Fantastic experience: Kelly’s lymphatic massage was gentle and very helpful. I have been suffering from cold toes and feet, painful toe joints, and lack of movement or feeling in my feet. Most likely caused by a double fracture of my ankle 5 years ago. Having eliminated cardiac circulation and Raynards as a cause we suspected other causes were making the foot numb and tight. Kelly worked on the entire lymphatic system and then did isolated work on my feet and toes. I can spread my toes, I have feeling back in both, I feel energy flowing into my toes, feet, ankle and legs. Everyone I have met at Tummy Temple are kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to The Tummy Temple years ago and have only had positive support and help for my needs here. Dr. Maggie Fox does amazing work with the Cranial Sacral practice. She has also taught me how to meditate; how to get centered and grounded. This is where I receive B12 injections. My Neurologist recommended monthly B12 injections for my neuropathy and these help with pain and fatigue. Also, massages are amazing here. Thank you to all the wonderful practitioners and staff:).

Fantastic experience: I just want to share my experience with Maggie at Tummy Temple. I brought my daughter in to see Maggie at the location in Seattle. We had an amazing consultation/exam! She was very understanding and helpful with information regarding my kiddos needs but also my wants as a mother. I left our appointment with a better understanding of my concerns and overall a better sense of how to navigate her health situation. If I could give 100/10 to Maggie I would! Also, I want to add how nice and punctual Caitlyn, the front office gal was. She stayed in communication with us up until check - in and provided all the documents I needed. Seattle is a far drive for me, but I definitely hope to start some care at the Lacey location. Thank you guys! I added a photo here because the office and its surrounding landscape is quite beautiful, across the street where cherry blossom trees in the dead of the winter. It was a great visit and day for my toddler!

Fantastic experience: You should go- I was referred by my massage therapist and decided that I’d be the first in our family “through the wall” and give it a try. It was a super good experience. Nichole was very professional and we had a nice visit throughout the procedure. She was very attentive. She explained the procedure and what to expect and it was exactly as she explained. I have no health issues that were driving me this direction other than I want to take care of myself and gut health is very important and often ignored until it’s a serious problem. When I’ve been putting forth a lot of effort to get relief by stretching, chiropractic, and other modalities and it won’t budge, I see her and she’ll work her magic. After going to Tummy Temple and getting their in-depth consultation and care, you'll kick yourself in the pants for not becoming a patient sooner.

I really appreciate having Dr. Allison during my visit, she was very informative, and helped by explaining every detail, plus she helped me pick an enzyme that has been helping me after my visit. My stomach has not felt this good in forever.

Fantastic experience: For the past year I've had a reoccurring highly localized pain in my left side. it would vary in acuteness, but it was always there. In July I ate something that threw my entire system off and made the pain in my side extreme, and my normal GI functions went off the rails. I worried I had everything from stomach cancer, to a bowel obstruction, or any number of parasites that are out there. In a last ditch effort to try to solve the issue, I went to the Tummy Temple for a colonic irrigation. the experience was comfortable and reassuring. the ND that performed my procedure was knowledgeable, caring, and suspected that I had Diverticulosis, an inflammation of the lower intestine. after 45 mins and several "rinse and repeats" I felt completely cleaned out, and the pain in my side had been reduced by 90%. but the real results wouldn't be felt for about 24 hours. the next day I realized, the pain was gone. like, completely. not only was it gone, but I felt AMAZING. my GI tract was working right again, I wasn't gassy or bloated, etc... in short, it's like I got a whole new set of guts. it's hard to describe the feeling of euphoria that you get when you've been in pain for so long you just get used to it, and then suddenly it's gone. I feel like a new person with energy and pain free. and that feeling has not left. every day since it continues to get better and better. if you are experiencing any Lower GI issues, don't wait as long as I did. make this your first call, not your last. you'll be glad you did. it's a life changer.

