Negative experience: Beware; the price you see on the freezer shelf is not what they will charge you. You will pay a higher price in feint gray print at the bottom edge of the food dish, unless you subject yourself to a lecture to become a member. You might as well go to New Seasons, pay roughly the same amount and not be tricked.

Fantastic experience: Great healthy gluten free food the wonderful personalities very helpful I'd recommend to everyone!

Negative experience: Food delicious, staff helpful and knowledgeable. However I went in today and spent full price on the meals that I paid, not understanding that there are teeny tiny “retail prices” listed on the boxes. Turns out if I would have joined the fit club for $10 I would have received 20% off my purchase and my overall total would’ve been cheaper. The sales person failed to mention that to me. So when I called confused about what I was charged I understood. But then I asked if they could change it for me and sign me up for the club he said no. I told him I wouldn’t be back and he just merely said ok thank you. Instead of making it right. It’s too bad because I’ve spent over $1K total in the past and was ready to re-commit. Fantastic experience: I discovered MyFitFoods while starting a new routine to get healthy after trying all the online shopping meal services. The online programs always taste frozen and just wrong. I am so happily I stumbled on their website and found out they are local so I can go and pick them out and not have to stress. The food is fresh, tastes great and the team is always so helpful. I don’t know her name but the person that helps me is always on point and good to work with!

Fantastic experience: I’m an HVAC technician and working overtime in the hot summers makes it difficult to meal prep and usually leads to Fast Food (which is more expensive nowadays and of course unhealthy). So naturally this alternative fits perfectly with much more benefits. Not to mention the companies work culture is something most companies dream of having where the employees are super positive go getters that are doing their best to truly help people. I recommend anyone to just check out the place and see what they’re about!

Positive experience: Staff trying to be your friend is creepy. I am tired of answering the same personal question about myself to every staff member while paying for food. Some memorized my name, which is double creepy. I don't want to be remembered, I don't want to be friends with the staff, and I don't want to be greeted and noticed every time I walk in. I want to be an invisible nobody—just get in, pay for the food, and get out. The staff's behavior is an invasion of privacy.

Positive experience: I've been a customer for a couple of years coming in to grab a meal or snack after a gym class. I just started using their meal service. So far it is helping my husband and I eat better when we both work full time and don't have a lot of time to grocery shop and cook healthy meals. Food: The meals are very filling and tasty. They are heavily peppered or a tad too spicy and I feel like I would enjoy the food more with less pepper and spice. Price: Best price I have seen for competing local food delivery services. Especially with how high grocery costs are now. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Everything is great! I gave the food 4 stars because almost everything I've tried has had spice to it, like red pepper flakes kind of spice. I think they should be left out because people can add that if they want spicy but others who don't can't take it off, and I end up not being able to eat it. I even ask prior to buying, and every time they've said it's not, then I run into the pepper flakes. Other than the spice, the food quality is very good. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. It's not cheap, but I think it's a great value for those who don't have time to meal prep or cook themselves healthy meals, and it's DEFINITELY cheaper and healthier than eating out.

The meals are great and they are often rotating in new recipes while keeping the favorites. I recommend this place if you need quick meals that are well balanced and if you want a friendly supportive environment.

Positive experience: Excellent place to buy some prepared meals from if you are struggling with meal prep. They are on the expensive side (around $5-6 a meal), but they are conveniently packaged and easy to reheat at home (1 minute in the microwave is usually plenty). In my experience, the meals will taste fresh up to 6 days from pick-up. They are delicious and taste very healthy. Many keto friendly options too.

Negative experience: Today I came to buy my food like every week today the assistant manager told me that I had to pay a monthly fee of 10 dollars per month to have a 20% discount on each purchase, something that surprised me because I have more than 6 months as a customer and they had never notified me of that but the problem is not that but the attitude of the msnager assistant is very bad before you had very friendly workers, lately all the staff are new and they do not have a good attitude I do not know if it is because I am Hispanic or my English is not perfect but the owner of this business is a Hispanic like me, I really feel bad for the arrogant attitude of this assistant manager, in the end she wanted to give me a meal and I told her I didn't want it, no I come to look for free food, maybe my comment is not pleasant but I have to express what happened I will have to look for alternatives and your assistant knows who I am I have previously referred friends to this store I will not do it again thanks !!

