Fantastic experience: PA - Physician Assistant, NP - Nurse Practitioner both are highly qualified medical professionals, you don't always need to see a doctor! I've been going to NOAH for 8 yrs - currently at Cholla. My first experience was with Dr. Whallon 8 yrs ago, haven't changed my doctor because he is exceptional best I've ever had (I worked at hospital many years ago so I know a good Dr. when I see one). Tara Noorani NP is wonderful, a true sweetheart & very professional. Last appt with her was for 15 mins she was worried about me & spent 40 mins with me. Doctor offices experience delays through out the day so will run late it's not that they lack compassion some appointments run longer than expected. Best thing to do is schedule a morning appointment if you don't like delays. A few reviews you see are ridiculous. If your provider is out sick they notify you by phone as soon as they know & they DO offer you another appt for day if available - won't mention the one person pulling the victim race card because it is the farthest away from the truth. I can't say enough about Cholla!

Fantastic experience: This office is very nice and friendly the staff is very friendly and my doctor particularly is very compassionate nice and polite and handles all my issues. I would definitely recommend this doctor, Dr Ashley Hernandez and the office and any other doctors there.

Negative experience: Do not come here if you want to be cared for. I had multiple appointments here with provider Tara due to some serious, declining health symptoms and was never helped. Every appointment, I was given a referral to do at least two tests, and every time I left an appointment, the things she recommended seemed pretty odd and unrelated sometimes valid though. I would then get calls from the referral centers telling me they don’t even offer the services my doctor mentioned. This happened every time. Tara ended every appointment by telling me she was sorry and didn’t know what was wrong with me, with no recommendations for symptom relief or anything to help with active pain. At my most recent appointment, I went in to discuss some concerning test scores that I had received. I was taken back to the room and told that Tara was with another patient and would be in with me after. I waited for 30 minutes, hearing people chatting in the hallway, assuming things were just taking a while. After an hour of sitting and waiting with no updates, I left the room and found no one around. I had to yell out for someone and let them know I had been waiting for an hour and hadn't been seen. He chased me down for my name and information, which I gave and then left due to the circumstances. I called the same day to get a refund for the copay, and they told me it would take up to a month. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and the lack of care for people here is concerning. I wouldn't recommend NOAH to my worst enemy.

Negative experience: Literally got 4 text messages, 3 my chart reminders, 4 emails as reminders for my appointment today 7/28. To get a call at 730 my appointment is cancelled because the provider called out sick. When I asked if there was any chance of scheduling me with a different provider, she said no they don’t have anything. As a side note I turned off my notifications on the app to stop the multiple notifications and it still comes through. The only reason I have a problem with it is because there isn’t an attempt made to fix the issue the same day only reschedule next week.

Negative experience: My appointment has been canceled and rescheduled twice within the same day. And instead of apologizing, they want to have an attitude as if its my fault. Recommend going elsewhere.

Negative experience: Clay Crockett is the worst most unprofessional nurse practitioner I’ve ever been too. Acted like bipolar wasn’t real , was smirking and making fun of me basically throughout the whole appointment. He took away 6 of my pills when you’re only supposed to taper down by 2! He told me I’m gonna have to deal with being without medication for 7 days. He comes across as racist homophobe and extremely condescending. I believe he acted this way with me after I requested his student not watch our very personal conversation. Do not see this nurse practitioner because that’s what he is, not a doctor. Would give 0 stars if I could. Rudest NURSE ever! Choose a different profession.

Fantastic experience: NOAH cholla is amazing. They have everything you could need on site and their staff is so helpful and kind. I have had great experiences here ranging from normal check ups to illness. Was connected w/ PA Almedina and she is amazing! Very compassionate, great listener and provider. Negative experience: The staff, and the providers are excellent. They truly care about my well-being. Noah as a corporation itself does not care about anything but, the money. Noah, not my providers have changed things around so many times on me that it is affecting my recovery. How can I get better with this kind of corporation? I can't. I will have to just move on and try again with a healthcare company that cares about their patients instead of their bottom line. Hey Noah, money is not everything in the world.

Fantastic experience: I love Noah and get the best care from them but the review is for Nutritionist Courtney Smith. Negative experience: I’ve done two intakes and left 3-4 messages for trauma therapy. Have no response still after two weeks. If you are seeking more issues being rejected, this is the place.

