I am new to the establishment, and don't recall everyone's name, however I felt comfortable with the employees and the practitioners, and I feel that they are knowledgeable and professional in their work. I received the package deal, for $49 I got an exam, two adjustments, and an hour massage. It is well worth it to give them a look if you need some work done on your body!

Fantastic experience: I am being treated for both cervical & lumbar herniated disks, and per bloodwork- autoimmune positive/ leaky gut… and been undergoing treatment for about 2 months now. Dr Molly is very caring & thorough in holistic care- getting to the root cause of my symptoms which have been troublesome for several years. All the staff work well together collaborating in helping me regain my health. Allison, my functional movement therapist has an amazing eye for finding tight spots I need loosened up & is very compassionate. Dr Haman has been professional, friendly, kind & skilled with manipulation & dry needling. I have been feeling less buzzy in my hands/feet & much less joint pain since consistent spinal decompression treatments. Dr Molly checks in with me frequently & is responsive to my emails. It takes time & effort on my part with exercises & restricting my diet some but it is worth it! I am so grateful for this alternative plan versus expensive & risky back surgery! I definitely recommend you visit them if you want to get to the bottom of your health struggles!

Though we have to cancel the treatment plan because of other health concern, he was very understanding. The staff were awesome and very accommodating. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been fighting with joint pain related problems for a while (sciatica, neck and knee pain to be specific) I’ve tried many massages but this “Medical Massage” was one of the best I had in years. I never felt relieved after a massage since I don’t remember when, till I visited this place. Thank you guys for making me feel better!

Fantastic experience: Dr. K is AMAZING! I could barely walk, I was hunched over, taking a few inch steps & even that had me crying in front of patients & Drs., i was so embarrassed but I was in excruciating pain. Dr. K took x-rays, which was a challenge cuz I could stand up straight, then had me on the table, during the entire process she was So incredibly patient with how slow I was able to move or walk. When she finally worked her Magic on my back, I was so scared to Undo what she had done. I had some pain but not the kind I had gone in with, I wasn’t crying like a little kid. Every time I went in they listened to me and when something wasn’t working, they tried a different approach. Dr. K has really high standards and her staff hold themselves to the same standard of care for their patients. I trust Dr. K more than any Dr. at Memorial hospital, who gave me a Valium and sent me back out. Got a call a month later to set up PT, how bout that for follow up from the hospital. Dr. K had me standing straight and little pain in 2days. I’m forever grateful to have found Thrive Health Systems Chiropractors of West Colorado Springs, thank you for all the incredible work on my back to get me back to functional life. For those people who claim they didn’t get the results they wanted, I call BS! These people are probably the type who will eat an entire meal then complain that it wasn’t good, just so they don’t have to pay for the meal. It’s a business people, what I paid was well worth it, I’d pay it again if I had the need for it again. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!

Fantastic experience: It is one one of the few upper cervical treatment facilties in Colorado. They are a sport injury treatment facility as well as an exercise place.

Fantastic experience: If you LISTEN to the doctors and FOLLOW their care plan from beginning to end, you will see results. If you cheat, cut corners, can’t be bothered to commit to YOUR health, you won’t see results. Simple as that.

Negative experience: Woah… not a good experience. I would never pay for the package. They tell you that you can get refunded no problem and now I’m being told it goes through two approvals at Thrive and then to their corporate office. I would recommend looking for a place less focused on making money. I’ve been really disappointed with the experience I have had. I didn’t know it would be such a nightmare getting my money back, especially since I had mentioned I was moving in the first place.

Fantastic experience: I had popped my rib out of place an entire inch doing jiu jitsu and I spent the night in serious pain, to the point where I couldn’t sleep at all. The next morning I looked these guys up and got an appointment with in the hour. They got me back, confirmed by xray that it wasn’t broken, put my rib back in place, and gave me some laser frequency therapy. All with in like 30 minutes! I’m super impressed and very satisfied! I actually was able to sleep the next night. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend! Best health service I’ve ever received!

Negative experience: Dr. Molly Kallenbach strives primarily to thrive money out of your possession and into her own. Her husband and chiropractor-coach husband Ian brags online that thanks to his mentoring, Dr. Molly makes $83,000/month working part-time. If it makes sense to you that Dr. Molly should earn more than a neurosurgeon, hey, Thrive may be a great place for you to throw your money away! I did not go snooping for this information; it's posted publicly on Ian Kallenbach's website—for the sake of his own publicity. That makes it the business of everyone who has an internet connection. I paid thousands of dollars in advance of treatment at Thrive that did me absolutely no good; took lots of prescribed, expensive supplements that didn't do anything; my mother was treated extremely rudely by incompetent front-desk staff; had appointment times bungled and mismanaged, always to Thrive's financial benefit. Allison and Oscar who do functional movement are both fantastic, intelligent people who should get jobs elsewhere! They didn't solve my back problem, but were great to meet. Money was refunded AFTER I wrote my review. Thrive wants to portray me as a semi-conscious liar, and I'm neither of those things. My money was not refunded when I obviously deserved it and asked for it. Instead, Thrive tried to play with money already received and do this that and the other thing in order to keep it. They finally gave it back. Apparently because they don't like bad publicity.

