Fantastic experience: The staff here is incredibly friendly and joyful! Jen assisted me during my visit, making my first experience truly delightful. The customer service was outstanding!!! Jen kindly carried my bag to the door, while another employee opened it for me. It’s the little details like these that truly sets them apart! They genuinely go the extra mile. Shopping here feels like being in a neighborhood market where everyone knows each other. Plus, there is plenty of parking too. I can’t wait to return!

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff here. They have been extremely friendly, and on multiple occasions whether it was after a long day at the hospital, or after an injury I had last year, they have randomly given me free stuff or comped my items. They even gave a get well card signed by the staff and added some goodies to the bag after my injury. Random different people I dont even know have been generous like this here and there. Not sure if they do this for everyone, but it makes my day. The prices are pretty reasonable, especially if you’re a first responder. The only thing I would change is updating their meals more often. I eat the food so often for weeks to months that I just lose a taste for it and have to take a break. But the meals are great before I overdo them!

Positive experience: Food has always been decent and affordable but the awkward mandatory small talk the employees are forced to do is almost unbearable. It’s distracting when trying to pick meals when in a rush.

Fantastic experience: My Fit Foods should be called My Fit Dudes! I now know why my wife wants to pick the food up every time. There are a bunch of in shape, knowledgeable, and friendly bros in there helping you get what you need and not what they want you to buy. The service is above and beyond, the meals are delicious, affordable, and healthy. I tip my hat and not the scale to these guys. Thanks for being great!

Fantastic experience: I’m really bad with names, her name was either Brittany Or Bryanna. I’m sorry I forgot your name but best customer service ever. Helped me understand my body protein intake and calorie intake and honestly plan on coming back. I look forward to this weight loss journey and thank you so much for making it easier for me !!

Fantastic experience: Walked in today and had the best experience by far from any retail establishment in the 4 years I've been in Colorado!! I was greeted by Eric and had an amazing chat. He was respectful about my short time and explained to me how everything worked. He was not pushy and offered advice to fit my chaotic work days. He gave excellent suggestions and made me feel super welcomed. I am extremely pleased with the food quality! Having tried other quick fixes to meal prepping, I can say the taste is not dull and the protein options are plentiful. Eric made my experience exceptional and I will definitely be back! So glad I found you guys!

My schedule in the fitness industry is non-traditional, so having access to easy, healthy and quick meals is key. I always feel so loved every time I go in. Couldn’t recommend this location enough!

Fantastic experience: Eric opened the door and greated us like he was welcoming us into his home. A home where healthy pre made take and microwave food was being sold. There was multiple healthy options at a great price. We can not wait to get home and try the meals we got. The price was comparable to other places yet the ingredients are healthier and the convenience is unbeatable. Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful. There is also a perk for your first time in. (Wink wink) So go check em out!! Please!

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. I've been coming here for over a year and absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing. Always so friendly and making sure you're taken care of. I referred over a handful of people to get their meals here. There are so many varieties, they taste delicious, and reasonably priced. You can't beat it when it comes to getting healthy premade meals.

Fantastic experience: I am SO EXCITED to see that yall are here now!!!! I’m from Houston and they’re everywhere there, I sincerely missed it (it’s been three years). BUT My Fit Foods is the only meal prepping I’m willing to spend money on. The food is very good and well seasoned (cause let’s be real, growing up with TexMex, we neeeeddd our food seasoned). The food warms up very well so it doesn’t taste like day old leftovers. Durian helped me and was SO friendly and nice, he is the epitome of what customer service should be after losing it in 2020. Thank you thank you thank you!! You have one happy returning customer! Side note: I do wish there were more options for lunch like sandwiches and soup kind of stuff.