Fantastic experience: Staff at FitFoods is one of the bests I’ve seen in a while they are very easy to get along with. They also have some really good meal preps there I recommend the tacos and the fit salmon

Fantastic experience: I’m a construction worker and stopped in for the first time on my lunch break today. I was not only impressed with the business and their selection of meals, but also lucky enough to get a full tour and rundown from Will, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was the envy of the construction site when I got back to work with my salmon and asparagus. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: The experience is phenomenal, the staff treat you like royalty from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. They remembered who I was on the second visit, impressive! The food is surprisingly well made, I did some quick Google-fu on the ingredients and they all are pretty solid. I wonder if a nutritionist designs these? They only have a couple salad options which is a bummer but not a big deal. The prices are roughly on par with what you would pay at a grocery store for a ready to eat meal if you get the premium club thing, probably a bit more on the pricier side. Not for people on a budget. As a health conscious person with a bit of dosh to burn and no time to spare this is perfect for me.

Fantastic experience: My Fit Foods has been the best experience! It is so convenient and the food taste great! I work 24hr shifts and I just grab all my meals for the day and pack them with me. Also, shout out to JEN who has been absolutely amazing. She has helped me so much. She was the first person I met at My Fit Foods and she helped me do the in body scan and get all set up with how many calories to eat and how much protein I should be eating. She has gone above and beyond making sure I'm taken care of. She always has a smile on her face and is happy to help you. I owe a lot of my weight loss progress to Jen. I will definitely continue to get food from here on out!

There are some growing pains with their website and UI experience but it’s become much better. Most importantly, no matter what happens the staff will always make it right. They always go above and beyond to educate and talk to you about you goals. Their nutritionist knows what they are doing! Set up an appointment and get a custom meal plan!

Fantastic experience: My Fits Foods has been a huge part of my wellness regimen for close to two years now! I love to eat healthy, but never seem to have the time to cook. My Fit Foods helps me eat healthy well balanced meals with no prep time! All their meals are delicious and come fully macro balanced. They have a nice variety of breakfast lunch and dinner options plus small and large sizes to accommodate any appetite size. The staff there too is very friendly and knowledgeable who are always excited to see me and encourage me to focus on my nutritional goals!

Great atmosphere with friendly staff always willing to help in your journey of not only your diet, but your workouts too. The food is great quality and fair prices. My favorite is the Bison Breakfast! You can even order food online and have it delivered to your home for a low price. Love being able to use their InBody Scan to really capture metrics that you don’t get with a normal scale. Non-pressure atmosphere, good people and lots of value. Fantastic experience: I went to fitfoods on the recommendation of one of my clients, and am thrilled that I did. Emilee was wonderful from the 15 minutes she spent on the phone with me answering questions, prior to me actually coming to their location. I left feeling like I had a plan to give myself more balanced nourishment. After now finishing week two of working with them, I've found some favorites of my own, and ones that I probably wouldn't get in the future. I feel that my success is their success, and that they are all on my team, not just trying to sell me extra meals. Negative experience: Just ordered one steak and one salmon dinner to try it out, both options were horrible. The steak was tough and came with 2 pieces of asparagus, and the salmon was rubbery. I think nuking the meal for 95 seconds, as instructed, ruined any chance these meals had to be decent unfortunately. Considering the portion size i was expecting high quality food, but this is just bad. So bad that we decided to throw it away, go to the grocery store, and cook our own healthy meal. You should do the same.

Fantastic experience: MYFITFOODS is literally saving my life right now. As a brand new business owner I'm on the go 100% of the time. I can bring the easy delicious meals to work. Perfect portions. I actually tell them they are over feeding me lol. But seriously, I'm so happy to be eating properly now. Now I am hungry when I should be and NOT at 10pm because I didn't eat all day.
