Negative experience: I had bought a Groupon for pico laser. She went on about how much better another laser that cost double the price would be for my skin. I told her if i would see results and she said definitely! Almost a month later and I see no results and they can do nothing for me. This is the worst experience of my life. All they care about is your money and not doing anything right. Watch how they will pressure you into the most expensive treatments and aftercare. So disgusting! Please don’t go here!

Fantastic experience: Incredible oasis of calm in the city! This salon is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. My nurse was so skilled in the procedures I needed, Botox in my masseter jaw muscles and laser tattoo removal. She was so kind and efficient. Excellent treatments and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I have back issues that are chronic and felt great after leaving . I will be back. The one thing I will suggest is maybe advertise more about your massage services as well as all the other services. Negative experience: Laser technicians should not be performing experiments. This is mostly just feedback for Xanadu because I think it must be a new problem considering all their other great reviews. I have had laser genesis before at another med spa and I know that it should feel like a dispersed heat and at Xanadu, the first two shots felt like stabbing pain. My technician said she "didn't know how to fix the settings." After consulting other laser techs in the office she returned and said "they were performing a procedure they shouldn't have been and the settings were really off." One other concerning statement was that while upselling a different laser she said "our technicians are really good because they work outside the manufacturers settings to give you great results." With the burn on my face, I disagree with this statement. The manufacturers provide their recommendations based on clinical research. Laser technicians should not be performing experiments. That's why I'm burned. My technician gave me burn cream, but it has already welted.

Always pleasant staff working at the counter, and aesthetically a nice environment, but the best part about going here is my provider Gina Rae. She is friendly, kind, professional and most of all a perfectionist (which I love). I trust her implicitly with my treatments. She listens to exactly what I want and provides precisely that. I have tried other places and people, and honestly Gina Rae is a gem. I would highly recommend Xanadu overall.

Fantastic experience: I had my Ariola tattooed after having breast, cancer and reconstruction and Avery is so amazing! She takes time doesn't rush. Makes sure comfortable had a very amazing experience and so far love the outcome. I'll keep everyone posted but I have no doubt it'll be beautiful!

Fantastic experience: From my first experience with Xanadu to my most recent visit, it has been fantastic. I’ll break it down into customer service, skill, and atmosphere. (This is a long review because I personally appreciate those as a consumer, so buckle up and grab a coffee.) Customer Service: Right from the start they went above and beyond. I had purchased a Groupon for a specific treatment and then thanks to my ADHD promptly forgot about it and never made an appointment. It wasn’t until I got an email from Groupon about it expiring soon that I remembered. I called to make the appointment, but the available dates were after the Groupon expired. The staff and customer service was so accommodating: they said it wasn’t a problem, they would make a note to honor the Groupon price even though it would be expired. When I came in for my appointment, there was no hassle or issue and it went smoothly. Every time I’ve come in since then, they greet me by name, and ask me how my kids are doing, how my vacation was, etc. Basically they treat me like a person, not just a customer. Another thing I was impressed with was that at my initial consultation they didn’t try to sell me outrageous services or make me feel like I needed to look like a fetus to be beautiful. In fact, I asked about a specific expensive procedure and she honestly explained why I wasn’t the ideal candidate and directed me towards a procedure that was less expensive but would give me the results I was aiming for! They also set realistic expectations for my results, which I appreciated. Skill: I’ve gotten laser and Jeuveau treatments here. The laser tech was friendly, consistently checking in on my comfort level. I was pleased with my results! Alexis is AMAZING with injections. Her vibe is so calming. She listens well, has never tried to oversell me, and does the injections perfectly. I trust her so much that when I went in for a touch up today I scheduled it during lunch knowing I would be able to hop back into work meetings with no issues! Atmosphere: the studio itself is beautiful and tranquil. The staff has always been friendly and cheerful to me. The rooms are clean and modern. One final note on pricing - I noticed some of the bad reviews complained about gratuity being built in on some services, but that’s a totally normal thing at Med Spas. I’ve lived in Washington DC, Portland, Dallas, and several other major cities and every Med Spa I’ve been to has done that. Xanadu is very fairly priced, they have NEVER pushed products or unnecessary services on me, and their policies are pretty much on par with every med spa I’ve been to before! Overall I really love coming to Xanadu and I’m excited to branch out and try more services than the lasers and injections I’ve been doing since they’ve earned my trust over the last year!

