Fantastic experience: I have been to dozens of gyms, studios, fitness facilities, and I can truly say there is no place better, from the instructors, to the staff, to the community of members, to all the effort that goes into every aspect of the experience. This community and this gym is a special place and love bringing in new guests and friends in as often as possible!

Positive experience: I came here twice to teach a dance class and both experiences were great! I’ve been thinking of joining and or working here a bit. Been wanting a new environment that has great amenities. I recommend!

Fantastic experience: Love almost everything about the gym, facility and management are top notch. Wish there was a sauna for women. If the gym wanted to top it off, a cold plunge for both men and women would make it a go to gym.

The kids have really enjoyed being able to swim year round and have recently gotten into the rock wall. There are so many different things for us to do as a family that our kids never get bored.

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked out at Treehouse for 5+ years now. The staff is friendly and the people there feel like family. No strange “bro” vibes or people hitting on each other, etc. Just good people that live around the area getting their workout in and enjoying being around friends. Good equipment, not GREAT, but fair. Could optimize their space better and bring in newer things more often, but I’m fine with with they provide. Clean locker rooms. Pool area is a bit small but adequate.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym since I was young. The gym equipment is always working and replaced often with new better machines! The environment is lively and fun and not too crowded. The locker rooms have great amenities and are a great place to relax after a workout.

Fantastic experience: My husband has been a member of treehouse (with his family) since it opened. He’s always been a huge fan but I couldn’t justify the price. When Vasa changed the price of their kidcare significantly we finally switched over to treehouse. We’ve never looked back. It is so clean, organized and well maintained but the amenities for kids are what we can’t leave. My kids love the kid care and actually have fun. Everyone who works at the gym is so nice. They also include 2 seasonal sports camp PER kid every quarter. While the price is high, we feel like they do their best to make it worth your money!

The staff is so sweet and truly goes the extra mile to make it an enjoyable experience for the kids, but also to see to their needs to best of their abilities so that I can enjoy my workout. Fantastic experience: Just went today-amazing first experience!! Great daycare for the kids. Love that they separate the littles from the big kids and even a fenced area for the sleeping babies away from the toddlers. Love love love variety of classes! My big kids are obsessed with coming, they are also doing dance and karate here all included. I can’t believe how amazing this gym is. Love the steam room and hot tub. Love how clean it feels! Everyone seemed super friendly. If I could put in requests….The womens locker room does not have a dry sauna but the mens does? However we do have a steam room and hot tub and it literally feels like I’m at a spa when I’m done with my workout. would like to requests more afternoon classes (yoga dance barre cycle) so we can have slow mornings not rushing out and then we can head to the gym for fun afternoon for the kiddos and some mom downtime when I’m ready for a break haha. Thank you! Editing to add that Candace is seriously the best!!! I felt so welcomed by her and she gave an amazing tour and spent time to help me with the app and explain everything to me. She is seriously amazing, I joined the next day after speaking with her- she is a gem and I’m so excited that to have someone I can go to for questions or any concerns. She is amazing!!! So so so thankful for this gym-it’s been life changing for me and for my mental and physical health.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Customer service is a stand out here. The people that work the front desk are incredible...probably make nothing but are always happy(so nice to walk into a gym and youre treated like family). Lilly goes beyond her job requirements and exuberates customer service. Candace that runs the membership office, gets it! She understands what needs to happen in a gym and is expected from a gym. It's always nice when someone works a job that they are extremely passionate about and isn't there just for a job. The other girls that work in there are the same way! Francisco is awesome at keeping everything in top shape in the men's locker room. Don't get me started on daycare. Screw the gym or working out, the daycare is unreal with taking care of my kids. That service is worth its weight in gold and my kids always are asking to go. Truly, some angels work there. At first site you may question it, but after a month of realizing it's life changing, you'll never quit being a member.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing. The staff is super helpful and always kind. The locker rooms are always well stocked and very clean! I take my two little ones to the daycare/nest area they have there basically everyday, and it’s seriously the best thing! The manager of the nest V seriously does an amazing job keeping everything in order with so many kids! She even plans fun days/ activities for the kids to do and it makes me feel like I’m dropping them off at preschool! She definitely loves kids and loves her staff because she does an amazing job.