Fantastic experience: I discovered fit foods about 4 weeks ago and since then, about 3/4 of my meals have been from here. Food is delicious (and I’m not someone that typical microwaves anything) the cost is more than reasonable and the staff is fantastic. I’ve personally connected with 6 different employees in as many trips and have been blown away by the customer service. As a small business owner myself, these guys are doing something right. Absolute pleasure every time I step foot in their shop. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Fantastic experience: Been going to my fit foods since October 2022. Absolutely love the food and choices available. Both my husband and I have lost a significant amount of weight and even our kids love the meals! Believe it or not we are saving money buying meals for our family of 4! Between the grocery store and DoorDash we were spending an insane amount. No only have we got our health back and under control, we’re gaining more time with our kids because we don’t have to cook anymore. We’re showing our kids a healthy and nutritious way to eat followed by physical activity. Everyone who works at my fit foods is incredibly nice and are always there to help with the in body machines and they help calculate where you need to be protein and calorie wise. I don’t mind the drive to Greenwood Village each week but if there was a location up north that would be even cooler

Fantastic experience: I've been going to My Fit Foods for a couple of years now and it's really an unparalleled ready meals experience in both cost and quality. I hate meal planning and I hate grocery shopping with a passion, so I've used several meal services over the past few years. I am also chronically lazy, so I can sink hundreds of dollars into takeout delivery when I don't want to cook. My Fit Foods is a great alternative and much healthier than takeout, and I know that the meals are well-balanced and will taste good. It's also so much cheaper than delivery, especially if you do the $10 monthly membership (though this will only be valuable if you plan to shop here multiple times a month). To top it off, everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife got our first batch last week and we couldn’t be more impressed! The food is delicious, the service is great, and they dropped it off right at our door. What a treat to not have to scramble to find something to cook and to not have to stress about the dishes piling up. Well worth the cost, thank you Riley!

Fantastic experience: I have an extremely stressful job and MyFitFoods helps me 1) remember to eat and 2) eat nutritiously. Right now I don’t have the energy to cook, hopefully that changes soon pending some changes at work. But in the meantime if I am going to spend money on meals I would rather spend it here on several meals instead of ordering one meal for takeout. My favorite meal is the newer ginger chicken and my favorite snack is the chocolate muffins. Hawaiian beef and broccoli is good too! When visiting the location I definitely appreciate how the staff knows me by name. Although, I am an introvert, so I am not as chatty as they are lol. Hopefully they don’t take it personally, it’s an introvert thing

Positive experience: I have been coming here for almost a year. Food quality has changed a bit over the year. There are some packages that contains canola oil, veg oil, soybean oil, corn oil that are not healthy. Other packages have olive oil which I buy, but it limits my selection. Service is great and the atmosphere is also welcoming! I hope to continue coming here if they provide meals with healthy oils! Thanks!

Positive experience: There are certainly meals that are great and others to avoid. I’ve been getting food from MFF since 2018-ish and the food quality has decreased to some extent. I feel compelled to write this review because I think there is definitely some room for improvement for the quality and price per meal in comparison to other services. I have had multiple meals this week and after eating several chunks of dark meat chicken gristle and in my jalapeño chicken rice for $9.99 with the fit club discount and I wanted to share my feedback. This should be chicken breast, or if using thigh etc, please please QA it better. I have some questions too on the actual macros per meal, I think they’re a bit off as the chicken didn’t come close to 3oz when weighed.

Fantastic experience: The ginger chicken was great! The chicken was tender and the sticky rice was very good. I will definitely eat here again.

Fantastic experience: My Fit Foods is amazing I hate meal planning and nutrition but the folks here make it so easy and are so kind and encouraging. Alana and Michelle take the guess work out for me by sitting down with me to make up a custom meal plan for my own needs for free and they both help me find meals that achieve those goals. The food is delicious and I feel so much better during the days I eat this food vs the days I dont...My Fit Foods has been the biggest game changer for me in helping me reach my fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: Love this place. I've been ordering weekly for around two years. I work a lot and have a big family, needless to say we're very busy so I'll grab myself breakfast and lunch for the week and a couple more for my wife to help her throughout her day. People often don't place nutrition high enough on their list of things to budget for. Having previously been a trainer and still engaging in weight training 5x a week, nutrition is critical for me to perform at my best personally and professionally. I wouldn't call the meals gourmet but for the purpose they serve and the price point they're just right. I usually get weekly delivery. When that's not an option I don't mind going into the store. The staff is very personable and helpful. Super fun environment with a cool vibe. They have a great thing going here.