Negative experience: I made an appointment for RF microblading and when I showed up, I was told that the staff didn’t tell me that they have a new equipment and price has gone up from $550 to $850. So my time was wasted that morning and I booked a microblading appointment instead. The person that did microblading did not seem to know what she was doing. She put too much pressure on my forhead for microblading and made bad scars on my forhead and didn’t use enough depth on the other areas of my life and there was no impact on the rest of my face whatsoever. So I paid $350 and my forhead is scarded badly and no change for the rest of my face. Waste of money. I will not go back.

Fantastic experience: Best Med Spa in NoCo This Med Spa makes you feel very comfortable on your self-improvement journey. The staff is absolutely amazing, and the owner invests in the best technology in the market. From waxing to sculpting, this Med Spa will be a staple for me and my husband. Get pampered here!!

Fantastic experience: Avery did an amazing job on my eyebrows! In my 50s, I’ve been experiencing more brow thinning. Avery microbladed my brows to shape and color them beautifully. She was very meticulous to continue check with me during the whole process. Very happy to not have to manually put makeup on my brows daily. Highly recommend Avery at Xanadu Spa!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten a few treatments done here and my skin had never glowed this much before! And I used to be an aesthetician before bad health took over! They have a great great staff and the owner is beyond personal and kind. I couldn’t say enough amazing . Thank you Xanadu for setting the standard so high and making the ambience.

Positive experience: We booked on Groupon!! I was soo looking forward to this for a while. Walked in and check in was easy, though they have two sides and I stood on one side that was unstaffed for a good 10 minutes. Walked in on the correct side and wow the spa is beautiful. They offer all kids of stuff!! Was willing to give up some information when I asked. Got back to the room and chatted with my masseuse for a few minutes. Went over that I have degenerative disc disease, herniated discs etc. my main concern was getting that area massaged. In Groupon, was offered: What's included: • 110-minute deluxe massage • Warm oil scalp treatment • Body butter • Steam towel wrap • Targeted area Hot Stone Treatment • Spinal Detox • Treatment Plan Only received hair oils, foot scrub, and body massage. Started at 6:30, ended at 7:46. Problem areas were not focused on. Was really looking forward to this for a while due to severe pain and did not receive what I was expecting. I was relaxed and my lady was very sweet. Not sure if there was miscommunication or not. Edit to add: Groupon listed a standard 20% gratuity and when I checked out, found out there’s a 30% minimum gratuity!!

Fantastic experience: I had a Botox procedure and my technician, Alexa, was extremely professional and efficient with timing and procedure. Procedure. Would highly recommend her.

Negative experience: I have gone to this med-spa for several treatments and here is a bit about the whole process. Unfortunately, I "front loaded" my purchases by buying packages with Laury. First, tattoo removal. Big NO to going here for tattoo removal! After 4 treatments, there was zero difference. I went to an official tattoo removal shop for my 5th treatment and their process was 100% different than Xanadu. They spot tested to ensure my skin was responding to the level the machine was set (Xanadu did NOT do this); they said no ice and no numbing (Xanadu both iced and numbed my skin prior to treatment) because numbing and icing works against the removal process; they covered the area post treatment to avoid rubbing and infection (Xanadu wouldn't cover the area post treatment). It was a total waste of time, money and pain at Xanadu. Then, here comes the good one.... I was sold on a package for facial laser treatment. It was supposed to both remove pigment and tighten the skin. I bought a pack of 4. I've done LOTS of lasers in the past. My skin responds really well to lasers. Normally, after a pigment removing laser, you will see the dark spots get darker, then flake off. This did NOT happen with the Xanadu laser. There was NO difference at all. So, I spoke Laury and we made a plan to research a different treatment. She recommended a laser which had HORRIBLE reviews online. Even the lasers website had before/after photos that were far from impressive. When I mentioned this to Laury, she said "yeah, the website isn't impressive, but the laser has results". I just won't believe it after my previous experiences. During this time, I got diagnosed with cancer. The future does not look bright with the stage and type. So, I asked if they would just refund the balance because the $1,200+ could be of better use in taking a trip with my children, or other. Needless to say, I'm not too worried about aging well at this point, but making some more memories with my children is a major focus. Time is very relative right now. Xanadu med spa decided they need the $$ more than I do and offered to allow me to "gift the credit" to someone else. So kind of them. There are a lot of great med spas in the area where you'll likely have a far better experience and get a little more bang for your buck. That and if you're unhappy with services, they will pad their profits first and worry about customer service later. Hard no to this place.

