Sovran Soul

At Sovran Soul, we are committed to awakening the body’s ability to heal from chronic diseases and promote undisturbed births, all while facilitating a journey towards a healthier and fuller life. Based in New Orleans, our mission is to guide individuals in reclaiming their sovereignty over health and wellness.

With a strong foundation in nutritional therapy, we provide compassionate guidance to help restore physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. From personalized nutritional advice to the use of plant-based medicine, we work alongside our clients on their healing journey. I am here to show you how to enhance your kitchen, dispose of harmful foods, and equip you with useful tools for reclaiming your health.

In addition, as a birth expert, I offer a holistic approach that ensures every family has the birthing experience they desire, whether at home or in a hospital setting. My classes and consultations are designed to inform and empower families, providing the security they need for a peaceful and loving birth experience.

Finally, as a massage and bodywork therapist, I offer treatments that combine physical healing with spirituality, helping clients overcome trauma and enhance their overall well-being. Whether through therapeutic massages or techniques like Theta Massage, my approach is holistic and tailored to individual needs.