Fantastic experience: I have been incredibly impressed with MyFitFoods. For a long time I was prepping my own meals and after a buddy of mine told me about them, I decided to try them out. Their service is amazing, literally every person is helpful and friendly. Their food is high quality with a lot of flavor and all high in protein. I love all the variety and the fact they will bring in new meals from time to time. I no longer meal prep and now I buy all my lunches and dinners from MyFitFoods. It’s a great value and well worth the investment. The nutrition side of hitting my health goals has never been as easy as it is now that I’ve found MyFitFoods. Definitely check them out!

Fantastic experience: Love this space. These people genuinely care. Whatever your goal is, please stop in to speak to someone! I learn something new about health that aligns with my personal goals every time I come in. They have so much to offer. You will not regret it. I used to be able to work out. I got injured, so food is now what I have to regulate my weight. Did I mention that the food is freaking delicious? I hit all of my macros. No more spending days grocery shopping and meal prepping. I can actually enjoy my weekends now. Highly, highly recommend. You will not regret stopping in. Ooooh, and try the Catctus Water! Any flavor street taco, the Salmon, protein balls….all so, so good!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy this place! It’s a great system that they have and amazing employees that are super friendly. The food is great! The asian salad and the fit salmon is my favorite. My only complaint is the new packaging. I loved the old packaging because I don’t also finish the meal in one sitting and it was more convenient. But it’s really not a big deal overall and it definitely won’t stop me from picking up food!

Positive experience: I love this place. I have 3 staple meals I get almost weekly and am always satisfied. However, they recently began using a new packaging that makes the meals look prison food. They are now vacuumed sealed. Super inconvenient because now if I do not finish my meal, I have no way to preserve it like before when the packaging was a container and lid.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using my fit foods for 3 weeks and the food is great. Everything been good so far and looking forward to the healthy lifestyle there helping me live. Also I had called the Denver location for help and Lorina did a great job on assisting me. Overall great company good tasting healthy meals and I recommend using them.

Fantastic experience: Been going here a while. Their main deal is selling high protein meals, mostly geared towards athletes. They have several nutritionists on staff though and I've been seeing one to lose weight. (Sara is fantastic btw) They offer a free body composition analysis using InBody (via Bioelectrical Impedance). They definitely have awesome service. It doesn't matter if you're just grabbing a quick lunch or stocking the whole week's meals. Most of the staff even greet me by name. The food is expensive but on par with most diet programs and not as bad as a true restaurant. Their food is freaking awesome though. So much "health food" is bland and gross. Other than the Overnight Oats (too sweet for me), I've loved everything I've tried and they come out with new stuff all the time. I'd say their main draw is if you're trying to lose weight/gain muscle but are also great for travel or a grab and go meal. They also do delivery but I haven't tried that.

Fantastic experience: I've been in transition and have been losing my taste for a lot of food I love. Don't care to cook as much as I love. The gym I joined recommended this place and the prepared food was amazing. The guy who helped me took time to explain every dish and how the service works.

Great atmosphere and environment with super cool people that have big smiles on their faces. I’ve only tried a few of the meals so far but they were all great. Looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I wanted to switch up our meal preps and were recommended the Greenwood Village location by another friend. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and helped by Zoe and Gabriel which both were very friendly and answered all of our questions. The location is very clean, lots of variety and so far the first two meals I have tried have been very tasty! I can’t wait to try the other meals we purchased. We definitely want to go back due to the great customer service we received.

Fantastic experience: FitFoods is delicious, well-priced, and convenient; but when choosing stores , I always choose the Greenwood village location simply because the staff there is always attentive, friendly and awesome. I coincidentally always happen to run into Alanna, the location manager, and she's nothing short of exceptional. She always demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, which is far more memorable than the food I end up buying at the store ( and that food is GOOD, so that says A LOT! ). Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: The food are very tasty and good, but it would be much better if all the meals are cook with avocado oil or EVOO instead of high oleic sunflower oil which is not too healthy. Staff is very friendly!

