I have been looking for a new dr that I can feel comfortable with walking in the door & let me tell you this is the place! The nurse Lisa was phenomenal & so nice & caring along with KT they were so great. Listened to me & actually asked what I wanted & didn't try to push anything on me. I honestly cannot wait for my next appt! if you need a new primary care provider what are you waiting for make an appt!

Positive experience: The NP Betsy is amazing as well as the nutritionist! They are very genuine and share their knowledge in a way that isn't intimidating and easy to understand. The nutritionist even gave us resources that were at my 8 year old level on Instagram so she can be involved in the solutions we implement! Oftentimes it's a bunch of things for me as the parent but I loved her ideas and Winter can't wait to try them. Betsy made me feel heard on our concerns, created an action plan, and went above and beyond making all necessary referrals. *I'll update it to 5 stars if I stay lucky and don't have to switch providers again next year because it really is important to us Our daughter builds rapport with one person and has been with someone different for the past 3, but that's my only con!

My wait time in the waiting room was negligible and my PA was in the examination room shortly after Kate took my vitals and had me situated. My issue was addressed and I was on my way in quick order, yet I didn’t feel rushed or pushed through in any way. Good job Inspire!

Negative experience: My daughter is in college in New York and went to see DR. Rob at inspired health group in Buffalo. That man is the most ignorant, egotistical P.O.S. My daughter's primary care DR. Told her to see the Dr. At college about an issue , and when she did the Dr. Got mad at her because it wasn't what he suggested and he made her cry. I'm sure DR. Rob wouldn't appreciate it if I talked ro his daughter the way he talked to mine. Again , nothing but a P.O.S., and he was lucky I wasn't there.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and they try to accommodate everyone the best they can. I hav never had a problem getting medical help when I needed it. It may not have been an appointment, but I have always spoken to a medical professional that has given me professional medical advice. All staff there care and I feel I can trust them.

Negative experience: I usually see Valerie McDonald, and she is super helpful. She takes me seriously and treats me very well. I could not get an appointment with her for a couple months so I decided to see a different provider so I could get a sooner appointment. Today, I saw LAUREN ROBINSON… if I could give her 0 stars I would. I left feeling super defeated and dismissed. Valerie has been treating my anxiety and Bipolar for over a year without issue, and when I came in to ask for help since my anxiety is worsening, and to talk about ADHD, she didn’t help me. She gave me a psych referral that DIDN’T EVEN TAKE MY INSURANCE. I also explained why I am hesitant to see another psychiatrist after a bad experience which is why Valerie was treating me. Then she basically didn’t care and kept pressing for a referral. I think that was laziness on her part. I also have been getting frequently sick, and her solution was that it was allergies. I even told her I took Claritin and it didn’t help, but obviously she didn’t believe me. If you want to go here, Valerie is amazing, but if I were you I would avoid Lauren Robinson like the plague. I would not see her again, ever. I will not be calling the office to express my concerns but feel free to message me via portal to amend the situation. Atrocious experience. If you care about your health see a different provider.

Negative experience: Been patient for years. Showed up 7 min late which is bad on my part. Soon as I walked in receptionist gave me attitude went in back came back up and said since I was 7 min late I would have to wait another 1.5 hours to be seen. I asked what about all the times I waited 30-60 min in waiting room. Nothing to say. Shocked still Will find a new doctor who doesn’t have more patients then they can handle. All about the money we’re just like sheep with a number. Not to mention impossible to get in part of my family left practice and others complaining they can’t get in won’t be long before they leave as well. Sad was my doctor of all these years

First appointments are longer by the very nature of the appointment. But they made it go quickly and efficiently. From the office staff, to the nurse, to the doctor, we were pleased with everyone! From the office staff to the practitioners, they are caring professionals. I also like the convenience of having the MAC right there, for both routine tests and emergencies, and certainly like that IH is a group that offers several services within their practice. The staff is wonderful, helpful, professional, and caring. It's nice to have good people to go to when you need them!
