Fantastic experience: Excellent, professional and swift experience. Dr. Rosquist is a very humble and professional doctor and I’ve gone to him three times now for DOT physicals. He also prints out wallet sized laminate DOT cards and immediately emails it to the DMV so you don’t have to. I was also wearing a shirt that represented a certain gun brand, and he commented on it and we found out we both like guns lol so that was pretty cool. I will continue to go to him.

Fantastic experience: I recently underwent a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination, and I found the experience to be quite satisfactory. This was my first instance of directly covering the cost for such an examination, and the physician ensured that the process was comfortable and pleasant. Additionally, I appreciated that the DOT medical card is laminated, which adds to its durability and convenience.

Fantastic experience: I go yearly for my DOT physical, and I will not go anywhere else. The office is very friendly and thorough with the exam. After the exam, they give you a copy of the paperwork, and then laminate the card and send all the necessary information to the DMV. It is a one stop shop. Outstanding!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ronald Rosquist in Sandy UT is one of the most thorough and laser focused DOT examiners I have ever experienced. I got direct, personal attention throughout my exam. His office staff keeps the process running quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in 35 min!. Thats a record for me, and the cost was the most economical I have ever seen. I wasn't sure going into it, that I would get done with all that was needed, but Dr Ron was AMAZING, Far beyond my expectations. I'm going "back" to see him again for my back that needs adjustment from time to time. Ron made my day!!

Fantastic experience: I recently fell off a tube while river rafting and knocked my hip on a sharp rock, and totally threw my hip out of place, making me feel 30 years older. This place had the best reviews and so I came in- he had an opening the same afternoon, and got me straightened out- literally- in about 10 minutes. The price was very reasonable (way cheaper than other places I’ve been to) and he was fun to chat with while he worked on me. No nonsense, no mentioning of setting up a plan/subscription, he just fixed the problem, and said “come back if you need it”. We need more people like this working chiropractic offices.

Fantastic experience: I was in desperate need of a DOT physical, as it expired in 2 days. Fortunately, South Valley Chiropractic was open and got me sorted out. Very easy, very quick. Staff was a pleasure to interact with and the great price was icing on the cake. Others wanted almost TWICE their price. The nice lady at the front desk gave me a bottle of water to drink for my kidney function test. They even printed me out a miniature version of my DOT Physical AND laminated it for me to have in my wallet. Would 100% recommend you get yours done here. Happy trucking everyone! :)

Positive experience: This was my second visit to the chiropractor, and while my first experience included a relaxing massage machine session, this time it wasn't utilized. However, the atmosphere was still inviting, and Dr. Rosquist's vibrant personality added to the positive vibe. I brought my cousin along for their first visit, and we both left impressed. My cousin was saddened though because her lower back really needed to be cracked but he was worried about her kidneys. One minor confusion was regarding the pricing, as we were informed of a different rate told nomally its $60 - $65 but compared to what's listed on the website which is $40. It would be helpful if they clarified this inconsistency. Overall, despite the lack of insurance acceptance, we're considering returning soon for another session.

Fantastic experience: I was in the area and stopped in to Dr. Rosquist's office. My CDL DOT card was set to expire in a couple of days. Having never been there before, I was very pleased to find his office has a relaxing feel to it. Easy paperless check-in, and he even laminated my new DOT card. I will never go anywhere else again for a DOT medical card, and neither should you.. Also he had time to give me a chiropractic adjustment. Money well spent!!

Negative experience: I went there to go get a dot physical this dude put I was 5’3 when I’m 6’1 and my blood pressure was all of tell me why I go to a concentra and I decided to not be cheap they do my blood pressure and it’s perfectly normal this man had me at 165/101 with his boot leg machine and because of his error I only got approved for 1 year and I went to concentra did everything else and they gave me a 2 year do not come here if you want things to be done right spend the extra money and go to concentra.

I confess I felt naggy because it was a Saturday and I gave short notice when I called for a hopeful appointment. I recently took a new job and am booked solid Monday through Friday as a healthcare worker.
