Negative experience: Our whole family has stopped using Ogden clinc all together. I’m referring to extended family as well. The complete LACK of care that comes out of the “doctors” and front desk or support staff (I will most of the nurses are kind). We have been going to Ogden clinc for 20 years and every year things get worse as far as care and competency while the prices have gone SKY HIGH. If you do need to call them for something expect a long wait or no response call at all. My daughter had Covid and it took them 3 full days to call and say there wasn’t anything they could prescribe her to help…. Could have just told me that in the first place. They also charge insane prices per minute (yes I said per minute) for mental health care where the “therapist” just told my daughter to take deep breaths…. Yeah google knew that trick too. If it was free I still wouldn’t go here anymore. They don’t really listen and make a prescription to rush you out and do not care if they actually help you. It’s alll about the money with Ogden Clinic now that they are buying up all the independent clinics.

Negative experience: I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this clinic. They lost my information multiple times, and despite my repeated requests to have it released, I was told it wasn’t possible, which turned out to be a lie. I called the office and explained everything in detail, but they kept losing the notes and couldn't seem to keep track of anything. The staff was extremely unorganized, and every time I tried to follow up, it felt like I was starting from scratch. After two weeks of back-and-forth, I only got my lab results when a different clinic stepped in and made multiple calls on my behalf. To make matters worse, after receiving no help at all, I was sent a $400 bill. It’s clear that this clinic cares more about money than providing decent patient care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Went in for an infection and was ridiculed for coming into the Urgent Care on a slow Sunday morning instead of making an appointment...which was 3 weeks out. They genuinely think helping you is an inconvenience and their copy paste replies really prove it. "We will forward this to our administrative staff so they can promptly ignore it." At least the front end folks are kind before the doctor makes you feel worthless.

Negative experience: I wish I could leave 0 stars. I took my 3 year old daughter in yesterday as a walk in for a possible UTI. We had to take her sample in a few hours later. It’s now been 24 hours and 4 phone calls with no results for her. On my fourth call they finally decided to inform me the doctor she saw yesterday isn’t in today and they will get back to me tomorrow. Extremely irritating to have a 3 year old in pain and can’t get a simple UA result from another provider in their clinic.

Negative experience: My husband came in and saw DNP Whitney Woodruff for an ear infection. He has had chronic ear infections in this particular ear his entire life. He has had multiple ear surgeries. He knows when he has an ear infection and tries to get in right away as they are extremely painful. Whitney Woodruff refused to give him an oral antibiotic. Said she would only give him antibiotic eardrops which he has had multiple times over the years and they have never worked. When he explained this to her, she still refused to give him an oral antibiotic, even though he has maybe been on one antibiotic in the past year and a half. I will never go back to Ogden Clinic Roy while she is there and my extended family will never be going back either. We will tell everyone we know to find another provider because they clearly don’t listen to you there.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist Sarai was very professional and helpful. I walked up and she called me over and helped me. I have social anxiety very bad and she was extremely patient with me and didn’t have an attitude like other receptionist here. Sarai really stood out and definitely made my day.

Negative experience: Every time I've gone here the wait times are ridiculous! I've taken my kids to the urgent care but it is never "urgent" to anyone there. I just came for a simple lab draw that had to be done on a certain day of the month and waited over 2 hours only to leave without having it done because I couldn't wait there any longer. What a joke!!

Positive experience: Edited(1upto3). They contacted me. They said they did a training with the front staff and have changed their shots policy on giving shots. We will see how it goes. Was told we couldn't get a immunization booster at the west point location because we got the original shot at the Grandview location... The whole point of going to a clinic with multiple locations is so we can get service at any one of them. So we went to get my daughter her immunization shot...they show she has all her shots. She is completely up to date. I had to call my wife get the exact date of the last shot to figure out that she actually is not up to date on her shots...we nearly left. Why was she shown as current when she definitely was not current. If my wife was not prepared and knew what we needed, then my daughter would not be up to date on her shots. I'm angry. This is the opposite of good care.

Negative experience: I usually don’t write bad reviews, but I have had too many bad experiences with Sarah Wadhams at this location, and she seems to be the only one available for walk ins. My husband went in today and was told that he tested positive for strep, but she refused to give him antibiotics since “strep is viral, not bacterial” which is not true. I called back to try to get a second opinion, and apparently in her notes she wrote that his test came back negative. When I went in a few months ago because of sinus pain, she did not want to even look in my nose to see if my sinuses were inflamed (as previous doctors have whenever I had sinus infections), and basically told me there was nothing they could do, even when I directly asked if she could look in my nose. We will not be returning to this location, but wanted to let people know what’s happening over there to prevent people from being misdiagnosed or being misinformed about their health.

Fantastic experience: My experience here has always been positive. I can typically get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, and the front desk staff has always been patient and helpful. Kayleen Wilson is fantastic and has seen me for several different concerns over the years. Negative experience: I had an appointment at 4pm, and I could tell that not a single person working here cared about my concerns. I waited 30+ minutes, and then when I finally saw the doctor, he looked me over in less than a MINUTE. They did all of the necessary testing for my sore throat, but didn’t answer most of my questions & sped through the process so much that I felt like a total inconvenience. I’ve been to three different Ogden Clinic locations, and this was the worst one.

Fantastic experience: Sarah Wadham is amazing. To see a professional who is not your regular doctor is always an experience. But to see Sarah was exactly the opposite of what I expected. She took the time to get to know my health issues and immediately created a treatment plan that would help me overcome what was wrong and not leave me sick for the entire holiday weekend. The staff was attentive and supportive and made sure I had all I needed.