I trust her guidance implicitly. She is also just a lovely professional. She is kind and very knowledgeable. Book with Alexis...you will not be disappointed! Tonya- Have had a few amazing treatments with Tonya, I can't wait for my final results...she has been the consumate professional and sooo gifted at what she does. Tonya is kind, and I just cant state clearly enough how well she understands patient desired outcomes paired with product capabilities. Lori- Where do I start? This woman is to me the reason I keep finding new solutions to issues I am targeting. Lori is fantastic at consulting on what is best given my current state. Mark- Just well done! You have built an incredible team, and this practice is my only go to place for all things related to skin, aging and spa treatments. Five stars hardly seems like enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Alexis and can't say enough good about her. She's kind, understanding and forthcoming with information. During our consultation she offered suggestions to help me reach my goals. We are all looking for instant results, but our bodies aren't made that way so she cautioned I would need to play an active part in my weight loss. Together, Alexis and I will conquer my fat. I feel supported with this challenge which I struggle to manage myself.

Fantastic experience: Spencer’s therapeutic massage helped enormously. His knowledge was incredible. I expressed my concerns and he knew exactly where to focus his attention. I can once again move my neck without pain.

Negative experience: They don't deserve a star at all. Be cautious, they might burn your head and blame you for it. Never will I return again, their were so mean to me and not willing to help me go thru their mistake, as I had to go get treatments from my own dr. and paid alot more than the spa was. Absolutely ridiculous and very bad customer service. They wont take the blame and let the girl still work there when she was hurrying me and made all my two in one treatment into a hour instead two hours. IT NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! I had a massage and facial; and the girl didn't ask me anything before treatment if I was sensitive and I knew I was and she still did it anyway. THEY ARE NOT WORTH ANYTHING, in my option. they are really good at burning you. Oh no!! You don't get it it burn my head I had to go to PCP Dr and get Rx to put on my scalp and you didn't care to help it anything. And no she didn't ask. You can't now twist what the customer says. Customers are always right!!! And yes it took me this long to recover and I'm still in recovery... You have no idea!!! And don't twist your fancy words to make it all special but the lady and your place were at fault the whole time. And actually I was early. You can't correct people when you weren't there and they were. Reason why now post this: because I keep getting nonstop emails from you guys and I have been wanting to say how bad it was. You guys sound like you are all depressed for customers. Knowing you failing...

Fantastic experience: I've had such a fantastic experience at this med spa! I love how they considered me and my unique needs in an individual way, instead of just upselling or making dangerous recommendations like other spas that I've been to. I have pigmented skin, and was surprised to learn there was a laser team in Northern CO that had the technology to safely laser darker skin. I had scarring on my face that I finally wanted to address, and they took the time to educate me on safe treatment options. I've been working with Tanya C. as my laser tech and she is so good at what she does! I'm half way through my treatments and people have been stopping me to ask me what I do for my skin. It's crazy how effective their recommendations have been! I look forward to a long relationship with this team. Everyone on the staff as well as the environment are so welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE Xanadu! Not only is the ambiance inviting and relaxing but the whole team is inviting, kind, personable, knowledgeable but they focus on what the client wants and needs in order to achieve what the client needs and wants for their skin. The products are amazing and the treatments are wonderful and truly effective. The treatment rooms are just as inviting as the main entrance and you automatically relax when you lay on the treatment bed. I’d rather have a treatment here every month than go shopping or do anything that is about self care. I absolutely love Xanadu and can’t wait for my next treatment!