Fantastic experience: Thrive Health Systems has been a part of our routine for 5 years now. We wouldn't go to any other chiropractor. Krystal Uthe is the biggest blessing for our family. She has been adjusting myself and my husband twice a month and has adjusted all of my kiddos including 3 of them from newborn to ages 2-6. She's helped solve many health issues with chiropractic care and diet suggestions. You can't find anyone better than Thrive!

Fantastic experience: I came for some pain in my lower and upper back originally and only had 4 appointments because I was leaving town soon. They gave me an x ray and taught me a list of some stretches I could do on my own and by God this is the best my back has felt in WEEKS after just 2 stretching sessions. Fantastic experience: This review is specifically about the Thrive office on Centennial Boulevard near Garden of the Gods. What an awesome group. Everyone in that office, including the clinical staff and the administrative staff are absolutely professional, friendly, and above all competent. They treated me with such grace and compassion, just based on that You want to go back time and time again. I specifically had neck issues, but through chiropractic adjustments and functional medicine training, all of my neck pain is gone. And when you are there, you learn a lot to take forward into your future life. Nutrition is a very important factor in your musculo-skeletal system and all of the motions and exercises in functional medicine that you learn you can take forward into the rest of your life. Going to name a couple of names of people I worked with a lot there, Dr. Kallenbach,, Dr. Hamon, Allison, Becca, and Eli, are the people I worked with the most, and it is such a pleasant experience to go there. I never sat in the waiting room more than five minutes, you have all sorts of choices, you can get a Massage if you want, the pricing is very negotiable, and they really care about you like a family member, you feel like you belong to their family. Fantastic experience: Peyton the receptionist is probably the nicest pop lady I have met since moving to Colorado. I had needed help when I walked in and I didn’t have everything I needed. I apologized and was going to reschedule. I felt so terrible having to reschedule but they understood. Then Payton came after me and helped me figure out what to do so I didn’t have to reschedule. She was so kind! And the doctor I saw was just as nice and took care of me ! I will continue to come here !

Negative experience: *Updated: You can't make up stuff like this. I finally got my results from my doctor. Did xray and MRI. My results came back normal, so now it's confirmed that this place is really all about money. Before I left, I was told that if I didn't do anything about the "issue" this location saw on my X-rays, that I would need back surgery soon. So to please come back with my wife and my insurance information to talk about costs and start working on a program. My doctor informed me that my discs look normal, and my pain is coming from soft tissue, most likely muscular. I am happy I trusted my gut and did not go back to this place. 2 stars for equipment instead if only 1. Been to enough chiropractors in my lifetime to tell which one is purely business and which one is “we also care for you”. This one is much more “we care for your money". If I was you, I would get a second opinion after visiting this place.

Fantastic experience: It is only my second visit with Thrive Health Symptoms and I can already move my neck with greater range of motion than I have had in years. I have suffered numbness in my arm for more than a year and it is all returning with the minimal treatment I have yet to receive. Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and understanding that Dr. Molly Kallenbach gave to me on my first appointment. After a brief description of my medical history she got right to diagnosing me. She understands that I was not there for a quick fix, rather I am seeking to fix years of abuse and neglect to my spine. She knew I was dehydrated just by feeling my back, I was, and found the vertebrae that hurts and quickly took x-rays to better know why I am in pain. With a little spine readjusting and a decompression table I can move my head better and look forward to continuing my treatment at Thrive.