Fantastic experience: Just left Fit-foods Greenwood Village and I’m super impressed. CJ helped me and my friend were both REB3L dance instructors in Colorado Springs. CJ hooked us up! We did the body scan and got our meals specific for our individual body needs. CJ was professional and knowledgeable especially with us being instructors and needing enough food/fuel for when we teach. I’m excited to start! Thank you CJ ! You rock!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to My Fit Foods for almost three years. The food is always fresh and tasty. Everyone is incredibly friendly. Alanna, Gabriel, Sara, and Brayan always take care of me. They have made the effort to get to know me and my family. Always look forward to seeing them.

I am a hairstylist and it makes it super easy for me to stay on track and make sure I’m eating healthy balanced meals throughout the days I’m super slammed! Could not recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I discovered My Fit Foods this past summer and I am obsessed! Every meal is bursting with flavor, these guys really know what it is to pack a punch to the taste buds while taking into account macro friendly meals! The vacuum sealed meals are my favorite, I feel like the seal really locks in the flavor! I was bummed to see it go but I'm excited for it's triumphant return! The staff has been super helpful helping me on my fitness journey, they're knowledgeable and give great recommendations on what I should be eating to meet my goals! I love the delivery options when I'm caught up with work and too busy to stop by, it's a life saver! Long story short; these guys customer service is second to none and they've innovated the whole meal prep thing in my opinion! Keep Killin it! P.s- that salmon Alfredo is the cats pajamas, 10/10 recommended.

Negative experience: I have emailed and called several times , as there was no reminder about my recurring charge that was charged to my account. I want this charge to be credited back to my account. The manager is very unresponsive and I am not happy and now I have to go through my bank to get this charge reversed. Very poor customer service

Fantastic experience: Lorina was amazing. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel very welcomed and I will be a returning solely because of her. She also signed me up for the fit club that I didn’t know about. Having her as an employee is huge asset to My Fit Foods.

Fantastic experience: I am just so thrilled I’ve found MyFitFoods! I’m a busy mom with three kids and I work full time. My husband and I have committed ourselves to a healthier lifestyle and that’s starting with making better food choices. I can have a delicious and convenient meal ready in about 80 seconds. The time I’m saving on cooking and packing our lunches is astonishing. Josi and Jennifer have been amazing at introducing me to the program and supporting my goals. I was spending so much more on quick, unhealthy, usually deep fried foods! Not anymore! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Also, I’ve tried foods I didn’t think I’d like and I’ve loved them from here. I’m so happy I found this place!

Positive experience: I’ve been going here for awhile. They do have incredible customer service, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I just can’t get past their new packaging. It really can’t be healthy. It is also harder to open the package, when you rip off the vacuum seal, food splatters everywhere. I wish they would go back to their old containers.

Fantastic experience: This service is amazing- the food is great, the prices are unbeatable and it makes eating healthy so much easier when cooking is a challenge. Jen called me today to ensure the order was correct due to a glitch (probably on my end) and get the food out as needed.

Negative experience: Food Quality has suffered slowly over the years. I’ve been coming to their DTC locations for almost 5 years. The food was amazing when they first opened as they prepared it on-site in the back kitchen. Always tasted fresh. Then they sourced it out to a remote kitchen and it tasted less fresh but still better than store microwave food. Then during the pandemic, you could tell they started sourcing cheaper ingredients (frozen instead of fresh) and they tried to make up for it by boosting up the amount of spices. They even had a marketing campaign talking about the health benefits of more spices. Most of their meals became super spicy but still tolerable. But now, they are vacuum sealing the food to last 2 weeks and it is uneatable to me. The taste of plastic gets into the food when you microwave it (cant be healthy!) and it looks and tastes so unappetizing! I attached photos of their chicken fried rice and teriyaki turkey that look like sloppy dog food now. These used to be my favorites too. I feel bad for the staff. They are super friendly and really go above and beyond every time. But you can tell they are having a hard time explaining the new packaging. I will be canceling my fitfood discount membership.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this meal prep service. I use them daily. It creates ease and flow in my lunches and even dinners when I don’t feel like cooking. Fantastic experience: I am new to the neighborhood (literally next door) and the ENTIRE staff welcomed me with open arms. The amazing staff walked me through the store, their culture, their values, and were just super friendly beyond belief. Love the amazing vibes and turkey/holiday decorations. You guys are incredible! On the way out I was even more inspired by goals/dreams that were scribbled on the wall by current customers.