Negative experience: I would like to begin with the fact that I've been a patient of the Ogden Clinic on 12th street for years and have never had a complaint. This branch is ridiculously unprofessional and frankly completely irresponsible and unacceptable. After the THIRD time Dr. Doxey cancelled on my child they then told me she was listed as a "no show" and would have to go to some list to be seen at some point in the next few MONTHS! It is ridiculous that she is on the list of no shows when the Dr. was a constant no show! Today they waited until we got to the clinic to inform us that he was not even there. This will be the last time I ever go here or take my girls here. This clinic should be shut down as it is degrading the integrity and sterling reputation of all the other Ogden Clinic facilities. I would give this place negative stars if I could. The staff should be all fired and find new jobs that better suit them; perhaps fast food restaurants. DO NOT GO HERE OR WAIST YOUR TIME ON THESE IGNORANT, IRRESPONSIBLE, LOATHSOME FOOLS! Trust me, you'll regret it. (Plus the wait times are ALWAYS longer than they say and you will never get your appointment at the scheduled time.)

Negative experience: I went to Ogden Clinic for urgent care. I then received a bill and my insurance had denied the claim. I called to speak to your billing department and she told me that it wasn’t and can’t be billed as an urgent care visit because they aren’t an urgent care. Urgent care is literally plastered all over this place. She refused to help me and refused to let me talk to someone else. I called my insurance company and the claim was applied to my deductible instead of the $40 copay it should have been. The reason? Ogden Clinic billed my insurance for a specialist visit making my bill close to $200. The specialist was listed as “Urgent Care specialist”. Myself or my family will not be returning.

Negative experience: I decided to give this place another shot after a bad experience a few years ago. This time it was even worse. I went to urgent care with abdominal pain and a few tests were ordered. The doctor wouldn't take the time to explain the test results to me. His nurse called or a follow up another day to see how I was feeling and ordered a CT scan for the same day (luckily I was already fasting), but the clinic provided me the barium with no instructions on taking it or even the location of my scan. The nurse at the counter I picked up from didn't know. The only thing they could tell me is the time of my radiology appointment and the name of the deparment. I had to research and figure the rest out out myself by calling around Ogden Clinics help line. They had me drink the barium, then after showing up to the Radiology for the scan, they asked if I had any reactions to contrast is the past (I had minor reactions). Radiology told me they could only do a partial CT since they needed to start me on prednisone 24 hours before administering contrast. The clinic should have asked me about allergies when they set the appoinment. Now I probably have to go in for another scan and who knows if my insurance will pay for it. Not that Ogden Clinic cares, because they can get another payout when I inevitably have to return and get rescanned, because they couldn't communicate correctly in the first place. To top it all off, they didn't find anything on the scan with the barium, and the nurse called me and said the doctor couldn't do referrals to a gastroenterologist and I would need to follow up with a general physician to get a referral. The reason the nurse told me was because the doc I saw was just a urgent care doctor. So I went to a general physician and they just rolled their eyes and said the doctor should have given me a referral. The communication is awful. The doctor I saw didn't listen to my concerns. They refused a referral which I suppose benefits them, because they get another copay and insurance payout for another additional appointment with a different doctor. The casual manner in which they communicate and schedule their Radiology appoinments and fail to communicate important details also seems to serve their pocketbooks well too, because what could have probably been a couple appointments has now turned into MULTIPLE redundant appoinments and we are still no closer to finding out what is wrong.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to the Grand View clinic and was seen by Dr. Kelly Amann for a problem with my shoulder. After I explained what my symptoms were he was able to identify my issues quickly. He ordered an x-ray of the shoulder and it confirmed his diagnosis. He then ordered an MRI to determine the extent of the problem. This will allow him to determine whether I require surgery or if therapy will help with my pain. Dr Amann has been my primary physician for many years and has always had my best interests in mind and I can always count on his expertise. I highly recommend him to anyone who may require a doctor to give them a diagnosis of their condition.

Negative experience: Shame on you guys!!! All they care about is lining their pockets. They denied urgent care to my 5 month old today with an ear infection, due to a bill that had been sent to collections last year from my husband. They told us the account had been marked as inactive and refused to make a new one. I have NEVER been denied care because of such a reason...y'all are a health clinic who should be putting patient needs above all else, especially a child that young. The only reason I came here is because my pediatric office is closed today. It's not the workers faults, the front receptionist was lovely, but this is a higher up problem. Needless to say I will never come back to any Ogden clinic again. I'm disgusted.

Negative experience: Ogden clinic has been on thin ice for awhile now, especially their urgent cares. I have felt pushed away. But last night was my final straw. I have had severe pain in my shin bone and wanted to see if it was either shin splints or something else entirely wrong since this has affected walking and my day to day activities. Everything was going smooth at the beginning, up until I needed an x-ray and was left waiting for about 40 minutes, they had completely forgotten about me. But I understand that it was urgent care and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But, because it took 40 minutes, it was near closing time. Right after the x-ray I was completely dismissed by the PA that I was seeing, Jessica Wozab. I don’t know if they were rushing to go home but she talked WAY too fast, didn’t really seem like she wanted to answer my questions, and told me that I’d be fine and healthy and that my leg would be better in two days. They did wrap my leg with an ace wrap for compression to help swelling which has helped a little bit, but the swelling has gotten worse and it has not helped the pain. I am still in severe pain and have to go see another doctor. I really feel that the care has gone downhill. And I also really wish I would have waited until Russell Doxey was working urgent care since he has been the best provider at this Ogden Clinic location. I just hope nobody else got pushed away in the manner that I did.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely hesitant to visit this specific Ogden Clinic location because of the number of negative reviews. I’m glad I chose to go. My experience tonight (7/19/23) was very pleasant from start to finish! Mackenzie greeted me & my husband with a smile as we arrived at approx. 7:20 PM, then got me checked in quickly. The nurse was also super friendly as she took my vitals. Dr Amann listened to my complaints & concerns before diagnosing me with a sinus infection, ordering lab work & prescribing antibiotics. Alexis did an incredible job drawing my blood & has a super friendly disposition! I felt very well taken care of by the entire staff at this Ogden Clinic location & was pleased with the high level of medical care I received. I would recommend them to others!

