Fantastic experience: After reading so many bad reviews I didn't want to go this office but because I go to the office in Elmhurst I know everyone in that office is great and this is my second time meeting Stephanie first time was in Elmhurst office and second time at rego park office Stephanie is very great and everyone in the Rego park office also awesome as the ppl in Elmhurst office So may ppl talk badly of Maria but honestly she's amazing and dian or Dana I can't remember which was her name but she's freaking amazing I honestly do recommend this OBGYN!!

Negative experience: She is very abrupt, she schedules appointments every 2 weeks for follow ups and doesn’t give a clear description of what her plan of action is. She gave me a referral that was poorly filled out and a specialist was almost not going to see me due to her mistake. She yelled at me thinking she has the right to yell at saying I didn’t come in for an appointment when I CLEARLY had to make an appointment just so she would CALL me! Not very knowledgeable no matter how many dissertations she has. And BOTH offices are extremely dirty and outdated! Switch Doctors!!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional doctor - listens to the patients and takes her time and thoroughly plans for a course of action to address any issue

Fantastic experience: She is by far the best GYN. She shows you respect by not having you wait hours. When her office didn't accept my insurance I didn't want tosee any other Dr. I am so happy to be back.

Negative experience: This is the worst clinic to go to. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a receptionist. Maria is an entitled thickskulled person. She has no respect for anyone except her own peers. She is completely unprofessional. I had an appointment and it took them hours to finally let me have my check up. The nurse had to look up the name of the blood work on google and it took her almost an hour to do so. The receptionist Maria should work in the military instead of this, that might be her true calling. Do not waste your time coming here. The doctor herself has no idea what is going on in her own clinic. It is very disorganized.

Fantastic experience: Ive been a patient for about 15 years. So many patients, but Dr Buck-Haskins Staff are Professionals at what they do! Always personable with the highest level of confidentiality and respect. Dr Stephanie, is so patient and promises to get a resolution and to the root of your personal issue. Without reservation I recommended her, because I'm comfortable with her and the loving environment she establishes.

Negative experience: Doctor is charging me telehealth service without giving any kind of this service .i called insurance company then Doctors billing Department. I have never received any telemedicine service.

Fantastic experience: This is the first of two visits and she took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I got some tests done in her office. The staff is great as well. Highly recommend

Negative experience: very disappointed. she says she specializes with menopause , well not only that was not true she didn't give me the correct treatment ....sometimes very basic and as well that I needed to correct her with. will never come back

Negative experience: I DONT recommend this place I am here now, one they are very rude two they denied me service due to the color of my skin. They are very unpleasant and unprofessional. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. I have 3 health insurances and I am a military dependent. It's sad because I came here for my health issue that I am simply just seeking answers for and I was turned away. Positive experience: First time being there n I find the staff friendly n made feel like comfortable In asking questions. It's hard to finds doctors office where they are kind n patient.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this clinic. I was waiting for more than 3 hours for a treatment and they don’t allow my fiend come with me even what I’ll received general anesthesia and when they tall me to I’m next and have to be somebody with me literally was even lest that one minute she call someone that just got there that’s incredible! Customer service is very horrible especially MARIA who is being unprofessional and being nasty!!!! She should not be working in the reception area. They will not release my medical records and she will treated you like an animal. She’s the worst!!!! When i checked the previous reviews with other patients, we had a same experience with Maria the manager or whatever her title is. So, it is not her first time to deal this kind of rudeness. that is her trademark. We are patients and I’m going never back but if you have the chance to never go please do that favor for yourself!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I don’t have a good experience with this gynecologist and office. I had a procedure with doctor Buck-Haskin that left me scars after my skin got burned from a medical device.

Negative experience: Please read zoc doc and yelp recent reviews to see for your self in 2021 she has been getting a bad rap she is a very cold doctor many woman have said this . No bedside manners, very cold and incompetent when it comes to explaining anything, also never gives you the results of any test and wants you to keep coming back in for more test with no results given on previous test. Staff was rude and technician was unprofessional. Rego park office not so clean.

