Fantastic experience: I was referred to Supra Chiropractic by a family friend and I am so thankful! Dr. Clayton spent time with me by phone immediately after my injury during the holidays when his office was technically closed! His kindness and expertise were immediately apparent. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good about Dr Clayton - Truly! By the time I came across one of his practice education videos on social media (and to my surprise right here in Layton Utah) I was feeling completely defeated in my hope that I would ever find a successful treatment for the injury I presented with. I was hesitant in giving one more plan, one more doctor, one more bill etc.. another shot. After weeks of shutting down the idea of trying again and out of complete desperation to not be in pain anymore - I booked the appointment! Contemplating multiple times after booking to just cancel.. I’m here to say how grateful I am to have found him, to personally get to experience his ability to not only sincerely care for his patients and their needs but to be so willing to go so far above and beyond for them! He puts in the extra time to research his patients cases which in turn helps assist him in getting to the bottom of solving their issue. Hell he even puts you on an anytime of day first contact bases with him - if you need something or have questions in between appointments you can reach directly out to him! Unheard of! Never before have I felt like anything more than just a number to any physician I have been seen by - couldn’t be more opposite in my experience with Dr Clayton. I am confident in my plan to heal now having found Supra and am so excited to be on the road to recovery! Also want to mention how much I have appreciated his sweet sweet receptionist for being so kind and welcoming each time I have walked through the doors! That kind of approach to someone who is nervous, very doubtful and grumpy goes such a long way!

Fantastic experience: I met Dr Clayton after calling several clinics. Instead of a receptionist he was the one who took my call. I explained that I was was dealing with nerve pain in my legs and back. He was able to consult with me and my wife, make some adjustments,albeit with caution, based on imaging, better understand and demonstrate my symptoms, and help normalize my gait to improve my mobility and pain control. My experience with him was bar-none, the best experience I have ever had with ANY doctor of any type. I strongly recommend his service and wish him well. Fantastic experience: I was suffering with extremely low back pain for about a month before my dad recommended I went and saw Dr.Clayton at Supra Chiropractic. I was hesitant and nervous to go to a chiropractor but Dr.Clayton did a great job explaining things to me and after my initial adjustment felt incredibly better and am so grateful for his knowledge and experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for about a year now. Last week I yanked my back pretty good and came in. Came in that day and again today and I feel freaking awesome. His bedside is great. He is upfront and listens to you. He does not try to get you back for more adjustments unless you need them. Fantastic experience: He was standing in for my normal Chiropractor and after a minute of describing and demonstrating what issues I was experiencing I have almost what I feel like is almost a 95% recovery to my range of motion. The other 5% is on me to recover my muscle memory and strength after almost a full month of having only maybe 65-70% range of motion in my left arm.

Fantastic experience: I want to give a “shout out” to Dr. Clayton. He has been my Chiropractor over the last few years. This last fall I was moving multiple boxes, and carrying heavy boxes too.(All of which I definitely shouldn’t have been doing!) Fantastic experience: Dr Clayton is awesome! I’m a new resident of Utah and needed a chiropractor after throwing my back out. I came in and had an adjustment and dry needling done. I was in an excruciating amount of pain and he was nothing short of kind and professional the entire visit. He talked me through each step, reminded me to breath through tears & was so patient with me. 48 hours after my first adjustment I was feeling 80% better. I went back a week after my first adjustment for a second where Dr Clayton did a full body adjustment. I’m writing this review 4 days after that second adjustment - leaving the gym after doing cardio & a light weight day. I noticed differences in lifts with my elbows that I didn’t even realize were an issue until today seeing how well they move after being adjusted. Cant thank Dr Clayton enough!

