Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Sono Bello!! From the minute I walked in the door for my initial consultation, I felt like I was welcomed home. The cute ladies at the front desk were so cheerful. And Jessica, my consultant, was amazing. It’s never comfortable having someone see all of your loose skin and apron belly rolls, but never once did she make me feel uncomfortable. In fact, she was the absolute opposite. Jessica literally brought me to tears when she showed me what they could do for me. I immediately scheduled my surgical appointment. My surgical team was the best! Dr. Tat explained the entire procedure to me in great detail, so I was fully prepared on surgery day. My OR Nurse, Lexi, and my Post-OP nurse Nicole were the best! This team truly cared about me, my comfort level, and were able to settle my nerves, which made the procedure so much easier for me. I loved that they talked and joked with me and sang along with the great tunes, which they also let me choose. It was truly a great experience with them. Morgan is my Venus Tech and she’s been my lifesaver! She was able to work out all of the last knots and hard spots that I had from the lipo. She’s the sweetest and I’m truly going to miss her when I’ve completed my treatment. If you’ve been on the fence about Sono Bello, believe me when I say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, besides losing 75 pounds. Take the leap and get ready to be amazed!!!

Fantastic experience: As I sit and try to write this review, I'm finding words cannot express all the emotions I'm feeling. Let me start with a huge Thank You. Thank you to Dr. Mehr, my nurses Annie and Shannon for taking care of me in the OR. To Jenn and Amber for being outstanding and crying and celebrating with me. I am not sure what I expected, but what I ended up with is so much better than I had imagined. Dr. Mehr is a godsend. He was open, honest, and answered all of my questions twice. While in the OR we laughed, joked, listened to music, we even played name that tune. Annie was kind and sweet, Shannon was the quiet calm. The only time she really spoke up was to tell me how beautiful my new belly button was! Amber, I can't tell you how amazing you are and how you've helped me. Also, Amber, you are the IV rockstar! (I felt nothing) Jenn, you have been my comfort and my champion through this whole process. Thanks to all the front staff whose names I don't have. I appreciate all of you so very much. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic team and wonderful atmosphere! Jessica is such a warm, fun and dedicated person. She really helped me feel comfortable and made the experience a great one for my consultation and my set up. I will update on my post procedure results once I get it done next week! Update: I had my surgery yesterday. It went very well, and although the first day pain for me was more like Freddy Kruger ripping me open haha the medicine helped and today is 10x better on pain. I looked at myself in the mirror and even though it’s only the second day, I cried tears of joy. I can’t believe how I already look. This is amazing and is so worth it already.

Jessica is amazing. I told her that I was a little unsure about getting liposuction because maybe I should try harder to lose more weight. She enthusiastically assured me that I'm totally making the right decision because I've already done most of the work and it's okay to ask for help achieving the goal of feeling confident in my own skin. I was worried about the cost and if I would even be able to afford a procedure like this, and Jessica totally helped me out with the financing. She really strived to make this as affordable for me as possible and totally reassured me that with all the work I've already put into losing 100 pounds on my own...this is the best gift I could ever buy myself. I quit vaping and started running and now I can run even longer because I don't have the constant reminder I used to be overweight folding over my underwear! I would like to not only thank Jessica for helping me with the financing but Dr. Mehr, Amber, Morgan and all the other staff that was invoved in my proceedure. Everything resulting from my experience with Sono Bello has been nothing short of positive! Thank you!

Negative experience: Check Trustpiloet for real reviews! Sonnobello is really the biggest scam out there. Surgons especially at this location have a great history of being negligent and delivering poor results. I am permanently disfigured by the actions of dr M Painful procedures that leave people with lifelong scars and disfigurement As the other reviews suggest I believe many of these reviews are falsified the sales woman is not that great. Being nice is the easiest part of any job, but when you are pushy and don't give a hoot it shows.

Negative experience: Wish I could give a half star. It has been a few years since my procedure and every time I see the ads I think I need to say something, I want people to know how horrible my stomach looks. At my last visit they told me to just give it time well I have and my stomach is clumpy, I can’t wear a bikini because it is gross and I am now self conscious of my husband seeing me naked. I will take a picture and post it.

