Fantastic experience: I reached out to West Knoxville Medical & Chiropractic due to back & neck pain that had gotten to be really bothersome on a daily basis. I was experiencing daily headaches despite being on migraine meds. After a thorough reading by Dr Leavitt of my X-rays it was clear why these things were happening. Dr Leavitt & Wes Smiddy, NP devised a physical therapy regimen to target and help restore the areas in need. Chiropractic adjustments are the best & have proven to be something that I should have started YEARS ago. Huge shout out to this entire office: Dr Leavitt, Wes, Jessica, Kimber, Zach, Will, & Miranda; I’m positive I’m missing a few people. The entire staff are professional & knowledgeable about their craft. 10/10-do recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to West Knoxville Medical and Chiropractic since 12/23. As the name indicates, it is more than just a Chiropractor. 3 additional services I have used are Physical Therapy, PRP and Trigger point injections. They also off nutritional services which I have not take advantage of yet.The staff is very friendly and do their job well. I am on a 1st name basis with them and I have noticed that I am not the only one. The office is very clean and welcoming. This is not my 1st Chiropractor, but I plan on making it may last. If you feel you need some type of Chiropractic services, I highly suggest you come visit their office. Also look into the other services offered.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service and treatment. Opted for stem cell therapy to treat shoulder issues I have had for over 18 years, and for the first time in that 18 years my shoulder doesn't constantly hurt. I would do it again in a heartbeat and I am hoping to treat other areas in the future. Everyone starts out skeptical, but I personally have experienced a great deal of improvement in my whole body. The stem cells, adjustments, and physical therapy are making me feel better than I have in a solid decade.

Fantastic experience: I was involved in a car accident and was referred to Dr. Leavitt and his team! I’ve always heard people say some chiropractors are spotty. This establishment is NOT that! The staff are very polite and get involved with you more than just popping in and and out of there. Dr. Leavitt, his son (Bryce), Wes, and Darby explain everything to where you can understand even if you don’t have any knowledge about chiropractic work. They do not work on a lawyer lien basis, so don’t feel like they’re milking your treatment just for a check. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Knoxville area that needs chiropractic help!

After 8 weeks I'm seeing great results and pain is gone. Also decided to get Stem Cell injections in my knees. After 4 weeks pain is subsiding. Negative experience: They are scammers. They pulled a bait and switch on my husband, promising treatment after workup then after they got the money out of us they refused to treat him until a future appointment which would cost more money.

Negative experience: One size fits all method, for their three month program. Not individualized. There isn’t a mid-program review to see if anything needs to be changed or if there is improvement. The adjustments are quick and rushed. The chiropractor isn’t involved in your care or even aware of what’s going on. He does your very quick adjustment an moves you on. Not worth the money. New X-rays are not taken to check if there has been improvements. The money is what they care about here. Not your well being.

Fantastic experience: West Knoxville medical and chiropractor offices were great. I came in with a bunch of neck problems that were causing me discomfort and not allowing me to sleep well, and they did a great evaluation of my needs and concerns and came up with an action plan. At the end of our series of visits, my neck pain had been reduced to almost nothing and I'm able to get a full night sleep again.

Fantastic experience: I've greatly enjoyed getting my physical therapy and adjustments here. The staff are friendly and will take care of you. It always feels like a welcome and friendly environment. I was happy to be able to be seen and begin a treatment plan quickly. My pain has been reduced substantially as well as increasing my mobility since I began care here.

Negative experience: I wish I had read the reviews before starting here - at first I loved coming to my appointments as they staff was amazing.. shortly after, they fired basically everyone but their immediate family. I decided to find a place closer to my house as I was willing to drive to them for the staff at first but then they were let go. I was told if I ever decided to cancel during my plan, I would be refunded. When I called to ask about it they blamed the previous employee for telling me that like it was my fault they let her go. They then told me I ~magically~ owed them money but they decided not to bill me for it as a "favor". When I started questioning it, their "billing manager" got defensive. I have emailed multiple times about proof that I was told I was going to be charged more than my insurance covered or at least something in writing stating I was not liable for the $1k charge they said I owed but they were not going to bill me. They have stop replying to me. Won't be shocked if I get a collections notice about it eventually. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother.

