that she was still there. Checked in and she told me it would be $40 for a no show fee from last time. I was shocked and reminded her that we had talked face to face. She pretended she didn't remember and said she still needed to charge me but that the owner would call and sort it out. I pulled up my Google maps timeline with her to look for the date and time in question and it showed me being at Cratos. I went thru my messages with her and was able to show her a text I sent to my sister telling her I was at my laser appt and was in pain and if it was normal-on the same date and time. She assured me that it was just because of the notes and that they'd get it figured out but to have my appointment that day I still needed to pay. Since I drove an hour I did, and of course never got a call from the owner despite calling in multiple times and speaking to different people. One of the times I asked if the fee went directly to the tech, and of course it does. She had mentioned multiple times how much she needed more money, I just didn't think anyone would be blatantly lying to my face at a place that is supposed to be professional like this. It put a bad taste in our mouths and we never returned. Shared to the Monument and COS Moms FB page.

Negative experience: Cost me years of recovery, several new autoimmune diseases, 80lb weight gain on overdose of testosterone. My current medication, an auto immune suppressor, I was on stated do not mix with steroids but they put a pellet in me over looked that in my medical chart now I'm left years in more disabled then when I came in. Shame on them. Money hungry don't care even if it costs you your life. My last review was mysteriously removed. I will report this to Google if this is roved as well. Screenshots have been taken.

Positive experience: Usually great experience but today I drove 25 min to pick up medication and they had closed early

It was like getting a treatment done by a friend. She has great bedside manner, and I should have done this years ago. The owner, Steve, is one of the most knowledgeable folks I’ve ever spoken to in regards to changing hormone needs. I highly recommend Cratos Health…, and their laser hair removal prices are 2/3 less than anywhere else. Two. Thirds. Less.

Fantastic experience: Nice clean office. Very comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly, listened to my gripes and did a very comfortable blood draw on me. The lady that gave me the consult was very nice, willing to listen, friendly and thorough. Cute too! (winky emoji) They seem to be more concerned with a balanced wellness plan rather than "here take this see ya in a month, pay me" I recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy and relieved by Mindy and the staff at Cratos. I have been working on figuring out for months why my energy levels were so low. I was turned away by my PHP several times after finding out that my Testosterone levels were very low claiming i was in the normal range even though it was at the very bottom of that range. I did my research for months and found Cratos in the North end of the Springs. Set up an easy appointment and met with the doctor whom answered all my questions and was on pace with all the knowledge i had gained. Mindy was so extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get started in my first dosage. I am elated with their service and can honestly claim they have made me a patient for life. I love having experiences like this and they have become few and far in between! Thank you Mindy and all the staff at Cratos!

Fantastic experience: I was really excited when I found this place. From my phone call to ask questions they were amazing and open. When I got there the front desk girl was welcoming, then the dr was fantastic, their approach and the sense that they care they want to make a program work for you no matter what road you take. I felt so reassured and was able to speak freely and ask questions. I’m so excited to go on this journey. If you are on the fence about seeing them don’t be it’s there first step and they have impressed so far! The office was nice and clean, every staff member was polite and helpful and one of their staff members even has done the program which was awesome! The dr is empathetic she really wants to know who you are and you aren’t just another patient.

Fantastic experience: Their staff is friendly, respectful and professional, they’ve answered all my questions about their services in a clear, knowledgeable and non-judge mental manner. During my visits, I also see other men and women come in for their variety of their services (weight loss solutions, laser hair removal, botox, micro-needling, and much more) the staff is just as attentive with EVERY single one of them. They are constantly incorporating the latest technology at affordable prices.

I am from north Denver and drove all the way to this clinic because of a friend and I am so happy I did. The pricing is WAY better than anyone else, and based on my experience, the staff and customer care were the best I have ever had. Plus, this laser is the best.
