He was referred to me for a car accident case initially but I was so impressed with his skills and knowledge that I have stayed with him ever since. I only go when I need a "tune up" which is getting to be more often as I get older, but he always has affordable packages and keeps up on new technologies to help us chronic sitters heal and maintain some semblance of posture despite years of bad habits. He is especially valuable when I tweak my neck or back and no pill or cream will help, he always gets the issue taken care of and I'm forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been going to Dr. Takahashi for over 10 years. We both saw him for back issues and I also had issues with my right arm which I couldn’t lift over my head. After 6 months I had full movement of my right arm. This included being able to lift my arm over my head and able to grasp my other arm behind my back. I was unable to do these movements for many years before I saw Dr. Takahashi. I continue to go once a week and my wife every other week to maintain our flexibility and overall health. We are both in our 70’s and we both highly recommend Dr. T if you have any trouble in any area of your body.

Negative experience: I came in with a pinched T4 nerve causing me to hold my whole spine in position to accommodate and give it space. Instead of listening and adjusting to unpinch the nerve, he did his “consultation” which was just a sales pitch on how out of alignment I was, suggesting numerous repeated “treatments” to set my spine. He was busy running from room to room talking to multiple people at a time literally leaving me there with a block under my neck with a 5 minute timer as though that would actually do anything and 2 like I couldn’t just do that at home. When I walked in, the numbness in my fingers would come and go… after the shock of being adjusted, your body doesn’t register the pain the same way at first but after leaving the office the finger numbness has been constant. The T4 nerve is still in severe pain and my fingers are constantly numb. I walked in in pain, and walked out in pain and $150 lighter. They tried to “suggest” that I come in 3x a week. As I was leaving he tried to tell me that I would be in worse pain for a day from the adjustments - I didn’t feel a thing from my neck adjustments, my back hurts just as bad and it’s 3 days later, and my finger numbness has gotten more severe. I’ve been to numerous chiropractors and had one that was a family friend - these guys that sell long term “programs” are completely in it to pull as much money out of the “patient” as possible. He didn’t fix a thing, doesn’t seem to understand real spinal conditions and is merely a salesman.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dr. Takahashi for about a year now. Bad habits caused my spine and hip rotate, neck lost curve. I didn't realize those problems are the reason that I got headache often and hard to breath in some positions. Brandon helped me fix that after a few sessions. Recently, I woke up in a sever back pain after a nigh of sleep. For a weekend, I couldn't move and eat without pain. I went to Brendon yesterday, just one session, my pain is almost gone. He is really knowledgeable and skilled. You don't have to say much, he just know where the problem is in a few minutes exam. I would recommend him to my friends.

I also take my kids there. He has a gentler approach if needed. The office is clean and welcoming, and it’s easy to make an appointment with his super nice assistant Maria. I highly recommend!

I see a chiropractor in my city and happened to be on vacation and in extreme pain from a tension headache that causes migraines - the pain wraps around my head to my eye socket. I was able to walk away, after one visit, with significant relief. Upon his suggestion I also bought a firm neck support block to help reintroduce the curvature to my neck. This has proved almost life changing. I use the block twice daily and have reduced my pain to 10%. Thank you!

Dr Takahashi and his team helped me through my entire pregnancy and helped make my back pain manageable. Dr. Takahashi also worked on my infant son to help with his latch. Fantastic experience: Great experience! Office desk (Maria) was kind,polite, and attentive. Dr. Takahashi was busy juggling alot of clients (he's popular for good reason!) But despite being a new client, he took his time to evaluate my concerns and made really concise and simple explanations about treatment recommendations. I have bad posture, slouching, tense neck and shoulder chronic discomfort and low/middle back issues but he relieved my immediate discomfort on the first day! Gave me at home stretches to implement in my morning/night routine. Made me realize how bad my right side weakness compared to my left! I am going to follow his recommendation to visit him 2x week for the first 4-6 weeks. Will update review afterwards, but so far so good! His practice is nice and clean and very welcoming! Would recommend him to at least give him a try! Finances are straight forward and simple, with our without insurance.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Takahashi is exceptional. I’ve been a patient of his for years and no matter what my issue is, whenever I go there I leave feeling better with my problem solved. On a recent visit for an alignment I casually mentioned that I had been dealing with acid reflux that was making me cough incessantly. Dr. Takahashi immediately took to action and checked my stomach. Apparently it was out of place, so he moved it and voila I went home to no more coughing or AR. It took a few weekly sessions of realigning my stomach before the healing became permanent. I’m so grateful to him, especially because I had no idea chiropractic care would fix that specific problem. No more discomfort or meds for me! On an added note, I’m always received with a warm welcome from Maria at the front desk, and the space is very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr Takahashi has been the biggest blessing in my life. He is kind, caring, attentive, patient and always happy. Always greets you with a big smile. I started going to him because I got into a car accident and he not only did he help me with my injuries, he also went above and beyond. He will most likely tell you that you should not cross your legs anymore when you sit because of our knees and at first, I was haha ok. After a few weeks of not crossing them and getting adjusted, my knee pain has reduced significantly. He is now a must in my life. The office ladies who work with him are also very attentive, communicative and friendly! Always greeting you with a happy smile and very accommodating!! They also text for appointments and it’s so easy! Makes my life a ton easier!
