Negative experience: Saw Dr. White after injuring my neck in a car accident. He very abrasively treated my neck with his “snap & pop” method, the way he treats his large athletes. I believe he caused my neck to be more severely injured than it was originally. I learned later that necks are to be treated very carefully, as this is a very delicate part of the body with the most nerves. I learned from my neurosurgeon that many surgical cases come from injuries from chiropractors. I regret ever being treated by Dr. White. There are chiro docs who are adopting less abrasive treatment for the neck. Be sure to find out before you let them touch you.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with talking through an accident and how to recover as quickly as possible.

Negative experience: I was a patient of Dr. White for approximately 10 years. Recently, I have noticed some changes in the way the office is run, negatively impacting the treatment I received. It seems focus on patient care has decreased, while concern for money has increased. This change seems to coincide with becoming part of the Curis network, so possibly the new interest in money is mandated from above. I always paid the self-pay price for my visits, between $40 and $55 over the past decade. In the midst, I was in a car accident, after which Dr. White charged my insurance about 7-8 times that amount. When my insurance med pay ran out (quickly!) Dr. White continued to charge me the inflated insurance amount. Then after the fact presented me with a bill for over $10K! What? I wonder why Dr. White didn't give me the opportunity to pay the cash price, rather than the inflated price? No one in the office even spoke with me about it until after the fact. I contacted Dr. White directly to ask him to allow me to pay the self-pay price for all my visits and he said No. Instead of being treated like a respected patient as in years prior, I now felt I was being treated as a dollar sign. I also have concerns about patient confidentiality in this office. One of the providers has shared private information about other patients with me numerous times behind closed doors. I'm sorry Dr. White, but these are the reasons I needed to find another chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: Dr. C is super kind and helpful. I was in a lot of pain for over a year and the pain went away almost instantly and I got my energy back. Looking forward to going again.

Negative experience: Had a vehicle accident and was referred to Dr. Kenyon for chiropractor treatment. I did sign a lien for the insurance company to be billed directly that DID NOT show the amount of what would be charged. That was my first mistake, second mistake was having 18 sessions done and the burning pain got much worse. The chiropractor kept telling me I needed to do at least 25 sessions, I figured out the 25 session question after I saw what she was charging for each session. Around 4 times the amount of a normal $70 session. The insurance paid some but I was stuck with a bill of $2900 for what they wouldn't pay. I did not get reimbursement either from the insurance company. It was my mistake not asking what they charged and it is their mistake for not putting it in writing! Never again. Everyone was very nice there but this business practice of charging 4 times the amount for each session is just plain thievery.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love going to Dr. Caleb White’s office for readjustments. Dr. White did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable even though it was my first appointment at a chiropractor. His whole staff is very professional and friendly and it is always a pleasure coming in for appointments.

I have visited other chiropractic offices in the Springs and they want to pressure you into 6 month treatment plans for thousands of dollars. Dr. Tim takes a completely different approach and respects you, your time, and your money. Very experienced, honest, and trustworthy! Go see Dr. Tim, you will not regret it. Also, if you are an employer and want to treat your employees that do back breaking work day in and day out, he can set up a business plan for you and your people.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Caleb White is simply the best chiropractor I have experienced. He seems to have an intuitive sense when he adjusts my spinal alignment. I first visited him when my chronic hip pain was acute and within 3 visits I was back in alignment and pain free. Since seeing him on a regular basis (once or twice a month for almost a year), I do not suffer the back and neck pain, and sciatica that has plagued me for more than 30 years. My husband also schedules time with Dr. White and his lower back pain has been alleviated. Dr. White is friendly and interested in my well being and I enjoy our brief conversations. His office support is also friendly and efficient, and the waiting room is clean and inviting. It's easy to change appointment dates when necessary, and I like that they send me appointment reminders.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to NorthEnd Chiropractic Center since October 2020. My experience with Dr. White has been fantastic. Since resuming chiropractic, I've seen a reduction in the intensity in my migraines. My biweekly adjustments also help relieve the stiff/stuck feeling in my back from working at a computer all day. It truly is amazing what investing 15 minutes twice a month does to prevent pain. The indirect benefit to the increase my productivity is invaluable! Every time I go to the office, the staff greats me by name. They are courteous and helpful every time. Fantastic experience: I've been going to NorthEnd for about 5 years now. Dr. Caleb White is amazing! He takes the time to get to know you and your body's needs then adjusts accordingly. Dr. White, the massage therapists, and his staff have seen me for two different car accidents, vertigo, dance injuries, and routine visits. He not only adjusts you but gives you exercises to do at home, nutritional advice when needed, and can refer you to PT and other specialists. He's very much a "one stop shop" and doing things natural. I don't know what I would do without them! I'm never going anywhere else as long as I live here in Colorado.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been a skeptic of chiropractors due to not having a good history with them in the past, until now. I wish I could give Dr. White and his front desk team 10 stars. Dr. White is extremely knowledgeable with excellent bedside manner. Dr. White listened to each of my concerns and complex medical history. Dr. White was extremely efficient and effective at realigning three subluxated ribs in one swift and relatively pain free adjustment (the subluxated ribs were extremely painful, that’s where the realignment discomfort came from, not Dr White’s technique or adjustment). No nonsense jaw jacking, no pushing products or packages, just clear, concise and direct communication. Dr White has reinstated my faith in chiropractic adjustments and visits. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

He will not sign you up for a "treatment plan", requiring you to come once or twice a week for the next 6 months.