Fantastic experience: I was incredibly nervous about seeing a Chiropractor, I had read and heard so many stories of pressure to buy treatment packages and vitamin supplements with no results, but I was in pain while standing which as a hair stylist is not ideal. I decided to give it a go because having to have an MRI and steroid injections was something I wanted to avoid. I left after my adjustment feeling a little skeptical but by the next day, I was amazed at what a difference just one appointment made. I could even feel a difference in areas of my body that were not bothering me. I feel so lucky to have found Dr Clayton and there was no pressure from him to reschedule or buy vitamins!! Fantastic experience: Dr. Clayton has definitely earned this five star review. For 8 years I struggled with what I thought was back pain. I even had images done of my back several different times and several different ways, with no answers to what was causing so much pain. I remember when my girlfriend and I first got together (8 years ago) I would always have her massage the same exact spot all the time because just the pressure in that spot was such a relief. Well… after eight years of pain I decided to go in and see Dr. Clayton, I explained to him where the pain was (mid back, to the left of my spine), I explained to him the pain I was in (couldn’t stand straight, sometimes can’t breathe, sometimes can’t lay on my back). He then made a bet with me and said “I bet it’s your ribs, I’ll adjust those for you and you tell me how you feel.” After the adjustment I already felt better but I wasn’t quite ready to leave a review yet. Now over a MONTH LATER I am still feeling GREAT!!! I can BREATHE!!! I can STAND STRAIGHT!!! I can LAY down without PAIN!!! Thank you so much Dr. Clayton! I still have slight pains in my back every now and again but it definitely isn’t the same pain as before so I’ll go in to see him again and I’m sure he can fix that too! :D I even recommended two of my friends and they went and saw him and they are doing much better too!

Fantastic experience: Jon is an excellent practitioner, and he is incredibly skilled in his treatments. He has helped our family out with so many things. My oldest has flat feet and really poor posture. He works on his feet all day and he gets a lot of pain in his legs. He goes in and Jon adjusts his kneecaps -- and my son is three inches taller, is standing up straight and is out of pain. My other son has struggled with shoulder impingement due to weightlifting and competitive swimming. Jon has done muscle scraping and cupping for him and helped him have his best season his senior year of high school. I have struggled with plantar fasciitis for years and went in for dry needling. The difference was amazing. Jon will never set you up with a schedule to come back and see him time after time. His goal is always to fix the problem in one visit and you come back when you need to. His fees are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I finally found an amazing chiropractor who finally wants to understand what's really going on in my body in order to help it heal. 9 out of 10 chiropractors out there just want to collect my money, do a quick adjustment, and see me again in 2 weeks. Dr. Clayton literally was asking me things like, "what position do you sleep in? What is your daily level of movement? In what positions? Which hip do you hold your baby on? How much does the baby weigh?" So many things that I've never been asked before to consider all the potential factors involved in my back pain. After 4 months of constant lower back pain, he did a full body (and I mean FULL) adjustment, I was sore for about 36 hours, and then it was gone. Just wow. I went in again 2 weeks later when I started to feel a little again and he analyzed what happened to fix it again. Then he gave me stretches and exercises to do at home to keep up with it on my own. I am telling everyone I know about him. I've never had this level of care from any other doctor out there. Any chiro that doesn't practice like Dr. Clayton should be banned from practicing, they're simply perpetuating the prevention of true healing.

Fantastic experience: Jon helped me recover from a rear end crash that hurt my neck and back. Since I clean houses for a living, I really needed to feel better fast to keep working. He was very professional and helpful and willing to work around my schedule so I could heal well. Also, I hurt my hand/pinky finger recently and I contacted him to see if that was something he could help me with and he surely did; he adjusted my hand and finger which was so crucial to heal faster. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to so many chiropractors over the past decade and none of them compare to Dr. Clayton. I’m almost 33 weeks pregnant and felt so discouraged after trying to find a chiropractor who actually helped. I found Dr. Clayton’s videos on youtube and was so impressed (seriously, watch his YouTube videos. They’re insane!). I cracked like a glow stick which is exactly what my body needed! He is so professional and was able to adjust areas I didn’t even know I needed and areas I didn’t even know were possible to adjust! He takes the time to explain everything which is so rare these days. I’m so grateful he’s only a 15min drive away but to be honest I would travel out of state if I had to because it’s so worth it!