Negative experience: DONT GO HERE, READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. 30 days for a referral, you could die by then, just shows how incompetent they are. If you take any medication you can't do without, don't go here, refills take so long you can't get them on time & they want you to make an appointment so they can charge you for a diagnosis that doesn't change: example epilepsy. I called for my first appointment to get my Rx refills. They made me give them a list and made me schedule a checkup two weeks away, why not just set up an annual & get your refills. They want you to quit all your other providers & go there for dental, mental health ECT. They do not call you back, their referral dept isn't even local. They want you to see a Physicians Asst or Nurse Practitioner instead of MD. The have some terrible Drs here. I'm just disgusted with how this gigantic health system screws up your care, rx's, referrals and billing. So many people getting insurance billed wrong & they don't call back or fix it. Finally look at the insincere responses from the review moderator, no offers to actually reach out and help. Just skip this place all together, I am sure they will fail.

Negative experience: Noah is no longer scheduling dental appointments, other than emergency dental, for clients on the sliding scale fee discount program (even for established patients). The alternative option, which they offer, is referring you out to other dentist offices none of which have a sliding scale fee discount program

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE OR ANY OTHER NOAH CLINICS!!! Be ready to in the lobby for an hour even with an appointment, get ready to see a new physician every time you visit because the turnover rate is so high. Worst of all, they will hire anyone of the street and they will charge you insurance for everything just to make money on you. Stay away from NOAH.

Negative experience: Neglected my daughter, and they need to take accountability Waited in a room to talk to a supervisor at 11am and it is now 11:30am and no one has come back to talk to me. The date is 02/27/2025 Front desk people can careless and are not helpful. I was crying out of frustration because they keep ignoring me and my concerns. Negative experience: I am currently living a true nightmare with NOAH. I am supposed to have my initial visit with Affilliated Dermatoligy tomorrow (1/7/2025) and they are telling me SEVERAL things NOAH has done incorrectly with the referral. I'm being seen for cancer. UNBELIEVABLE!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. This place is an absolute nightmare and should be shut down for negligence. Canceled my appointment an hour before the scheduled time because they didn’t have the device I needed in. How did you not notice that the device I needed wasn’t onsite when I scheduled the appointment 3 weeks prior. I have been calling everyday for a week with a promise that someone will contact me back and no one will return my calls/messages. They haven’t even bothered to let me know if the device is now in or if I can reschedule my appt. Not to mention they shared incorrect information with me and only discovered this mistake when my chart was randomly audited. STAY FAR AWAY, you will not be cared for as a patient you are just a $ sign to them.

Negative experience: I have been a patient for a couple of years. In September, NOAH randomly deactivated my insurance in my chart despite my insurance being active and eligible with no coverage gaps and has failed to submit billing to my insurance company's despite my provider being contacted in-network. I have called and left voicemails for the billing dept, I have sent portal messages, and no one has contacted me or fixed the error and they continue to bill me for additional visits. My provider, on the other hand, is awesome. But when their employer is causing unnecessary stress and anxiety, there's not much they can do.

Negative experience: Went to sent Heidi Tippetts on November 25th regarding what was thought to be swollen lymph node. There was no exam but she did reluctantly refer me for an ultrasound which I had on the morning of November 26th. Haven't heard a word back from her or anyone else in her office regarding the results although I have sent multiple messages. One the morning of the ultrasound and one 2 days later. That said, I have received several calls from the office claiming they would follow up with an urgent response to my messages and would post the results in MyChart or call me. Nothing as of today which is 15 days with zero responses to my messages. I do understand Thanksgiving was in the mix but that was 10 days ago... Would avoid this place if at all possible.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at NOAH for 4-5 years, but the past few months have been a nightmare. Despite being promised multiple times that I would receive a call back from my primary care doctor or assistance scheduling an appointment, nothing has happened. Over the last month, I’ve made countless calls, only to be met with empty promises and no resolution. Three months ago, I was placed on a feeding tube and expressed my serious concerns to NOAH. They reassigned me to a new primary care doctor (Kira) but within a week, she was no longer with the company. My new doctor assigned is Sivan Zadicov- Since then, my care has been completely neglected. I’ve repeatedly voiced my concerns but NOAH has shown no urgency or compassion. Adding to this, NOAH has failed to submit my short-term disability paperwork since October, causing my benefits to stop. As a single mother of a young daughter, this has left me on the brink of losing my home, all while managing a debilitating medical condition. The lack of care, accountability, and communication at NOAH is shocking. If you’re considering this clinic, please think twice. They have demonstrated time and again that they do not prioritize their patients’ well-being, even in critical situations. I trusted them with my care and have been deeply let down.