Fantastic experience: Honestly I had an attitude when I first came in for my initial consultation. I was just gathering information that was all. Then out comes Jessica. My first thoughts, I embarrassed to say was one of judgement. She was beautiful and dressed to the nines. I thought here we go, she is going to tell me if I just do this procedure I will be able to look like her. My attitude continued until I sat down with this ANGEL of a woman. I'm 66 years old. I have been carrying around this skin from my C sections for 30 years. She didn't say oh this will give you more confidence. She didn't say this will make you beautiful. She said, we can help you so you will be more comfortable. I did not expect this at all. She was real, empathetic and kind. I don't want or need a bikini body. I just want to be more comfortable living my very active life . Traveling, skiing. Swimming, hiking and working two jobs. I signed nothing. I told her I needed to talk with my primary care doctor and I would get back to her. She said that is a great idea. There was absolutely no sales pitch pressure. I wouldn't have done it if there was. I talked with my personal doctor who told me this would change my life. That is what I needed to hear. I called Jessica and said let's do it! She was so genuinely excited for me. I DID IT. I'm a week out now from my procedure. Not going to lie it was an INTENSE procedure. The recovery has been rough. But things are feeling better. Everyone in this office from the front desk to all of the medical personnel have been so positive, real and caring. This is a big decision, one that has been in the making for 30 years. I am so happy that I chose ME and Sono Bella. We need more Angels in this world. Thank you for being kind.

Negative experience: For what it's worth, a little over 8 years ago I made the decision to have my upper arms, thighs (saddle bags) and lower abdomen done here. I had seen pictures of "botched" procedures leaving indents across the stomach, but there were so many great reviews and I told myself, that won't happen to me. Well...after battling hormonal issues, insulin resistance, and adrenal fatigue you'd never even know I had any type of procedure other than the scars and the hideous indentations where removal is uneven across my lower abdomenand hip area. I wish i had never had the procedures because 1) getting fat sucked was only a temporary fix that ended up making things look worse and 2) at the time, all I knew was trying all my old tricks to lose weight weren't working anymore and I figured this would fix that...what I did not understand was that my body was changing hormonally and doing these procedures had more of an adverse effect than anything. I hate looking at my stomach and hip the most because it's so uneven and indented. I was just looking at some pin up style photos I had done a few years prior to going to Sonobello and boy is that depressing. Everything was smooth and even, unlike now. It's actually depressing to think I paid as much as I did to look worse. Buyer beware. If you are at that age when suddenly the weight is coming on and no amount of diet and exercise is working, do not go to Sonobello thinking all your problems will be solved. If anything, they'll be exacerbated. They also trade areas of work for a 5 star review. I wouldn't be surprised if they bribe people to remove bad reviews. Just be in tune with your body before choosing this option. They do not care about what your body might be doing at different life stages, They just want your money.

Fantastic experience: Jessica was personable and easy to talk to. She knew the procedures and was able to explain the what the procedures are four and what the end result will be.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience at Sono Bello and honestly, I was going in for the free consult to see what the reality really was for getting a few areas looked at. I’ve always been pretty thin and active but being 48 and in the middle of menopause, I wanted a tune up. I met with Jessica and she was very personable. She listened to what I wanted and was very upfront about the cost. No hidden fees or tricks, just straight forward. I haven’t had my procedure yet. It’s next week, but as far as the consultation went, it was wonderful. I will update this post after the procedure. But I am planning on it being as amazing as my consultation experience was.

Fantastic experience: I had the greatest experience in the Sandy, UT location. Most doctor office personnel are dry and, well, dry. This business is not like your family care physician, where your appointment will cost $100. This business knows the patient will pay thousands of dollars and they treat you very well. This business has a hidden artist's heart belonging to the site's director. She was helpful, informative and fast. It was a smooth visit and without much hassle. Before I knew it, she had answered all my questions, and I was scheduled for the procedure. Service like this reminds me why I shop at The Nordstrom and Costco. They put the customer first, and take care of your needs, not theirs. I will return to this office again, if I should need to, precisely because of the service I had.