Fantastic experience: I recently had an above-and-beyond experience at Xanadu for eyebrow microblading. I sent a message about getting last minute eyebrow services before starting chemotherapy. Laurie called me from her home, was so caring, and got me in for an appointment the next evening. Avery did my microblading, and she is truly a talented artist. She put me at ease, explained everything so well, and was super fun to talk to, since I ran my nervous mouth the whole time. I look forward to getting them touched up after my treatments are finished. I also will continue to patronize Xanadu because of their outstanding customer service from the front desk and beyond and wide range of services, expecially oncology care services. Thank you Xanadu staff!

Fantastic experience: Just saw Taylor Hendrix for a lash refill she did amazing!!!! Very gentle, no burning the lashes feel amazing and very pretty!

Negative experience: I bought the Groupon for laser hair removal and the details were not clear enough, which ended up with high frustration and doing a laser treatment in a way that I wasn't intending to do. Additionally, some of the receptionists are really passively aggressive, particularly when requiring the 20% tip, not from the price you payed, but for the full original price. I felt mistreated as a costumer, especially for not being transparent since the beginning, I am not coming back neither my friend that bought the same Groupon as I did. Customer service is definitely not their thing, particularly when it comes to managing Groupon clients.

Negative experience: I have been going to Xanadu for almost 4 years but I sure won’t be going back. The turnover of staff has gotten unbearable (reception/check you out folks never know what’s going on or if you have membership points so it takes forever) and whatever you do, DO NOT let Alexia give you injections!! I have never been so bruised, or have entire areas missed, or had injections in the wrong place. I’ve left 2 messages for the owner to call me about it and have heard nothing but crickets. I can’t respond directly to your reply however: 1. She didn’t offer an appointment with a different RN. She said SHE wanted to fix it. The appointment she made was tentative because I told her I was traveling and my son just passed away. I have never no showed for an appointment. 2. You probably didn’t get a message to call me because she never gave it to you. 3. Posting on the internet, publicly disclosing my treatments is a complete violation of HIPPA law. Nice job.

Fantastic experience: Alexis at Xanadu is amazing and incredibly talented. I was so nervous about lip fillers but she was so patient and informative. She didn’t rush or push doing one thing or another making me feel like I could make the right decision for me. I looove my lip and cheek fillers and would never go to anyone else!!

Fantastic experience: I got my eyebrows microbladed by Tanya and I have never felt and looked better! She is amazing at making your eyebrows look natural and absolutely gorgeous, and she is unbelievably kind and accommodating! I haven’t had to wear any makeup since, I love that I get up in the morning and feel naturally beautiful with my eyebrows done by Tanya. Additionally, I bought some silver soothe from Xanadu for scaring and other small irritations as I have sensitive skin. I’ve never seen scarring and skin irritation from things such as pimples and small scrapes go away so fast! AMAZING! would 10/10 recommend Xanadu for any service and all of their skincare remedies.

Fantastic experience: Melanie reviewed thorough blood panel results to determine a proper dosage of hormone replacement which was inserted as a pellet in my back. Her response to my questions post- procedure was professional and timely. I am very pleased with results and quality of service. I will continue this therapy through Xanadu and possibly explore other offered services in the future.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Xanadu Med Spa and (especially) Melanie. I've had nothing, but positive experiences and Melanie has an eye for helping bring symmetry to your face. I'm a very expressive person, and at age (over) 40, it's begun to leave a mark. Melanie has provided guidance on how to navigate the med-spa solutions that are out there. I intend on continuing services with her and Xanadu through the years.

