Fantastic experience: I have been working with Sarah for 5 months now and I waited to write this review until I had a tangible change that I could share. When I came to Sarah I had just had my third miscarriage in a row and was feeling pretty desperate and depressed. After four healthy pregnancies I didn't understand why this was happening. As she looked at my bloodwork she had explanations for everything. We worked through it all and slowly began to rebuild the areas in my body that needed support. She was positive and encouraging and honest. I am now 10 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby and everything feels 'normal' this time. I cannot say enough good things about Sarah. The only thing I wish is that I had seen her sooner because she is seriously like the fairy godmother of infertility and pregnancy. She is worth her weight in GOLD. Thank you Sarah!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with "feeling like garbage" for multiple years while raising four young children. My normal doctor doesn't dig into things, so I just gave up on finding out what's wrong. I was planning to pay big money for a general practice functional medicine doctor, when I learned about Sarah from a friend. Her prices were way more reasonable and she doesn't order unnecessary tests reducing costs even more! After the 15 minute consultation (free!), I knew she could help me figure this out. Because she specializes in pregnancy/postpartum, she has extensive knowledge of what bodies need throughout this crazy phase of life. After the free consultation, she had recommended lab work for me to do before our first appointment, so that at the first appointment, she could give me recommendations for moving forward (amazing! what a novel idea to not waste time or money!). At the first appointment, she narrowed down what she thought was going on. Her knowledge of cellular workings are impressive. I don't think I've ever spoken with someone so knowledgeable. She doesn't do one-size-fits-all and that's so amazing to find these days. She genuinely listens and researches all the information you provide (I had all my lab work for the past four pregnancies) to find a pattern of symptoms that clues her into what's going on. I'm excited to see if her recommendations work to heal my body so I can get back to caring for my children. I met with her virtually which was very convenient.

After spending way too much time on Birth Control pills, I had come off, was having all kinds of symptoms, and was getting poor advice/lack of sympathy from doctors. I was recommended Sarah and was so glad I came to her. She coached me through one of the hardest journeys I’ve ever been on- balancing my hormones in order to try to get pregnant. She tested my hormones, helped me improve my diet, recommended supplements, and performed acupuncture on me regularly. Fantastic experience: I came to Sacred Vessel after dealing with pain from an injury for nearly a year. This injury was so specific that pain meds and other forms of body work seemed like overkill. Sarah was patient and reassuring but realistic throughout the whole process. I want to thank her and the staff at the office for giving me hope in what was such a frustrating injury.

Fantastic experience: I needed someone to help me with my late term breech baby… everyone else seemed to think I was crazy, but Sarah helped me SO much! I was recommended to Sarah by my midwives for some additional late term pregnancy nutrition and accupuncture care and I fell in love with her when she began to explain how and why the nutrition she was recommending would help my body and my baby. Fantastic experience: Being pregnant and delivering a baby is an amazing act of the female body. But it also comes with many side effects and symptoms, most of them very personal. I felt so lucky to have Sarah acting as a guide throughout my pregnancy. She has the most knowledge of the nutritional needs of each different phase of pregnancy- I have yet to meet a midwife or OB who knows as much as her in this department. In fact thanks to her guidance I was able to avoid taking a prenatal vitamin (I’m allergic) because she helped me build a diet that would ensure I got all of the proper vitamins and nutrients when I needed them most. Now my baby is healthy and happy, so am I!

I was on lots of medication that was supposed to be helping me, but was not. Sarah got me down to one med (a needed med for Hypothyroidism), and treated my symptoms rather then just my standard labs. 10 years I struggled for help... Fantastic experience: I started seeing Sarah for functional medicine and acupuncture when my husband and I decided we were ready to get pregnant. I have PCOS, and I just wanted to get a head start on making sure we would be able to conceive. Fantastic experience: Sarah is the best. I am so thankful that I found her a couple of years ago to help me with some issues I was experiencing. Since then, she’s been my practitioner for most things related to my health- her acupuncture is effective for a wide array of problems, and her advice and guidance on nutrition/supplements is beyond helpful. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and looks at the whole picture inside and out, and as an added bonus, she’s also such a lovely person.

