Fantastic experience: Had the best lymphatic massage. The staff is amazing and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Positive experience: Message Bliss and Cryo came highly recommended by a colleague and from reading their reviews I felt really good about this establishment. I do love the asthetics and the atmosphere of the location and Charlotte is fabulous! Her personality is contagious! I do think that communication is an area for growth. Initially my husband called to set an appointment and was told to go online and complete the waiver. A couple of days later I called to follow up and the gentleman that answered had a good laugh and thanked me for following up and calling back since that was not the procedure. Since we started our program almost 2 weeks ago on Nov. 22nd there has a little disappointment in the progress of my program. Mainly in that I have made 3 separate attempts at finding out what has happened with my shipment of prescribed treatment as the second dose was supposed to have been given a week later. First, I received a tracking number via a text message which told me what I already knew, no shipment. Second, for an additional charge I could go in and get the dosage at their facility. Third, the delay in shipment was be cause the order wasn't entered until the following Monday prior to holiday and then the holiday and weekend prevented it from shipment. All the while, as a client I am seeking a recourse for the lapse in service and I dont feel I should have to pay additional charges for that. The establishment was apologetic but it has definitely given a less then shining perspective of client care and services rendered as I was previously led to believe. All in all not a terrible experience but also not the best experience I've ever had with a medspa. Communication is very important to me.

Fantastic experience: I got the chiropractic alignment massage. When I left, I was standing straight and my back and ankle pain were gone. Cathryn is fantastic, I can't recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: I had THE BEST massage by Laura I’ve had in 20 years! I went to massage school so I’m very particular about my massage and she knows what she’s doing!!

Negative experience: Staff completely lost our reservation and did not even care. We were so looking forward to the 90 minutes massages that never happened. Don’t waste your time! Staff admitted that it happens often and do not know how to fix the problem.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, and Cathryn was amazing! Before walking in the door, I could barely move my neck, After the massage I felt amazing, with full mobility in my neck and shoulder. I highly recommend Cathryn!

Fantastic experience: Bliss. A perfectly fitting name, because that is the exact feeling I experience every time I walk out of my massage with Piyarat. I have been coming to Massage Bliss & Cryo monthly (and sometimes more) since 2023, and each experience has left me relaxed and rejuvenated. They have created a space that is so calming from the moment you walk in. I love the gentle sounds of the water trickling in the fountain, the unique decor from Southeast Asia, and the salt lamps throughout - it instantly puts me in a state of peace. I love that they not only offer massage and cryotherapy, but a variety of different services such as as specialized skincare and body treatments, IV therapy, cosmetic injectables, and compression therapy. They even have a chiropractor available should you need an adjustment. The membership program makes it easy to maintain monthly services and even offers discounted rates and membership prizes. They also run monthly specials, so if there are other services you were considering trying but were maybe uncertain about, it provides the perfect opportunity to give them a shot.

Fantastic experience: My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas and booked my first massage for me. I loved it so much that I joined the wellness program and have already had my 2nd massage and booked a 3rd. Both masseuses I had were fantastic, and their customer service is excellent. I can’t wait to try out more of their services. I would definitely recommend them.

She is very good and I have to say, I never am sore afterwards, but I can honestly say my body feels so much more relaxed after a massage by Vivi! I do the 50-minute Swedish. She always asks if I’m having any problem areas, and will focus on those areas. I had right shoulder blade pain and she definitely took care of it, it’s been so much better! Negative experience: We really wanted to like this place. My husband bought me a gift card for a massage and a few other things. He booked a session at the same time. He said the massage his just ok. His back hurt when he left the same as he went in. His masseuse talked a lot (which he doesn’t like at all. He went there to relax and we have an 8 year old so we get talked to nonstop). I got an 80 min deep tissue massage and made clear that I needed back and neck tension relief. Unfortunately those were the two neglected area which is so sad for me because the place looks so promising. I got a lot of work on feet and legs (although the intake form said minimal work on limbs). There was MAYBE 20 min total of the 80 on my back and my neck didn’t get done at all. I was stuck in a facial room for the massage because they ran out of rooms (even though it’s by appointment). The place is beautiful but unfortunately for us, it’s not what we were looking for.

Fantastic experience: Dawn is phenomenal! She's very attentive, making sure you get your preferred massage experience. Prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of enhancements. Facials and cryo services are wonderful as well.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a deep tissue & chiropractic session recently. Was very pleased with the service, staff, my experience, and the clinic. They’re in a great location off the highway. Pricing is very fair. Even open on the weekends for massage and chiropractic which is great because everybody else is closed on weekends. With my work schedule, weekend openings are big. The staff was very friendly & Jon hooked me up with a complimentary session on their Normatec compression while I was waiting for my massage. They also offer sports massages which I’m eager to try.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for over a year. Whenever I visit my family here in Dallas I make sure to get at least one if not two appointments. It’s always worth the three hour drive. I love all of the employees from checking to the services.

Positive experience: I made an appointment with a specific massage therapist. On the day of my appointment, someone called me and said the therapist had a family emergency. I was offered to book with two other people. I chose the person I knew was good. When I showed up, I was surprised to get a different therapist, not the person I booked that morning. For that reason, I did not give a 5 star rating. The therapist I got (Lucy), was really good. She listened to what I needed her to concentrate on, and delivered.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since they opened. Its family owned with an interesting story on how they got started. Great owners, great staff. Catherine is my favorite if you are looking for someone very knowledgeable on the anatomy, fascia, tendons, etc. I use her for deep tissue. Erica is great for deep tissue as well. I also love their thai massages and they were what brought me in initially. I have also had a few hydrafacials which have been wonderful and just tried the cryo which was a neat experience. To top it off, their membership prices cant be beat!

