Positive experience: Do not feel comfortable charging my insurance for more sessions via the phone.

Negative experience: Did not have the greatest experiences with services provided by dietician. I would not recommend this place for nutrition and dietician services!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Arda and AM nutrition for about a year and eight months and I would have continued going if I hadn’t moved. After being diagnosed with IBS and struggling with restrictive eating, Arda was able to help me learn new tools to help with my digestion and relationship with food. It is hard work, and it’s an ongoing process, but with her support I’ve been able to make huge strides towards mending my relationship with food and ultimately feeling better. I cannot recommend them enough— they are well trained, kind, evidence-based, and the perfect team to support you on your journey. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Registered Dietician Arda Buyuktimkin Is amazing. She cares and always listens to my concerns and worries. She is prompt on appointment times and understanding when I forget the time and she will call me to check in! I have been seeing her for over a year and have made soo much progress with her by my side. I appreciate you!

Negative experience: Poor organization... Received a referral from my doctor for AM Nutrition, called them, set up an appointment, all was well. I found out my job didn't grant me the day off for my appt, so I called them to reschedule - the woman who answered the phone couldn't find my appointment until finally... oh! The doctor I'd been assigned to with them has changed locations, so my appointment has changed locations. Except no one ever told me this. So if I hadn't called to reschedule I would have driven 30 minutes to be told my appointment was no longer at that location - and the new location is an extra 30 minutes away, so, sad ending, I'll have to find a new doctor and wait a few more months to even have a chance to be seen... Entirely disappointed, and honestly I had so much hope for this appointment, I'm sincerely disheartened by this and about to cry in my car...

Fantastic experience: I, for one, thought that the staff at the Cotton center was extremely nice and caring in their treatment for treating me and trying to solve the serious problems and conditions that I'm in. Not only was the office clean and spotless when I walked in, but there was also warm smiles and happy greetings given to me. Very satisfied, five star facility.