He explained everything he was going to do before doing it so I understand the process. He made sure to ask about me and get to know me as a patient too. Fantastic experience: So do you guys remember that moment in Lord of the Rings: The Twin Towers when Gandalf released King Theodin from his tortured state? That’s exactly what going to Supra is like. I am 27 years old with a history of extremely tight and compressed muscles. Every chiropractor I’ve been to have never been able to release my back (I’ve been to a lot.) after my first visit everything is lose AND I am not in any pain for the first time in YEARS. The visit was extremely thorough and I was really listened to. Thanks to Dr Jon taking the time to listen he helped me beyond what I thought possible. I can’t recommend him enough. I found him through his YouTube videos!

I have been to countless chiropractors over the years, and have never had an experience like I did at Supra. He is extremely thorough, and adjusts everything from your toes to your fingertips...literally! Give them a shot!

Fantastic experience: I saw the reviews and was quite skeptical. Usually, 5.0's are paid, fake accounts, etc. Well, lemme tell you what.. this is *NO* gimmick! Read until the end because this is a no-B.S. review! I've finally found a second chiropractor that has *seriously* studied his craft and my *LORD* is he STRONG! He was *highly* controlled, calculated, and never once shook while adjusting me. That doesn't sound like much, but I know with the tension I had in certain places, I definitely gave him a run for his money! I've had chiropractors that are bodybuilders struggle to adjust me! I've been around the world, and the only other chiropractor that's ever been able to help me at the level I needed it was in Okinawa, Japan (and man, do I miss "Doc"..). Dr. Clayton is SO strong, but *never once* used more than was *ever* necessary. For my C-2, he was not afraid to jump in, find the issue, very slowly (and delicately towards the end) move it to the adjustment point, then put it back in-place. Most people (and chiropractors) hear scoliosis or neck problems and are hands-off. Not Dr. Clayton. Major props from me, sir! You admitting that "people with scoliosis are the ones that need it the most" gave me the confidence that you're the right chiropractor. There's nothing but positive things to say. I'm highly impressed with your skill and technique! Life Chiropractic College West definitely teaches their alumni well! I let Dr. Clayton know before starting the adjustments that I've always had issues with my neck and that it was always swollen for years, nearly going on a decade. It would usually be the source of my light sensitivity, migraines, and fatigue when it flared up. Not only that, I have vasovagal reactions on the right side of my neck that cause Vertigo! During the session, he explained several full-circle concepts in amazing detail as to why I was experiencing the different symptoms. He showed my S.O. several different techniques to help me cope with the symptoms between sessions. By the end of the session, I was standing straighter than I feel I ever have, my migraine was receding with each passing minute, I was a bit shaky, I didn't have to muscle a grip anymore, my appetite was back, and my face was buzzing (increased blood flow) but not hot. I just felt like everything was good and right in the world. Well, now it's the next morning. The soreness he said I'd likely have is *barely* there, my neck feels great, the shakiness went away quickly, the migraine is gone, the buzzing was gone after 3-5 minutes, I'm hungry again, and I'm still standing straight! Well, I figure now you're asking, how much does it cost? Before you see the price, you *definitely* get what you pay for! Dr. Clayton charges $97 on the first visit and $50 each session thereafter. Three big caveats: First, Dr. Clayton takes insurance and notates it under the "Specialist" category! So for me, the first visit was $40 and every one thereafter is also $40! For those in the military community, he *does* take United HealthCare, GEHA (by extension), and Blue Cross Blue Shield (he said that this was the easiest of the bunch!). Either way, he said that if he ran into any issues, we'd work it out at the next session. The vocal confidence gave me reassurance that we likely won't have a problem. Second, payment was easy, he takes cash or card, and said that we can book appointments online, but if any emergencies come up, he did give us his after-hours number. Third (and most importantly), he said, and I quote: "I will get you back to 100%, then you come see me when you need me." Couple that with how thoroughly we went through everything (we were there adjusting, learning, and being taught for 30 minutes, easy!), he provides quality service! After all those years of searching, I feel like I finally have the right chiropractor on *this* side of the world. Thank you sir! Like I said when I was there, you have a customer for life. Your attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. I will most definitely be referring folks your way!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for over a year and a half since my car accident and all I can say is I’m truly grateful for everything Dr. Clayton does for me. Not only is he the most knowledgeable chiropractor I’ve ever been to, he actually listens to me which I find to be rare with chiropractors. Dr. Clayton is not a 10 minute quick adjustment kind of chiropractor he takes his time and feels your body and locates what all needs work and asks if there’s anywhere I might want work which once again I truly appreciate as a patient. He been helping me which my lower spine and my neck that been injured in my auto accident and my quality of life has been much better for it. He also helps with the chronic pain and knots that build up due to these injuries and provides many services beyond just adjustments. He’s scrapped my body and cupped it many times and has helped with pain and inflammation and well as mobility and flexibility. All the services he provides has truly helped me thus far and I will continue to see him for as long as I need because there’s no one I’d trust more to give me this time of care then him. I truly highly recommend him and couldn’t speak more highly of his knowledge and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I had a 5 day golf trip That I was headed out to but no matter how much stretching I did, my back was just not right and constantly sore. I went to see Jon and even though I was super stiff, he found a way to crack my back and put me in place. I just got back from the trip and had absolutely zero issues with my back the entire time. Fantastic experience: I took myself, my daughter (9 years old) and boyfriend to see Dr. Clayton due to an auto accident we were involved in in April (just haven't been able to FEEL better since the accident). He was very detailed and reassuring (my daughter was stressed before coming to the appointment, because she thought it would be some terrible experience). My daughter LOVED her first ever chiro visit. She laughed and joked around with Dr. Clayton and even took each adjustment better than I did haha. My boyfriend didn't realize he needed this just as much as the kiddo and I, and I woke up to a "I feel better today than I have in a while time" text from him! Fantastic experience: I was in town for work and has slept all week on a fold out couch. I desperately needed to be seen before getting on a plane and carrying my daughter through the airport. Dr. Clayton was very nice explained everything. At home I see a chiropractor monthly and I recently had a baby so my body has drastically changed. I was very nervous seeing someone I didn't know but the Google reviews said it all. I couldn't agree more. He cracked me like a glowstick and I walked out of there feeling better than I have in years. I also gained a lot of knowledge. Wish I lived closer to see him on a regular bases. Strongly recommend him for locals and those passing through.