Negative experience: Downgrading the 5 star to a 1 star. Not happy with the new packaging. The food just isn't the same. It's all squished from shrink wrap and an excess of water condensation when heating up the meals. Poeple use to compliment the meals when they saw them in the old packaging, but now people look at the new meals with disgust. The meals... there just not the same in the new packaging. I shouldn't have to eat taco's with a fork and knife. And the breakfast egg meals are no longer appetizing. I use to buy all of my meals from this place. I guess I'm gonna have to start making my breakfast meals myself again. You guys are gonna lose at least half my business on his move. Update: just sat down to eat what used to be my favorite meal (Bison Breakfast), and now I'm sadly disappointed. The quality of food has significantly deteriorated. I've been purchasing meals at My Fit Foods for a year and a half now. The food is not that great anymore. See some of the negative reviews below. I think I'm done with place.

Fantastic experience: First time in after hearing many good things. I walked in an Alex immediately assisted me- walking me through the food, quality of ingredients, and company as a whole. They provide a in body analysis scan and come up with a guideline/plan for food to fit your goals at no charge.The place was clean and ample staff even though they were very busy I did not feel rushed. Ate my first dinner tonight and was delicious. Couldn’t have been happier I went in today! They also have a fun health challenge going on that sign up ends 11/2.

Fantastic experience: These guys again and again have blown me away. They are kind and great to talk to as a staff, and the food is incredible! Do yourself a favor and go eat here on their patio. The atmosphere is incredible!

Fantastic experience: Just went to Fit Foods in Greenwood Village for the first time after seeing them on Colorafi & Co. Justin greeted me immediately and walked me through the whole process, gave me a Fitness analysis and great advice. Everyone was so nice! What a pleasant experience it was. They are truly genuine and I cannot wait to eat their meals! Thank you Justin and Fit Foods for the Inspiration to get motivated again! And thank you for your appreciation for our military! Fantastic experience: I work for a major airline, and I am in Denver for a month for training. I have ordered meals from MyFitFoods, and they have been awesome! They taste home made, and are a great change from constantly eating at restaurants. And they are more healthy, and cheaper! Everyone that I have talked to that works for MyFitFoods has been super nice, and the ability to have them delivered to the hotel is awesome, since I don't have any personal transportation while I am out here. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: Went here in a hurry for some quick healthy food. When you try and check out they ask you a bunch of questions and try and make you start a profile. If you decline they charge you 50% more than the food is maked at. Food was no good.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome and Alanna is a great person to welcome you in and help You with your choices. I highly recommend adding this to your weekly meal planning. Very tasty as well.

Fantastic experience: I love this place, the food is awesome, mostly gluten free and some dairy free options. The Staff is phenomenal, very helpful, kind, and Tyler is just the best, took my bag out to the car for me, when has that ever happened? Great job guys, keep up the amazing work you are doing! The only recommendation I have is to offer organic options, I would pay more for that, thanks!

Fantastic experience: MyFitFoods has helped me take my heath to the next level! The food is fresh, nutritious, and packed with protein! I value the convenience MFF offers with pick up, delivery and a location right off the freeway! The staff is always energized, welcoming and willing to help out! It's people like Brayan who hype me up to visit MFF! Also, the food is delicious!

Positive experience: I tried this place a couple years ago (happy experience) and then more recently I did a couple weeks worth of meals. Everything is super over seasoned. I am sensitive to sodium and I was going nuts eating these. My boyfriend enjoyed the bison burger years ago, but he couldn’t eat it and said the burger and sweet potatoes were way over seasoned. I do recall an email a while back that the dietician changed, so I am sure this is why the big difference from our first experience to present. Staff is always helpful and friendly, just wish it wasn’t over seasoned, and wish there was a rotating menu. Gets blah eating the same thing all the time.

Fantastic experience: Grayson was such a great help! Very knowledgeable about what recommendations would be good for each dietary restrictions and I ended up leaving with a delicious meal to try!! I can't wait to come back and vibe in this location!!! They have breakfast lunch and dinner available all the time!! Talk to Grayson he'll hook it up!!!
