Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain when I came in, I have tried physical therapy, pain Management and it was always a bandage, someone recommended Dr Nektalov the chiropractor, so I have made an appointment. From the moment I walked in into his exam room, he took his time, explaining what he's going to do so that I do not have to be guessing what's coming, or what's going to be done. He did a full evaluation that I have never had before, and I did not know what was really going on with my spine. This was my first adjustment, and it was an amazing relief that I have not had in a long time. The spinal decompression adjustment was intense, but I felt like I was walking on air afterwards. Dr. Boris and his staff are friendly and very welcoming. You become one of their family and get treated as such. From the warm "Hello Daniel!" as I walk in the door to the joyous and pleasant environment. The office is clean and constantly sanitized. They are very accommodating, working with your schedule for your appointment. You even get a reminder text in advance of your next appointment date and time. Dr. Boris is not only knowledgeable and excellent technically but also has wonderful bedside manner and really cares about his patients. Dr. Boris is very nice and he always gives you a heads up on what he is about to adjust or the next step in your treatment. He is also very gentle and always pays attention to you. He wants to make sure you are comfortable at all times. If you are thinking about surgery or want to avoid surgery, you should come here first. Every time I leave the Chiropractors office, I feel so much better. If you are not too sure, all I can say is give it a try. You will thank me that you went! All in all I HIGHLY recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Nektalov due to severe symptoms and chronic pain in my back, spine, neck and shoulders. I was also experiencing inflammation, fatigue and breathing issues. I thought it was due to long covid. Dr. Nektalov did some xrays, studied my spine and pointed out that I have ankylosing spondylitis which is an autoimmune disease. I appreciate him for being the first to diagnose my condition which is a major help. Medical doctors I visited in the past had no clue. Fantastic experience: So first things first never try to adjust yourself always go to a professional or someone recommended. I tried adjusting my own neck “cracking it” for relief because I was so tense that I turned it hard the wrong way and ended up hurting myself. It felt like my right arm and shoulder collapsed it felt broken that’s the best way I can describe the feeling, I was in so much pain I thought I was going to need surgery. I went to the hospital the next day and tried explaining everything to the doctor but they had no solution except for muscle relaxers which only hides and masked the pain for a while it doesn’t fix the issue. I went home in pain that day and continued my search for a solution. Later that evening I was on Facebook when I came across an ad which was Dr. Boris Nektalov I watched his videos and was impressed I immediately called to set an appointment. Best thing I’ve ever done. As soon as I walked in I felt really good about the place the staff was so nice they make you feel comfortable and show you around while explaining everything I knew I made the right choice. Before anything Dr. Nektalov talks with you about any issue your experiencing and answers any questions you might have. After that he then performs an X-ray and shows you how your spine is doing he has a chart of a good spine and how it should look compared to how yours is. Once he sees no issues and feels like he can help that’s when your first adjustment comes into play which for me with just 1 adjustment he was able to fix my problem. I was able to use my arm again within minutes I was able to lift things and gain my strength back I was shocked but at the same time so happy with the results that I had my dad start coming in with me as well and we now both enjoy and love Dr. Nektalov service we feel great after getting adjusted we also changed our lifestyle by eating better and exercising recommended by Dr. Boris the whole experience has been great and I definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a good chiropractor or Nutritionist