Negative experience: Please read all the negative reviews because there is a bad pattern with this Dr. Buck- Haskin and her staff. She is very cold and won’t look you in the eye to explain anything. She keeps having me come back to give procedures but never gives a proper explanation on my results let alone even give your results. This woman has no bed side manners. This was a bad experience not to mention that the doctor her self called me to yell and scream at me for being rude to her staff when in fact they were rude to me she even asked why did I wait almost a week to call and have questions PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS and I was calling to speak to someone to explain what I feeling about my visit and how I was confused and if the staff can relay message to doctor for me both Jennifer and Marie (Staff) has absolutely no compassion for me basically end up making fun of me. The doctor called me and told me I had 5 mins and proceeded to lose her cool and never gave a minutes to speak and yell at me and told she heard me and heard me talk to her staff and asked what is it that I want from her. She even went as far to tell me why she was yelling at me I told her I didn’t appreciate her unprofessional behavior and she told me that is not what she wants to hear Please read the reviews because this woman comes across so cold as if she has no soul and I’m not the first to say how cold she is.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure going to Dr. Buck's office. I've been with her over 17 years.

Negative experience: The blonde secretary is extremely rude and always trying to correct you on any information she’s being told! After waiting an hour or so you’ll finally get to see the doctor for about 5 minutes! The visit is rushed and she hardly explains any issues you’re having in depth. I was given a Wed MD printed out packet to explain to me what cervical dysplasia when I asked her to explain it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone woman to come here for GYN services.

Negative experience: This Doctor does not care for her patients. I got a few tests done over a month ago, I my self had to go to the lab place and to the diagnostic place to obtain the results (which came back with a few issues)because this Doctor’s office hasn’t even bother to call me to discuss the results and to discuss what is next. I have also left several messages and have not received a call back. Avoid going there specially if you are a new patient

Negative experience: DO not put your health in the hands of the office personal in Elmhurst! the most unprofessional team ever ,will not allow you to contact the Doctor in any situation if the doctor is not at that specific location for that day..so lets say you are having a major issue form medication or want a important Result for a Sonogram that Doctor prescribed to you in Elmhurst on either a Tuesday or Thursday when she is at that Location you have to wait for the following Tues or thursday to even speak or to get any info from her..the office personal refuse to help and make u wait in pain and discomfort till she is at the specific location you visited ,so ladies lets hope u give birth or have a emergency on a Tues or a Thursday in Elmhurst rest of week your on your own..I thought a DR is on call 24 /7 and itas against the Law to deny medical help by a Doctor or Office personal ..I will file a complaint To United Healthcare with a attorney!

Fantastic experience: One of the best doctors I have ever seen for my wife and the best thing about her she really care about her patients.

Negative experience: Very Unprofessional staffs, always talking loud. No regards or respect for patient. upon entering with apt still have to 30 mins to be called. Took off from work today because they cant give the results over the phone and when I went in they said the results are not In yet, so I asked why wasn't I informed ? they staff said its not our job! Dr Haaskin should FIRE these INEPT employees, its bad for her practice!

Negative experience: If I could give this place negative starts I Would. The customer service is horrific. They never return calls, or give results for tests. I went to two different appointments and NOTHING was ever done for me. I then received a bill fo 275$ when all I did was hang out I the waiting room for an hour to be told to come back. When I called to dispute the charge I was yelled at and called a liar by the receptionist who wasn't even in the room when the doctor told me he didn't have results for me. Do not visit this very unprofessional establishment.

Fantastic experience: It took me a few tries to find a gynecologist who could handle my complicated medical issues with a multi-disciplinary approach, and it was worth the effort. I am treated with dignity by both Dr. Buck-Haskin and her incredible staff. She's knowledgable, thorough, and empathetic, which has been a life-changer when it comes to managing my endometriosis and coexisting frustrations. She's definitely the kind of doctor who went into the field for the right reasons -- she respects my decisions as a patient, and actively works with me to find solutions that are reasonable. She and I even chat about recent research and interesting studies while she sets up tests or takes a quick note. :) She's truly invested in her patients' quality of life and keeps up to date. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: My wife has been going to Dr. Buck-Haskin for 20 years and she delivered my three high-risk babies. She is extremely professional and genuinely concerned for her patients and their health. She goes above and beyond to find all your options and researches any other medical issues and other doctors that could assist in you health. Her office hours are extremely convent and very accessible. I recommend her to everyone in need of a physician in her medical field.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Dr. Buck for over 16 years. I love this office, I feel welcome by everyone, and have full confidence in their abilities. My questions and concerns are addressed with satisfaction. I cannot even think of going to another doctor! The doctor is out of network for me, but I don't mind that at all, I'd rather have piece of mind.