Fantastic experience: I want to sing the praises of Thrive Health Systems. I went into Thrive with a ton of upper back and neck pain. Through Dr. Twyman's consultation, I embarked on a six month journey of functional mobility training, adjusting my diet, getting blood work to discover which foods I am allergic to, and checkups to see progress being made. I have "thrived" at Thrive. Their knowledgeable staff and excellent training through Allison has changed my life! I can move, have a much better and improved range of motion, and am feeling the healthiest in my gut and body than ever. Negative experience: I can only speak for myself and not these other reviews. I’ve been to places like this before and they are all the same. Salespeople and not Dr’s. A Dr. above all should have the patients best interest at heart not what they have in their wallet, so day two and we’re looking at (loans) RED FLAG. They all have a niche thing they push that’ll solve your problems like decompression or stem cell injections etc. They make you feel like you’re helpless without them and say stuff like “you’ll need pain pills or surgeries if you don’t get their help” ACTUAL QUOTE. So two visits and no benefit to my pain or function with a quote for $5000+ over 6 weeks. I went to Byers Family Chiropractic (don’t judge the book by it’s cover); $69 a month with unlimited visits. Day one i felt significant difference and in a week no pain. Accompanied by a PT practice “THAT MY INSURANCE ACTUALLY COVERS” I’m doing great and saved $4000+ dollars. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get a second opinion. Could save you money and could save your body.

Fantastic experience: When I arrived at Thrive my movement was at approximately 10% of normal. I was quickly diagnosed with a compression issue that had resulted in my back tightening up severely with a resulting pain that was a 10 out of 10. I was set up in a program where I visited twice a week for approximately 2 months where I underwent both decompression and chiropractic adjustments. Within 2 weeks I was back to about 50% and I improved about 10% per week after that. I am now back to 100% and I credit the staff, especially Dr. Molly and Dr. Sam for the diagnosis and treatment offered. It was truly life changing.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience! I have MS and was referred to Thrive by my Neurologist. I received a $19 New Patient Introductory offer which included X-ray’s, Consultation and initial therapy session. I suffer from lower back pain, constant neuropathy, and sleep apnea. I also experience difficulty walking and in my gait. Dr Uthe identified the cause of my neuropathic pain and identified several pinched nerves. After completing several Spinal Decompression Therapy sessions my neuropathic and lower back pain has significantly decreased. My difficulties walking and overall gait has also improved. I now receive better sleep without the chronic pain. The staff is very friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. Becca and Elijah are professional, diligent and helpful. I would highly recommend Thrive Health Systems and Services.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly caring staff, super helpful receptionists that are willing to be flexible with your schedule. I'm so grateful for Dr. Crystal working with me as briefly as it was, I would've never discovered that my chronic pain was caused by a shorter femur.

Negative experience: They fixed an issue my girlfriend was having with her neck but a tall bald man was pretty insistent that we give them the most money right off the bat. I understand paying more up front is cheaper in the long run but I had to kinda get pushy and ask for cheaper options because some of us just can't drop that kind of cash at one time. Not a good look for a guy wearing nice clothes and a fancy watch. Ask for different payment options or they'll just ask for the most amount of money right off the bat.

Negative experience: I originally came to Thrive Health because of pain in my upper spine and neck that was making it difficult to move and sleep. I was having some hip issues as well. Through the help of the chiropractors and physical trainers, I am now feeling better and much more mobile. Unfortunately at the beginning of the new year, I had some scheduling changes and issues and cancelled my contract. It has now been almost a year since my appointment and I've never been sent my Xray. They refused and now told me to fill out a records release form but my info was never given to me in the first place.what difference is a form going to make if you won't send the info? Oh and my original negative feedback I was blackmailed into deleting before they would allow me a refund on charges I never went to. My chiropractor and physical trainer quit within 3 months of me starting. Rude front desk and bad communication everywhere

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going here for maybe 7 months. She suffers from vertigo, back problems, and has aches and pains from being a dancer. She was pretty scared of getting an adjustment at first, but they made her feel comfortable and she ended up loving them. The girls at the front desk are also always very friendly and they remember your name. We highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with chronic back pain for more than 3 years and Dr. Storm was able to help me so quickly. Within the first visit she was so quick to already have a few ideas with what was going on. It's been 2 weeks since coming here and this is the most relief I've felt in these years! I'm so thankful for thrive! I was seeing a chiropractor before going to thrive and they did nothing for me. But I've been here less than 2 weeks and have seen such a difference!! And also the receptionists and everyone else is so friendly! I'm thankful for them and for Dr. Storm!

Fantastic experience: I love thrive because all the doctors/therapists are very well rounded and knowledgeable. I have seen many different people in the office but specifically see Dr. T for my chiropractic and Alex for massage. Both have been extremely helpful in my pain management and Alex has extremely useful knowledge for me specifically in how to bodybuild while keeping my body safe from further injury!

Negative experience: I'm editing my review after the fact. This place has great reviews due to them padding their reviews with offers of a free massage in return. It's why I initially did mine and my experience still wasn't the best. Dr. T is the only good thing about this place. He is caring, knowledgeable, and very good at communication. The physical trainer girl however once told me that cancer can randomly vanish and the human body can be a mystery sometimes. While I understand the human body can be fascinating and unique person to person, we were discussing my partner with an ailment that doesn't have a working treatment and that we've been trying to get diagnosed beyond idiopathic for years now. He even came in to this facility to give it a shot, but to no avail. That conversation really stuck with me and did not leave a good impression on me. I don't really recommend this place and would like others to know that they pad their reviews. Edit after owner response- My partner killed himself because of the pain on June 17th.

