Negative experience: I hardly ever write reviews but I feel this one is important. I spent a lot of money ($16,000) here on stem cell therapy under the assumption it would help me with my chronic pain and inflammation but it did not at all. Dr Lynne is very nice and compassionate ( I like her a lot as a person) but my auto immune did not improve at all. Even my blood work is the same (I purposely had it done before and 3 mo after). I also had a knee injection and it didn’t do anything either. I’m back on conventional meds for the RA and had to go to the ortho for my knee and get a series of hyaluronic acid shots and a steroid injection just to walk. I followed all their recommendations to help the stem cells work for almost 4 months (no meds) then I gave up and took them as I had zero improvement and needed my quality of life back. I’m really disappointed as I was very hopeful but I want to let everyone know if they’re looking into this for an auto immune disease it’s not a one and done. You’ll need to get MANY infusions (around $6500 and up each) and then I still don’t know if they’ll help. I also got an infusion for my teenage daughter (also with auto immune) and it might have helped her some as her kidney markers (blood work) look a little better but she still has microscopic blood and protein in her urine (just not as much). So, in retrospect, I wish they had the knowledge to tell me (with RA) that it will take this many infusions and cost this much like a package deal with a guarantee that I’d get some benefit for the $. I was originally told the benefits of one infusion would last a year and that they’d redo it for free in a year if I didn’t have any results but when I told them about my lack of progress at month 4, they never offered a plan or said to come in and they’d redo it for free then vs a yr later or I would have before starting back on meds. Instead they gave me a price for another one which I was afraid to invest thousands more on hope! It’s all very disappointing and I feel like I wasted SO much money.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing group of people! I am newly handicap, unable to walk without assist. Now with cancer again, I have lost the majority of volume in my cheeks, and I looked as tired as I felt. It hurt my self esteem more than I realized. The Nurse Practitioner is a true angel! I am a NOW retired Trauma nurse. So I knew what to expect, plus I had Botox before. She was very patient with me and I ended up with a gorgeous outcome! I actually cried! From the receptionist on this place is top notch in my book. I'm looking forward to maybe exploring some of the stem cell injections and facials that they offer. I know I won't be disappointed! You won't be either!

Fantastic experience: Before starting at Fountain of Youth my Testosterone levels were low. I am a 43 yr. old man w/ a job that requires me to not be tired, and a wife that has needs as well. Negative experience: I honestly don't know how this place received such high reviews. I went there yesterday, not my first time receiving botox but it was my first time at this facility. First off, they told me my appt. was at 2:00, I came in at 1:50, because I like to be early, and they said my appt. was supposed to be at 1:00 but they would squeeze me in (I drove an hour, so I would hope so since there was some form of miscommunication somewhere). Secondly, apparently the usual receptionist was gone and his replacement was a barrel of sunshine, I say this with extreme sarcasm. I hope the usual one is a little nicer because if this lady is the face of the business then they are sorely lacking. Then, as the injector was cleaning my face, I received a call from my Dr's office on a lab result that I had been waiting for all day so I apologized, explained the situation, and took the phone call. The injector seemed none too pleased and left the room in a huff. Given that I was relayed some really bad news and it wasn't like I was answering a social call, plus the call took less than 2 minutes, I thought that a healthcare facility would show more compassion and empathy but NO this lady storms back in after an extended period of time shoves the needle in my face forcefully rubs me down with alcohol and out you go. Bear in mind I know needles aren't ever pleasant but I have had botox before and it has never been done with such a lack of finesse. I am also a nurse and know when someone is taking frustration out on you with a needle.... and I would never do that to someone and to have it done to me is quite disgusting to say the least. I went here bc they were running a special but I will definitely stick to paying full price and go to my girls over at gallaher. At least there I know I will be treated with respect and won't leave there feeling like I had been violated both physically and emotionally.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Fountain of Youth for years for my skincare treatments and cannot imagine going anywhere else now. Lynne is an amazing skincare expert (and human being!) and has absolutely transformed my appearance. I trust this medi-spa completely, and so do my coworkers who are also devoted to Lynne. And Chris at the front desk is always so sweet and helpful!

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a few years now to have my Botox done, by Lynne Worthington, and when I say she is amazing is a HUGE understatement!! She always takes her time with explaining anything you're having done and always makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The office is gorgeous and is next level clean!! I had Juvederm done yesterday, for the 1st time ever, as part of the special they're running. You get the syringe of Juvederm plus 10 units of Botox for $699.00 (which is a steal). I was really nervous cause I had never had any kind of filler done before, and within minutes of being in her chair she had me totally at ease. You will always be treated like you're her #1 priority and even feel like she's a friend you've known for years!! I am going on 45 and terrified of getting and looking old. When I left yesterday, I felt more confident and beautiful that I had in a long time!! Let's face it, that's what all of us women want, is to look and feel beautiful and more confident with how we look as we age. Trust me when I say, Lynne won't let you leave there feeling anything less than that. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: Late last summer I tore my rotator cuff. I endured the pain for several months until it was too much to bear. I was really hoping to avoid surgery so I decided to visit Nurse Lynne for another option. She suggested I try PRP. I went for two round of injections. I am now almost pain free. It is fantastic!! My sleep at night is not disrupted due to pain and I am able to enjoy gardening again. This procedure has saved me so much money and recovery time. Also, Nurse Lynne is an awesome professional and the staff are so courteous.
