Negative experience: Nothing more frustrating than arriving to a place and it is closed. They need to update their hours online.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to try out this place since it’s close to my work. And my usual place were I get my shakes is a little bit farther away. Shakes are good but the customer service is bad. I gave another shot at this place since its so convenient for me and everyone disserve second chances and I'm really glad I did. the owner was here and she is so nice and friendly and i love how welcoming she. and the product i just love will be coming more often. thank you

Negative experience: This place has great shakes but they really need to work on their customer service. Always be attentive with everyone that walks through that door get off their phone's and greet them and make them feel welcome. My husband and I will no longer be customers.
