Fantastic experience: I went here on a saturday morning. The gym was not crowded so I got a nice workout done in about an hour. I never had to wait for a machine and the trainers are very nice and approachable. The gym is very clean and had an excellent assortment of equipment including free weights. For anyone that likes olympic bars for deadlifts or powercleans this is not the place. The crowd is mostly geriatric following their physical therapist's orders but this is a great, clean, clean facility.