Negative experience: The only thing positive I have to say about this clinic is that they were open on Sunday. Dr. Enrique Baires and his office staff were very unprofessional and rude. I will not be going back. If I’m sick again on a Sunday, I will wait until another clinic is open on Monday. The worst medical treatment I’ve received in all my 57 years.

Negative experience: This will be the last time I go to the Ogden Clinic in Roy! This place use to be my first pick. I don’t know what has happened in the last few years but I will NEVER come to this place again. My insurance allows me to go to many different clinics outside of Ogden clinic and it’s affiliates and best believe I will definitely choose one of the others. I don’t know what needs to be done but reading through the reviews there are others with the same opinion as mine. Hopefully someone that can make a difference really pays attention to these reviews and does something about it.

Negative experience: I FINALLY get my husband to schedule an appointment with a doctor. My family has been going to the Grandview clinic for a few years now. My husband asked for a doctor who could help him with high blood pressure and getting old issues. They put him with Dr Doxey. Dr visit was fine and he is improving. Skip ahead a month. I now have over $500 in bills because this doctor is not covered under our insurance. When I called billing, the person who picked up the phone did not ask for my name or the patients name to look up the account. She asked if I had checked with my insurance to see if the doctor was covered before my husband came in. I said no, why would I do that, we have been going there for years. Her response was "I always check with my insurance, I don't know what you do." Long story short, it is Ogden Clinic's position that it is your/our responsibility to verify if the provider is covered under your insurance, even if you have been going to the clinic for YEARS. I now have $500 to pay because they have a doctor who is not on insurance and they gave us an appointment with him. Either that or I get to spend hours sorting it out with my insurance company. Either way, NOT WHAT I WOULD EXPECT customer service wise.

Negative experience: You better not be sick if you want to go here. If you have even a COUGH they require you to stay out of the lobby and check in via the phone number on the door signs. But wait, they will not help you if there's anyone in the lobby waiting to check in. We were immediately put on hold after letting it ring for a full minute then hung up on after a hold of 5 minutes. Called back, immediately put on hold again then after 20 minutes they finally answered. Meanwhile nearly 20 people went into the lobby and were checked in. We were there first but because my daughter is sick we were not the priority. This is literally the third time this has happened to us. It's right by our house but it's worth the drive to the Roy clinic because they'll actually see you if your sick.

Negative experience: My doctor at the Roy location is great, but I am receiving poor customer service from her nurse. I had been waiting for blood test results, and received a voicemail that they were in last Friday, December 16th, so I called before five that day, and everyone was already gone for the day, so I waited all weekend with still no results. I just called again today, December 19th and her nurse told the receptionist that sh would call me right back after she was done with a patient. Still no call back, so I called again at 4:45pm and she again told the receptionist that she was with a patient and would call me right back. Still, no call back! I just called again at 5:25pm, and the receptionist was unable to reach the nurse because she apparently went home! I am completely aggravated with the service this nurse is providing. I doubt that Dr. Wozab , my doctor, has any idea that her nurse can’t seem to follow through with contacting patients when she says she will.

Negative experience: Awful service. Terrible communication and they just don't care about you or your family. They definitely need some training in their customer relations. My daughter was extremely sick with influenza A, we got our test results 4 days later, they are rapid tests. I called everyday with no response. Terrible Custmer service they wouldn't even relay my message to the doctor about Tamiflu.

Negative experience: My daughter went in for lower pelvic pain. She has PCOS. Cysts are not uncommon with this syndrome but have never caused her extreme pain. She went to urgent care. When she explained her pain to Emily shanafelt NP. She immediately told her it was an epitopic pregnancy because she was not taking birth control. Emily also scolded her for not being on birth control and said she was most likely pregnant. My daughter is taking metaformin. My daughter’s period also ended 3 day’s ago. Emily then had her take a pregnancy test and test for uti. She said she would get results later this week. They only did a urine test. It take’s 3 minute’s. She didn’t even examine her or push on her abdomen to see where exactly the pain was. She then gave her a prescription for 800 mg ibuprofen. An x-ray could of easily shown whether or not she had a cyst.