Negative experience: A nice facility (if we were in the 90s), but the real reason I'm giving it 1 star is because of the D baggery of the clientele, especially the men (what else is new). It is insane. A bunch of dudes with double-digit IQs, undeserving of their position in life, parading around talking about how cool they are. You're from Draper, UT bro! Take it down a notch. This isn't a big city where you would be eaten alive with your po-dunk inbred pedigree.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of gyms, whether it be franchises or private companies. At the end of the day, this one takes the cake. Conveniently located. Service is amazing and a lot of equipment offered so you never feel like you can't get a set in. Best part is the steam room and locker room hot tub!

Positive experience: Nice gym. Definitely expensive for Utah. Biggest con is when school is out kids/teenagers own this gym. Super crowded until school is back in session. Updated to 4 stars because of nice reply from gym :)

Fantastic experience: Treehouse Athletic Club is a fantastic choice for yoga and gymnastic person. They have dedicated studios with experienced instructors who guide you through the practice. The classes are challenging yet rejuvenating.

Positive experience: signed up because of the reputation however i was let down by the experience no room for someone like me do not trust katelyn. the gym itself is very good I will continue exercising here, if one exercises here ignorant of the reputation then that is okay too keep an eye out for katelyn or her "friends"

Fantastic experience: Great club. Wish they actually utilized the hot yoga room and held actual HOT ( not warm) flow classes. Other than than this gym is chefs kiss.

Positive experience: The gym is pretty good but I’ve found the service from Candace in the membership office to the differentiating factor. She’s been incredibly helpful in dealing with a handful of small issues as they have arisen.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here on and off for about 15 years. I wanted to give Treehouse a huge shout out for all the new gym equipment they just got us. It really makes the gym feel up-to-date and I think it’s money well spent! Great Job Treehouse, this is a great family gym best in the state I think!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym for over a year now and i absolutely LOVE it. Best athletic club in UT. Daycare is top notch, pool is great, tons of classes for anything you would want to do. I've gotten to know a few of the trainers and they are all dedicated to helping you acheive your fitness goals. They recently added new equipment to their weight room and it is AWESOME! My wife who is 5'4 loves the new bench presses as she said it makes it easier, she actually hit a PR two days ago on their new bench press and she is ecstatcic. We both are excited about all their new machines and equipment they added. For what you are getting at this club in regards to the new equipment, the ease of use and the friendliness of staff you cannot get any better. Might not be the cheapest gym in the world, but you see the value of what they offer as soon as you walk in the door. Absolutely worth it!

Negative experience: They recently have been replacing the equipment which is somehow worse then the old equipment. The new benches are too high off the ground to properly plant your feet. *I'm 5'9* The new cable machines are too low and not properly oiled which makes lifting with 2 sides impossible or extremely uneven. Me and multible members have brought this up to the staff in charge of the equipment and the owner for nothing to be changed or done. I will say this is definitely the cleanest gym in the valley, but with them uping the price every 6 months and newer gyms Popping up cheaper or the same price with a lot better equipment there's better places to workout

Positive experience: Great clean gym to workout in. The only problem is the price and the management. The gym definitely is high end and the price matches that, but if you go a lot it's definitely worth the price. My main complaint is that it seems like the athletic director is trying to make all of the good yoga teachers leave.

