Negative experience: I have never gone to a place for skin care, but because NAC came highly recommended, I took a chance. I should have known better, a product based business will keep you on the hook just enough to have you continue to purchase their products. I have spent a lot of time, effort and money here. I had questions that when I heard the answers felt the answers were pretty much, - we designed it that way -, just enough to seem to be ok but not quite in depth for it to truly sit right with me. I followed their regimen changes but something new seems to happen to my skin to conveniently need a new product. I would not recommend their service. I am posting under a different name because I still have treatments I prepaid for and don't want to be messed with but wanted to share my experience. Plus, you get $20 discount for a review. Makes me trust the positive reviews less when I learned that.

Fantastic experience: After years of suffering with acne all my adult life and no lasting relief from any dermatologist, I finally found the Natural Acne Clinic when I was searching around online. I suffered with hormonal acne for pretty much most of my life and then developed acne rosacea after covid. I would go to the dermatologist and they never helped with the root of the problem they only knew how to prescribe toxic drugs with many side effects that NEVER cleared the root issue. They didn't even help with how to use or what to use on my skin for skincare to help keep me clear. I completed the 17 week regimen with the Acne Clinic and my skin is finally clear and I also know how to continue to keep it clear. Positive experience: Well I wish that I didn’t have to come back and edit this but unfortunately I am. My skin was clear while I was in the program, and I was learning a ton and the specialist was great and I thought I was finally free from my adult acne that I have had for years. But now that I am done with the program and onto their maintenance routine, most of my acne has came back on my face. I still eat no eggs, no dairy, no cheese and following all the other diet restrictions. And I am actually more strict with my diet than I was while I was in the program. But I am back to multiple new large zits on my face daily and having to remove them with tools. I try to just not touch them, but they eventually have to be popped because they never go away on their own, and so many new ones form each day that they need to be popped. Very unfortunate situation, but judging on the rest of the reviews it seems like I am an outlier.

Having the detailed outline every two weeks of what my skin care routine looked like was so helpful. The information given on how acne develops, the info on triggering ingredients. It all was so useful! My skin has really improved over the last 5 months. It took the whole time to get where I am. I still have some red marks but no active acne at the moment! This program you have to be dedicated to following all the recs they give you. It was tough to adjust at first but I have enjoyed all the lifestyle changes I have made. Highly reccomend!

Fantastic experience: I got into their acne program for my facial acne. My face has been the most clearest it has ever been since the last 2 years! I’ve tried everything, went to different dermatologist's, tried different online programs and even home regimens and nothing worked. Negative experience: I do not recommend this program and regret all the money I spent that I will never get back. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this program to anyone. I wasn't crazy about being forced to use their products but I really wanted predicably clear skin so I moved forward with the program. I wouldn't say that i was ever happy with the products/ regimen but was under the impression that i just had to tough it out and suck it up when my skin was dry and flaky. but this went on for months and in the process I got a really bad chemical burn on my face and neck (pictured below) from applying the products one night. on top of the bad reaction my skin was having to the products I was still breaking out past the "90 day purge". 5 months in a decided to do a little bit more research about the ingredients (wish i would've done this sooner) and found out that every product i was applying to my face had either witch hazel or fragrance. and I've done enough research to know that witch hazel has benefits for your skin but is known to dry out your skin, especially if overused, and boy was it being overused in my regimen. It was bad that following through with my skincare brought me to tears on multiple occasions, I quit the program and it was the best decision I made. I've done my own research to find products that are 1/3 the price and still have quality ingredients to create my own regimen and in the 2 weeks that I've started this I haven't had any new breakouts and my skin's moisture barrier has been restored. My skin feels and looks better now than at any point during this program.

Fantastic experience: Natural Acne Clinic changed my life! I had taken hormonal birth control for 10 years. After getting off of it, I developed cystic acne. I suddenly was self conscious to leave the house without a full face of makeup for the first time in my adult life. I found NAC, and with patience, my skin cleared. They not only provide products that work, but they help you eliminate any product that causes breakouts, from makeup, skincare, haircare, diet, laundry detergent, and more. You are given a coach that prepares regimens to follow step by step, and also are available to speak to everyday of the week to answer questions. I do not have one bad thing to say about NAC. I just graduated the 16 week program and will 100% be using all of their products moving forward. I am so glad I found them. This program does take commitment and is not a one step solution to clear skin. That's not realistic. It is an investment to reach clear skin, as well as consistency and dedication to lifestyle changes, but it was more than worth it. I recommend NAC to anyone who's finally ready to get clear skin holistically and safely.