Negative experience: Thieves. Run away. What horrible experience in Ogden clinic. I have been here, pay from my pocket then rip off after charged $150 visit (what they told me - new employee) to see a doctor (like you pay to see a doctor's face not to be treated) and overcharged (steroid injection plus administration fee) for something was never told will be charged or is not included. I did same treatment different clinic that was included in a doctor visit with $75 and I taught should be normal. I should have read reviews before visit. When I called billing department, they were making fun of me for not calling ahead to see prices when I asked why they do not have list with what a paying patient to see or told what will be charged with.... never again will visit an Ogden Clinic

Negative experience: Had a good experience the first time I came here, the doctors were nice. Unfortunately the second time I came here I checked my sick baby in for urgent care but didn’t have his medical info yet, the receptionist reassured me that he was on the list just to call back (they had us wait in the parking lot since he is sick). When I called back with his information the other receptionist, Riley, was rude and didn’t show any regard for my baby’s wellbeing. She informed me that he was being moved to the bottom of the list since they didn’t have his insurance information when I first called. She wouldn’t listen, kept interrupting when I tried to explain how we had been told we would have a spot on the list. I am on a limited time frame, so now I have no choice but to leave with my sick child never getting the chance to be seen. Really a shame, I wasn’t expecting to be treated like trash when I was trying to get help for my baby. I can’t believe how rude she was!

Negative experience: I’m only giving a 2 star because I have had past experiences at this location that were decent. This experience however was ridiculous. I called multiple times throughout today to check on a time frame to have pain in my foot checked. Urgent care really never had an outrageous time to wait but because you have to have a checkin time for next available I couldn’t guarantee anything until about an hour before I left work. I called at 2:45pm, they stated 3:55 checkin time. I couldn’t make that work and needed a little later. I called back at 3:20pm, now it’s 3:50pm checkin. I thought, I’ll drive down and just wait. Arrived at 4:22pm, now I’m told 5:30 checkin. They said you can wait or leave but you’re checked in, just be back at 5:30 and we will get you in. I left and then came back about 5:18. Sat down and waited until 5:50 thinking they were just behind, and with no one else in the lobby I walked up and asked what the wait was. They marked me as a no show. I was supposed to checkin again… I was never informed that was what I was supposed to do. They told me I could get back on the list but I would be moved to last. I cancelled and am now waiting am an additional week to just go see my regularly scheduled appointment with Tanner clinic. I’m just so surprised with sitting in your empty lobby for 40 minutes it never occurred to either of the girls at the front desk to ask me or greet me to determine what I was waiting for. Definitely need a primary care doctor but I’ll be avoiding Ogden Clinic from now on.

Negative experience: My husband and I went to the Urgent Care at the Roy location. He was being seen in Urgent Care. He saw Jessica Wozab, PA-C. The staff was caring and did things well. Jessica Wozab has a terrible bedside manner. She talks a million miles per hour and is extremely off putting. She seems uncaring and rushed to get on with her day. We had no emergency and weren’t looking for special treatment at all, but she appeared annoyed to be with us. The medical assistants and front desk staff were very kind. However, we would NOT recommend Jessica Wozab to ANY of our friends and family.

Negative experience: What a horrible staff this Saturday 8-20-2022. The front staff did not exceed my expectations for caring for their patients. Very rude and disrespectful. Especially the black MA did not care at all. I do not recommend this place especially with staffing. The only individual that was professional and kind was the provider that took care of me and my needs. The front desk needs to grow up and do their jobs properly and learn how to be professional.

Negative experience: Worst experience with urgent care ever! Should have known better and just went to Tanner Clinic to begin with. After dealing 10 days with sinus and ear pressure, I went in to get some help. I deal with sinus/ear infections a couple times a year, which, when set in, always require an antibiotic to get things back under control. Anyway, the Ogden Clinic PA (Van Aston) diagnosed me with “probably something viral,” said my ear was full of fluid, but claimed not infected, that my sinuses were extremely swollen, and to just use a nasal wash a few times a day, and then a nasal steroid. He then sent me on my merry way. I’m not saying that a nasal spray wouldn’t help provide some relief, but it won’t do anything for an infection, especially the ear. When will some medical providers lower their pride and arrogance and understand that the patient may know their body and health history more than they ever will? Anyway, I left Ogden Clinic after a wasted appointment and immediately drove to Tanner Clinic Urgent Care in Clinton, got right in (less than 10 minute wait) and guess what? Completely different diagnosis. The Tanner Clinic PA said that my ear was “definitely not looking good” and given I’ve been dealing with the issues going on 10 days, I’d need an antibiotic to help. Wow! Imagine that! Save your time, gas, money, and avoid the Roy Ogden Clinic Urgent Care! **************UPDATE************ After being on Augmentin now for four days, I’m feeling great with no sinus or ear issues. I’ll finish my prescription and will be in good shape. Thank you, Tanner Clinic, first for listening and then for taking care of things the right way to get me on the mend.

Fantastic experience: This Ogden clinic which is actually far from Ogden is probably the best and cleanest ones yet as for the level of how fast your going to be seen I give it a thumbs down but on the level of how attentive the nurses and doctors are I give it a two thumbs up I was way surprised at how my dr Kylie Wilson was treating me she was so sweet she was so worried about my pain level that she just was trying to focus on me being comfortable and happy and her nurse wow she was a sweetheart and not to mention very helpful they even gave me a bottled water so I wasn’t thirsty while I was just sitting there. I was very happy about the outcome and how fast they were able to take care of me and numb the pain thank u dr Kylie Wilson and her nurse

Fantastic experience: Literally, the best experience I have had at any urgent care and pediatrician. First, Dr. John Allred is the most understanding, kind and caring person. You know that he has genuine concern for every child and family that he works with. Also, we were having some issues with our insurance since we had just had a newborn and the administration staff was phenomenal! They worked with us on getting our insurance questions answered and even stayed on the phone for our entire appointment (which was an hour) with our insurance provider to help get answers to questions we had. Such amazing and caring doctors and staff!