Fantastic experience: Love Treehouse!! They have a lot of great & newer equipment. Never crowded, especially compared to other popular & cheaper gyms. I have never felt as if the rooms or equipment are dirty. They offer great & challenging classes from staff. They have an awesome sauna & hot tub in the locker rooms. During the summer, using the outdoor pool is nice & relaxing. Workers are always very nice. They also have a protein place attached that has delicious & healthy options :)

From start to finish, She welcomed me and made me feel like family! So professional, and yet so warm and welcoming. Just like the atmosphere at treehouse. What a beautiful facility! And all of the classes that they have to offer! Not to mention all of the awesome equipment… And friendly staff! I definitely made the right choice! Negative experience: Was at the gym tonight when a rude employee (older woman with short brown hair) came to the pool and started yelling at a mom with her kids over an apparent misunderstanding about her buddy pass. It was so off putting and just embarrassing to see the staff act that way and treat a human being that way. They even called the cops on the mom to kick her out, just because she forgot to fill out her buddy pass. I mean, c‘mom. Is that really the kind of gym treehouse is? I’ve seen this happening lately a lot where employees and managers are treated members like complete garbage. Just really condescending and rude for no good reason. This used to be a classy gym but lately it’s hard to say one positive thing about it. Thinking of switching.

Negative experience: This is a good club that used to have a first class swim team. It has been taken over by Fish Market, a 3rd party private swim team that have few kids whose parents are even members of the club and do not take care of the facility. The old swim team was a fantastic way to socialize with other members, enjoy our facility with the whole family and enjoy the benefits of membership. Now a 3rd party takes over and operates a private venture that disregards the mission of the facility. Also the spin bikes are old antiquated pieces of junk. The flywheel will hurt your knees.

Negative experience: This is a high quality facility with one exception. It's unfathomable that there is a sauna for the men but not the women. Are men the only ones who get sore muscles after a workout.....??

Positive experience: I will bump this up to five stars if they play better music! I'm pretty sure I heard the same playlist in Macy's. It's not very motivational and some songs are straight up depressing :/ Fantastic gym apart from that haha

Fantastic experience: It's a nice, clean facility. Very well maintained, plenty of towels, staff is friendly, men and women's locker rooms have private jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. Pool is also very well maintained. Used to belong to Vasa, but this was much closer to us. A bit more money, but my family thinks its worth it.

Fantastic experience: The lap pool here is amazing. They just put up the bubble for the winter and it looks amazing. The lap pool is a little shallow but still a great pool to swim at. The basketball courts are also really good to. They are well maintained and are very nice. They have been doing really well with cleaning there facilities and help maintain social distancing while still having a great time at these amazing facilities. Over all this is a great place to go to swim, play basketball, and etc.

Fantastic experience: We love Treehouse! Took some time to get customed to it but the gym is nice, clean, and has a lot of stuff constantly working to keep things that way. We love the yoga classes here and mainly lift in the free weight area outside of that. Treehouse was a bit warm before. When I brought this to their attention they were very quick to respond and fix the issue. Very pleased with their prompt and professional manner of handling this.

Negative experience: Ive been going here for just over a year and was shocked at some of the changes they are making. I was told the other day that I shouldn’t take more than 1 sweat towel and was told that I couldn’t have my phone out while in the locker room. Not sure If I will continue to go here especially with how much they charge. I would recommend looking at lifetime fitness before deciding on tree house.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the BEST kids programming for young AND older kids (through 12)! Kids Fit program daily where they are led through fitness, stretching, then play games like tag, sharks and minnows and dodgeball. Summer camp and field trip options, pool! They actually play with the kids!! And the group fitness classes are amazing! Not enough space to mention all the wonderful things about this gym!! Facilities are amazing too.

Positive experience: My family and I loved going to this place. We recently just canceled because it was too expensive. Had to squeeze in a new car payment so threw the budget off. I think this place stays in business because there isn't another Gym like with the same amenities near by. Maybe we'll rejoin one day because it really is nice Gym to hang out in if they get other pricing plans.

Negative experience: I wish I could give a better review but I only have my signup experience to report. We were told a reasonable price and were excited to signup. When it came time to signup they were actually going to charge us $50 more than what was originally agreed upon. They wanted to charge us around $180 for a family of four. We are a family of three with our youngest being an infant who would only use the daycare area (which we were happy to pay for, they quoted us around $15 or so a month). They said that they would talk to the manager who originally quoted us the lower price and get back to us on Monday (it was a Friday afternoon). Its been 2 months and we just received our callback. We ended up going to lifetime where we are charged based on the amount of people in our family and the customer service was spot on.

