Fantastic experience: From the first phone call to just walking in the office for the first time, I was impressed. Kasandra made an excellent first impression on the phone and managed to get me in as quickly a possible. Once I arrived, she and Brendan were so helpful! They made the insurance process super easy and all of the testing that needed to be done was also a breeze and the lab was just around the corner. The best part was that I could see why Dr Sach has such great reviews. He was so nice and patient, and was very reassuring. My procedure was less than a week after my appt. I know I got lucky and that can't always happen, but I was grateful I didn't have to wait. The procedure was great. The anaesthesiologist was great and the procedure was just down the hall from the Dr's office at the Valley Endoscopy Center. I didn't have to wait forever to get started. They took me in and even finished earlier than expected. Even the gal that checked me in at the surgery center was friendly and lovely. I made a great choice! Thank you Dr. Sach and thanks to your team!

Negative experience: I only met this doctor once, he left a good impression especially than my wife knows doctors and for two decades she's been at the healthcare settings I then did the follow up ultrasound. I didn't hear from doctor's office that they have the result for close to two week.. I had to go to imaging center get a copy of it then call doctor's office make an appointment with Cassandra and she said Dr will call us. I have family emergency but my wife was going to add me on a call as a conference call. We waited and we never received a call. It's very disappointing because we're nervous about the results. What happened Branden? Did you cancel our call without telling us. Branden works there and especially you have to get through Brandon in order to get to doctor but with our decades of experience, doctor call when you have a phone call scheduled when you have to pay a copay. He is extremely knowledgable and always instills reassurance, comfort and confidence in his patients. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy at his out-patient facility next to his office. The staff, like him, was nice, competent, and did an excellent job. If you are having GI issues or just need to schedule a colonoscopy (we all do after age 40), don't put this easy test off any longer. Do it now with the best, Dr. Sach. He is very passionate about medicine and tells you the HONEST TRUTH and how you can TAKE STEPS to alleviate your underlying issue, not just how to treat the symptoms. So many doctors just offer simple, lazy solutions they were taught decades ago in medical school. When you press them for a WHY, they don’t know how to explain it or get defensive. Dr. Sach knows the why because he stays up to date on new studies, journal publishings, and gives seminars. He is a critical thinker with clear communication and zero tolerance for the misinformation and marketing that ruins American lives. Even though his clinic is often packed, he still finds time to thoroughly explain things. This is how all doctors should be - inspiring, really.

Negative experience: If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. If you want to deal with a doctor giving you incorrect test results, selling you special pills that are supposed to fix you out of his desk drawer, and the altering of medical records to cover themselves from a law suit, then this place is for you. He took advantage of a 20 year old girl's health. Save your time, hundreds of dollars, and health and go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sach is an unbelievable physician and hands down one of the best GI doctors in LA. He restores my faith in our otherwise failing healthcare system. I had absolutely debilitating abdominal pain for months, to the point where everyone I spoke with told me to go to the ER immediately, but I knew it was a problem with my gut. Within days of meeting Dr. Sach through a family friend, he gave me his word that he’d get me better within a week. Within a few days he performed a colonoscopy and endoscopy (I would’ve had to wait 4 months for the procedure at any other top GI practice); he completely cleaned out my small intestine and within days I was nearly back to 100% and able to live my life normally again. Promise made, promise kept. Thank you so much Dr Sach!!

Then I meet with the Doctor, fantastic, informative, made me feel very comfortable, and he's an athlete . Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Sach by another great doctor, Dr. Emrani. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted by the front desk receptionist, I'm kicking myself for not remembering to ask her name but she was lovely. I was then taken back to see Dr. Sach. He came in the room with great energy and was already aware of me and my case. He took the time to chat with Dr. Emrani, which was great and it wasn't the last time he would go above and beyond for me. He took the time to ask me questions and to listen to my responses. He even Googled a medication that I mentioned because he wanted to know exactly what the medication was. Again, above and beyond. But that's still not the end! I had another appointment with another doctor to discuss some things and Dr. Sach suggested that he be a part of that call! WHAT?! The two doctors talked as I sat there in amazement at the level of attention and care I was receiving, something that I had never experienced before. They ended the call, Dr. Sach talked to me about what the next steps were and I have another appointment to see him in two weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sach for all of your GI needs. He's passionate about what he does and he cares about his patients!! I'm so glad I'm one of them now!!