Fantastic experience: My 15 Year old son got hit pretty hard at a Varsity Lacrosse game and Dr Clayton was so great with him. He was able to connect with him and make him feel comfortable. He was able to fix the areas he was hurting in and my boy was able to get right back into the game with no limitations. My teen now says to me not to worry cause if he gets hurt Dr Clayton will fix him up no problem.

Fantastic experience: I drove from Salt Lake to see Dr. Clayton because, of a shoulder impingement while exercising. Fantastic experience: ALL THE DIFFERENCE Just from the start I can already tell this is a bit of a difference. The advice and help alone on the first day have been freaking amazing. I have come from some other chiropractors that didn’t really help as I needed it was a weird experience with not a lot of advice, from day one I got advice and pointed in the direction I needed, the price is the best part 40$!! I was being charged 65-70 at the last few! I’m looking forward to working with this clinic and will update if anything but I have been nothing but pleased!! Go check them out!

Fantastic experience: I came to dr clayton after experiencing severe pain between my shoulder blades and lower back. The first adjustment helped me out a lot! He did a full body adjustment and i felt great! I went in a week later and got adjusted again and all i can say is WOW! He is amazing with getting you in on short notice and very kind and understanding. He explains why you have the pain and how to take care of it. He doesn't just adjust you and send you on your way either. He actually gives you some "homework" as he calls it to help keep you out of pain. Hes incredibly affordable the office is so nice. I actually live about 4 1/2 hours from his office but the adjustments he gives me, makes every mile worth it. From head to toe, he makes sure that he has given me a good overall adjustment. Fantastic experience: Just discovered Dr. Clayton this week and after two visits have been very impressed. I have seen A LOT lot of Chiropractors in my time and he ranks at the top. He saw me on a holiday , which is rare. Not only did he do the typical adjustments, he asked about other muscles that needed work which I have never had someone do. My back has been out of place for over a month and very painful (even after visiting other chiropractors) and after my first visit with him it was a night and day difference.