Negative experience: I had to make a last minute same day appointment because I was suffering. This is not my typical location but they are the only ones with appointments. This place is 30 minutes from me and I only had 20 mins before the appointment. I drove as fast as I could and called to give my ETA. I was told I should be fine because there is a grace period. Unfortunately I was turned away when I got there. I understand that there are policies in place but what's disappointing is the front desk did not make an effort to be helpful and it was obvious she did not care for my situation. I ended up going back to the desert mission location, where i typically go. The staff there always seemed nice and warm. I was offered to wait around for any cancellations or no shows. I ended up being seen and got the medication I needed to survive the weekend. Five stars for the desert mission location.

Negative experience: My daughter is seen here for medications and it's really difficult to get a refill, even after having a follow-up appointment. They don't care if she ends up in the ER, which happens every time they fail to get her Rx's in on time. Edit: after reading reviews from other patients, it seems the trend here is that it's a frequent problem trying to get things done here.

Negative experience: my review is specifically about james hennessy. i had a tele/video appointment with mr.hennessy scheduled for 1:20pm yesterday. i had inadvertently marked it in my calendar as 1:50pm, so i missed it, or so i thought. i saw a text i missed as i was preparing for what i thought was a 1:50 appt at 1:45 , from noah saying i had a 1:20pm appt. so i take full responsibilty for that. but as it turns out, i didn't miss it after all. i noticed while prepping for my 1:50 appt, that james did not call or try to contact me at the actual scheduled 1:20 pm appt time. nor at 1:25 pm, 1:30 pm or at all, THE ENTIRE DAY!! so about 2:05 i called noah office and explained this, they said his office was having technical issues. i said they still had a responsibility to reach out to his patients with scheduled appoints and let them know there was an issue. have an assistant do it, the front desk , whoever...the person i spoke with agreed and apologized ,then rescheduled me for next week. i told her i needed either james or someone from his office to call with an explanation , THAT DAY. it was imperative that someone from his office call me that day and explain why he blew off a mental health appointment with zero explanation or reach outs of any kind. she said she marked the message urgent, escalated it and assured me someone would call me that day. that was yesterday. as of this writing, noone has called or emailed or attemped to contact me in any way. i called noah, spoke with a different woman who said she saw the other womans notes, it was escalated and marked urgent and they still hadn't gotten a response from him or his office. i then told her to cancel my upcoming appointment with james as i do not want anything to do with someone claiming to be a mental health professional that blows off a scheduled mental health appointment ,with zero explanation, and clearly does not think enough of his patients to reach out with explanations, or respond to urgent messages requiring him to do so. it's unacceptable and beyond wrong. i would advise anyone who uses noah, to schedule with someone else who may actually give a damn about their patients and their scheduled appointments. i'm hoping i don't have to actually give a star rating here. if zero isn't an option, then i'll have to give one, but i'd really rather not give any. monumentally bad service. damn...zero isn't an option.

Negative experience: I went to see Heidy Tippets, who is just a nurse practioner. I thought she was a dr. She is very rude and non caring of her clients. She is very aggressive if you say something she does not like. She has absolutely no compassion with patience who are in severe pain. My daughter told her my mother is in severe pain and Heidy told my daughter she was being aggressive. My daughter stated she was advocating for me because I could not. Then she had to keep quite so she would not be asked to leave me alone with this non caring human being. I had to asked if I can go to pain clinic, she said she would put the referral in but it could take some time for it to come through. I said I have a ppo so I don't need a ref. The last time I saw her she denied my blood pressure medication because I didn't do a blood test. I didn't have my medication for days, so when I got to my appointment I voiced my opinion that she was holding meds for hostage so she can make some money off ins. When she came into exam room she was mad, and told me that is good faith she could not refill my meds till I take test and see her. I will not recommend her to my worst emery. When we left we met with David office mgr told him my grievances and he was not happy how I and my family were treated in this clinic. He kept shaking his head and apologizing for this Nurses behavior. She should not have a job in this field if you have no compassion for your patience at all. She should be fired for sure. They assured me that I would not have to see her ever again.