My neck injury and scoliosis has been rapidly improving since I started going here and I’m so thankful for the office! Highly recommend.

Dr. Leavitt and the team at WKMC made a clear treatment plan for me with an end in sight, and in just 2 weeks of treatment I've improved to where I haven't had a headache for 6 days in a row (record-setting). Everyone is extremely professional but also knows how to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your time there. They have been helping me not only with the trigger point issue I went in with but also discovered a spinal issue in my neck that I was unaware of and have been helping me with that as well. It’s hard to think that physical therapy, trigger point and plasma injections, along with chiropractic can be enjoyable activities but they make it easy and fun. I mentioned the unpleasant sensation and the doc adjusted my foot. The pain has resolved! I visit weekly for maintenance- my job tends to keep me out of alignment. Fantastic experience: When I first came to West Knoxville Medical & Chiropractic I had very little mobility and a great deal of pain in my lower back. I had been struggling with it for years and had tried everything but spinal surgery at that point. I couldn’t get comfortable in any position and it was really starting to affect my quality of life. The team did a thorough evaluation and suggested a stem cell injection in my lower back. I’m now ~3 weeks post-procedure and feel amazing. Before I couldn’t reach past my knees bending over and now my fingertips can touch the floor. I’m sleeping better and am able to enjoy my hobbies without a bunch of pain wrecking my day. Fantastic experience: I made an appointment for allergy testing due to ongoing inflammation I’ve been having for years. The test showed not only the outdoor trees, weeds and indoor dust mites I’m allergic too, as well as, the foods. I immediately stopped eating daily almonds, almond creamer, and milk, but tomatoes! I’ve noticed a small decrease inflammatory areas on my body, decreased morning aches, and better mood every day! I enjoyed speaking and working with Nicole! Fantastic experience: Dr. Nathan and his team are amazing specialists! I am doing adjustments and physical therapy at their clinic, and feel the difference right away after every treatment. What I love about their practice is holistic methods they use: all natural, based on my body needs. They really care to make you feel better, look and feel younger and healthier. I feel improvement on all spectrum of my health: no pain, my neck looks longer and moves without any discomfort, my back is so much more flexible. I’m amazed by the results after just two weeks of treatments. I don’t need painkillers, my energy level is up and I want to move more, because I feel much lighter. I also bring my daughter (6yo) for adjustments to Dr. Nathan. Every time when she is having ear infection or complaining about discomfort. Fantastic experience: It's hard to describe a business that is so passionate, caring, knowledgeable, understanding and outstanding. If I had to choose one word it would "family." I have been going to Dr. Leavitt's now for about 3 years. I had a problem with my lower back that didn't allow me to unbend or walk upright. I needed to get this fixed and find a solution that was affordable and reasonable. I knew Chiropractic would help but I was 1900 miles from my Chiropractor. My previous Chiropractor was someone who study the Gostead method and was a Palmar Graduate. I called him, but he didn't know of any one in the area who fit both those criteria. So I headed out on a journey to find a Chiropractor who was understanding, affordable, knowledgeable and could help me walk again. After many phone calls and many not so good, I found Dr. Leavitt's office. He was a Palmer Graduate that had a similar set of skills as my previous Chiropractor. His office staff had a similar vibe as my last one: kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and just fun to be around. It made the whole medical process less stressful. Through his help and guidence I'm happy to say my lower back is not only better, but stronger. He truly is a wonderful doctor and has a staff that is very friendly. As I mentioned before they are like a family. Even though my maintenance is on a monthly basis now, everytime I walk it always feels the same. No matter who is at the front, I always feel welcomed, comfortable and cared for.