Fantastic experience: From the husbands point of view " Sarah was a Doula for my wife and I. She is a true professional and knows her stuff. She helped my wife prep for birth with certain diets and gave my wife acupuncture as well to help. She really understans how the body works with food. My wife came into a point where she needed to go into labor and after Sarah did some acupunture Ash started with some mild contractions! She was clutch when it came to the birthing process, help keep things cool and calm and recommend certain positions that helped pop that babe out. It worked too! Plus Sarah is a super cool lady and easy to get along with, after you interview you will see why she easily stands out from other doulas's. Thanks again Sarah!

Fantastic experience: This review is far overdue!! Sarah has become my health guru!! She walked me through my first pregnancy through acupuncture treatments and nutrition consult. These treatments were my only relief from morning (all the time) sickness and her recipes for each stage of pregnancy made sure I developed the healthiest baby! Her knowledge knows no limits as she has treated my husband as well for back and sport injuries through acupuncture, TENS and Cupping, always coming away with relief. She is the perfect blend of practitioner as her eastern medicine practices are effective and rooted in science and research ( for those western medicine mindsets that need to hear it). She is happy to educate, has a great bedside manner, and approaches health wholisticly. My husband and I work in the medical field amongst western medical doctors and Sarah has become our go to for all health related questions and treatments when needed. If you have unresolved, reoccurring, acute or chronic issues, I urge you to give Sarah a call and approach the issue differently. I and I know it is difficult to be pioneering in this healing endeavor. It is daunting to teach folks a simultaneous reality that exists in the Eastern tradition, and yet once people "get it" their eyes grow large. Thats what we do we teach teach teach until they get it. I met a man who said that to be an enlightend being is difficult but doable. His name was George Harrison. Fantastic experience: With my PCOS, I was going through a lot of fertility treatments with my OBGYN. I wanted to do everything I could to promote fertility in my body!! I had heard amazing things about acupuncture and about Sarah but had a fear of needles so I was too scared to try it. I met with Sarah and she was great. She talked me through my fears and was very patient with me. In the end I was able to complete several treatments. I feel that this aided me in my fertility treatments greatly!! Sarah is amazing. Fantastic experience: Hiring Sarah for our prenatal care and delivery assistance was the best decision we ever made. In addition to being a doula, she is a certified nutritionist and acupuncturist so she had no trouble addressing any issues that came up. I had problems with muscle cramping later in pregnancy, which she helped me manage with supplements. I also got pretty bad heartburn the last few months that Sarah managed with acupuncture so I didn't have to take medication. We live in Cheyenne so she did house visits, which was amazing. She also came up in the middle of the night when I went into labor and labored with us at home until it was time to go to the hospital. If it hadn't been for her, I'm sure we would have ended up in the hospital way too early and the experience would have been entirely different. Even though I ended up with an epidural, her support and assistance throughout labor and delivery truly made our experience something amazing. Sarah is compassionate and knowledgeable and we can't imagine having delivered our daughter without her!!! We have been recommending her to everyone we know.

Fantastic experience: Sarah went above and beyond with our prenatal care. I felt well-cared for. The environment was so very family-friendly and Sarah made my toddler feel so welcome. Fantastic experience: I was about 22 weeks pregnant and starting to see a spike in my blood pressure. My midwife told me to think about acupuncture. (I didn't want to put any medication in my body.) I was the classic... "This is going to hurt" and “why would I willingly have someone put needles into my skin?" Well... when you are pregnant, you will do ANYTHING for your baby. My goal was to also have my little girl at home, so I "bucked up" and went to Sarah. From day one Sarah was kind, caring and compassionate about my situation. She showed me how tiny the needle is and how it wouldn't hurt. (Trust me, I ended up with them in my feet, head and sometimes even in my ears... and I lived!) The other bonus is she is a doula, so she always catered to me and my baby. I always felt safe and taken care of. I ended up going once a week and saw a tremendous change in my blood pressure. I looked forward to our visits. Even at the very end of pregnancy, Sarah was able to keep everything regulated. I am happy to say that I delivered my happy, healthy baby girl comfortably in my home. Sarah was able to not only drop my blood pressure but boost my confidence that I COULD do it! And I did!! If there is any hesitation about acupuncture, talk with Sarah. She is so phenomenal and I am so thankful to have met her!!