Fantastic experience: I have been going to chiropractors for over 20 years. The first chiropractor I went to was a very good one. After the first couple of months, I found profound relief. However, in my specific case, I learned that to maintain the results, and prevent further damage, I would need to go regularly indefinitely. Due to a few residential moves to various locations in New York, I had to find a new chiropractor with each move. I ended up going to quite a few chiropractors, trying out a few in each area, until I found one who was good enough. I learned the hard way why some people do not believe in chiropractic therapy. From my experience, I learned that many, if not most chiropractors are mediocre at best. I was lucky that the first chiropractor I ever went to was one of the good ones. Otherwise, my negative experience would have led me to a place where many people end up, resorting to needless and painful back surgeries, or taking addictive pain medications. Fast forward to the last few years, I now live in Forest Hills, Queens. When I first moved to Forest Hills, I encountered a similar dilemma: finding a good chiropractor. I thought it would be easy, since there are so many doctors, including chiropractors in the area. However, once again, I discovered that good chiropractors are hard to come by, even in Forest Hills During my search, the pandemic hit. All doctors’ offices closed down. After a couple of months and no end to the horrendous pandemic in sight, my back was getting worse. I found a chiropractor who made house calls. He was good, but expensive! I knew I could not see him indefinitely. Once things got back to normal, or the “new normal,” I once again began my search for a good chiropractor in the area, but only to find more mediocre doctors. Some caused me even more discomfort! Then, I came across Dr. Nektalov. He was entertaining on his videos, and seemed to know what he was doing. But was he as good as he looked? I was losing hope at that point, but I made an appointment. After a few appointments with him, it became clear: I had found my chiropractor! After going to Dr. Nektalov for about 6 months now, I can honestly say he is one of, if not the, best chiropractors I have ever been to. One of the first things I noticed was that the adjustments he gave me held much longer, which meant that I felt better for a longer period after an appointment. It was also clear he is passionate about what he does, and genuinely cares about his patients’ progress. He asks me more questions at every visit than any doctor I ever met, not just chiropractors. He is genuinely interested in his patients and their lifestyle. This only makes him even better, as he gets to understand you and what you need. Back issues, I learned, begin way before you feel any pain. He understands that how a person’s mindset and body movements through life is ultimately one of the primary causes of your back and muscular/ skeletal issues. So, the main point of this long review is really to make clear that, more than most people, I am qualified to judge the quality of a chiropractor, due to trying out so many over more than 20 years, and it would be helpful to take my judgement into consideration if you’re searching for one yourself. Dr. Nektalov is one of the best chiropractors out there, if not the best, at least within the five boroughs of New York City. So, if you are in pain, and looking for a solution, your search will end if you choose to see him.

Fantastic experience: Came here to resolve sinus issues. Although I had to go another route to deal with my sinus inflammation, I decided to stay to correct my posture (forward neck and curved spine) and it’s been helping. Dr. Nektalov has great bedside manner and his staff is super friendly as well. Almost never any wait time which is great too.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Boris and his team are honestly top notch and I can’t thank them enough for their wonderful service and professionalism! I came to Dr Boris around January 2023 with severe back pain radiating down to my leg, my pain was around 9-10 when I initially started. I started with regular adjustment therapy which helped a bit but not to the extent we expected. Dr Boris suggested I get an MRI and thankfully I did. I had a herniated disk in my lower spine and started the spinal decompression therapy. Dr Boris is wonderful in explaining everything to all his patients and takes his time to make sure you un what’s going on in your body. He guided me in the right direction and answered all my questions. He also suggested I start yoga and I did. If you are having pain and want relief, I highly suggest consulting with Dr Boris! Trust me that you won’t regret it. And if you do, listen to his advice and follow through with it! It is now May 28, 2023 and I feel pain free!! Fantastic experience: Had some chronic neck pain. Dr. Boris took X-rays, and gave me a detailed explanation of how he wanted to treat me. I felt like it was more of how to make my body better then just a simple adjustment like how other chiropractors are. Def recommend. I always look forward to coming every visit.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a sever shoulder pain and couldn't lift my arm at all. It almost felt like I had a tear in a rotator cuff. After being evaluated and then adjusted by Dr. Nektalov I was relieved of about 80% of my pain. Fantastic experience: I suffer from chronic back problems. When I meet Dr Nektalov I found the answer to my back problems. I have been to many different chiropractors in the past and none of them evaluated me with full spine X-rays before. When I saw such a thorough evaluation I was speechless. I felt sooo much better after his full spine adjustment and amazing ring finger that he does (he calls it spinal decompression adjustment, aka y strap) I highly recommend him if you want real chiropractic and not what they do at personal injury place with clicker.

Fantastic experience: Today was my First Day getting an adjustment never been to a chiropractic doctor before it was an amazing experience! On my Evaluation after looking at my X rays i found out that my spine and neck aren’t aligned properly (I also have lower back pain ) and also Dr Boris explained to me in details what needs to be done to correct it which is maintaining it by getting adjusted .