Fantastic experience: This place is a family favorite for almost 20 years. Every chance we get we come here. Also..best place to 'pool' in the winter season.

Fantastic experience: Super nice facility, great staff with positive attitude! Been members since it opened. Recently remodeled which lightened and brightened the look. Summer days by the pool have been great. My wife loves their Yoga class. Once in a while they struggle with kids in the adult locker room. Just let the front desk know so they can handle it. Convenient hours with excellent equipment. Make the time to get here!

Positive experience: Beware..... my 17 year old son informed me that Treehouse had him sign a contract and wanted me to sign a liability form. I went in to ask them to refund his membership fees and sign up costs, as I was not willing to sign the liability form, nor did we agree to the contract. After speaking to the account rep and informing her that a 17 year old cannot sign a legal contract, the general manager was called in, and immediately was on defense becoming extremely unprofessional, not willing to do anything regarding this. Unfortunately this will have to go the legal route, which seems overboard for 214.00. After this Manager and her child were both fired, I am sure this was not the first time this happened. I received a call from the new management and offered a full apology and my son a full refund. I hope that the new management sticks it out, looks like they are taking every step to rebuild their client base. My wife now has a membership and has been pleased with the staff.

Fantastic experience: Very clean with friendly staff. Even during peak times it doesn't seem crowded and there are still plenty of machines to get through your workout in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Just signed up over a month ago. Facilities are great, clean and it’s NEVER overcrowded at peak times and this prolly has to do with how things are laid out. Men’s locker room is really clean and is not like other gyms where you feel you might need a tetanus shot after entering. No egos as well here from gym members, staff is friendly and greets you each day. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Love it here. Just joined three months ago. Have already met loads of enthusiastic, uplifting, and motivating people. The staff has always been helpful. The classes I’ve attended have been phenomenal. I work at my own pace, im in my 30’s, as I’m getting back into shape, and the instructors are supportive and full of great info. Also, the childcare is fantastic. My kids ASK to come to “kid fit” which makes me come exercise on days I was planning on slacking off. The kids area gives me time to workout and then have time to myself afterwards. I’ve even taken a child out, while others are still in the childcare, to spend some quality one on one time with him/her while at the gym! This gym has improved my quality of life, and that of my family, by 100%.

Negative experience: The pricing system is ridicules for simple family or small family, plus the management level is not good enough for the pricing. Time to move for an new place!

Negative experience: everybody seems kind of stuck up or snobby, I don't feel comfortable walking in. It's a nice facility, but the staff at the front desk and patrons seem abrasive towards others.

Fantastic experience: My family all goes here and we all enjoy our time. While the price is a little higher than other facilities, it is worth it for families. Everyone is always very helpful and nice.

Fantastic experience: I love how friendly everyone is. Mindi is a wonderful Monday morning motivator and Bobbi is an amazing Thursday motivator. I love going here. I also take yoga on Tuesday but there is a new instructor name Jen and she is great too but still feeling her out. All the motivation I need to get myself into shape

Negative experience: The management is disastrous!!! Extremely poor customer service!!! Lots of attitude by the employees!!! Employees calling customers names!!! Trash taking and collective talked about customers. Making it very uncomfortable to workout when there is constant entitlement which is also encouraged by the employees. Looks and smells like the 80's!!!! Will never get a membership there specially when there are lots of better options with better service and attitude. Those employees and management can keep that gross place with horrible reputations for themselves till it self destructs.

Fantastic experience: I have been at Treehouse now for almost 4 years. I even moved just over a year ago and now it's a little further for me but I continue to go to this gym. For me what sets this gym apart from others is the group fitness schedule. I love that there are multiple choices so I can mix up my routine and I don't ever get bored. I also appreciate all the amenities provided in the locker room. I also LOVE the daycare. They work really hard to make it a fun place where kids want to come play. Whenever I watch the girls working there they are busy and involved with the kids. They are so friendly and say hello to my girls by name. I would highly recommend this gym, particularly if you stay home with your kids and need some time for yourself.
