Fantastic experience: My visit with Dr. Smith was incredibly helpful! I have previously been dealing with gastroenterologist that will not consider any treatments outside of pharmaceutical intervention. Dr. Smith focuses on treating the gut microbiome to solve symptoms rather than just mask symptoms like much of western medicine.

Fantastic experience: I took my son over there he is autist they found my son had candida overgrowth after my son gettting treatment and suplemments . he is not showing autism symptoms he is doing great he is in main stream school he is getting good grade good behavior not meltdown .not problems for transition better communications and better adaptive skills even the school say that he is like day and night chance.i am glad that i took my son to this doctor it is worth the money at least for our family we are happy with the results.

Negative experience: This place will say one thing and then redact it later. Theyre also HORRID at getting back to you. They tell you to use the my chart and they’re “available to message 24/7” but they usually take a week to reply. These people overcharge for routine bloodwork and invalidate the patients. We had very serious concerns and the doctor dismissed our feelings. They also talked behind our backs during the waiting time. Don’t waste your time here.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic seeking help for a year of persistent health issues, but my experience was alarmingly dangerous. The treatment I received from Rosi—including antibiotics, a strict candida diet, Diflucan, and medication for hypothyroidism—worsened my condition and severely impacted my mental health. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out for help—via calls, voicemails, and messages—my concerns were largely ignored. I only received a late response suggesting I reduce my medication, with no follow-up to check on my well-being after I canceled my appointments. This lack of communication and care is not just frustrating; it poses a serious risk to patients’ health. Afterward, I consulted an MD outside this facility, who confirmed I was misdiagnosed and that the prescribed medication could have led to my deteriorating mental state. I cannot stress enough how dangerous this experience was. I do NOT recommend this clinic or Rosi. Please prioritize your health and seek care elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I didn't think virtual appointments would work for me, but I was pleasantly surprised with how *seen* I felt by my provider; more-so than at the in-person doctor. Don't let living in another state keep you from seeking care at CentreSpring. You won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: I wanted to have high hopes for this clinic but unfortunately, Dr Rosi has not been very helpful. I had countless tests done from bloodwork to stool to urine but even with all the information it felt like she was guessing what was wrong with me and not diving into the details and putting puzzle pieces together. She even suggested at one point that my ear piercings, for which I’ve had for over a decade, well before any symptoms started, were contributing to my heavy metal levels. I’m now on my third protocol and thousands of dollars and multiple antibiotics later, don’t feel any better.

Fantastic experience: This was a great experience. My body shut down on me about 3 weeks ago on me and I could not figure out what was going on. I looked up a wholistic doctor and found them after going to the emergency room and urgent care. I was feeling low emergy, and not my self. I was told nothing until I got a wholistic doctor. I don't know how I will feel until.my next appointment, but Dr. SARAH was perfect in her diagnosis and made me feel way more comfortable about healing. Fantastic experience: I had heard of Dr. Taz and the operation here from the nuts and Berry shop and my wife. When they started accepting new patients again, I made an appointment and was not disappointed. They are holistic doctors that look at your overall health and come up with a personalized plan to Improve whatever is causing you to seek treatment. I had come for Gastro intestinal problems. They immediately honed in on them and A few other chronic ailments such as loss of energy and cramping. The first time you go there it’s three hours to do the initial consult/intake which requires a bunch of testing for them to understand what your baseline looks like. I can’t see enough good things about the clinic or my doctor, Brandon Scott.

Negative experience: I visited centerSpringMD because of unexplained intestinal issues. After getting a quote for DR. Taz, I made an appointment with her. After my first visit, Dr Tazz recommended a list of diagnostic tests and supplements . When I saw my bill, I was shocked to see it was way more than the quote I had. So I called and asked them. They first kept saying I was wrong and then they said their prices had gone up since I made the appointment. They finally reimbursed part of it, but it was still more than my initial visit quote. I bought a few supplements on my first visit and when I checked the prices online, I saw that I was overcharched for them too. When I told them, they said it included the shipping costs as well, which didn’t make sense, since I bought the supplement from their office that day. I read the visit notes with Dr.Taz and saw that she has used a pre-populated template for recommendations and unfortunately they did not reflect my case. After taking those very expensive tests , i went back for a follow up visit since they wouldn’t give me any comments on the trst results without a follow up visit, which is unlike all other physicians I’ve seen. So I called to make a follow up appointment with Dr. TAZ, but they said the visit would with a nurse, supervised by Dr. Taz. When I went back, it was only the nurse and I had to repeat everything we went over in my first visit. So no continium of care there. The nurse gave me some medication and supplements which I took, and made no difference in my condition. I had another followed up visit with the same nurse after I finished the medication, which was not helpful at all. So after paying for 3 visit, doing blood works, taking 3 out of pocket tests, a medication treatment and multiple supplements, nothing has changed. I’m very disappointed in my experience. I went there with high hopes. They have excellent marketing and social media team. I actually beleive they could be really helpful if they did what they advertise. I was let down by traditional medical system and though a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment through functional medicine could help. My concern is not the money I spent, it is that I gained zero additional knowledge and no improvement in my condition. I personally had to call the test company and asked them for consult on my test results, since I didn’t get any helpful insight from my visits. They sent me a booklet which I read and was very helpful in understanding my results and implications.

Negative experience: Dr Taz is great, but communication is terrible. I just paid $900 for a NutrEval, and now my results are in, I am told that I have to pay more to have the results explained to me. And to call in a prescription refill is $125.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience here. Having seen 3 practitioners the first was Dr Brandon Smith who was lacking any sort of empathy to my situation. I felt like he didn’t listen to me, he offered no solutions to putting me on a path to healing. I spent over $1000 and I walked out of there with nothing. Next was a nurse practitioner, but she was even worse when I Ask for particular bloodwork everything was “No”. I was so upset. I reached out to the office manager, since I wasn’t able to get a hold of Dr. Taz, no one would let me speak with her to share my concerns and what I went through with each of them. Since The option for Integrative care is sparse here in Georgia. I thought one last time I would see if another practitioner within the practice could help me again. I was with another nurse practitioner. I wanted to be tested for Lyme disease and other what I believe to be a parasitic infection, I had to bring my daughter along with me because I felt like no one believed me. She was my support in my advocate. I was in excruciating pain. I could barely walk. I could tell Once again, they didn’t care. The office staff was very standoffish There was a very cold environment, even my daughter said this is not the place for you Mom. This is a place for people who want to lose weight and get their hormones balanced, Not somebody who is truly dying of a parasitic infection. I was down to 92 pounds and that didn’t seem like that was a concern for any of these doctors nurse practitioners. I just wanted somebody to help me figure out why I was in so much pain and losing so much weight but no one here offered me no solutions no help no guidance nothing! I gave these people over $3000 and walked away with nothing! Thankfully, I found a doctor outside the state of Georgia who has actually saved my life! Going to this place was just more unnecessary medical trauma that I have had to endure.

Negative experience: Horrible experience so far!!!! Where to even begin! You schedule an appointment they take your payment information (card info) at that time. Appointments range in cost from $500 to $1500 depending on who you see. If you need to reschedule or cancel you have to do so 48 hours before your appointment or else they charge you the FULL price of the appointment! They do not answer the phone nor do they return voice mails! I have been trying to reschedule my allí appointment since Sunday, Jun 23. No one answers and no one returns calls! Feels like they really could care less. I just read the recent low reviews! And it’s not just me! So I had to CANCEL my card!! I can do my own bloodwork and I will find someone else to work with me on my health journey!!! Last thing I need is them taking advantage of me! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