She put my mind to ease, scheduled me with the best surgeon (Dr. Hahm), and helped answer all my questions (even through text) My care nurse yesterday for my preop was very caring and put all my nerves to bed! Negative experience: The whole process is rushed! No time is spent at all in the beginning it definitely felt like a sales pitch. Also when pulling your credit it isn't made clear that's its a loan/credit card because of the terminology they use. They make it seem innocent and then a credit card shows up at your door even when you haven't confirmed you are going to have a procedure done. You don't meet with a doctor which is super sketchy so how do they or you know you are a good candidate for having a procedure like this done! And when confronting the sales person about it they get snippy and defensive like how dare you question their motives! Even if this was legit I will not be going here now or ever! Plus the pricing is way off its $3000 per service supposedly, but if you get two all of a sudden it's $8000- $9000 before taxes I mean I'm not a mathematician but something doesn't add up so all the discounts they offer are fake the whole thing is just not right!. I'd give it negative stars if I could!

Negative experience: Poor directions once you get into the facility, no way finding to let you know that it's on the 5th floor, you're rushed in and rushed out fast talked and feel like you're dealing with a car salesman. The facility is beautiful and clean, that's why they got two stars not one.

Negative experience: ***PLEASE READ*** I would give them 0 stars if I could. This company is more focused on getting money out of you than they are about their actual patients. The “consultation” is a sales pitch, they are not a doctor in any shape or form — they are more concerned about the money and financing than what you actually need. We only spent 2 mins talking about what I wanted for my procedure. NOT AN EXAGGERATION! After that, we went straight into financing. They will offer you extra discounts and money off ONLY if you have your surgery sooner. The consultant wanted me to have my procedure that same week! They make it seem like a deal but in reality it’s really a trap. After deciding with my family i hat it was better to not do it SonoBello still proceeded to call and text me — they offered me an extra $1000 if I were to have the surgery by the next day. What happened to all the safety requirements? What if I was on prescription medication, drinking alcohol, etc? They did not even confirm if i’d have a ride or 24 supervision. If this company is so patient focused why does it have to be such a rush to have surgery? The consultant will purposely not explain major details to you. They’ll try to get you to finance by claiming it is 0% interest for 12 months but they do not tell you that after a year it’ll go up to 30%! Not only that but if you go to your Pre-Op appointment and the surgeon deems you fit, you cannot change your mind because you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the procedure.

Negative experience: PLEASE RUN FAR FAR WAY!! Such a SCAM! Jessica has terrible customer service skills she is a consultant here but is only focused on her commission. Please get your surgery elsewhere — I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau!

Fantastic experience: Jodi is an absolute rockstar! Not only have I been made to feel very comfortable with every visit that I have had for Venus treatments, the results are obvious. She has been so attentive to my needs and has also worked with me for ideal scheduling. On one occasion, she had a trainee with her and I was very impressed with how she interpreted her techniques and best practices to the trainee. Having worked in the medical industry/various hospitals for 31 years, I know savvy people when I see them and when you see Jodi for your Venus treatment, you can’t go wrong!

Positive experience: I did my procedure in Aug 2020 tummy (top & bottom) they charge seperatly and my side bulge below the bra , the first doctor told me, He couldn't get a lot of fat out because I had a lot of muscles after I told him I was not happy, I looked the same, so within a year Feb 11 2021 they scheduled me to redo the sides(After 1yr if you don't like it you're stuck with it) or pay again. Overall You can see the difference but I know it could have been better. Just know the consultation is a sales pitch.