Fantastic experience: In love with this place! I had reoccurring health issues that were causing so many problems. I went there to try the lymphatic therapy because my arms seemed swollen... and I noticed a difference right away. Cathrine recommended I go twice a week till things were back on track. I lost 30lbs in 6-8 weeks doing the treatment with her. (All lymph and water my body was refusing to get rid of). Recently my mother went for lymphedema.. she is on chemo and her doctors recommended walking and light massage which wasn't helping at all. I suggested talking with Catherine and after her first treatment her pain is down significantly and her movement is much improved! She is counting down the days till her next session. Everyone there is so sweet, Claire (at the front desk) isn't even annoyed with me when I call 20 times to check for new openings and move my appointments. Highly recommend!

They have done a wonderful job of creating a unique healing space that is so calm and comfortable. It's one of my safe places. If I could spend and hour a day there, I would. I have had many wonderful services. I highly recommend the electrolymphatic drainage. Lauren was particularly awesome in my last visit but all the practitioners and staff are genuine and caring. Fantastic experience: I woke up when my scale at home said I weighed 252 pounds! Yikes! I started with celery ans water, lots of water, and I joined 24hr fitness with a personal trainer and I discovered I had type 2 diabetes. While talking to my doctor he mentioned that I had a big problem with clearing my digestive system, like always I googled it. Hydrotherapy is basically a hose is shoved up your butt and you are washed out with warm water. The Out part is the tricky part the Hose doubles as a vacuum cleaner as the water fills you it stops filling and starts sucking all of the H2O and debris out into the sewer. It was a little embarrassing at first but the grace and forthrightness of the practitioner made me relax and go with the flow so to speak. The bottom line is that I now weigh 228lbs and I am still vigorous and committed to the exercise program AND I look a lot thinner. Apparently a lot of the thickness around my waist was a build up of undischarged feces and clearing it out was a great idea. This is NOT an unpleasant process. It is easy and comfortable and clean. Best of all it works and makes you feel positive about yourself. Try it at Tummy Temple. I know the name sounds a little hippie like but these are serious people who are well trained and compassionate. My therapist was Nedra Goedert and she was comforting and listed to my comments and answered my questions. She even hummed a lullaby while I was on the table.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at TT and I really enjoyed the lymphatics class led by Janelle. I have a condition where my lymphatics are affected and the information provided is very helpful to me to be able to have an increased sense of well-being. I plan on booking a service very soon.

Positive experience: Came here for some colon hydrotherapy sessions. Both Dr. D and Dr. Jessica (?) were respectful, accommodating and informative. The Serenity Lounge upstairs was great for relaxing before and after my appointments. They offer many naturopathic services and classes. Prices are definitely reasonable given the area. Staff were really nice. They are open 7 days a week and offer later evening appointments during the week. It's street parking only so prepare to have to walk a few blocks unless you luck out. I didn't like that the toilet is basically right next to the table you lay on during the therapy. I also kept staring at the curtains that had an unhealthy amount of dust on them. You have the option to tip your provider which was a hard concept to grasp. It seemed that they ran behind often, which is fine, but no one checked in with me and I wondered if I had been forgotten. Overall great experience and will definitely be back.

Positive experience: When first coming here Dana did my colonics and was awesome. Dana calmed my worries about everything and even going over the 45 minutes to make sure I was 100% better. It was a great experience until Dana was gone and I got the high priced "Doctor" to do a colonic. I do not remember her name but she was young, stuck up and talked about herself the whole time, it was not worth the high price. She wasn't that knowledgeable and didn't really tell me anything to help my health which I thought that's the point for paying more. When we barely got to the 45 minutes she was in a rush to leave since I was the last appointment and when trying to check out the receptionist was too tired to do it. Also the receptionist with glasses and dark hair wouldn't book my appointments and stated "use the website instead." I was never offered the discount if you spend A LOT, she was completely useless. The younger receptionist was very friendly and I enjoyed seeing her there. For driving 30 minutes one way it was only worth it for Dana or Janelle they helped me tremendously and couldn't be more thankful for them, way more knowledgeable and down to Earth. Thank you Dana & Janelle for everything!