The different positions and role each person has, helps with the flow and transition from one treatment to the next. Fantastic experience: I have degenerative spinal disease and have been fighting pain and debilitating headaches. I had tried both a Chiropractor and Physical Therapy in the past which helped some. Now that I have found this practice that combines both along with PRP, my results are so much better! My headaches and severe pain are gone and I'm only two and a half weeks into an intensive two month therapy! My condition was so bad I was not working or able to driving, and had difficulty with just doing simple things. Now I'm working part time, driving and able to function like fairly normal. I highly, highly reccommend Dr Levitt and his practice if you have not been able to have a resolution to back or spinal pain!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Leavitt and staff are the best. I had to load up on ibuprofen to walk; my back left side was in great pain. After one adjustment, by the next morning, my pain level went down significantly and Dr. Leavitt does followups to keep you in balance. His wonderful staff reschedule without hesitation if you have a conflict, and they check with your insurance provider beforehand so you know exactly your copay. They are compassionate and beyond competent. I recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having nerve pain and back issues on and off for a few years and decided to give chiropractic a try. Everyone here is very easy to work with and accommodating. My nerve pain is basically gone after a few weeks of adjustments and rehab work. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience with West Knoxville Medical and Chiropractic. Dr. Leavitt and his team of Nurse Practioners and Physical Therapy Techs are compassionate and truly listen to you. They worked together to develop a plan tailored to my specific needs and areas of complaint that not only included chiropractic adjustments but the necessary physical therapy to strengthen those weak areas that started the problem in the first place so as to prevent further damage. I have to admit I am surprised by how much better my back already feels after only a few short weeks. I like that every couple of weeks I am reassessed to track improvements and adjust my care plan as needed. I highly recommend Dr. Leavitt and the team at West Knoxville Medical and Chiropractic!

Negative experience: They are good at chiropractic services; however, they are horrible with finances. I would not recommend going here if you can't afford the pricing and have to pay using Care Credit. I chose this option and paid for the plan they had for me, but I stopped it within a few weeks because I didn't like how expensive it was. I told them I couldn't come anymore in December, and they said they would refund what I didn't use back to my Care Credit account. It is March and it still hasn't been refunded. I have called them so many times and they also say it should be fixed and that I will get a confirmation email, but I never do. Every time I call them, they say they are going to work on it, but I have honestly lost all faith in the company. To take almost 3 months to refund over $1600 is bad business. I couldn't even afford the minimum payment last month because it's so high, and it's so high because they still haven't refunded the money. In summary: great chiropractic service, bad financial service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to chiropractors where you’re just a time slot to crack your neck/back and then be sent on your way, this place is definitely not like that. They spend so much one on one time with you, working on your areas of concern to really help strengthen and improve your health. They target the cause of the issue, not just the symptoms, and are really looking to improve your quality of life. Would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I have been going for a few weeks now for spondylolisthesis, and my back pain is doing a lot better now. My pain is always less when I leave. The staff is great and will help you with any questions or concerns and work around your schedule.

Fantastic experience: WKMC is a hidden gem. Every staff member is so kind and helpful. I have a very busy schedule with working full time and being a full time grad student, they have been helpful accommodating my schedule and budget to come up with a personalized treatment plan. I’m currently in the middle of my treatments and can tell an improvement and have learned skills to help at home. I would highly recommend. Bonus, the music is good and the establishment is decorated beautifully.

Fantastic experience: I did a lot of research before choosing to visit this practice and have been very happy with the service I’ve received. Since I was a teenager, I have suffered from pretty severe scoliosis. After getting x-rays done, it was evident that my scoliosis had only gotten exponentially worse. The case manager Nichole was so helpful in determining the best course of action for treatment and the payment of such. I am a few weeks into treatment and the staff has been helpful in guiding me along the way. Treatment has been adjusted to my specific needs and everyone cares enough to change course of action when something isn’t working for me.

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience with West Knoxville Medical & Chiropractic. I was having severe lower back pain and decided it was finally time to have it checked out. I made an appointment and had x-rays done in-house and had them back the next day. We went over the issues causing my pain and made a plan to help. Super awesome staff all across the board.