Negative experience: Highly recommend Farrah for therapy. She gets 5 gold stars, understanding, listens, would recommend to family members and friends. However! The receptionists at the 3rd st and the Scottsdale office are a bit curt and short. May talk to them about phone bedside manner. Multiple times they have just seemed irritated that I bothered to call at both locations. Maybe it’s the same person but I work in mental health and we work on our phone voice and we are graded on it. Would not fly at my company at all to be so short with our patients.

Negative experience: I went to this clinic to get help with acute pain related to a dental problem and seek treatment. I was refused antibiotics. I was given ibuprofen, which did nothing. I tried to explain this had done nothing for days. But hey, I guess this is my fault right? As if I could keep a dental bridge totally clean when it is impossible to brush. I was literally a child when I had these bridges done, and I was never told their life expectancy was 10-15 years. Overall my experience just reminded me why I avoid dentists; they are very judgemental people. Which hurts far worse than anything else in my mouth. If you have any dental issues I suggest you avoid this hateful place. I won't be back here. And this pain is on par with acute pancreatitis, which left me hospitalized for an entire week. I am not exaggerating with this statement, it is simply a testament to the abuse I feel like I endured. I will look elsewhere for treatment, even if it is costly.

Negative experience: This was my first visit to NOAH cholla health center.My visit with Dr Heidy Tippetts md, was rude & unprofessional. As I would answer her questions, she not only would cut me off but refused to make eye contact with me. Nothing productive came from this visit. I will not be returning to NOAH Cholla health center, and will consult a competent medical professional. General information my visit was consultation for recommended referrals for post-opt hand surgery.

Fantastic experience: I generally hate most doctors and find the amount of money they cost for a minute of being ignored degrading however I no longer keep my opinions to myself either making me uncomfortable to deal with. Negative experience: (This review has been edited to more accurately portray my experience.) NOAH has many negative reviews for a good reason. My experience at NOAH so far is: 1) NOAH can't execute simple tasks, such as obtaining records/authorizations from a previous provider. 2) NOAH doesn't appear to have any methods for tracking progress or following follow-up on simple tasks, like the one mentioned above. 3) Don't expect NOAH to be your advocate. You're on your own. Why? See #1 and #2 above. 4) The people I've spoken to at NOAH have been polite, but in the end, nothing gets done. As an outside observer, I'd guess that the problem lies with NOAH'S (lack of) management. Don't they have any internal mechanism in place for following-up on tasks? If so, do they measure the time to complete a task? Wait times are beyond ridiculous.

