Fantastic experience: Long line to check in when I got off the elevator (13 ahead of me). By the time it was my turn, it was 10 minutes after appointment. Receptionist was not sure I was eligible to be checked in. Had me run to Jessica who sent me back to be checked in. After that, visit with nurse and Dr O'Brien was great! Had X-rays after that. Great experience too!

Fantastic experience: Dr. O'Brien saved my life. Ive been going to her for over 10 years. I was diagnosed with stage 1A breast cancer when I was 35. My breast surgeon and oncologist told me getting a lumpectomy would be fine. They are both amazing doctors. I went to see Dr. O'Brien later that afternoon because I was scared and needed someone to walk me through everything. She told me that if it was her, she would get a bilateral mastectomy. She told me her reasons why and told me to research it myself. She was absolutely right! I have mostly female doctors, and a female dentist. And every single one of them have since told me they absolutely would get a bilateral mastectomy for the same reasons Dr. O'Brien gave me. A few years later I was in for my regular check-up and I tried to thank her and tell her that she saved my life and she just kinda blew it off saying all she did was her job. But she did way more than that!!! She was willing to have a hard conversation with me and challenge me on what I thought was best. I am so thankful and grateful that she is my GP. She is simply the best.

Positive experience: 11/4/2021 I heard back from the doctors office and I agree pre-authorization of prescriptions is a hassle for all involved. The Doctor and office are now working with me to get things pre -authorized in a reasonable and timely manner.
