Fantastic experience: I have been a chronic migraine sufferer for many years, but with the help of Dr. Infanti and Jeremy Cugle my migraines have drastically decreased. They are both incredible providers and it has been such a relief to have found them. Knowing that my symptoms don't have to last forever is truly comforting. The front desk is always very kind and helpful as well!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Infanti has been incredibly helpful with my tennis elbow. When I first came in, I could barely pick up a cup and experienced intense pain. Now, the discomfort has reduced significantly. It's a slow process to heal but a "trust the process " situation.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Infanti for decades, but had not been to see him for a few years until I experienced whiplash from a car accident with symptoms with my neck, numbness in the hand and also serious back issues. He conducted a complete assessment of my body's health, rather than just ask me about my symptoms. And that is what is making the difference in how my body is beginning to heal. He is knowledgable and offers a comprehensive approach to my overall body health as opposed to just treting one symptom or part of my body or for me to just take RX drugs. When I injured my hamstring/piriformus muscle Dr Infanti used the dry needling technique over the course of a few months and helped my healing process tremendously. TOP NOTCH chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: I don’t typically post reviews, but my experience with Spine & Sport has been tremendous - Apologies in advance for the long review…. 4 years ago, I started to experience significant pain in my neck, back and right arm during a golf lesson just before COVID. Suffered through it and in 2022 was officially diagnosed with compression / narrowing between C5 / C6. Went through 2 series of shots, 2 chiropractors, physical therapy, acupuncture, deep tissue massage with absolutely no relief. With surgery a near certainty, I saw a surgeon. During consultation, I learned that my insurance required 6 consecutive weeks of PT before surgery could even be considered. I was honestly disappointed as I was having difficulty dressing or even brushing my teeth. Nonetheless, I scoured Google for a different and hopefully better physical therapist. Well, I definitely found the right place. My first day, I worked with Jeremy in PT and saw Dr. Infanti for a chiropractic session. I quickly learned the PT exercises I had been previously instructed to utilize were counterproductive to my healing. The very next day, my severe nerve pain in my arm had disappeared. For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been dedicated in seeing Christina and Jeremy for PT and Dr. Infanti for Chiropractic care. I’m not saying I’m completely out of the woods yet, but the results have been amazing. Pain and continues to dissipate and it’s clear to me that the team cares for my well-being and are doing everything to make me well. On top of that, Sport and Spine fosters a very friendly atmosphere. The entire team, from the providers to the administrative staff are awesome. Also, every appointment promptly starts on time. I strongly recommend Sport and Spine to anyone looking for pain relief.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Infanti at Spine & Sport. When I started experiencing sciatic issues they were able to get me in the same day to evaluate and start treatment. Dr. Infanti is very thorough and he actually listens to your concerns. I am all around very pleased with them.

Fantastic experience: My old chiropractor was good and kept my back in decent shape from a years old herniated disc injury, but I felt it was time for a change. After I started seeing Dr Infanti I very seldom have any trouble with back pain now. The dry needles have worked wonders for me. I recently had a meniscus tear in my knee that put me on crutches. The needles,stim and laser therapy along with manipulation was able to get me Mobile in a week and ready for a vacation that looked like I might have to cancel a week before hand.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for over 10 years. They have become like family to me. I have referred many friends and family here and they were all satisfied. They can help with whatever your needs are. These are some of the best Physical Therapists I've ever worked with. They have a very large space and private rooms for your therapy, so you don't have to lie on a bed in front of others for your evaluations.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Infanti for over a year now and have been so thankful for his help. I suffered from a bulging L5 disk which was causing unbearable pain going down my left leg. I have been dealing with this for about 2 years. I have done PT as well as injections. I was so nervous that I would be doing injections for the rest of my life. Thankfully with regular sessions with Dr. Infanti that is not the case. I have not had an injection in a year. We do dry needling as well as adjustments and what I am also thankful for is that Dr Infanti also gives me PT exercises to help build strength up and stretch out my leg. I am in the least amount of pain that I have been in 2 years. Overall I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Infanti helped me by providing me much relief with primarily Neck muscle issues in which the muscle runs down the shoulder & into the back for many years now. At times I could not turn my head to see to merge into traffic. Dr. Infanti utilizes several different techniques that provide relief. Needling is the most used since I find quickly reduces the pain & gives me the most mobility the fastest! I find that my TMJ & headaches I rarely experience anymore. Dr. Infanti & his staff are very friendly & welcoming when you arrive for your appointment. Thank you Spine & Sport.....Your the "BEST"

Positive experience: 3 stars based solely on their policy regarding missed appointments. $40 fee if you miss one and no exceptions, “our billing is separate nothing we can do.” Doesn’t matter if you made every one prior. Life gets in the way sometimes and this kind of blind adherence is not for me. Good doctor but frustrating policy. EDIT: 4 stars now as I am editing this because I called and spoke to Dr. Infanti who agreed to waive the missed appointment fee. I will reiterate that he is good and I encourage anyone with back problems to go and see him.