Negative experience: I moved from another state and had to change my health care providers. I am diagnosed with fibromyalgia, anxiety, and PTSD. I was in the doctors office three times since the first of the year with extreme stomach pains and night sweating thought maybe perimenopausal due to my age. Ask the doctor to run a few test he refused and referred me out to one of their gynecologist who has a three month waiting list, I explained to him that I have not slept in weeks more than three hours and that I was suffering not only did he refuse the bloodwork but He also said he can’t continue to prescribe me my Lyrica that I’ve been on for the last 12 years provided by my pior PCP , I was referred to a rheumatoid arthritis clinic, and I explained to him that I don’t have a rheumatoid arthritis that has already been ruled out but I agreed to go anyways. I was willing to accept that and I scheduled my other appointments with the specialty doctors. I later that week received a phone call for the office stating dr Flores wanted me to come in for some lab work. I was told to stop using my GERD meds for at least 14 days. The office call me 2 days after and told me that he also wanted to test my thyroid so when I come to do the other labs it can all be done at once. I thought perfect. when I came back in after 14 days the phlebotomist not only blew my vein, but did not clean with alcohol prior to my blood draw. I told her she had to stop because she was hurting me. when I asked for another phlebotomist, she told me I had to come back on Saturday, it was Monday morning so I went to the front desk to find out where my other lab work was and they couldn’t find anything in the note?? I’m confused at this point because I was called and told that he wanted to lab work for my stomach and then called 2 days later the confirm and add a thyroid test. When the front desk couldn’t figure it out because there where no notes in my file a nurse came out to talk to me. At this point I’m very frustrated. She asked me what medication I was supposed I told her, but that wasn’t in the notes. She also asked me what lab work I was supposed to get done and I told her I did not know I’m not the doctor. I never raised my voice and she got an attitude and told me I was being aggressive. Totally wrong when I told her in a calm low voice that she was absolutely using a poor choice of words she corrected by saying I’m trying to help you it’s not my fault and you need to maybe calm down.. I’m in customer service and I never raised my voice to her. I said to her that I am calm I’m not getting loud with you. I’m being very matter of fact. At that point I told her that they where fired. This wasn’t the first issue I had with the clinic and I was done .So not only did Dr. Florez refuse to help me with any of the medication’s that have been given to me by my PCP for 12 years. But there is more to say about the fact that the doctor did not put anything in the notes about the lab work that he wanted me to take and why he took me off my medication for two weeks and made me suffer through two weeks of extreme Gerd! I wasn’t even able to get the lab work done due to the incompetence of the staff the phlebotomist and the doctors at this clinic. They were rude. No progression on any of the issues that I have prior diagnosis from prior specialist that was transferred with My medical records it should’ve been as simple as them looking at my prior history seeing all the prior specialist I seen in the past and then working with me, but instead they’ve made this experience horrific. It’s incompetent not to put in your notes when you talk to a patient. It’s also incompetent to call a patient The appointment and tell you to come in and then when you come in they have no idea what you’re talking about. I would recommend this to anybody! For a doctor not to chart after a patient is unacceptable.

Negative experience: I will never go to this clinic again. Everywhere I turned there were a herds of condescending staff members with zero social tact. They kept telling my why they couldn't/wouldn't help my family... Thanks for absolutely nothing. My mother also had an awful experience with NOAH regarding incorrect insurance billing and lack of included information on a claim. She sent 3 requests (all by certified mail) that were simply mailed back to her with no action or response. No one would speak with her on the phone. She had to just take the $600 hit. NOAH should be ashamed of itself. It's only a matter of time before they get sued for incompetence or malpractice. Or both.

Negative experience: The negative reviews exist for a reason & I shouldve known better. Hoping this review warns new or upcoming patients to not come here & waste your time. Kianna Norman is the receptionist who has helped me everytime I have had an issue at this location with my medical appointments. I waited 1 hour just to be told that they dont help with what I was scheduled for. Then she scheduled me again and didnt tell me so now it looked like i didnt show up again. When I first came in she didnt even know what providers are there are or what they do, she sent me upstairs and they sent me back down because she was wrong to send me up there. Everytime i asked the simplest question to find a sollution she would take 10-20 mins to ask the back office. I was also told I could bring my emotional support dog in when confirming my appointment since thats why I went in, then she had the security lady tell me i couldnt have him in office even though she could tell me herself as i was infront of her. They made me take him out even after i was told by their team Its ok to drive 30 mins and bring him, just to turn me away at the end. This location has reception employees who never seem to be happy to be there as soon as you walk in. Their lack of knowledge and communicstion makes them incompetent. Its the 3rd time they have me come in and turn me away not including the dental team at the location is horrible as well. They dont know how to use there own system at the reception area.

Fantastic experience: My experience is with the dental at NOAH, wow am I impressed. I was a little leery, knowing they were a "low cost" clinic, this did not reflect in the service I was provided. They are respectful, compassionate and the dental team is amazing. The hygienist had a gentle touch, helping me to relax in the chair. Negative experience: My husband went to pick up his medication on a Sunday, only to find out the incorrect medication was prescribed. Over 4 days, pharmacists faxed and called the office several times for the prescription to be changed. We called at least twice a day as well. Each time they said they would check and get back to us. No progress was made. My husband ran out of insulin. He was very sick, and we had to call the paramedics at one point as a result. Finally, he went in to the office asking for help. They claimed they didn't see the notes or faxes from the pharmacist regarding the necessary changes, despite the several phone calls. They said he should have gone to the hospital instead of just receiving his necessary, correct medication. When he tried to make a formal complaint, they provided a yellow pad of paper for him to write it on. That's not a formal complaint. That's a ball of paper that would have been thrown in the garbage. Eventually we got the correct medication, but it shouldn't have been this difficult to get it corrected.

