Positive experience: Food is tasty, grab n go when ordered ahead. Comporably priced in my opinion for a healthy, fast microwave meal. Need more options, though. And more variety of seasoning as the meats can all taste very similiar.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been coming to grab quick meals from different Fit Foods locations for over 4 years now and absolutely love it! It’s a life saver at times when we don’t have much time to cook meals. We love all the options they have and they are all relatively healthy. I had to give a special shout out to one of the stores, the Lake Oswego location to be specific. Maya at that store was so kind and attentive to my quick request because I was in a bit of rush. I appreciated the excellent customer service and will come back again!

Fantastic experience: I want to start by giving a huge shoutout to the in-store staff! Every time I visit, they are incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. While my experience with the online membership started off frustrating and disappointing, I’m pleased to share that the company has resolved the issues I was facing. Initially, I encountered problems with the membership discount not applying correctly, which led to complications with canceling my membership due to the online system's unreliability. Fantastic experience: I love My Fit Foods, it's the best way I've found to get ready made fresh food that's high protein with minimal calories, it's a satiating, tasty, and effective way to feel full with quality ingredients--good for losing weight or maintaining. It's reasonably priced (and I don't have to meal plan or have grocery waste) and everyone at the LO store is very friendly and helpful: Whitney, Alfonso, Sky, etc. Plus the InBody scan gives insight of your muscle, fat and hydration situation. On top of all that, they have done friendly contests to continue to challenge and inspire folks on their health and fitness journeys.

Negative experience: The meals are good. The staffs are friendly. But what makes this store uncomfortable is while you're trying to browse the meal options, the staffs continues to be by your side the entire time and makes a ton of small talks. I understand a business wanting to provide good customer service but this seems to be over invading. Not everyone who goes to shop wants to hold a full conversation the entire time. Some need time on their own to decide if they want something. The friendly greeting is enough that if someone has a question they will know they can approach the staff who's already near by. Again, the meals are great but I would go more often if I didn't feel I'd have to have multiple small talk the entire time I'm trying to focus on whats in the fridge. This happens every time I go so I've limited my visit. I recommend giving customers their space. I know order deliveries are an option but does not work for me.

Negative experience: Almost all of the meals taste the same. They apparently have a particular mixture of herbs and spices that renders all food to the same bland-spicy. I’m sensitive to spicy foods and can eat it just with some discomfort, but that spice mixture saps the food flavor out and leaves you with bland, spicy, food-product. I was actually going to leave a 3 star rating until I read the other reviews here and quickly saw that most are fake, posted by the company itself. They’re really not good at the faking. See, you have to use a different “voice” for each of your reviewing characters. When they all use the the same vocabulary and phrases, it becomes obvious. Kinda makes everything everyone says here pretty pointless, right? But then, what has any point?

Fantastic experience: My Fit Foods has been an absolute game-changer for me! The convenience, quality, and taste of their meals are unmatched. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful customer service experience. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Steve who showed me how everything worked and helped me pick out meals for my boyfriend and myself. Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. The food is delicious! The minute I walked in I was greeted by Alfonzo (who is amazingly nice and helpful). He did an assessment which showed me my body fat % and weight. Then recommend how many calories I should eat a day, and a work out routine to reach my goal weight. He also explained how much protein I should eat daily and per meal. Being new to this healthy life style and having no idea as to what I’m doing I greatly appreciate all his help. He also checks in with me to see how I’m doing and offers solutions to any problems I may be having. It’s been about 5 days and I’m extremely satisfied. The prices are not outrageous either which is a relief. Wish I found this place years ago. Thank you Alfonzo and my fit foods for all your help.

Fantastic experience: Stopped in and was greeted by Michaela within seconds. Before I knew it, I had an assessment done by my weight / body fat % / and goals, and she helped me pick out 17 meals in about 20 minutes total. Super friendly and efficient! The food I've had so far is good. 2 days later Michaela texted to see how my energy was doing & how I was enjoying the meals. Great place and I'll be going back for more soon :)

Positive experience: My Fit Foods is a great option. However, the delivery on the website needs a little more attention. The coupons they handed out don't work and you could only select delivery for 5 days from the day you actually want the food.

Fantastic experience: Love love love these guys. My heart stops when I walk into this place. None in the morning, it's like going into a teenagers room, so loud you need to yell, with base and all. That's something I really had to overcome .

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this place. I normally prep my own food but this is my go to spot when I don't want to cook or when I'm traveling. The service is ALWAYS amazing and the food is always fresh. I love the added bonus of when I show up there might be some meals 40% off. Also if you know you will use this often go ahead and sign up for FitClub it allows you 20% off no matter how many meals you purchase. I highly recommend this place to keep you on track to living a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: Great first time experience!!! Whitney, Phil and Marshall were fun, UP (as in energetic and friendly), knowledgeable and patient teachers. The food looks good. I will make to comment more after I've actually eaten it. They add no preservatives, do food last 5 days in fridge and 2 weeks in freezer. They helped me get set up with 4 days of healthy meals to start. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Then helped me decide on what snacks and supplements to balance my protein and calorie intake. The In Body Scan is a really neat tool to let you see where your at and help you decide where you want to be. So fun. I can't wait to get back on Friday!!

Positive experience: Really wanted to love fit foods since it’s now offered at my local gym. I tried a few different meals two different times and the seasoning used isn’t great. All had a similar taste I just couldn’t do. Please come up with more options for us with different spices. The breakfast sandwich was pretty tasty!

Fantastic experience: I first learned about Fit Foods from Muv Fitness. I learned a lot about meal prep from them and the importance of doing this to help maintain protein levels and muscle mass. The convenience of having the meal ready to go is awesome. I just learned that they now have a pick up location at Muv Fitness opening up in about a month too. Check them out it’s a cool vibe!

Fantastic experience: Since I started going to Fit Foods (Lake Oswego) about 6 months ago it has made my life and reaching my goals much easier. My favorite things about it is all the time you save from not having to cook. All the meals are pretty tasty and healthy. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend trying this place out.
Fantastic experience: “A-Team” staff always offering to help! (Which might even be an understatement) The food is solid; so easy — grab and go. Sufficient mix of options. We signed up for FitClub several months ago and definitely get our monies worth with all the meals we have from here. They even have a nutritionist (Ty is amazing) on staff for quick and simple advice on meal planning. And I’m pretty sure you can hire him nutritionist for a full plan! — Which I will look into next year in Jan