Fantastic experience: This is the only place I ever go to get my cryotherapy, as a baseball player I had some arm pain and knew I needed to come in. It’s way better than an ice bath and in my opinion more effective. Next morning I was throwing at a fairly high intensity without even a discomfort. If you are an athlete this is the place to go for recovery.

It wasn't the best massage I've gotten but definitely wasn't the worst. I did the leg compression also which was ok . Really giving 3 stars because the staff was friendly and clean. I probably won't return but I had a gift card so I don't feel like I completely wasted my money.

Fantastic experience: Catherine is amazing! She’s experienced in physical therapy and rehabilitation. She was able to tell by looking at me that I had previous injuries and she was able to tailor my treatment to what would benefit me the most. I feel better than I have felt in years. She has an amazing understanding of the body, muscles, joints, tendons etc and was able to explain what she was doing and why. I can’t say enough good things about her!

Positive experience: I pulled a muscle in my lower back leaving me with horrible sciatica pain. The Dr. saw me immediately and started going to work on explaining which muscle was hurt and exercises to make it better. I did the cryo therapy as well as the decompression the first day. Today I went to Dawn for a deep tissue massage and she did great. I felt tingles all through my body and even though I'm still in pain my muscles are much more relaxed now so the exercises I do will be more bearable for me. The prises are high but for me it was worth it.

Fantastic experience: This is my go-to feel good spot! Staff are amazing and go out of their way to ensure the client leaves happy. I especially am loving the infrared body wrap treatment. I leave sweaty but oh so relaxed. Props to Sabrina for continually going out of her way to keep me cool and hydrated during each session. They have licensed experts in various fields who listen carefully and recommended the right products and services to fit each customer's needs. I have purchased several products and services, and all of them helped me. There is NO sales pressure, and they have a program that discounts services that are purchased frequently. I’ve gotten many massages over the years to treat chronic pain. Lucy is the best therapist I’ve ever seen. She is very knowledgeable, and asks questions to give the client a massage that suits their particular needs. She asks for feedback to make each session to be as good or better than the last. The focus on customer service is apparent though out the entire staff, so I’m sure all of their therapists are exceptional at what they do. I highly recommend Massage Bliss and Cryotherapy, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for these products and services. Check them out. You’ll be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: This place is phenomenal! I’ve been I a world of hurt and needed some relief. I walked in and Michelle was super helpful and explained their wellness program which I joined and she was even able to book me an appointment for the same day. I tried their Nara tech therapy for my hips. That was new to me and helped a lot. Piayat was my massage therapist. I received a 50 min hot stone message. My hips and back were very tight and she did an amazing job to loosen them, work out knots, and bring much needed relief. Jon checked me out, helped me book an adjustment with the chiropractor, and made sure I had the latest on their fun rewards bingo game. I’m so excited to keep exploring all their various treatments. Living with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and RA isn’t easy but I’m so glad to have this place in my corner!

Negative experience: Beautiful rooms. Professionally trained. Excellent pricing. Covid considered. Fun. Fantastic massage. Best in a long time in Dallas. After the end of the facial, there was spray makeup applied to make my skin look “perfect” without asking. Not good for part of a facial and should have asked. Never went back for facial.

Fantastic experience: Loved my Message Therapist "Marie" she is great on medium pressure (pure relaxation session), attentive to your requests, and very professional. A two hour message session with her felt to short. I could easily stayed there another three hours. If your looking for fun, passionate, and energetic message therapist "Klye's" your man! Ask for his medium message if you need your sciatic nerve worked on or your lower back. Throughly enjoyed my neck & scalp message and the homemade bath salts (stock-up). The facility is clean, modern, and smells amazing. I definitely recommend a two hour massage if you want your full body to relax (borderline pass-out) and for the message therapist to work on all the areas requested without being rushed. Your body will thank you later!!!

Fantastic experience: Probably the longest review I have ever done because my experience was so amazing...I needed to detail it. From the first call to inquire about an appointment to walking out the door, this place is hands down the best. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Amy, who did my scheduling was a pleasure to deal with. I wanted to try a few different services that they had to offer and she made that process easy and in the most professional way. Upon arrival, I was warmly and promptly greeted. First thing to try was the NormaTec. You can do your arms or legs, I choose to do my legs. It is a compression therapy where you slide your legs into these sacks that fill with air. The have you sit in a super comfortable recliner and I could of stayed there all day. After, a quick 10 minutes they came off and I literally felt like I was floating. Highly recommend. Then I got to meet Dr. Sharon, one of their resident chiropractors. She listened to my needs, and quickly got to work. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, feeling like I been reset to right where I needed to be. Will be going back weekly to have Dr. Sharon get me aligned. Then the Cryo Therapy. I have never done this before and do not like being cold but thought, why not give a try. They have everything provided that you need (socks, gloves, slippers) It only lasts 3 minutes, it is VERY cold but Jon, the owner distracts you the whole time. Before you know it, its done and inflammation gone. Try it, you wont regret it. Last was an 80 minutes massage with Silvana. HANDS DOWN the best massage I have EVER had. I get massages regularly, try for about once a month to de-stress and get my body back up to speed. She has magic hands, takes her time to release the pressure in your trigger points and is so incredibly calming & sweet. I finally found the only massage therapist I want to work on my body. I was so relaxed and calm when I left I had to take a nap. I love this place, you will not regret booking here. And they are an independent small business. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, this is where you go for massage and chiro care. Hands down.