You wait longer than your actual appointment 45 MINUTES WAITING ..SEEN BY DOC FOR 10 MINUTES. UNPROFESSIONAL med assistants making hood references AT ME and asking about the weed you smoke because YOU'RE BLACK THEY FEEL YOU NEED THE HOOD TREATMENT AND WONT RESPOND TO BEING TREATED AS A HUMAN. Fantastic experience: There comes a point when you want your children to have the best doctors to care for them. Dr. Whallen is an amazing doctor because he truly cares, not just about the physical health of my kiddo, but also the mental health and wellbeing. For a teenager turning into a young adult, that goes a long way. The Cholla staff made my son feel very comfortable and were easy to talk to from the front desk staff making sure my sons information was up to date and asking him all he necessary questions so he knew what to expect. Negative experience: I am new to Noah. My first visit was wonderful. I can't say that about my second visit though. I broke my wrist on the 17th of September and went to a hospital for initial care. The hospital gave me the name of a surgeon that I was to go for for a followup within 3 days to get either another splint or a cast. I needed a referral from Dr. Suganya Karuppana in order to see this other Dr. and get the ok from my insurance. Today is October 4th and I still don't have a referral called in. I have made 6 calls so far and did everything requested of me to be able to get a referral only to be told someone will reach out to you in the next 2 days. No one has ever reached out to me!! I call back in 2 days and get told the same thing over and over again. An urgent note will be given to the head of referrals. Nothing is being done to help me !! I will be looking to change where I receive my health care. This is not the way patients should be treated. I am so disappointed with this place. The lack of respect for patients health care is unacceptable! I don't understand why the doors remain open at Noah. My frustration is turning to disgust and anger. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

Negative experience: Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this place like the plague. Very poor if any follow-up communications.Been waiting for 9 months now for colonoscopy after a Cologuard test came back positive for cancer. Staff took three times before finally get referral to GI dr. Arrive there only to be told they couldn't proceed because I need clearance from cardiologist. Several calls and two months later finally having to go in person to to find out why cardiologist hadn't recieved referral. Found out it was because they were submitting referral for colonoscopy to cardiologist ! Had two appointments made with Community resources dept this week, I recieved a phone call prior to both half hr before the scheduled appt time saying they needed to cancel. Will be finding new healthcare providers.

Positive experience: I love this is place and I have received great medical care. I love my PCP and the whole care team from the medical assistants to the phlebotomists. I’m also a behavioral health patient and while I absolutely love my therapist (one of the best I’ve ever had), getting follow up appointments is extremely difficult and is starting to be a such an impediment to my continued mental health and wellbeing, that I’m looking to see if I can find another therapy office that is a bit more professional and organized. If I can’t get in on a regular basis and at a set time with NOAH, what good does therapy do me if it’s all over the place, every two or three weeks and I can’t get any forward motion? You do your mental health patients a HUGE disservice by having policies in place where you only allow three appointments on the books at any given time. I’ve recommended both my PCP and therapist to a friend and she transferred all her medical and behavioral care to NOAH, but we’re both having issues getting appointments for therapy. I cannot with a clear conscience recommend NOAH Behavioral Health to any more of my friends and I strongly advise against anyone else seeking out behavioral health care to find somewhere else. The medical side is wonderful, if only the behavioral side was as well organized and professional.

Negative experience: If you're hard up and need dental work, skip this place. Dental department doesn't care about patients only appointments and money. If you're thinking about calling and talking to them don't waste your breath - they won't help unless you want x-rays and to make another unavailable appointment. They are more concerned about other patients hearing than they are about patient welfare. And should you call them out they play the blame game and accept no responsibility themselves.

