Negative experience: Really wanted to love this place but twice now I have shown up only to find out my massage appointment has been cancelled due to workers being out. A call prior to showing up would be professional, but I showed up just to be turned away. I figure this is due to them not wanting me to cancel my adjustment as well but because of this, I have found another place to go.

Fantastic experience: My co-worker has commented before how he thinks chiropractors are "witch doctors" LOL, well, the chiropractors at Cornerstone have helped me tremendously since I have started going there, particularly Dr Cokeley. I work at a very stressful job and have been working a lot of overtime the past few months, my back and legs had become so stiff, I was having a difficult time walking, let alone working out. Between Dr Cokeley and the massage treatment, I went home and told my boyfriend that I felt like a different person. Each time I go there, I usually leave feeling so much better! My BF goes to Dr Tolenaar.

Currently my insurance covers weekly visits, but I wouldn’t go if I didn’t get great care. I’m a big guy and it takes someone like Dr Tollenaar to know how to move me without being forceful. Cornerstone Chiropractic and all of its people are the best.

His office offers a short massage session prior to an adjustment and it always helps my adjustments manipulate easier and hold longer.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tolenaar and his staff have been taking care of our family for 24 years. They’re very skilled; if I’ve injured myself, I’m often back to 100% after one or two visits. The other staff is also friendly and professional. They don’t try to upsell you on fancy pillows or vitamin/herb supplements. I strongly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Every employee here is amazing, from the chiropractors to the therapists, front counter staff to the billing department, they are all patient, listen, and try to help. Getting to knowing your insurance coverage is something everyone should do and not blame providers for. For example, some insurances require a referral from PCP before they will cover chiropractic. The staff here will fight for your insurance rights and help you figure out your coverage. In regaurds to the other review about having to call back to schedule, there have been some issues with scheduling. However, they are still in the process of trying different policies so everyone can schedule appointments in a timely manner. For a while it was that they were only scheduling a month out, now they are scheduling for only 2 appointments per person. That may change as well. It is best to just call and ask. They are a busy office because of the repeat business and referrals. Thats not a bad thing, it's means they are doing something right.

Negative experience: Refused to schedule a March 2023 appt but graciously offered me the opportunity to call back Feb 1 literally a week from today. Don't bother with this clinic. Not accepting new pts for medical massage and should be transparent rather than pretending you have a chance to get on the schedule.

Fantastic experience: Came back for the first time in about a year. When my back gave out last spring I came here and Dr. Farrington was able to isolate and treat the troubled area(s) just after one visit. First time back in about a year we were able to pin point spots I wasn't aware of and get a medical massage that helped a lot. I work at a job where I am on my feet a lot with decent amount of heavy lifting, so I prefer to prevent further strain and Dr Farmington was really understanding. On top of that the staff is very attentive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: The staff were very friendly, the doctor's profession and very good at providing relief and improvement. Unfortunately, for me, they played a little fast and loose with the billing. Myself, and a friend I referred ended up with bill's we didn't expect. My friend because they were told Cornerstone accepted their insurance but it was not verified by the biller until after 2 visits. Me because I had changes in my coverage and they struggled to verify the changes, so I paid out of pocket. I also was charged at my initial visit for things I was not informed would be part of treatment and charged out of pocket. As great as the care was, I need an office with fewer financial surprises.

Fantastic experience: I have bad anxiety when it comes to any medical appointments and i was terrified to go to a chiropractor. My hubby went and talked me into it and this plaxe is amazing! They worked with the nervous me and got my back from a 7 on the pain level (i have a high back pain tollerance as well) and i left with a 4 the first day and today went even better! The staff are friendly and helpful. I never thoughr i would be sp happy to have a dr appointment haha. Yall really are awesome!

Fantastic experience: After months of my partner telling me I should see a chiropractor I finally made the appointment for my first ever visit. Everyone was very nice. The front desk verified my insurance and were able to get me in last minute. I saw Dr. Cokeley who was amazing! Made me feel very comfortable, explained everything as he went, and answered all my questions. I also got a massage and some electric treatment done with the CA Bell who was also very nice and explained everything for me as she went. The whole visit was great! Will definitely be recommending this office to others!

Fantastic experience: From the front office staff, the doctors and back office massage therapists, this office has it all in patient care. Everyone is incredibly friendly and professional. I was nervous to switch chiropractic providers but after an insurance change had to. I was in a lot of pain when I went in and Dr. Matthew Peterson was amazing. Super genuinely caring, warm, professional and did an amazing job adjusting all of my issues. Dr. Peterson used multiple techniques to adequately address all of the problems I was having. Super happy with this chiropractic office care. Highly recommend (and I have had around 12 different chiropractors in my lifetime)!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Peterson's character cannot be matched. If you are looking for a doctor that will listen to your concerns and not interrupt until you are finished, you have come to the right place. Dr. Peterson takes his background and knowledge as a sports doctor and applies it to the everyday person. Just a simple change in my routine is all it took to keep my back pain away while sitting at my desk for long hours. On top of that he is a fantastic adjuster. Thanks doc!