Negative experience: I went to Thrive specifically for my neck pain and headaches, Dr T seemed to know what he was talking about and was very knowledgeable HOWEVER I have never felt worse in my life.. I went in 3 times and don’t plan on going back. the first visit I got an adjustment which did help a little, then I got a massage and my last adjustment and ever since then my neck has hurt more consistently and has progressed. I’m a little disappointed as I was really hoping to find some type of relief since I’ve been in pain for about a year now. but the staff is nice I suppose.

Fantastic experience: After almost 6 weeks of pain and no/ misinformation/ answers from the ER or PCP, Trive Health Systems Chiropractor Dr Uthe was able to give my 19yr son some hope and relief with the first start of treatment to come and education they provided. As well as relieve some of my mommy stress of seeing my child in pain. The staff from walking in the door was super nice and made us feel welcome, even gave my 6yr old a sticker and something to color. Just after one visit he is able to move a little better. I look forward to his healing process with Thrive. Thank you all very much.

Fantastic experience: I started with Thrive in May as I was experiencing increasingly worse stomach issues (thrive came highly recommended by a coworker). After beginning, I felt remarkably better within two weeks. Dr. Arter, Dr. Grammer, and the entire staff were wonderful. Scheduling appointments was always a breeze and the doctors were always so pleasant to meet with. They truly care & listen! I highly recommend Thrive!

Positive experience: I threw my back out and was able to get a first time appointment the same morning. For the first time appointment price of $19, I pretty much got what I paid for. I left with expats and knowledge of a potential previous neck injury, but it took DAYS for my back to get near normal. I know healing takes time, but it has never taken that long after an adjustment. I don’t think anything was fixed. But, I WILL be taking my X-rays to a different chiropractor! I appreciate the info!

Fantastic experience: Thrive has changed my life. Dr. Twyman is amazing along with all of the other staff. I am now on a maintenance plan where I am able to live day to day and work out pain free. My scoliosis curvature has become dramatically straitened throughout the past 3 years. I have done FMT there as well and now know how to workout and train my body in a way that is helping me.

Fantastic experience: Thrive is a wonderful environment. Everyone who works there is SO friendly and always willing to help in any way they can. And Dr. Twyman’s health program has really changed my life. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and how foods effect your body holistically. Moreover, Dr. Twyman listens to all your health issues and is able to connect the dots on how each issue relates to the others. I have dealt with chronic digestive pain for most of my life, and by eliminating the foods I am sensitive to and taking Dr. Twyman’s recommended supplements, I have been completely pain free for over 6 months. I have never felt better. At Thrive, I also appreciate receiving my chiropractic care, physical therapy and nutritional care all under one roof at one time that works for me. And I respect how Allison, my physical therapist, closely analyzes my posture and progress to provide the best exercises to help me at the stage I am at. never felt better!

Fantastic experience: Dr K took X-rays and we made a plan to address the loss of function in my lower back and neck. Each day I come in I am quickly taken for either my adjustment, a spinal decompression session, or my functional movement training. They work very well as a team and are fun to work with. I am feeling relief from the pain that caused me to seek out care and am learning techniques that will help me stay loose and strengthen the areas that have cause my problems. This has been a very important investment in my well-being.

Fantastic experience: In March '21 I was in excruciating lower back, right leg pain. It was like out of the movies type of torturing pain, I was barely able to stand or walk without yelling or crying like a baby. I went to my PCP & ER and they both sent me away with pain killers & muscle relaxers. Those pills didn't even touched the amount of pain I was in. As a last resort & frankly zero faith in doctors, this May I finally took a chance on the Chiropractic approach. Thrive Health Systems came up in my delirious state of mind search for help. I was crying when I called & they didn't have appts. for that day but they heard the pain I was in and squeezed me in. Dr. Molly was so patient with me, as it took me forever to walk over to the x-ray room. She had me on a table & did an adjustment. Spoke to my husband & I about what they can do to get me feeling better. I was willing to do whatever... This was on a Mon., Tues., & by Thurs. I was walking upright, with just 3 appts., that was incredible. When I say, I was having to think about life without walking, I mean it was dark. The Magic hands of Dr. Molly, Dr. Alessi, the "You can do it" tough love PT Allison & Mr Positive DeComp. Craig put a plan together that has me on the right track to recovery. I've never been to any Health Care Provider who has shown the level of personal care interest in my well being, like the entire staff (Not exaggerating) of THRIVE HEALTH SYSTEMS WEST has shown me. Fantastic experience: Everybody at Thrive is amazing! Allison and Kelsey are absolutely the best. They helped me so much with my mobility and my pain was near non existent after spending 6 weeks with them. I use everything I learned from them with my every day bodybuilding and lifting. Dr. Twyman was able to correct my neck and lower back pain.