Negative experience: Shame on this place I literally transfered all my care over to here. And my provider has left me without my sezuire medications for three days. I have called for three days and been told I would get a call back and nothing. I literally just got out of the hospital for sezuires as well. Unfortunately I transferred all my care over to this place and I am very ill and had my driving rights taken away due to sezuires. It has now been three days with no medication which I was told would be managed. Thry have put me in life threatening situation where I now have to return to the er shame on these people.

Fantastic experience: I have no idea what these one star reviews are even talking about. I went in for the first time yesterday, for a primary care visit, and to discuss a diagnosis I got a year ago at another facility. I felt as though my current doctor wasn't listening to me regarding medication and wanted to see if I could find someone else who would. I saw Dr. Whallon, he listened to everything I had to say, he completely heard me out, and referred me to a specialist within the clinic. I also got to meet with the dietitian, Jason and he was incredibly knowledgeable. Steve the Behavioral Health specialist was wonderful and very encouraging and kind. Jeremy did my intake and he was super hilarious and low key, which I really loved, because so am I. I loved that I could get labs done immediately. I got blood work done and I was in and out, with no issues, in the same visit. The receptionist was exceptionally warm. I genuinely have never been to a more welcoming, thoughtful clinic. I felt seen and heard by everyone there. This clinic has exceptional service. Dr. Whallon will now be seeing my entire family! hahah.

Fantastic experience: I fell and hit my head and it left a pretty good cut on my eyebrow. Dr Whallon was kind and funny and was able to put up with me as he put 6 stitches above my eye. For something not fun Dr Whallon and his assistant made me feel safe and as comfortable as they could even though he was sticking needles above my eye. Thanks Dr Whallon. You still owe me a lollipop for the removal of the stitches. Lol

Fantastic experience: Went in for blood work and typically do not have a good experience when getting blood work done. I don’t really have good veins and tend to get lightheaded. The two women in the lab Meme and Giselle were great. They made sure I was comfortable and ok the entire time. They kept up conversation to ease nerves and just clearly cared that I have a good experience. Thank you!

Negative experience: Whoever hired the management team should check themselves into their own behavioral health clinic. This is probably the worst run clinic my wife and I have ever been to in Phoenix…and we’ve been to a lot. Also, based on my two appointments this year, I would rate their doctors with a strong C- for lack of knowledge and actually listening to patient’s needs. Additionally, their phlebotomist stuck me multiple times, and in both arms, and still couldn’t draw any blood (and I have good veins). It felt like a “Juco” or “JV” talent in terms of a medical establishment. On a positive note…the building is nice.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at the NOAH Cholla Health Center. Dr. Estes was kind, empathetic, and treated me like a human being. She took time reviewing my file and asking in depth questions. I did not feel rushed and she was very thorough. All the staff I encountered were extremely polite and thorough in their explanations and instructions. Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. I selected to go see Ralph Whallon, MD as my new primary care physician and have a wellness check done. As I work regular business hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm) I was able to get an appointment for 7:00 am today. This is the same time their office opens. As I’m sitting there waiting for the doors to open I get a call advising that the doctor I was scheduled to see was out sick. Mind you their automated system confirmed my appointment several times. All the front desk person could say was I’m sorry, and would you like to reschedule. I’m going to reach out to my insurance carrier and find a new doctor as this is a horrible first impression and I don’t feel comfortable trusting my well being with such a disorganized doctors office.
Everything that we do is designed to deliver superior customer satisfaction and it appears we have failed you. Lack of focus, carelessness and indifference is not what we are known for. We are sorry your experience was not reflective of our reputation. We have addressed the issue internally and have rolled out training to ensure it does not happen again. Negative experience: I went to visit Dr Bell for an initial visit to establish a new PCP. After the visit, Dr Bell advised me that Beverley Kube speaks with all new clients. A month later I get charged for her service as Behavioral Health. I was not even there for that type of visit. Upon my call to NOAH, I was advised that I was there for the purpose previously stated and not Behavioral Health. I wonder how many people NOAH scams using this form of deceptive practice? CAVEAT EMPTOR!! Update: 09/13/2018 This Clinic continues to fraudulently charge patients for services not rendered. Once again, I received a bill from Beverly Kube, when I never requested services from her nor asked for services. In the insurance field, we call this FWA(Fraud Waste & Abuse). This time, I am turning over this one to the state to investigate.