Fantastic experience: Have been seeing Dr. Infanti for almost five years now for my TMJ pain, and he is a critical part of my pain management. He has a great demeanor, is adaptable, and overall I feel very lucky to be a patient here. I love the staff and they make it easy to schedule or adjust appointments if necessary. I even moved an hour away two years ago and I still come back to see my favorite doc!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Infanti is conscientious, caring, and professional, and so is his staff. I found Dr. Infanti when I first moved to the area from out of state. When I first visited Dr. Infanti I was in a lot of pain. I couldn't sit and do my job without aching. Within two weeks my back was so much better, and now I can sit easily for hours. Dr. Infanti took the time to learn about me as a person first, and then discussed my health and lifestyle. From there he came up with a treatment plan that was suited to me.

Fantastic experience: I was so hesitant and afraid to change my chiropractor, but my schedule just wouldn’t work with my old place. I tried out Chiro First, hoping it would be a good fit and was pleasantly surprised. The ladies at the front desk are the best, and Dr. Infanti is great. The assessment was different than at my first place, and he incorporated the Graston technique into my care early on (I didn’t have that at my old place). It made an immediate difference. I always look forward to my appointments!

Fantastic experience: I have had problems with my feet for a few years to the point of not being able to walk. A friend referred me, and Dr. Infanti had me at “I can’t believe no one has helped you with this!” I went to three doctors prior who did nothing more than send me home with stretching exercises, which made me irate (this includes foot surgeons). His treatments made my life better quickly, plain and simple. He also has a great subtle sense of humor, always runs on time and has a very, very nice staff.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient on both the P.T. and the chiropractic sides of this practice. I couldn't be more pleased. My previous doctor, a podiatrist, told me the only treatment for my bunions was surgery and I would be plagued sesamoiditis for the rest of my life. Jeremy Kugel has increased the strength in my feet and improved the angle of my toes, while Dr. Infanti has treated my my sesamoiditis with a cold laser. I can now walk for miles pain free. Not to mention the friendliness of the staff. This practice is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I was having horrible hip pain due to a tear and was even instructed by a hip surgeon to have surgery to repair tear. After only a few weeks of treatment by Dr Raymond I am already feeling much better. My mobility has greatly improved and pain has decreased. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about my experience at Chiro 1st! As my luck would have it, it was a holiday weekend (Murphy’s Law) when I injured my back at the gym. I was in excruciating pain and could barely walk. Since my regular chiropractor’s office was closed for the holiday weekend a trainer at my gym highly recommended Dr. Infanti. Even though Dr. Infanti’s schedule was full for the day, the office staff could not have been kinder and more accommodating in squeezing me in the same day! Dr. Infanti provided excellent care! His many years of experience was evident in his approach to developing and implementing a progressive and successful treatment plan which included dry needling, physical therapy, ultrasound treatments in conjunction with the traditional chiropractic adjustments. An added bonus is they offer evening and weekend appointments! I would not hesitate to recommend Chiro 1st! Many thanks to Dr. Infanti and his team!

Front desk staff are ALWAYS friendly, welcoming you with a smile on their face, always accommodating appointments to life and its revolving schedule. When they're helping you, their focus is on you, the patient, and not other things/people. Dr. Infanti is the best in the area. After a couple weeks of consecutive care from Dr. Infanti the headaches are gone and I feel so great! The staff at the front desk are the sweetest ever! Negative experience: Be careful! They tell you insurance covers it and it doesn't. They are very pushy about scheduling the next appointment and have penalties if you cancel.

Fantastic experience: I am a special education teacher who came to Dr. Infanti for extreme pain in my back. Within two sessions I was feeling much better. After I completed all of my sessions, I am completely pain free. I cannot say enough about Chiro 1st. If you are having back pain-please give it a try.

