Fantastic experience: Dr. Berry and her team have made a tremendous impact in our quest for optimum health. We have learned so much about how proper nutrition is the key to long lasting wellness. We initially visited her to learn more about what vitamins/minerals we might be missing. Yet we learned so much more! She helped us understand how the standard American diet interferes with staying healthy. Through her guidance, we learned to be more mindful of how we felt and the impact made by time of day meals are eaten. In addition, the acupuncture treatments provided much needed support in dealing with the withdrawal type symptoms experienced as we eased our way from a high carb diet to a more balanced one with more quality proteins, fats, and vegetables. Yes, it was difficult at first getting used to this way of life, but now, over two years later, I’m absolutely convinced these changes will have lifelong impact. It really is the fountain of youth. Just remember, this only works if YOU put into the practice the guidance she provides. I’m very thankful for everything we’ve learned from her.

Since being under Dr. Berry's care, I've seen tremendous results almost instantly. I love attending the military acupuncture clinic, all active duty military, veterans, retirees and families members are welcomed to attend.