Negative experience: I was going to write a detailed review but after seeing the other reviews it seems like it doesn’t make a difference for the clinic itself. For people reading the reviews I will say we won’t be going back to this specific Ogden clinic. We’ve had a few bad experiences and honestly only one good one but this last time was enough for us. Over all they have a few doctors who really just don’t care or don’t take you seriously, seem very much not concerned, and have bad communication skills. The people who answer the phones when you need to call and speak to the nurse or doctor or have questions are also extremely rude and definitely have no communication skills and will say whatever they think you want to hear so you don’t call back. We had one girl who was very nice when my son had a possible concussion and I wish I knew her name so she could be told, besides that they’re typically rude. The scheduling lady was nice which was good but everything after that was definitely not! If Ogden clinic wants to hear about our experience they can get ahold of me however for all the people reading reviews, I’d skip this specific Ogden clinic at this point and if you go I hope they treat you with more respect and actually listen to your concerns!

Negative experience: To begin with, I waited an hour for my walk-in appointment only to get checked out for 2 seconds. When I got into the room doctor Enrique Baires didnt even knock and came in and didn't even give me a well check up. He asked me what was wrong and I told him all of my symptoms but he never told me what I had. He told me just to find an over the counter medicine and he didn't even write it down for me. The whole visit felt useless and a waste of time if I'm being honest. I understand that it was busy but there was no reason to rush the whole appointment. Unnecessary.

Fantastic experience: It seems everyone is short staffed these days but these guys are working hard to take care of you. I usually see Chase Bailey and I always feel in good hands. He is our family doctor ever since we moved to Utah 6 years ago. Whitney Woodruff took care of me while Chase wasn't available, and I really like her as well. A huge shout out to RN Jana. Besides her knowing what she's doing she's a lot of fun.

Negative experience: I wanted to get a prescription update and an allergy shot. They will not do both in the same appointment, really??? This is ridiculous. Went to tanners and they did both. They must want to file 2 insurance claims and make me pay co-pays for 2 appointments. Like I dont pay enough already for my premiums. This just adds to the wait times to be seen by having to make 2 appointments. Come on ogden clinic. Get it together. Disappointing.

Positive experience: My boyfriend was diagnosed with Covid and didn't seem to be getting any better. We went to the clinic at a fairly busy time and had to wait about 45 minutes. When we got in there they were quick to assess him . He ended up being admitted to the hospital and they handled everything very quickly.

Negative experience: I don't know who answered the phone but they we're rude and not informed on where you are offering COVID-19 vaccines. She tried to tell me you didn't offer the vaccine at the Roy clinic even though I got my first shot here. I took care of it though drove right down to the clinic and got my second dose no problem. Not sure why she was yelling at me and telling me that you don't offer it here.

Negative experience: There is a sign on the front door of this facility that instructs you to call a number rather than walk in if you are experiencing symptoms related to Covid-19. I had several the symptoms on the list. I went back to my vehicle and called. The phone rang about 20 times with no answer. I went back to the front door if the clinic and verified that it was the correct number and called again. This time I got an answer. I explained my situation and my symptoms (which included difficulty breathing). The person l spoke with informed me that I would need to make an appointment and that since I had been experiencing symptoms for only two days I would have to wait another day. I am generally a healthy person a don't have a regular doctor that I visit. Concerned I would receive the same treatment from the other urgent care clinics in the area, decided to go to the ER. Where I was tested, and almost was admitted for having a blood oxygen saturation of 88. Maybe the ER should have been my first choice. The bottom line is your employee did not listen and turned someone away with a medical emergency. It almost seemed to me, based on the fast spoken almost rehearsed responses I received that your employee didn't hear half of what I said. She had her check list and checked her boxes.

Positive experience: Updated: I called the clinic again, and they were able to get me in. The employees and nurses were professional and did a good job. I removed one star due to the poor initial communication. I called Ogden Clinic on 6-12-2020 to get locations that were testing for COVID that didn't require an appointment, and was given the Grand View Roy location. When I arrived, I was turned away even though I had symptoms. I first called and texted the number that was provided, with no response. The nurse at the entrance told me that they wouldn't test me because I didn't have a referral from a provider. This contradicted what I was previously told. Very poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: I have not had a problem working with this clinic at all. Staff is very nice even with all that's going on with covid-19. I saw Dr. Emily shanafelt and she was great, quick and thorough during my urgent care visit and if pain persisted to return. I did return to see DNP Whitney Woodruff and to establish care with her and she was amazing and listened to me 100%, she didn't rush me and she cared. Thank you ogden clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have been having trouble finding a Doctor in Roy. I finally decided to see if Ogden Clinic would be a fit for me. I went and seen Whitney Woodruff DNP, she was wonderful. She took her time with me, and was very knowledgeable. She helped me a lot, and now will be my Primary Care for good. I recommend Ogden Clinic to anyone looking for a good experience at the Doctor's.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Ogden clinic family for over 20 years. during that time with every medical interaction I have felt listen to, validated, and attended to in the most professional way. There have been times that I have had to wait an extended amount of time after my scheduled appointment due to an emergency. The staff always apologizes and I would respond, “it’s ok you’re worth the wait.” It wasn’t until this appointment that I needed the clinic to accommodate me. When I called to get an appointment I was told the earliest I could be seen was a week and 1/2 later. I explained panicky that I couldn’t wait that long. The scheduler could sense my anxiety and responded by messaging the nurse and explaining my situation. He promised to call me back as soon as he heard from them and to my surprise he did. they were able to get me in two days later. Both Kayleen Wilson and Josh Page Went above and beyond.