Being involved in competitive athletics when I was younger has resulted in neck/back pain that pops up from time to time. When this happens, Dr. Infanti and his staff happily fit me into their schedule without a problem. I have struggled with chronic back pain since a horse riding accident in 2006 and after a recent car accident I knew that I needed to begin seeing a chiropractor again. I was leery after a previous bad experience and began asking around for names of chiropractors in the Annapolis area. I wanted to find someone who would take their time and listen to what I had to say. Dr. Infanti did just that and has helped me so much over the last 9 months. He uses a variety of treatments and techniques to help me to manage my back and neck pain. The results have been wonderful! I have less overall pain and when I do have problems I am able to get an appointment right away. Like the rest of his patients, I always leave smiling and feeling much better than when I walked in. It is also clear that Dr. Infanti truly cares about each of his patients and is committed to their overall wellness. You can expect that Dr. Infanti will take time to discuss with you your unique concerns and that he will work with you to create an effective treatment plan. There are always appointments available and the entire staff is wonderful to work with!

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Dr. Infanti for years and highly recommend him. He's helped me deal with headaches, joint issues and an arthritis diagnosis, and to work through injuries. His techniques have definitely lessened my pain and helped improve mobility. Sometimes I need to see him more frequently and other times I go longer between visits, but I keep coming back because I know I'll feel better when I'm done working with him.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Ray, I am a triathlete and was training for my first full Ironman, i ran into an IT band issue, which Dr. Ray got me fixed up and i never looked back. My IT band never reared its ugly head again. I have been back to see him with other issues which and he always gets me right. I really like the fact that he uses both ART and Graston techniques, which many chiros in annapolis do not know. I have always been able to get in to see him when needed. They also have a physical therapy center right next door and a great massage team.

The doctors and staff here are first-rate professionals who truly care about their patients. They provide healing for the whole person, as your psychological well being is as important to them as your physical recovery. Their combination of dry needling and electro-stimulation along with Dr. Infanti's healing hands have greatly helped me. I can't thank Chiro 1st enough.

Fantastic experience: I heard Dr Ray give a presentation about runner's injury and he said that doctor's tend to treat symptoms whereas he tried to determine what was causing the symptoms. I had never been to a chiropractor before but the next time I was having pain in my hip I went to him. The treatment he has been using has made a tremendous difference; much better than physical therapy that I had done several years ago. Dr Ray listens, answers questions, explains options and visits are pleasant. The staff is very friendly and appointment times are adhered to. My husband also came for a wrist problem and Dr Ray referred him to a hand specialist when he felt he needed other care, so he is not afraid to let you know if other medical treatment is necessary.

Fantastic experience: As an aging former athlete that realized he was feeling the pain of old injuries and too much time at my desk, I knew I needed help. After putting it off too long I finally used my "dude" network to validate the right practice and Doc. Couldn't have been more pleased with Dr. Infanti and the Chiro 1st team. Fantastic experience: I've seen Dr. Infanti for regular adjustments and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of chiropractic care. They also recently expanded their physical therapy practice, adding Jeremy Cugle to their staff and I've had the opportunity to work with him following my knee surgery. He is a great combination of motivator and practitioner. There is no one else I would see for anything rehab related, quite simply, he's the best.

Negative experience: Sorry to say that I did not have a good experience with Chiro 1st. Dr Infanti was ok. Not the best I have seen but not horrible. The issue I had with them is their staff. Lady at the front was very high pressure after the appointment to book follow up visits. After being pushed hard I agreed to one more visit(should not have). Then when I tried to cancel the visit due to Back feeling much better she told me I could not and there would be a $40 CANCELLATION FEE if I did not keep the appointment. I have never heard of this before. In my opinion it is Unethical and cheesy. Just my experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Infanti and Dr. DeNardo are great at listening to the issues and comping up with a plan of therapy to help eliminate your pain and find a way to help prevent the of the injury from reoccurring. I am a runner and both Dr's took the time to find the correct therapy that will worked best for me. At Chiro 1st your not just a client your a friend. The therapy I have received has helped me get back out on the trails running again after not being able run because of a back and leg injury. The doctors at Chiro 1st have helped me heal and they educated me on prevention techniques to help keep me out of their office in the future. I highly recommend anyone runner or person with an injury to go and talk to the doctors and Chiro 1st before making a commitment anywhere else.