Negative experience: I have been putting a lot of thought into this review. And I’ve decided to be fair to myself and write it. I first went here to receive small amounts of Botox that I’ve been getting for years for acne. I started this back when I live in Texas and finally found somewhere local to get it done. I was appointed to Melanie for this treatment, she was extremely unprofessional and spoke poorly of MY place of employment, took a personal call during my consultation and was short and rude to me. I chalked it off to perhaps she was having a bad day. Anyway, came back in November for micro infusion. Was seen by Melanie again who seemed less than thrilled to see me again, she was kind to everyone in the waiting lounge but did not give me a similar greeting. I know I don’t look like the “typical” client but if I’m here to drop a few hundred dollars, could you at least pretend to be happy I’m doing it there. She was short and rude exactly like the first time. I was also told this micro infusion would make my face look like glass. It made my skin completely break out for DAYS and it turned my face from dull to dull and dry. So I essentially paid $325 for a woman to make me feel awful about myself and then suffer over a week of terrible break outs. I’m so disappointed in myself for not speaking to a manager that day.

Fantastic experience: Got the 3-1 facial for my mom's birthday & she loved it. She came back with a glowing face. They were incredibly knowledgeable & made my mom feel very special on her birthday. I originally booked the facial online & picked a different one. When I called to confirm/ask questions about the facial, I was able to speak with the aesthetician (Griffy) & she was incredibly flexible in that we upgraded the facial to a better birthday gift- which it was indeed. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I see Melanie. Here is what I like about her! She is HONEST. She won’t let you overdo things to your beautiful face. At times I am hypersensitive to the way I look (as so many of us are in this crazy society we live in) see because she is honest, and sets boundaries around “overdoing” things (I am only 35) I feel like she has done her job ethically and with the upmost integrity. I have seen others here in the past and just like Melanie, they were completely honest about treatments which just would just not work for me. I really appreciate the ethical efforts from everyone at XANADU keep up the good work and keep having integrity! XO

Negative experience: My massage therapist did a good job. The pressure felt great! However, I was literally shorted 20 minutes of what was supposed to be a 90 minute massage. I’m a single mother of 3 so anytime I get a moment away to relax I jump on it, as my time’s incredibly limited. That being said I scheduled a sitter for a specific amount of time in order to receive a full 90 minute massage, which sadly I didn’t receive. In a since I feel robbed of both money $ and time. So I left irritated and let down. I wouldn’t refer suggest recommend this Spa.

Fantastic experience: John did an amazing massage, every muscle group felt so relaxed, once I left. He worked the knots out and helped my tennis elbow. I would recommend John, to anyone needing their muscles worked over.

Negative experience: Y'all can see their response. I don't know why they keep responding to me except now they're trying to sell weight loss services, which I don't want, nor do I need. I'm not changing my review. Anyway, if you choose to go here for this service, take your own pictures. 2023: I had Coolsculpting here. Bought 12 units/placements, did exactly as they said with scheduling, etc. Cost more than $5k. Absolutely nothing happened. In the progress pics, they were really reaching to find some change. I did measurements, and nothing ever changed. Same measurements every time. 8 weeks after my 2nd round I went in for progress pics and they told me I should get a 3rd round. For that price I could have had actual liposuction. Hugely disappointing and obviously a waste of money and time because each time it took nearly an entire day. Note after the response- the jelly roll contour that they said they got rid of is still there. I was definitely not trying to be a size 6- they're acting like I'm not realistic, which maybe many people aren't. I did not change a single size-- again, for the price, at least 1 size would be expected. The people were really nice at least. 2022: Excellent massage! Loved the experience. Stick to massages.

Fantastic experience: Xanadu med spa came highly recommended to me. I have thought about facial treatments for years as have we all right? Well, I called and scheduled an appointment with a clinician and was expecting to be “sold“ on something or perhaps a “special package“. The truth is… There was no special, Introductory pricing, or sales gimmick. She treated me with nothing but respect and answered each question I had as thorough as she could. I am scheduled for a laser treatment as well as Botox treatments here in the next two weeks. Once again I have not had any “work” done. But, I’m certainly looking forward to it.

I spent the majority of my visit with Jennifer, who was great working with a client like me who is a first timer. I would highly recommend Jennifer to others. Additionally, I had several interactions with the Client Relations Specialist, Heidi, and she is awesome. Heidi is incredibly nice, professional, and focused on assisting their clients. The Xanadu Med Spa really has an exceptional team of people, and their stellar reputation among their clients is what first led me to them.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Antonia for a skin irregularity on my eye lid and it was gone within a week with the Lamprobe treatment! She was super friendly and explained everything to me so I understood. The place itself is nice and clean and I would definitely go back if I need any other services in the future!