Negative experience: Needed imaging for a hernia and was told by the gentleman who answered that only way i could get it done during my visit is if I went to urgent care instead of making an actual appointment. The next day I waited for a time when urgent care time was at "0 minute wait". I made my appointment, pre checked in online and 90 minutes later i was still sitting in their waiting room, waiting. I talked to two girls at the desk. One had multi colored died hair and was nice and helpful, stating I should have been seen by that point and that they were getting a room ready for me. I spoke to another about 20 minutes after that who said imaging could be done at the same time. She stated that my appointment was only 51 minutes overdue, it was because i showed up 15 minutes early (which is recommended) that i had been there over an hour. I cancelled my appointment and left and my wife said that after i turned around to leave the girl at the desk rolled her eyes, leaned over to a co-worker and whispered to her before starting to laugh. Dont waste your time at this location being treated like I did because of misinformation given to me by their office. This was 2nd and last visit. First one took over an hour to get seen as well.

He is very knowledgeable and caring. His staff and the receptionists at the front desk are always super friendly. I would recommend OGDEN Clinic in Roy!

Negative experience: Poor performance. The staff in the waiting room were great but I wasn't impressed with the provider (Nurse Practitioner). Provider didn't ask many questions at all and no effort was made to try to determine the cause of my injury. Just told me to wait it out. I went to a different provider the next day at McKay-Dee Hospital and had the complete opposite experience.

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my kids here a few times now and I feel like the Doctors were thorough. They made sure I had answers and answered any questions I may of have. Although they were hurring to help everyone out, they still took the time we needed to figure out what was going on. They didn't just send us away with no answers. They also help us out with being selfpay and all. I will becoming back here, when the time comes.

Negative experience: I usually don’t write a review when I’m upset but I feel like this is so important in the medical field. People do not waste their TIME or MONEY if they don’t truly believe something is wrong with them. The doctor I spoke today came off as rude and as if he didn’t care at all. He didn’t introduce himself, he barely asked any questions and when he did he almost sounded frustrated. I spoke with him for less then 5 minutes and all he left me with was “take Ibuprofen” as he walked out the door. I could have asked many questions but I felt as if he didn’t care or want to help me. I fell and have been limping for 3 days all I wanted to know was if something could possibly be torn or worse then swelling. I waited 3 days to finally push myself to see if it was more serious, I’m thankful it is not but I would think the doctor would take there clients SERIOUSLY. I’ve came in before and had wonderful help the staff, nurses and doctors are usually so nice and helpful but today was a different experience.

Fantastic experience: I guess I missed a message they sent me asking me to call and reschedule my appointment and went anyway and the doctor was able to squeeze me in and he apologized for the long wait. I didn’t realize that it was longer than usual. I love dr. Bailey and how he is concerned for my well being and is completely attentive to his patience needs. The facility it always clean and the staff is very kind and welcoming. It’s the doctors office I finally feel has my back and wants me healthy and happy.

Negative experience: I was not happy with professionalism when I was in the clinic. I went on a Saturday morning and understand that this probably isn’t favorite shift for people work but this is usually what works for my busy life. There was one receptionist my got there so I had to wait. When the other receptionist came she wasn’t very nice. When I was taken back by the nurse she didn’t really talk to me at all and when she did ask me some questions she had left the exam room door cracked I asked her to close it and she acted put out. I was waiting for about 50 minutes for the doctor to come in and I could hear them all talking about right outside the office. Being as sick as I was it eventually went out and asked the doctor if we could go ahead and do the exam since I wasn’t feeling well. Dr was nice enough but when she came in to do the exam she did not wash her hands before she got started the exam and I had to stop her and ask her to wash her hands. Took her about five minutes to see me it was very frustrating I had to wait over an hour altogether to be seen.

Fantastic experience: I've had my family doctor at Tanner Clinic for a long time. I am not a fan of Tanner Clinic's billing department and my doctors schedule is impossible to get appointment closer than a few weeks now. I decided to try Ogden Clinic doctors because I had never been there, they were closer to my home, and the reviews were really good. I am not disappointed at all. I had a pediatrician appointment and an appointment with a family doctor the same morning and it was super easy. They seemed organized, the doctors were great, and I had a breeze getting through both appointments (although my 3 year old tried to make it difficult). The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I wish they had was a little area for kids (kids movies on or toys or something but I understand why they don't with germs and all) in the waiting room but I guess I should just go more prepared next time. Overall, I highly recommend Ogden Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Despite it being a busy Sun afternoon, the staff could not have been friendlier. The receptionist offered to let me wait in a separate waiting room where my 10 mo old & 3 yr old would be less likely to pick up an illness. We saw Dr. Taggart. She was great with my baby. Very friendly & kind. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very nice and upfront. I walked in 12/23, day before Christmas Eve, no appointment and was helped in about 20 minutes. I told them I had no insurance and they were very understanding and told me as best they could all of the expenses I was going to need to cover for my care before the care was administered. They were very informative and I felt genuinely cared for.

Negative experience: On a Sunday morning I got to Grandview Clinic at 8:10, and was probably the fourth person to have gotten there. I simply needed to have an x-ray of my chest to verify any hairline fractures from a previous car wreck. I waited for over two hours before I got to a room, and I still waited another hour in the room after that before I got my x-ray and talked to the health care provider. I usually don't have a problem with the waiting but this morning it was ridiculous. The reason I'm not giving a rating of one star, is because it appeared I had competent help.