Fantastic experience: I was more nervous than I have ever been as I went for a free consultation. Getting there was the hardest part. Once at the office, I felt comfortable and safe. The professionalism put me at ease right away. Jessica, a consultant greeted me with a smile. She answered my questions, and showed me pictures, we discussed expectations. She asked questions that led me to think of things I hadn't considered. With her expertise and guidance, I feel like the plan of care we came up with is going to be exactly what I am wanting and need. I am a critical care nurse, my body has taken a hit these last few years and I am struggling to even feel like myself. I am excited about what will come next. I am very grateful for Jessica and the time we spent together, planning out my next best step.

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing consultation here and a pre op. My surgery is scheduled soon, and I've never felt more taken care of before at a clinic! I'm overweight and never felt judged, people were welcoming and accepting of me, and I never felt self conscious even when almost naked in the exam room! Wonderful people, Jess is amazing in particular and I can't wait to do my procedure!

Positive experience: i had lipo and the tummy tuck the doc was great . i feel that the lipo was truly a waste of money they tumy tuck i see some good results. when i had questions it was like the nurses would rather text with me instead of coming back in for my appointments to get seen or if i had a concern they would just be like oh that sounds normal if out even seeing it . for the amount of money i paid i dont truly feel it was worth it ! i felt they could have puled a lot more fat then what they did in my thighs and hips

Negative experience: I went there for a consultation for laser fat removal, In the consultation I was told that I that I had loose skin on my stomach not fat! And then consultant proceeded to try and sell me on the procedure( which I saw was a tummy tuck , cut would be across my lower stomach) to get rid of the the excess stomach skin. Keep in mind the skin on my stomach was not bad. Despite me voicing my reservations about this to the consultant, which she didn’t seem to take seriously, she kept trying to get me to commit and put a down payment. The real underhanded thing the consultant did was ask me if I would be interested in financing, since the procedure would be about $12,000. She told me she would “run my credit “ which she did which I agreed to. I never told her I was going to have the procedure I told her I had to think about it. I got home and thought not about the procedure itself but the manner in which the consultant was pushing this procedure, too many red flags. Almost two weeks later after the appointment I get in my mail a credit card, which Sonobello opened for me called credit care! I called the CC company and they informed me that sonobello opened the CC - it is to be used for medical expenses. I never gave the consultant or sonobello authorization to open up a cc for me. I canceled the card and reported it to their fraud department. I do not recommend going there.

Fantastic experience: Annie was my nurse and was so compassionate and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Miller was also amazing and very honest and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: It’s been 3 years since I Had my lipo and the scar tissue hurts and my belly button looks different. That’s the only place that feels tightened and it hurts. I was told it would tighten all over. I just have the weirdest looking stomach now and I’m still embarrassed. I had lipo on my stomach and chin a year ago no I look deformed. My stomach has lumps and bumps and weird creases. It’s embarrassing. I don’t know how to get it fixed. I would like a rep to contact me to make it right.

Dr. Allred and Candace were amazing and took their time explaining everything at my pre-op visit. I am so excited to have my procedure this Wednesday. The reading that was sent home with me was extremely informative, which made it easy to know what I needed to get to be prepared for when I get home. I couldn't have had a better experience. I will be using SonoBello again in the future.

Positive experience: Though I saw some change on the sides of my midsection, it was slightly contoured after my procedure. However, the results really weren't as I had hoped. Especially pertaining to my loose skin from cesarean and pregnancy. I know nothing is guaranteed, but I just thought I would have seen better results with my loose skin. I did express my disappointment to Sono Bello and was given an option that may help with skin tightening, but no procedures have guaranteed results and I decided to pass on doing further treatment.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely a great experience. I saved 20 percent to have a "Similar" procedure in Provo a year ago. They fixed the shotty job and made me luck half my age. Everyone is fantastic. Everyone. So friendly, kind, and professional. On phone and in person. Great experience

Fantastic experience: So far for stage one I had u/l abs, hips, waist, and outer thighs!! I was so nervous leading up to my appt but the staff and doctor were incredible and kept me calm and comfortable the whole time! Showering day 1 and seeing my results even swollen.. I would do it 10x over!!! I am so incredibly happy. Now onto stage two in a little over a month! Huge thanks to Jess for being so incredible and making me feel so at ease with the process and dr.