Fantastic experience: The results take time, but they are worth it!! Two years ago my neck was basically frozen and hurt all the time. After 5 months once a week at thrive and following their program I had my mobility in my neck once again that I hadn’t had for years!! Also my back is way better and still doesn’t hurt as much!! I continue to go to thrive once a week and do the exercises I was given in FMT. Allison continues to see things that could get better in my physical body and shows me exercises to do to fix them. Fantastic experience: I had been going to a traditional chiropractor monthly for 4 years. I didn’t feel like I was getting enough out of it so I decided to try Thrive. I had X-rays done for the first time ever and I couldn’t believe what my spine and neck looked like despite having monthly care. Thrive uses a completely different approach with multiple tools and xrays that show your progress vs just hoping your adjustments are benefiting you. I will never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Thrive at the start of 2021 due to extreme lower back pain. I came here hoping to get some sort of relief and after a couple of months I barely remember I have back pain. Every session I have with Dr Uthe and Allison has been extremely helpful. In general the whole staff is friendly, helpful and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: I came to Thrive just for an adjustment from a Groupon promo and it was the best decision I’ve made. Dr. Uthe listened to what ailed me and after the evaluation, I was properly adjusted. But they didn’t stop there they showed me how they could strengthen my neck and shoulder muscles to not be in pain so often. Between Allison and Kelsey working with me on the functional movement training, I have had less migraines and pain in my neck but also better posture. It’s the first time that my issues were being addressed and not just responding to the symptoms. If you get the opportunity to work with this team, it is well worth it for your health.

Fantastic experience: My body was torn and broken after years of abuse...the X rays showed it at my first consultation. I was worried however Dr. Twyman had a plan, and it would take much commitment on my part. In the beginning I felt overwhelmed, but Physical Therapists Allison and Kelsey reassured me to keep with the program and helped me each step of the way. I am now nearing the end of my treatments and look forward to seeing the improvements on my final exam soon.

Fantastic experience: I began coming to Thrive Health Systems Chiropractors a couple months ago for chronic neck and low back pain. To be honest, this has been the best experience I have ever had at a chiropractic office. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Dr's actually listen to you and are very knowledgeable and kind. Fantastic experience: The staff has been incredible. We are very satisfied with our treatment plans and honesty of our Dr. I do think it's odd for the physical therapy space to be right in the middle of everything. Hard to focus on healing and therapy with so many distractions around but that could just be my personal preference. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I researched and called a number of local chiropractors asking about cold laser therapy to treat shin splints and I ultimately chose Thrive simply because the lady at the front desk was friendly, helpful and willingly answered all my questions. I'm only 28, but with years of skateboarding and working behind a desk my body is out of whack on many levels. Finding someone that I could trust with not only my physical health, but also the financial investment required to get better was my top priority. I just finished my second visit at Thrive and Dr. Molly has truly gone above and beyond for me. She's super cool, laid back, easy to talk to and I'm honestly kind of blown away at how much information she's provided in just two visits, along with a variety of actionable steps I can take to improve my situation. We talked about my shin splints and also went into a lot of the back and neck problems I've developed over the years. Dr. Molly spent a good 30min just dissecting my xrays and helping understand what was going on. I don't think I've received that much attention at any medical practice, ever. And I was equally surprised at how messed up my spine looked, no wonder my back and neck feel so jacked up all the time, it just makes sense. The two adjustments that I've had provided noticeable relief and I'm looking forward to my next visit. All in all this place has good vibes and I'm excited to continue working with Thrive to get my physical health back on track.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment and was very impressed and thankful I made the appointment. The provider actually sat down with me and listened to my concerns and actually took the time to draw pictures and show me a model of my vertebrae and discs, which No previous provider has done. It all made complete sense! I had my first spinal decompression and laser heat procedure and it was great! I could feel the difference on one side right away and was able to actually move more freely. For once I finally feel that there is hope for me to improve my pain without needing a lumbar fusion.

Fantastic experience: I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain for several years and tried many different therapies to help relieve the pain. Dr. Twyman's upper cervical adjustments really helped in just a few weeks and I've experienced lasting results! It's easy to schedule and he's on time.