Fantastic experience: The Grand View clinic is a very nice, clean, and friendly establishment. My PAc has been here for years and I still choose to come to this location even though there are other Ogden Clinics much closer. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes to be called back to an exam room. When my PAc is not available, the other staff members are extremely helpful and concerned with whatever my issue is. They all make a wonderful team!

Negative experience: I didn’t enjoy my visit, the Dr that had seen me didn’t have the best bedside manners and didn’t make me feel very welcomed. I have seen this dr in the past and never noticed that she kept talking over me and not giving me the time of day when I spoke about my concerns, I stayed in the office with several tests done for 4 hours to leave with no answers to the reasons I was severely concerned about. The assistants are very friendly but the Dr was very rude and I would like to switch my primary care provider to someone else, thank you.

Fantastic experience: My visit today was great. The wait time was short and the MA who took me back was very pleasant. Emily Shanafelt is my provider and she is the best. She always listens to what you have to say and tries to help find a solution. I have always had a great experience there.

Positive experience: The doctor I saw is great!! Everything else is frustrating. When you call Ogden Clinic it always goes to a calling center and not the specific location you are scheduling at or have questions for. On this particular visit I had a scheduled appointment for a yearly physical. I waited in the waiting room for over and hour. When checking in they never said anything about the doctor I was seeing running behind. I am willing to be patient but a heads up would be much appreciated. The only reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because I like the doctor I see. I am not a big fan of Ogden Clinic though.

Negative experience: I was seen by Chase Bailey, I was in a car accident he was the on call doctor that I initially seen. It wasn’t the best experience I had Shots done in my neck and there was no records that he had even given them to me. I’ve had lawyer threw the whole process and my lawyer had kept in Corespondent with them knowing that, they sent my remaining balance to collections. It saddens me because we love Brad Clark who my sons sees but if this is how you do business we will longer be seen at Ogden clinic!

Fantastic experience: Awesome! He listened to every thing I had to say. Was very nice and respectful. Assured me everything would be okay and made sure I was comfortable and confident on instructions for my medications. Answered every question I had and truly cares about his patients! He knows what he is doing. I will be going to him from now on.

Fantastic experience: I went in on a Sunday and got excellent service! Some people are not happy about working Sunday. However, Crystal, the receptionist was very friendly and caring. And I certainly can not say enough about the nurse Silvia. What an amazing lady who obviously loves her job and was meant to be in this position. So kind and caring and very polite. It's people like this that make urgent care less scary to go to. Thank you ladies for a good experience at a not so good time.

Fantastic experience: I was really impressed with Dr Woolf. He seems to truly care about his patients. Very thorough and followed up afterwards. Had to refer me to another Dr, but told me to contact him if I didn't hear from the other Dr because he "doesn't like to see things fall through the cracks".

Fantastic experience: I went in for throat pain, and before I even sat down to wait they called me in. It was fast and to the point, I got my results efficiently and everyone was kind. I definitely recommend Dr. Jessica Wozab, she was very polite and professional, but easy to talk to and really approachable.

Fantastic experience: Came in with a possible kidney stone to urgent care. The wait time was short. They quickly started labs and then got me into a room so when the doctor came in she already had the lab results. I found the whole experience to be professional and good. I recommend.

Negative experience: My appointment was 1 pm, and i was in the waiting room for 45 mins before getting taken back. I then waited another 10-15 mins before I even saw Dr. Barris. This was all for a physical, super simple and quick procedure but it took an hour to even see the doctor. That was not including the time that i showed up early, and when the nurse said they were slammed, there were only 3 of us in the waiting room and not many cars in the parking lot. Super slow.

Fantastic experience: I switch to this clinic about a year ago. Because canyon view clinic was very slow. Every time I went there I was there over 2 hrs. Since I switch clinic the longest I have been there was today. And that was only because I did a physical. And I was out of there only 40 mins. I am so thankful I finally switched. Fantastic experience: Dr. Wilson: She is knowledgeable, great listening, gave great solutions, and service. Nurse and front desk also professional and helpful. Gentleman at Lab did a blood draw-no bruises. It was my first visit at this clinic and I will be a regular patient there and with Mrs. Wilson as a result.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had regarding a medical team was at this location. It started last Wednesday with an appointment with PA Chase Bailey. I got to my appointment 20 minutes early per the request of the clinic. Upon arrival, I was told the PA was running behind. I ended up being fine to wait. What I didn’t anticipate is the 45 minute wait to get in to see the PA, followed by another 20 minutes of waiting after arrival in our room followed by some lab test after a brief encounter with the PA (who was sick and wearing a mask and sniffling the whole time). All in all I was there for more than an hour an a half. I was told it would take about three days to get my results back and to expect a call on Friday. I was also supposedly given a prescription to pick up at my pharmacy. We headed to the pharmacy on Thursday only to find out they never received my prescription. A full week later, I had to call several times to get a review of my lab results, only to find out that one of the tests that was supposed to be run, never was. I was told that I could stop in to any lab and they could do it for me. I have never felt so brushed off, as such an inconvenience or another number as I did at this location, not just by the PA, but almost all of the staff. In the future I will be taking my business and health care elsewhere with recommendations to anyone else I know to do the same :(

Positive experience: Went and saw jason bruse and he was amazing. He was quick with the procedure and everything went well. 3 star rating because we dont have insurance and we asked the front desk how much the visit would be specifying that we dont have insurance. We asked for the full balance and she told us, we paid what she told us, now we are stuck with a $200 bill. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Emily Shanafelt was amazing! Shockingly enough the Urgent Care wait was only about 15 min at 10 on Sat morning. Emily was friendly and helpful but not the fake friendly. She was fast and efficient without making us feel rushed and like she wasn't listening. I'm thinking of making her my primary care Dr now. Great service!

