Lotus Integrative Medicine

Fantastic experience: Am continuing to have very favorable results with my acupuncturist, Richard Hsu, of Lotus Integrative Medicine. I have seen him for back problems where I had difficulty when I awakened in the morning in standing up straight (I was bent over) and I had pain in my lower back. I am an elderly woman and it feels great to get up in the morning without the pain, ready to start my day. He has also treated me for insomnia where I would go 2 o 3 days without sleep. Medications were not working. Now I sleep 7 to 8 hours regularly most nights. He is now working on my vision and pain in my left foot sole. I appreciate his masterfulness. I feel we are all electrical systems that may need fixing at one time or another especially as we get older. Patricia Jarosh

Fantastic experience: Dr. Armm is such a warm, caring, upbeat acupuncturist and TCM practitioner, which is already half the battle. The environment of the office is soothing and uplifting. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the initial paperwork you need to complete and the doctor actually pays attention to all the details which you indicate on the forms. I would highly recommend him for anyone searching for this approach.

Fantastic experience: I have learned more about wellness and body imbalances from Dr Theresa Powers than from all of my western doctors combined. Dr Powers from the beginning spoke to me with a realistic expectations and together we set mutually agreeable plans and goals for wellness. Fantastic experience: I've visited Jennifer Canfield for acupuncture and herbal medicine treatments for about a year and I've healed tremendously under her care. First of all, she knows her stuff. Whenever I mention a body ache or mental block, she'll activate the exact pressure points and offer guidance for care that lasts beyond the office visit. She's also extremely kind and attentive, and really offers holistic treatment approaches. I was recommended to her by my cousin and I'd recommend her to everyone else.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer was attentive, answered my many question and clearly concerned with my well being. All of which pales when considered with how dramatically my pain was reduced.

Negative experience: Scam. $225 for a half hour of mediocre acupuncture (a $40-60 value) and an hour of going over medical history... all to prescribe me the most commonly used Chinese herb on the market. Very disappointed.

His gentleness giving adjustments, attention to detail other than ones alignment, lovely sense of humor, and kind zen energy are every reason to see him. I also recently followed my care with acupuncture by Brendan Armm. He is super efficient. It was a game changer coupled with chiropractic for recovery from persistent neck and shoulder pain.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from terrible migraines for over a decade. I have seen physical therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and neurologists and it's not until now seeing Dr. Armm that I have been able to go 23 days without a migraine! Very grateful to the care and attention Dr. Armm brings to my treatment plan. The prices are also very reasonable and on the lower end of acupuncture/Chinese medicine costs from what I could find when researching integrative medicine doctors. I highly recommend Lotus Integrative Medicine!

Fantastic experience: The first time I saw a chiropractor was very traumatic for me. The chiropractor walked in and barely introduced himself before he started adjusting me -with no advance warning of what he would be doing! This despite my having told him it was my first time and that I was nervous. I actually felt like I’d been assaulted, and I couldn’t tell you if anything he did helped my back pain at all. It took me years and the recommendation of a friend to try to get relief from my chronic stiffness and back pain from Dr. Jeffre Rosenfeld. I am so glad I did! He is very gentle and always explains what he’s going to do and why before doing anything to me. This enables me to relax which in turn enables him to do a more effective adjustment. I’ll never go to anyone else! Now with regular visits a few times a year he keeps me feeling my best.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jessica Marier is an incredibly caring and competent Naturopath. I highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in improving there overall health or tackling specific medical issues. She uses natural methods as well as homeopathy. Two thumbs up!
