Fantastic experience: I have been going to Alpine Fitness for the last few months and I have also gotten treatments done through their physical therapy. I dealt with a really tight back and neck and I was helped through specific stretches that were catered to what I needed. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here, the staff were friendly and helpful. I had issues with pain in my shoulder when I would raise it up or lift anything but the therapy here is literally magic. They would give me some things to do at home and when I would come in (which was usually about three times a week) they would do different types of treatments depending on how my shoulder was progressing and I have really noticed a difference in my pain and range of motion. I have significantly less pain and can lift things again. Couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: Alpine physical therapy is a great. They have great customer service and the staff are all friendly. The clinic is unique because of the modalities they offer such as graston technique, estim, dallison's, etc. The clinic is a welcoming and nice environment. I have been to many clinics and this the best. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those who have injuries. I had lower back pain issues which prevented me from doing all the things I wanted to do. Negative experience: Called 3 times for an appointment, left three detailed messages, and never got a call back. This is after a biceps tenodesis + labrum debridement. Time matters. My surgeon wanted me to be established with a PT before my two week follow up. These folks are closest to my house and therefore my preference. Medically speaking, a prompt and timely response was important. Not sure it makes sense to trust these guys with important physical outcomes when they can't even manage their messages. EDIT: General Manager replied below and intimated that they never got my messages. Now they are using their incompetence to imply that I've lied. Great people! I start PT at Dry Creek today at 10:10. They answer their phone.

Fantastic experience: A friend who lives in Highland told me that he had received a significant improvement in his back with the help of a technique called ART. I looked up the Active Release Technique national database. It turns out that the only place that I could find that does it in Utah County is Alpine Physical Therapy & Spine Care. I have been to Physical Therapy for back pain in the past, but never received the one-on-one attention I received here. The staff was very helpful and supportive. They do the most in-depth Evaluation I have ever received. Their explanation of my problem was clear. Ask about ART, it’s a game changer!!! Super happy with my results. Oh, and they have a beautiful new facility going in on Main Street in Alpine.

Fantastic experience: Alpine Physical Therapy Review Alpine Physical Therapy is one of the best clinics that I have ever been to. The thing that I liked here that it is different than other physical therapy clinics that I have been to in the past is that they are much more hands on. Some clinics I have been too I was just given a paper of exercises to do and was in and out super-fast and felt like I was just another client. However, here the staff felt like they cared and answered every question I had. I could not recommend a better place if you need physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: They were very helpful with my grandpa’s rehabilitation after surgery on his shoulder. They worked patiently with him session after session helping him go from very little range of motion to being pretty much back to normal over the course of several months. Most importantly they helped him regain the ability to do the things he loves to do most, like playing the piano, without pain or struggle. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and I felt very confident in their ability to help my grandpa get better. They are very focused on the well-being of their patients and are willing to help with anything they need. They never gave up on my grandpa and did everything they could to help him recover. Overall, Alpine Physical Therapy has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and I would recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Positive experience: **Updated to four stars** as they really showed interest in trying to learn from my experience and remedy the situation. I came here because of the five stars and wish that I could give them five stars. I really like the PA who I worked with and, most importantly, the work we put in really did help my knee. I'll continue to go here because it's close and I saw positive results. The main reason I'm docking them is that I feel like I have to hold them accountable. I had an incorrect payment that I was charged and I had to follow up multiple times to get it removed. I had to follow up multiple times to get certain stretching/workout plans that we'd agreed would be sent to me. I'm not sure if this is because they employ a ton of interns or what, but they need to tighten up their follow up and execution.

I like that the treatment rooms have multiple chairs so I can bring in relatives with me for some encouragement. I also enjoy that they are partnered with the gym upstairs in their building so that I can practice some of my exercise program with weights and machines if I want to. I wish that they were open more times in the week to be available. That said, they always work hard within their bounds to fit me into their schedule. Fantastic experience: 2023 I have been going to Alpine Physical Therapy for therapy on my injured back. The progressive exercises have strengthened the back and we are now working on flexibility in the neck. Professional, cooperative effort on the part of the staff is making a difference. They give me home stretches to do twice per day which takes 45 to 50 minutes each time to complete. While careful to assure I am safe, they push me to exert effort leading to progress. I recommend them to anybody who needs a therapy regimen. 2024 This year I was back to obtain range of motion after my reverse shoulder surgery on my right arm. My experience over the past several months of physical therapy with Arleen at Alpine Physical therapy has been excellent. Thorough and competent service was provided. Along with in facility therapy, I was given progressive home exercises and my range of motion has improved dramatically.

Alpine Physical Therapy has been a game changer for me and I only wish I had found them earlier. They did a proper evaluation that was super personable to see what ideally worked for me. In a month so far, they have dramatically improved my movement, flexibility, and lowered by pain by doing ART, Electric Therapy, and personalized fitness. Fantastic experience: I dislocated my knee cap and when I first started physical therapy it had been a struggle to walk or perform ordinary tasks for almost a month. In under 3 weeks I was able to resume all normal daily activities and even play sports like basketball and volleyball. Along with their help in my recovery they were very friendly and understanding and it was never a disappointment to go to my appointments.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Alpine Fitness Physical Therapy. The assessment approach focused in on the issues I had, and the treatment track addressed those issues. Over the course of 4 months, we worked to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion while reducing pain. My specific issues are low back and hip resulting from back surgery and back issues over many years. My wife and my chiropractor both have noticed that I’m standing more erect and moving with more fluidity. I’m looking forward to taking the treatment approaches and keeping them incorporated in my daily activities going forward. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Alpine Physical Therapy for the past few months. I have herniated discs in my neck and also one in my mid back. Since my first visit to Alpine Physical Therapy my pain is down significantly. The non stop pins and needles down my left arm and hand are completely gone. My mobility and flexibility has also vastly improved. Bing has been amazing to work with. She has been very informative and has given me stretches and exercises to do at home as well that are tailored specifically to my areas of pain.