Negative experience: I went to this clinic because of an illness I had had for a week. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, and everybody I talked to was very nice and personable. Emily Schanafelt treated me, and she was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to everybody! For that visit I gave a five. Later I went for another visit, and that doctor was a quack. He described symptoms that didn't match what I had, and he said that because of the the location that was what it had to be. Had showed me a picture that didn't look like what I had, and said that was what it had to be because of the location. The picture and the symptoms didn't match, but that's what it had to be. If I could give Dr. Baires negative stars I of I would, but I'll give both visits a two.

Negative experience: I love Ogden clinic, I have always had a great experience. This time was totally different. I waited a ridiculously long time in the waiting room, and then in the room. There was one person there besides me, so I didn’t think it would have taken long, I was there almost two hours. The MA was extremely rude and seemed almost irritated. The dr was in the room not even five minutes and made me feel extremely rushed. With her being so quick in the room, I don’t understand why my wait was as long as it was. I didn’t want to be there any more than the next person, but I wish I would have been treated with a little more respect and my concerns would have addressed. I don’t think I will use their instacare again.

Negative experience: These people will make you reschedule even if you are a tiny bit late. Even if the doctor previously told you that you absolutely had to be seen today. Even if the treatment he prescribed is the reason everyone had to poop on the way out the door, making you later than you would like. Even if you have a tiny baby who is sick and kept you up all night. Even if you already kept your kid home from school. . (Turns out, tomorrow will work fine! All the sacrifices you made to get here are worthless. Except, if the same thing happens tomorrow, you'll be rescheduled again.) They will make you wait 30 minutes, but they won't wait 6 minutes for you. They are not the least bit understanding or accommodating. They are not rude, they just don't really care whether or not you see the doctor. I'm going to find a new clinic. Heaven help you if you are ever actually in a really hard place, because these people won't.

Fantastic experience: I've been here twice for urgent care. Both times I was treated with respect, and patience. The first time was a few years ago and I was able to get an appointment. This time was as a walk in. I love that I could sign in online and arrive closer to the end of my wait time. PA Grogan was very helpful. He actually listened to me. He didn't make me feel rushed. I am looking for a new doctor. Pretty sure where I'm looking first.

Negative experience: We love Ogden clinic. However, please please avoid the Physical Therapy here! They will put you with an assistant who will barely spend time with you. We had to constantly ask for help or reminders on how to do the exercises. They would wander off, talk amongst themselves, complain about their jobs and do anything else but pay attention to their patients. We hardly ever saw the actual therpaist (Nathan Goff) and when we finally switched to another PT we found out that the exercises we were doing were not enough to heal and prevent further injury. Nathan Goff gave advice against my doctors wishes, made crude jokes and talked about politics during therapy. He was unprofessional and actually ended up doing more harm than good for recovery after surgery. I wish I could get my co-pays back for all the wasted time we waited around for these people to do their jobs. This experience has turned my whole family off from going back to Ogden clinic. But definitely definitely dont do PT here!

Negative experience: This location has a general wait time of over an hour past your designated appointment time. The staff answering the phones are also severely unprofessional. For instance I got called by the staff telling me that they ordered new medication and sent the information to the pharmacy. The order was never submitted along with there not being enough detail in the physician notes to discern what medication needed to be ordered. I then called the staff to find out what was going on and a male operator said that my physician was in and that he was going to ask about it and call me back. I ended up waiting at the pharmacy for over an hour waiting for the call back only to find out that the operator never talked to my physician. He had me wait until his clock out time and left without giving me any call back to inform me that I would have to wait till the next day. I would recommend finding a different location as the staff seem to be severely unprofessional at this one.

Positive experience: Giving 4 stars because the wait wasn't too bad. The staff was friendly. My main issue with them is the guy who drew a blood sample from me didn't have a order for it so I had to come back 5 min later to give another sample by the same guy. I felt it was unprofessional to have someone drawing blood without the proper forms. As well as they needed me to do a test that required me to not eat or drink anything an hour before. No one told the nurse that gave me water to drink to do my UA so that also concerns me on the lack of communication. Other than that it was a clean facility with nice staff members

Fantastic experience: My experience being seen by dr bailey has always been good. Wait times can be lengthy sometimes, but seeing Dr Bailey is worth the wait. I rarely feel rushed, he takes his time to understand what’s going on, answer questions, and explain things.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been sick enough to go to the doctor in over 10 years. Tonight I gave in and went. Dr. Bailey was awesome. He addressed my concerns and also helped me with something else that I haven't been able to make it to the doctor for. The online check in for Urgent Care was also fantastic. I only had to wait a short time because I had check in online and waited in the comfort of my home until it was time to go in.

Fantastic experience: Was able to schedule an appointment on the drop of a dime, didn't have to wait long to be seen and Dr. Shanafelt was very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. She diagnosed me accurately and made the necessary referral to the neurologist. OvI' found my new doctor and clinic and will be receiving friends and family

Positive experience: Dr Allred is a spectacular doctor. If it wasn't for him I would never go to this poorly managed clinic ever again. Working with anyone for administrative needs here is like living in a Joseph Heller Novel. I feel like I have to tell them how to do their jobs to get an appointment set up. I'm sure there is better talent (not that a lot of talent would be required) out there....like maybe a potato you could hire...come on people.