Positive experience: The program unfortunately never worked for me. I spent well over $2000 on products and a treatment plan, and it was definitely not worth it. I learned a lot about what what causes acne, and in turn, I gained a lot of fear regarding what I consume, what I do, and what I put on my skin. If you know your acne is heavily testosterone-based, it is very difficult to fix with “natural cures”. I don’t advocate going on BC to fix it, but the natural acne clinic cannot help either. I do enjoy the products I buy from NAC, however. I just wish the program worked for me, and my coach was a little more involved.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Natural Acne Clinic highly enough. I’ve struggle with acne my entire life, and was even on Acutane as a teenager. As an adult, my acne was so painful that it often brought my to tears. My dermatologist had given up and wanted to me to back on Acutane for a third time. That’s when I found Natural Acne Clinic and decided to give it a try. Quite literally, this program was life changing. I never thought I would be able to leave my house without a thick layer of foundation, but now I go out comfortably with no makeup or just tinted sunscreen when I want a little more coverage. I cannot recommend highly enough! I’ve never ever felt happier in my skin.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Natural Acne Clinic. I had the opportunity to meet Gabrielle for onboarding, and worked closely with Casey for treatment plan over the 18 weeks. They both were a pleasure to meet and work with! I have just now graduated into maintenance regimen and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my skin. I didn't have severe acne when starting the program though I did have very persistent hormonal acne that would leave my face in pain-filled acne. Before the program thought there was no solutions. I had tried many face creams and over the counter (OTC) acne products to absolutely no avail. Not only does the program help you to clear acne on our skin, though it is so educational in helping us to understand why the OTC acne products do not work on ours or everyone's skin. Everyone's skin and body is very different. OTC products do not take this into consideration. I really enjoyed the personalized approach of the program, helping you to understand your own skin, and to feel most confident in your own skin. It also helps us to understand our responsibility to our skin, as once educated it is literally so much more clear to our understanding, and helps us to put the control of the outcomes of the program in our own skin! It is a responsibility in itself to understanding our own skin, and how it can react not only to topicals but to the foods we ingest, the skincare/haircare products we use, and so much more. This is a complete lifestyle change that I am so thankful to have come across! I do not feel a victim to acne anymore, and now understand that much of the outcome of whether I have acne or not is primarily in my own control! Changing our lifestyle to abide by the program is not easy by any means, and it is not but it is so worth it to just come out on the other side with the knowledge to make a change in our lives for the better! I was hesitant at first on the pricing, though it is not to be compared to any cheap solution, and for very good reasons, as these solutions are of the highest quality that I have had the opportunity to come across! Fantastic experience: I have just finished the Online Acne Program and couldn't be happier. I have had cystic acne my whole life and it has been very persistent in my 40's. I have learned what products to use that won't clog my pores, what foods I am sensitive to, and supplements that support my skin. I have known 3 people who have gone through or are going through the program and every one of us has had a different regimen so this is not a program where one size fits all. Fantastic experience: I’ve really enjoyed my first two appointments. I have sensitive skin but the products have not irritated my skin at all yet. I’ve also learned a lot, I’ll update later with results! UPDATE after completing the program: I got to enjoy completely clear skin for my wedding! This program really works. One thing to note is that you must keep up maintenance after the program ends. I ran out of a few products and just waited to see if it made much of a difference, and I did start seeing breakouts again. All that to say, this is not a magical, one-time fix. I’m really grateful to have found a gut and hormone friendly acne treatment that is holistically good for my body- I noticed my moods were actually more stable after taking the hormone balancing supplement (chaste berry vitex) for 3 months! I was spending all kinds of money on skincare products that werent fixing it. Then I signed up here and the regimen works! They take your nutrition into account too. Turns out I was eating way too much soy which was messing up my hormones and producing acne. The products they put me on are good quality and worked really well. All the staff is super friendly. Just fyi, this is not a cheap fix, you will spend a good amount of money of the services and products while on the program, BUT its just a few months and the long lasting effect of clear skin is worth it! Negative experience: Today they lost a client of over 3 years. That drove over 45 minutes to get there. I have spent well over $10,000 with this place and today they decided to tell me when I went in to purchase another $200 in product’s that I can no longer do that unless I schedule a acne peel or a facial! Apparently they broke their contract by not following this policy for 3 years and today I'm either forced to follow the "contract" they didn't follow and schedule a treatment I don't want for more $$ on top of my products or they will not longer sell them to me. I'm pretty discussed at the way they conduct business when they didn't follow their own policy for years. Feels like a scam. There are other places to go that are just as good with better customer service. Don't waste your money or time on a scam. You will never stop giving this place your money - after the program - products - and now forced services to continue to use the product... wow! I should have known when I started this program my mom passed away and I called to reschedule the appointment when I was still in the "active" program and they still charged me after I told them about my emergency. Maybe they are really hard up for money . Places like this go out of business because they lack ethics. Beware!
