Fantastic experience: Started going to Steve for rehab on my shoulder. I haven't been able to lift my arm straight up for a couple of months now. After my first session with him 2 weeks ago I was able to do it (still had pain but I could lift my arm straight up). After my 2nd session this morning I was able to do it without any pain! I've still got more work to do before I'm fully recovered and I just wish I had gone to Steve sooner. Very knowledgeable and really helps you to understand what might have caused the pain and how the rehab will help it.

Fantastic experience: Steve is great. Parking is easy..Very knowledgable about nutrition and how the body works. He's also very laid back so its easy to talk to him about any concerns or weird questions. Highly recommend. Post pandemic: he's taking all necessary precautions required by the state to make sure he keeps you and himself safe. Some of which include lots of active cleaning and disinfecting. He has air filters that run continuously to clean the air. He has a sign up to text him before you enter so you can safely keep your distance from a previous clients.

Fantastic experience: The most knowledgeable trainer I have ever met! Steve has certifications in multiple areas and his vast array of resources and equipment is utilized to customize a plan for you. Very professional and reasonably priced. The gym is also sanitized and well kept. Steve is worth every dollar!