My sessions with her have felt not only relaxing, but therapeutic. I highly recommend scheduling with Helen! I have been going to this Med Spa for a little less than a year. The service has always been outstanding but now they have a beautiful new location that really provides the luxury atmosphere for their already luxury services. Griffy is amazing! She gives the BEST massages (especially head massages.) This place is 5 star in every way.

Fantastic experience: I loved my consultation at Xanadu. I’d had a bad experience down the street and they were able to see me right then. I was given education and wasn’t pushed into anything overwhelming. Tonya was knowledgeable, kind, and relatable. She also cared about being financially prudent, which I greatly appreciated! Negative experience: I had a massage with Dee that I booked using a Groupon. Dee talked through my entire massage, telling me how "she really needed this massage appointment." I think she just wanted someone vent to. She essentially turned my appointment into her social hour and shared many personal details about herself and details about the spa staff that I did not ask for or appreciate hearing. My attempt to treat myself was ruined by her unprofessional behavior. I will not be a return client.

Fantastic experience: I still see the website hasn't updated the "meet our staff". A friend of mine bought me a gift service to Xanadu. Dee was amazing with my facial. She is dope AF. I had no idea Xanadu did eyelashes!? Why isn't this on the website either??? (Seriously though, update your website)

Fantastic experience: Xanedu Med Spa is beautiful, spotless, friendly, warm and welcoming. I’ve been meaning to write a review for Opus Plasma for months now. I tried opus plasma to address common skin concerns. Texture, discoloration, acne scarring, pore size. I did three sessions, and the difference each time was amazing. Within 3-5 days after the treatment (with purchasing the HA that was recommended) my skin was glowing. I would recommend opus plasma to anyone with any kind of skin issue. The way my skin was glowing following the treatment was like nothing else. The first picture is prior to any treatments, and the second was taken 6 days later, both similar lighting in the car with no make up. If you’re on the fence with opus plasma, I hope this helped make your decision.

Fantastic experience: So good! I bought a Groupon deal so I wasn’t sure what exactly was included with it but I got a 1 hour massage that was absolutely amazing and a 1 hour facial that included microdermabrasion, hydro UV extraction, facial cupping and a mask!! The massage was just what my tight back/shoulders and aching neck needed. She even used hot stones too! Highly recommend! I think this was the most relaxed I have ever been in my whole life! I’ve had a few massages before and they just talked the whole time so I was planning on saying something before hand but I didn’t even have to mention it!! I’m already booked for another!

Fantastic experience: Staff is knowledgeable in their fields. I’ve had the best experience with hormone therapy. Going through menopause, I have been prescribed anti-depressants. They didn’t help. I was sharing this with Melonie, who administers hormone therapy. She did blood work and found I had no Estrogen, no progesterone, no testosterone. Also found, my thyroid level was low. With hormone therapy I feel like I’m Interested in things and doing things I haven’t done in years! I’m happier! I feel I have more energy! My memory, concentration, and mental sharpness has improved! Thank you Melonie! I’m very grateful for you! You have made a positive improvement in my life!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a botox treatment with Alisa. I was pretty nervous to have the procedure done. She was amazing!!! She took her time to listen to my concerns and made me feel incredibly comfortable. She was professional and personable at the same time. Katie Maguire also was incredibly helpful. Prior to my appointment she guided me to find the best options for the areas I was concerned with. Her knowledge surpassed any other med spa I've been in contact with. I am extremely pleased with my experience there and would highly recommend both of these ladies!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing!! The facility is super clean and calm from the front door on! I had a massage and facial with Brook and she was just so great, so nice and made me feel so comfortable, and I want to share that I actually have some personal issues from past trauma and have always been worried getting a massage might be triggering but she made the whole experience feel like such a safe space for me from the beginning, just incase anyone has similar fears, this is a great place to go. I didn’t have to even mention it because I felt so comfortable which is such a relief, could not have asked for a better experience I am so grateful, it was truly a healing experience!!
