Fantastic experience: I’ve been experiencing waves of moderate to severe pain in my neck for longer than 5 months and in a single visit made a world of a difference. They then proceeded to help schedule a follow up appointment to figure out where I want to go with my health for on there. It seems like they would really like to aid my recovery to a point that I wouldn’t have to return, rather than telling me they’ll see me next week for the remainder of my days. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best exam ever highly recommend great experience

Negative experience: The receptionist yelled at my mother during one of her weekly appointments, and she never received the MRI she needed for specialized care after her accident. My mom would follow up on the MRI request and would only be ignored. The chiropractor failed to address or alleviate her pain, and her condition worsened. Additionally, we were overcharged for services that were never provided. I’d give a 0 but I had to put at least 1 star to post.

Fantastic experience: My son had an Amazing experience. My son is 16 and is 6’5 300 pounds. He a line backer haha. Our Dr. Did an amazing job! He took the time to explain everything to me and my son. I appreciate his amazing communication skills as well as his awesome knowledge about Chiropractic work! The staff is super sweet and the place is so nice and clean! Fantastic experience: My 8 year old son had stomach trouble for many months, missing school nearly once a week. We didn’t want to put him through invasive testing but knew something wasn’t right. We took him to see Dr Kevin and after a few visits our son’s stomach troubles seemed to disappear. He hasn’t missed school related to stomach upset and his appetite has returned to ‘normal’. Dr Kevin was kind and engaging with our son, and listened to my concerns, explaining things in an easy to understand manner. The office is bright and clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Dr Krautsack is the man! Patient, caring, personable, professional, and a master of his skills. Despite my massive skepticism in chiropractic care, mainly the result of bad experiences in the past, I finally decided to give it a shot again when I could find no relief for my debilitating neck and back pain that had been ongoing for years. Upon our initial consultation, he took x-rays, showed me where my problem areas were and walked me through every step of the process. The first adjustments he communicated every move he was going to do and made me feel comfortable with everything. He set me up with a physical therapy regimen to do at home to compliment the adjustments, and after only a handful of visits I was already feeling significantly better. 2 years later and I'm virtually pain free all the time. Thanks to Dr Krautsack, I have my life back!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment last night. The people were very nice and the option to get the pre-appointment paper work done online was very simple and convenient. Equipped with imagery systems in house, super clean and comfortable atmosphere and friendly and caring staff gives it a great feel to rehab. Kevin gave me hope with saying he can help me and I have no doubt he and his staff will. I’ve been to other place to rehab and this office seems to be the best this far, and that’s off of one visit. Fantastic experience: Emerald City Family Chiropractic was able to get my 90 year old mother in for a much needed visit today on very short notice. They patient, respectful, and did not push for regular visits, which was greatly appreciated. We both liked the Doc and his staff, and my mom felt she got a good adjustment. Mom will no doubt be going back for more treatments as needed. My only complaint is that there was an absurd about of pre-appointment paperwork to fill out, but we've found that to be true with all chiropractors these days. To their credit, we were able to take care of all that online so we didn't have to do it when we arrived for the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I was so Impressed with how detailed everything was. To me I figured go in get snapped and they'd try to give me pills and that's it, nope you get very one on one personal conversation, treatment and care. Easy to relax atmosphere the vibe is great. Best part they don't go after side-effects per say they find out what the side-effects are and tackle the root issues to stop the side-effects and on drugs were forced upon me just suggestions of water better food and physical therapy. The day I went in is the day I felt better.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kevin Krautsack is AMAZING! I travel back and forth from my home in Arizona and my home here in Eugene, Oregon. I am also a nursing student, mom of 4 kids, and currently breastfeeding my youngest. Long story short - I was all out of whack! Made an appointment (same day) with Dr. Krautsack and got the full work up. I suffer from TMJ, a messed up wrist, lower back issues, hip rotation, neck/shoulder pain. He addressed all my concerns and provided a thorough adjustment. After finishing up with my adjustment for my TMJ I mentioned to him that I felt immediate relief in my ears too (they get pressure build up due to elevation changes). He then proceeded to adjust my ears (never knew that could be done!). I FELT AMAZING walking out of his office. Highly recommend him as your #1 chiropractor. I have been to many so I can confidently say he is the BEST! There is so much his office has to offer that it will take me some time to learn and experience it all...very impressed. Fantastic experience: I came to Emerald with very numb tingling hands, pain in my hands and serious neck pain. With the exercises and adjustments I can pick things up, I can sleep without my hands in pain. My neck was the cause not corpal tunnel like I had been told in the past. The customer service is incredible it is a bright clean office.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment for a 50$ screening but I need more than a screen. My arm hurts so bad and I've seen doctors and they have just wanted to put a band aid on it like a cortisone shot never wanting to fully see what's wrong with me. It's been bothering me for so long it goes up my arm into my neck and cause my back to ace. I've been having dizzy spells and I know my back is out or I have a pinched nerve. I really dont wanna drive all the way there just to have someone tell me I need my popped. And then to send me home with nothing. Just to have me come back to get popped. I will pay more money to have my back aligned???
